To promote the efficiency of production process of small and medium sized company, government conducts production information business that collects and analyzes information of production field automatically and helps process' controlling and supervising by supporting costs of purchase, installment, etc. of hard-software and network related to middle and small sized company intending e-Manufacturing of production field with computer and information & communication network. As a result, the number of middle and small sized companies that introduce and manage production information system is increased. Therefore, the purposes of this research are to arrange contents of production information system introduced to solve current problems of middle and small sized companies and analyze effects of small and middle sized companies' introduction through example companies.

The Internet has motivated firms to participate in electronic commerce. With the development of electronic commerce, SMEs (small- and medium-sized enterprises) may be forced to use e-intermediaries in export marketing. This study aims at assessing e-intermediaries in various aspects. Empirical and theoretical studies are conducted to investigate determinants and effects of eintermediary use in export marketing. Based on resource-based view (RBV), the study develops a conceptual model that can address the question of which international competence and export performance are closely related to e-intermediary use by SMEs. Based on literature review and theoretical foundations, this study made four hypotheses. With AMOS, structural equation modeling (SEM) was used for testing four hypotheses. The empirical findings support all hypotheses. Last, this study suggests examining comprehensive internal and external factors in terms of e-intermediary use as an interesting topic for future research.

In order for the analysis of effect in the respective preventive measures which is being carried out by a small & medium sized company against any potential accident, this research relates to the followings: We investigated the situation of an accident occurred in the company in which his obligation of selecting a safety manager is exempted, in accordance with the industrial safety & healthcare & enforcement ordinance, enforcement rule. We investigated the situation of an accident occurred in the company which entrusted the specialized organization with his own safety control notwithstanding it is free from an obligation to have any safety manager for aiming at the comparison and analysis of the outcome. The economic and preventive effect of industrial accident has been compared and analyzed in order to strengthen the obligation of selecting a safety manager.

If you examine the Industrial Disaster Analysis Content that occurs every year in the small and medium enterprise, industrial disaster occurs because of manager's lack of safety and worker's unprepared safety education. Therefore effective safety education systems are needed to offer adequate knowledge and technology to the workers. On this research, to give an effective education way to decrease industrial disaster we administered to the workers who are in charge of 300 workplace in Incheon area to search actual condition of industrial disaster and to disclose a link between industrial disaster and industrial safety education. We put in effect on frequency study and examined x2 using SPSSWIN 10.0. On the research, the results shows that the industrial safety education and training are in effect regularly and the satisfaction are low. But the manager's satisfactions are high through safety education. So it shows that we need to find a way to put in effect safety education to satisfy the workers.

효과적인 중소기업 생산정보화를 위하여 시스템 개발 과정을 표준화하고 단계별 주요 활동에 관한 연구, 프로젝트 범위 일정 비용 인적자원 관리를 위한 WBS 작성, 시스템의 신뢰성 품질 생산성 향상을 위한 관리 항목 설정, 중소기업 IT업체 감리업체 등 참여기업간의 의사소통, 그리고 구축된 생산정보화의 유지보수를 포함한 운영지원 등 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 시스템 구축을 위해 중소기업 생산정보화에 적합한 시스템 개발 방법론(PSDM : Production System Development Methodology)에 관하여 연구 개발한다. 이 PSDM의 연구로 생산정보화를 구축하고자 참여하는 많은 중소기업 및 IT업체들이 표준화된 방법론을 이용하여 시스템 구축을 보다 효과적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 보다 높은 신뢰성을 가진 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

The corporate culture contributes much to the approach to the management problems as well as to the view to see the problems in the light of the multiplying-enterprise environment. In comparision with the large size corporates, the small-medium size corporates under various disadvantage conditions increase to the high achievement through the development of corporate culture, though the period and method to root in the corporate culture differ from one another depending on the situations. The purpose of this paper is to propose the owner's intention and efforts, the development of the corporate culture helpful for the long-run achievement, the cultural network and the member's role which prove to be effective method to root in the corporate culture.

The paper aims to examine the impact of exports on the growth of Vietnamese manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by exploring the information of 36,053 enterprises across 24 manufacturing sectors from the Vietnam Annual Enterprise Survey (VAES) in the period 2014-2019. To deal with the problem of variable variance, autocorrelation, and endogeneity of the model, the paper uses the OLS regression method with a strong standard error method and system GMM. Export participation by SMEs is positively associated with business growth in terms of sales and total assets, according to the findings. The GMM estimate shows that the rate of sales growth among exporters is 36.5 percent greater than that of non-exporting enterprises in the case of the sales growth measure. Exporters' average total asset growth rate is 19% greater than the rate estimated for non-exporting businesses. The study's findings indicate the need of adopting policies that promote SMEs in transition economies like Vietnam to engage in exporting activities. Furthermore, the findings show that financial assistance and suitable ownership would enable SMEs to take advantage of export opportunities to increase sales and total assets.

This study empirically examines the impacts of policy funds from three different aspects using data on Daegu city's local government loans. First, we estimate the influence of policy funds on mitigating financial constraints affecting the investment decisions of Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), yielding inconclusive results indicating no significant discernible effects of policy funds. Second, we scrutinize the ramifications of policy funds on enterprise's management stability, revealing that these funds contribute to stabilizing the operations of small-scale enterprises. Third, we explore whether policy funds engender an unintended consequence of bolstering distressed enterprises, presenting empirical evidence that suggests a delayed exit of such enterprises.

The purpose of this research is to develop a standardization model for available stock management process among the entire Enterprise Resource Planning System modules of Automobile Parts Manufacturing Industry. The standardization model system is constructed through the phased method based on the development methodology of information establishment suggested by the Small and Medium Business Administration and Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for Small & Medium Enterprises. The standardization model is to develop the process modules of ordering management, storing management, delivering management, and stock management for available stock management process. The study will help the manufacturing business and related IT business which want to construct available stock management process under the ERP system to establish the system more effectively by applying the standardization model and also will provide them with construction availability and reliability. By application of this study results, the businesses will not only prevent the excessive possession of raw materials and products and reserve adequate and steady stock but also will check real-time stock, observe customer due date, decrease over-production and reduce stock cost.

The government aims at promoting the national growth and heightening efficiency through the creativity economy. This study focus on the effectiveness(difference of the tax bearance) of tax-aid system(tax-reduction and tax-deduction) for the venture firms and small & medium firms. Sampling of this study was collected through what had been recorded to the enterprise information service of Korcham(venture firms), DB of Small & Medium Business Administration Authority from 2010 to 2012, and opened information of the KOSDAQ Association. The results were as follows. Firstly, There exists differences in the tax bearance rate between the tax-aided corporation and the tax-nonaided corporation through venture firms and small & medium firms. Secondly, Venture firms were investigated to bear low tax-bearance rate in contrast to Small & Medium Firms. The results of this study shows that the national tax-aided system is effective, and can be led to another new politics alternatives.
