By replacing the meta-kaolin with cement and the waste tire chip with fine aggregate separately, the high strength concrete is protected from the spalling in fire and the method to constrain the temperature increase of steel bar within the concrete and the basic properties of the high strength concrete mixed with the material are reviewed. As the result, meta-kaolin increases the self fire proof characteristics of the concrete, the waste tire chip can share the internal expanding pressure so it can be deleted. In detail, using the meta-kaolin about the cement in 4$\sim$8% of weight ratio about the cement and the waste tire chip under the grade scope of 0.6$\sim$3 mm in 5$\sim$10% of weight ratio about the sand is very effective to prevent the spalling.

Meta-evaluation for national R&D programs should be established within the framework of whole R&D system linked with science and technology needs and objectives. The R&D program evaluation system can be understood as a circulation of input, implementation, output, and utilization. In the result of the Delphi survey, which consisted of twenty-four experts (performed in three rounds), twenty-four indices were developed. The meta-evaluation model included sub-items which were important points of view of it as follow (eight items): propriety of planning, sufficiency of information, and propriety of evaluators in evaluation input; appropriateness of method and appropriateness of procedure in evaluation implementation; credibility of output in evaluation output; and usefulness of report and application of evaluation utilization. As the application of the meta-evaluation model, the total mean was lower than 3.0 of the median value of 2.73 (5 point Likert scale). Finally, it was suggested that the feedback of evaluation results should be more enforced to R&D program improvement particularly (evaluation utilization 2.50).

This study is to understanding characteristics of Mathematical gifted children by comparing and analyzing of the learning strategies between gifted children and average students. The result of this study is as below. First, the mathematical gifted children's application ability on the cognitive meta-cognitive strategies and learning resources management strategies was higher than average students. Second, in case of learning resources management strategies between gender, male mathematical gifted students's t-test showed higher than female gifted students. Also, in case of average students, male student's t-test for the learning motive was higher than average female students. Third, mathematical gifted children are positive correlation among the learning motive, self-efficacy, cognitive meta-cognitive strategies, and learning resources management strategies. And in case of average student, it had a positive correlation among the learning motive, self-efficacy, and cognitive meta-cognitive strategies. But there is no correlation between learning strategies and cognitive meta-cognitive strategies.

This study was designed to test the convergence effectiveness of virtual reality programs for patients with stroke by using meta-analysis. Based on the PICOS criteria, we searched domestic literature and selected the final 9 studies in relation to 'stroke' and 'virtual reality programs'. Evaluation of the risk of bias in individual studies was conducted using evaluation tools according to the design of each study. The effect size of the meta-analysis was calculated using CMA program. The mediating effect analysis was conducted by sub-group analysis and meta-regression analysis. The overall effect size of the virtual reality program on the activities of daily living ability was Hedges's g=0.302(95% CI: 0.064~0.540), Therefore, virtual reality programs can increase the activities of daily living in stroke patients and have a positive impact on the medical industry that the convergence of virtual reality industry and healthcare industry.

Recently many researchers have been studying various methods for data integration. Among the integration methods that the researchers have studied, there are a method using metadata repository, and Topic Map which identifies the relationships between the data. This study suggests Meta-Topic Map to create Topic Map about search keyword by applying metadata and Topic Map, and the XMDR as a way to connect Meta-Topic Map with metadata in the legacy system. Considering the semantic relationship of user's keyword in the legacy system, the Meta-Topic Map provides the Topic Map format and generates the Topic Map about user's keyword. The XMDR performs structural integration through solving the problem of heterogeneity among metadata in the legacy system. The suggested svides isproves the interoperability among existing Relational Database constructed in the legacy system and the search efficiency and is efficient in expanding the system.

In this study, a learning system based on smart learning is proposed so that students with learning disabilities can learn the effective use of meta-cognitive to solve problems arising during the learning process. The features of the proposed system are as follow. First, it is possible to achieve students' individualized learning by use of smart devices and smart education system. Second, it is possible to provide the constant repetition learning for students. Third, students can improve their achievement using the proposed app. The proposed smart education system using meta-cognition was applied to some learning disabilities students. The following results were obtained. First, the disabled students could have an interest in learning math and improve confidence. Second, the student's mathematical problem-solving skills have improved. Third, students' individualized and self-directed learning was achieved.

The purpose of this study is to use meta-analysis as a research method to investigate the correlation between early child teachers' teaching efficacy and their job satisfaction, and thereby look into the effect size of the two variables and their sub-variables. To achieve the purpose, this researcher chose a total of 37 theses for analysis and collected 289 data for analyzing the effect size. Based on the data, CMA(Comprehensive Meta Analysis) 2.0 was applied. According to the analysis, the correlation between early childhood teachers' teaching efficacy and their job satisfaction was higher than the medium effect size on the basis of Cohen(1992) research. In the sub-variables of teaching efficacy, the correlation of personal teaching efficacy with job satisfaction showed higher effect size than that of general teaching efficacy. In the sub-variables of job satisfaction, the correlation between the belief in job and teaching efficacy showed the highest effect size. In terms of thesis type as a moderating variable, Ph.D dissertations showed higher effect size than journals or M.A. theses. As the result of the meta-analysis on publishing year and the number of samples, there was no statistical significance. On the basis of the analysis results, discussions and limitations of this study were suggested.

This study aimed to validate the effect of newborn care education program to parenting confidence, knowledge and self-efficacy using systematic review and meta-analysis. Literature search was used, Library of Congress, KERIS, KISS, domestic Journal, and until 2016, a total of 11 articles were used for meta-analysis to convergence this kind of results. As the result of the meta-analysis, there was no statistically significant difference in the overall effect of parenting confidence on the neonatal care education program, but there was a statistically significant difference in the sub-group analysis. The overall effect of knowledge and self-efficacy was statistically significant. Based on the results of this study, it will be helpful to understand the newborn care education program and the basis for the effect of education. The research that measures the related variables should be repeated and generalization should be planned in the future research.

This paper presents a core meta-tag of OpenURL written in Key/Encoded-Value format in the field of observation research, to distribute the scientific data, produced in many experimentations and observations, on the OpenURL service architecture. So far, the OpenURL hasn't supplied a meta-tag represented scientific data because it has focused on circulation of scholarly and technological information extracted from thesis, proceedings, journals, literatures, etc. The DataCite consortium metadata were analyzed and compared with the Dublin Core metadata, OECD metadata, and Directory Interchange Format metadata to develop a core meta-tag in observation research.

This study aimed to validate the effect of aromatherapy nursing intervention to relieve the pain using systematic review and meta-analysis. We performed a meta-analysis of studies published between January 2000 and March 2014 which were identified through KERIS, KISS, DBpia, Cochrane Library, Ovid-Medline and Pubmed. Twenty studies with 1029 participants were included in this study. Key words listed in PICO and used for the search were aroma, perfume, perfume inhalation, perfume massage, aromatherapy, pain, pain management. The results of meta-analysis demonstrated statistically significant differences not only for the overall effect but also specifically for aromatherapy nursing intervention on measures of pain. To present more evidence that support the effectiveness of aromatherapy nursing intervention on measures of pain, further research is warranted.
