  • The advanced technology of micro-machining is starting to penetrate our lives. This technology, with which it is possible to make micro-structures by means of processing on the order of nm (micrometer = 1/1,000 mm) or less, is realizing machines that were only part of our wildest imagination. However, the fact is that many issues remain in the quest for a variety of applications. With the advent of computing technologies, information technologies, and telecommunications technologies, we foresee the need for new approaches in design, process, and the use of materials, technologies, and people in a globalized manufacturing enterprise. A new thinking paradigm is needed to focus on quality of service on the products we design and manufacture. Factories in different regions need to be co-ordinated through use of the state-of-the-art information on productivity, diagnostics, and service evaluation of manufacturing systems could be shared among different locations and partners. In this research, We develope the internet based Diagnosis system for micro machining and evaluate its characteristics by using mechatronic sensor like Dynamometer, acoustic emission, Acceleration sensor, micro phone, vision, infra-red thermometer.

다구찌 기법을 이용한 모바일폰의 음향특성 향상 설계 (Application of Taguchi Method to Robust Design of Acoustic Performance in Mobile Phones)

  • With the growth in electronics and the remarkable advance in wireless communication technology, mobile devices, such as mobile phones and PDAs are incessantly improved in their diverse functional performance. Lighter weight and smaller size has been gradually accomplished by recent circuit integration technology resulting in rapid growth in the number of mobile phone subscribers. Driven by customer demand, recent mobile devices are fully capable of realizing a variety of dazzling multimedia effects powered by electro-acoustic parts that have become one of the generic components. However, This paper also presents an oval micro-speaker, that is' expected to show an excellent performance within limited space of mobile phone, and its performance design has been suggested as well. Finally, a statistical approach to achieve high characteristic and performance is suggested by Taguchi method to identify a certain relationship between a mobile phone and a micro-speaker.

미시체계적관점에서의 청소년 성인매체 몰입에 미치는 영향요인: 휴대폰 의존의 매개효과 검정 (Factors Influencing Adult Media Engagement of Adolescents from Micro-systemic Perspective: Mediation Analysis of Cell-Phone Dependency)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find the factors influencing adolescents' adult media engagement. The study is based on Agnew's General Strain Theory (GST) and a micro-systemic perspective. Methods: The study examined 479 middle school freshmen who participated in the fourth wave of the Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) conducted by National Youth Policy Institute. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and reliability analysis using SPSS 22.0 Ver. Also, hypothesis testing was performed via covariance-based structure equation modeling (CB-SEM) using Amos 21.0 Ver. Results: Strain factors had positive effects on adolescent depression, and depression had a positive effect on adult media engagement. Also, cell-phone dependency had a positive mediation effect between depression and adult media engagement. Conclusion: The study's result identified the factors affecting adult media engagement. Therefore, we suggest intervention programs considering adolescents' strains, depression and cell-phone dependency to improve their health.

휴대전화의 이용으로 인한 개인의 공간인식과 행태의 변화 (Impacts of Mobile Communications on the Space)

