리모델링 부재 적용을 위한 텐세그리티 유닛 설계기법 (A Design Method of Tensegrity Units for Renovation Elements)

  • In this study, an advanced form-finding method of tensegrity unit modules is presented to apply on renovation building. Here a fitness function of maximum natural frequency which can lead to a maximum stiffness status was used for a genetic algorithm. To apply the lightweight pin-jointed structure to the renovation project is more economical over to build new structures. In this paper, two types of tensegrity unit are presented to build expanded structures, and their force densities are shown using the proposed form-finding method. The expanded structures which may influence renovation projects are presented by using the tensegrity units.

대학생 선호도 분석 기반 대학 공용공간 리노베이션의 사후평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Post Evaluation for University Public Space Renovation based on Analysis of Students' preference)

  • Nowadays, many educational facilities are being renovated. However, due to the absence of a system for post renovation of educational spaces, users are less satisfied with the spaces after the renovation and there is a limit in establishing future directions for improving educational space renovation. From this point of view, this study was conducted to increase the users' satisfaction in renovation space planning of educational spaces and to establish a system for management after renovation. As a specific research method, the space preference of students was used to evaluate the space after renovation. By researching the opinions of the students who use the most educational space, not only the direction of the renovation plan of the future educational space can be given but also the user's opinion can be reflected in the spatial plan in detail. In terms of management of future educational spaces, this study can be used as a basic study for developing post evaluation indicators for renovation of educational facilities.

하고 피해 초지의 갱신전과 후의 건물수량 및 사료가치 비교 연구 (Comparative Studies on the DM Yield and Quality Before and After Pasture Renovation of Summer Depression Damaged Pasture)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the dry matter yield and quality of the before and after renovation of summer depression damaged pasture, and carried out at Chungnam National University ffom 1997 to 1999. The yield of DM in first and second year of after renovation, comparing with those of before renovation(6,547kg/ha), significantly increase obtained 12,291kglha and 13,50Ikg/ha, respectively(P<0.05). In the chemical composition, CP content and DM digestibility were markedly increased comparing with those of before renovation(P<0.05), but the contents of NDF, ADF, cellulose and lignin were decreased respectively(P<0.05). In the botanical composition, weeds after renovation was markedly decreased comparing with before renovation, but increased the percentage of herbage in summer depression damaged pasture. The results from this study, It is proved that a renovation method, which was conducted by two times of reseeding and raking, was effective in recovering botanical composition of herbage, and enhancing productivity and upgrading quality in summer depression damaged pasture.   • An objective of the 100PPM Quality Renovation, which is settled as the Korea quality renovation activity as well as the form of customer-oriented management renovation climate, is strengthening an enterprise competitiveness by worldwide quality insurance. In long-term, the 21 century's quality problem would not be effective without synthetic approach from the view point of management strategy. Another method to obtain the quality ascendancy could be an strategic application of, manufacturing function. In this research, the progressive direction for an effective approach to the 100PPM Quality Renovation is examined through the interpretation of process capability index. Finally, the deployment direction of quality renovation activity is searched.

아파트 개조 전후의 휘발성유기화합물 농도변화 실태 (The Concentration Variation of Volatile Organic Compounds before and after Renovation in Apartment Houses)

  • The purposes of this study were to make clear the present condition of the TVOC and HCHO concentration after renovation in apartment houses. The field measurements of TVOC and HCHO concentration according to the Korea Test Method Standard for Indoor Air Quality were carried out in 4 subject apartment houses. The results are as follows; the TVOC concentration after renovation in apartment houses ranged from mean 0.35ppm to mean 5.08ppm and increased of $0.35{\sim}5.08ppm$. The TVOC concentration of 3 subjects exceeded the Indoor Air Quality Management standard for the newly-built apartment houses (0.58ppm). The HCHO concentration after renovation ranged from mean 0.13ppm to mean 0.43ppm and increased of $0.06{\sim}0.26ppm$. The HCHO concentration of 2 subjects exceeded the Standard (0.17ppm). As results of analysis on the relation of concentrated ascension and renovation elements, the amount and the types of finishing materials and adhesives affected concentrated ascension. Also, production method for installed or purchased furniture had certain effect on the TVOC and HCHO concentration ascension.

LCC Analysis to Determine an Appropriate Apartment Rent Rate for HVAC System Renovation Projects

  • Residential building owners are turning toward renovating their existing buildings to improve old and inefficient HVAC systems. Due to the renovation, much of the added costs will inevitably be passed on to tenants by increasing rent rates. This increment often increases the vacancy rate in the buildings. To balance the interests of both owners and tenants, this paper suggested a method to determine an appropriate rental rate increment for the HVAC system renovation. A case study on residential buildings was conducted to determine a balanced point where the rental rate increment that offsets the amount tenants are willing to pay for the renovation. To calculate all costs incurred by the renovation, life-cycle cost analysis was carried out. Therefore, this paper ultimately provides a threshold value of rental rate increment such that building owners can make a reasonable decision on the HVAC system renovation.

