스텝핑 모우터를 이용한 2축 윤곽제어 장치 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of two axis contouring control system based on stepping motor)

  • Microprocessor-based software DDA interpolator is developed and applied to two axis contouring control of X-Y table. Developed assembly program is composed of feedrate, linear and circular DDA interpolation routines. Reference-pulse type of open-loop stepping motor control system in which the micro-computer produces a sequence of reference pulses for each axis of motion is adopted. To test performance of the developed program, X-Y table drive system based on stepping motor and shaft encoder is designed. Contouring error of the system in linear and circular path is within .+-.0.2 mm.

  • This paper proposes the system to describe the data transmission methods using the simply frequency transmission methods between a railway track and the train. This system can control the railway signals through the ABS or ATS system located in the train and stations, having the frequency about 433.92 MHz. It shows the advanced system to send a lot of data through the microprocessor installed in a transmitter and transmitter-receiver at the train and railway.

  • In this paper, a robot system is proposed to make it easy to learn about microprocessors. The proposed system consists of several subsystems. Since each subsystem can be operated with other subsystems or without other subsystems, many microprocessor courses can be offered depending on the background of students. Also the proposed system can be used in some robotics courses which emphasize sensor and tele-operation because it contains camera, MPEG encoder, IR sensor, and RF communication module.

  • In this paper, the light screen sensing system is introduced and testified to detect small grains such as seeds or electronic chips of uneven sized. Two modules composed of transmitter-receiver sensor array and microprocessor-based sensor signal processing system are developed to realize the proposed system. Experimental results showed that the sensing signal was relatively clear and its counting performance was very stable.

  • This paper is describes the improvement of the transient response of the electrohydraulic position control system which exhibit the over-damped characteristics. A new approach, Position Error Prefiltered Proportional (PEPP) control, is proposed and the computer simulation results for the transient responses are analyzed. Experimental results using Z-80 microprocessor are presented.

  • In this paper, the development of an One Loop Controller is described. The functions which are built in the One Loop Controller are summarized and the hardware implemention of these functions using 16 bit microprocessor is described. The developed One Loop Controller is applied to DC_Motor based position control system and it's results are given.

  • The space power system for communication satellite which employs the direct energy transfer (DET) method consists of solar array, battry, shunt regulator, charger/discharger and power control unit (PCU). In this paper, the development of the DET power system charger/discharger unit and a microprocessor based PCU is developed for simplicity and flexiblity in the modificatin of control algorithm. A 28V bus voltage, 400W power rting power simulator is built and tested to verify the operation of the simulator at each mode and the stability of mode transition is analyzed.