  • 휴대전화의 확산은 '이동 중 연결성'과 '상호작용성'을 증대시킴으로써 공간을 새롭게 구성하고 활성화할 것으로 주장되고 있다. 또 다른 한편에서는 공적 공간을 사사화함으로써 공간 규범을 파괴하는 것으로 이야기되어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 휴대전화의 이용으로 공간의 인식과 행태, 그리고 공적 공간의 역할에서 어떠한 변화가 나타나는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이론적 검토와 실증적 조사 분석의 연구 결과, 첫 번째로 살펴본 시공간의 미시적 조정과 다의적 장소성을 통하여 휴대전화의 이용이 고정된 장소의 논리를 벗어나 조정과 활용이 가능한 공간이라는 인식을 변화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째로 살펴본 모바일 친구와의 항시적 연결성을 통하여 휴대전화의 이용이 공간적 공존과 분위상의 공유로 공간에서의 사회적 행태를 변화시키는 것으로 관찰되었다. 세 번째로 살펴본 공적 공간의 의미와 역할 변화를 통하여 휴대전화의 이용행태는 공간적 특성에 지배적이며, 공간의 의미와 인식 변화에 따른 공간적 규범이 정착될 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 본 논문은 모바일 폰 카메라의 적용을 위한 자동노출 (AE, Auto Exposure)기능의 알고리즘 및 하드웨어 설계에 관한 것이다. 자동노출기능은 카메라로 촬영하기 위한 피사체의 밝기를 적절하게 하기 위해 자동으로 노출을 조정해 주는 기능이며 기존의 자동노출 기능은 마이크로 컨트롤러(MCU)에 의해 수행됨으로써 고비용과 느린동작속도 등의 문제점이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로 컨트롤러를 사용하지 않고 하드웨어로 구현 가능한 자동노출 기능의 알고리즘을 개발함으로써 시스템의 제작비용 및 동작 속도 등 기존 시스템에 대한 단점을 개선할 수 있도록 하였다. 하드웨어 자원사용의 효율성을 고려하여 알고리즘을 제안하였으며 제안된 알고리즘의 하드웨어 설계와 설계된 시스템을 실제 모바일 폰 카메라 센서에 적용하여 테스트함으로써 개발된 자동노출 기능을 확인하였다.

속삭임 통화를 위한 휴대 전화용 마이크로폰 시스템 (The microphone system of the cellular phone for privately telephonic communication)

  • The information technology brought us many kinds of conveniences to our life, but it also caused social problems such as privacy interference, unexpected personal information leaks, and nose generation by telephonic talks, etc. In this paper, the microphone system of the cellular phone is developed to prevent these problems caused by progress of information technology. The developed system was designed to detect only acoustic signals from a human being in the presence of various kinds of background noises. A windscreen was designed by use of micro-channels to eliminate the popping noise by the wind from the mouth of a speaker and four microphone array and signal processing techniques are applied to reduce background noise. The impact of the developed system was evaluated by experimental tests. The results show that the system can improve the required functions considerably.

청소년의 휴대폰 의존에 미치는 영향: 자존감의 조절효과 검정 (The Effects of Cell-Phone Dependency of Adolescents: Moderated Analysis of Self-Esteem)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to identify factors of adolescents' cell-phone dependency using Agnew's General Strain Theory (GST) and the perspective of adolescents' micro-systems. A second aim was to verify the moderating effect of self-esteem. Methods : In total, 2,046 students who participated in a study on KCTPS mid. 1 panel 3 Wave by the National Youth Policy Institute were examined in this research. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability tests, and hierarchical linear regression using SPSS Ver. 22.0. Results : The strain factors had a positive effect on adolescents' depression, and depression had a positive effect on cell-phone dependency. In addition, self-esteem had a negative moderating effect between depression and cell-phone dependency. Conclusions : Factors of cell-phone dependency were identified. The findings of the study indicate that an intervention is required to lower strain and depression and to enhance self-esteem among adolescents.

  • 중력계는 주로 지하 광물자원 탐사 및 지구조석과 같은 장주기 이벤트를 관측하는데 사용되고 있다. 최근 연구자들은 이 중력계를 이용하여 대형 원거리 지진 및 지진상시잡음 관측과 같은 몇몇 새롭고 흥미로운 사실들을 발견하였다. Micro-g LaCoste사의 gPhone에 적용된 zero-length spring suspension 기술은 초저주파 신호도 훌륭히 관측 가능하게 하며, 이는 Earth's hum이나 심지어 대형 지진해일 등을 관측하는데 큰 도움을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다. 이 연구에서는 충남 금산에서 2008년 11월 부터 2009년 7월까지 9개월간 임시로 설치/운영하였던 gPhone 자료를 분석하여 원거리 대형 지진관측 및 상시지진잡음의 계절적 변화에 관한 사전결과를 보고하고자 한다.