지적재조사 조정금 산정 및 부과 방식의 개선 연구 - 남원시 지적재조사사업지구를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Way to Reduce Cadastral Renovation Business Period through Compensation System Improvement - Centered around the Namwon-si Cadastral Research Area -)

  • 지적재조사사업은 지적공부의 등록사항을 조사·측량하여 기존의 지적공부를 디지털에 의한 새로운 지적공부로 대체함과 동시에 지적공부의 등록사항이 토지의 실제 현황과 일치하지 아니하는 경우 이를 바로 잡기 위하여 실시하는 국가사업이며 사업기간은 일반적으로 1년 6개월 내지 2년 정도 소요되지만 토지소유자간의 이해관계가 얽혀 복잡한 구조 및 내적 갈등으로 지적재조사 측량을 마치고 조정금 과정에서 발생되는 문제점으로 소요기간이 길어지고 있는 실정이다. 현실경계로 경계를 설정한 이후 토지소유자별로 필지의 면적을 확정하고 지적소관청은 확정된 면적과 지적공부상 면적의 증감에 따라 조정금 산정으로 정산하여 지적재조사사업을 완료하도록 하고 있다. 따라서 조정금과 관련하여 조정금 산정의 시기 및 조정금 산정방법에 대하여 적용한 실증연구를 통하여 합리적인 조정금이 적용될 수 있도록 해결방안을 제시하였다. 개선방법을 통하여 토지소유자와 합의를 최단기간으로 이끌 수 있는 기대효과가 나타났으며 지적재조사사업의 본 취지에 부합하는 현실경계로 설정이 가능하다는 효과도 나타났다. 지적재조사사업과 병행연구를 통하여 표준지 조정금 산정 방법과 조정금 부과방식과 조정금이 부과 되지 않는 경계조정방식의 개선방안을 제시한 본 연구로 지적재조사사업이 2030년까지 완료될 수 있기를 기대한다.

공공 건축물의 그린빌딩화를 위한 리노베이션수법의 타당성 연구 (of Renovation for Green Building of Public BuildingA Study on Adequacy)

  • The aims of this study is to analyze that the double-skinned outer surface of building will be the effective measure to improve the use of space and save energy through the evaluation of the buildings renovation. In other words, it is significantly effective to increase the insulation of the outer surface where the most heat loss occurs; it is also energy-saving to convert the space created by pilotis in the southern and northern parts of the buildings into an double-skinned atrium. Research methods of this study are consisted with two steps, situation analysis and simulation analysis. IRISYS 1000 Series Imager was used for research of situation analysis and Visual DOE 4.0 was used for simulation analysis with the 1st Buildings of Jeju Special self-Governing Province. As results of simulation, it was proved that Double skin Method is more effective for green building than basic model. it was predicted to save 8.6% of energy by Double skin Method. Especially, in case of using of ventilation within double-skinned atrium, it was predicted that saving of energy was most effective than other method.

HOT CELL RENOVATION IN THE SPENT FUEL CONDITIONING PROCESS FACILITY AT THE KOREA ATOMIC ENERGY RESEARCH INSTITUTE

  • Background: The advanced spent fuel conditioning process facility (ACPF) of the irradiated materials examination facility (IMEF) at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) has been renovated to implement a lab scale electrolytic reduction process for pyroprocessing. The interior and exterior structures of the ACPF hot cell have been modified under the current renovation project for the experimentation of the electrolytic reduction process using spent nuclear fuel. The most important aspect of this renovation was the installation of the argon compartment within the hot cell. Method: For the design and system implementation of the argon compartment system, a full-scale mock-up test and a three-dimensional (3D) simulation test were conducted in advance. The remodeling and repairing of the process cell (M8a), the maintenance cell (M8b), the isolation room, and their utilities were also planned through this simulation to accommodate the designed argon compartment system. Results and conclusion: Based on the considered refurbishment workflow, previous equipment in the M8 cell, including vessels and pipes, were removed and disposed of successfully after a zoning smear survey and decontamination, and new equipment with advanced functions and specifications were installed in the hot cell. Finally, the operating area and isolation room were also refurbished to meet the requirements of the improved hot cell facility.

프랑스의 대형 주거단지 '그랑 앙상블'의 실패와 그 재생수법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Failure of Grands Ensembles of France and on the Methods of Renovation)

  • The grands ensembles, or large-scale high-rise housing projects, are widely regarded as notorious products of postwar French government policy in the area of housing and urban planning. There was a general consensus that the grands ensembles had been a 'failure'. They were perceived as the source of all the ills of the contemporary city, as responsible for a social breakdown stemming from lack of infrastructure, geographical isolation, and monotonous environments. French government embarked on a broad renovation effort in light of the deteriorated condition of grands ensembles in the 1980s, which has been approved as generally 'successful'. This study focusing on French cases allowed me to demonstrate that following qualifications are critically important for successful housing projects: urban contextual continuity, socially mixed community, authentic planning for achieving sense of place, relationship between collective and individual expression, et cetera.
