Duty was defined as the specific and independent work as a dietitian, and was composed of 17 parts, i.e 10 parts in food supply management area and 6 parts in nutritional care service area and self promotion area. Duties were also divided into 99 tasks containing the 576 detailed task elements to describe definite action, steps and decisions. Seventeen parts are following; menu planning, storage and inventory control, food production, meal service, waste management, sanitation, equipment and facility management, human resource management, financial management, nutrition assessment of life cycle, nutritional assessment of several disease, nutritional assessment in specific condition, medical nutrition therapy, nutritional education, public health nutrition and self promotion. If these protocols are properly performed and presented, they can provide the likelihood that dietetics professionals work as a primary contributors in promoting health care and preventing disease nationally.
In order to study the behaviors of inorganic fillers in recycling of the waste agricultural plastic films, the washed PE fluffs from Shihwa and Jungeup Plant belonging to ENVICO were used respectively. First of all, the test pellets were manufactured by adding of inorganic fillers suchlike calcium carbonate and calpet by certain portions to PE fluffs and then the tested sheets were formed. The mechanical and thermal properties of the samples were measured and compared with others. The items measured were tensile, flexural, Izod impact, HDT, MFT, and so on. Morphologies were also investigated for various samples using the SEM. Finally, optimum ratios between recycled PE and inorganic additives were found out for the best products in physical condition as well as in economic point of view.
Purpose: All acts which are enforced from the radioactive iodine therapeutic team is a in its own way principle and provision. Therefore unification of all acts can not be appropriately. We will make the standard coherence. Materials & Methods: From 5 November, 2007 to 17 November 2007, we conducted a questionnaire survey of the nuclear medicine manager of 30 hospitals. The contents of a questionnaire is medical treatment section, patient management, prosecuting attorney section, waste management and safety supervision in about the patient and a questionnaire was drawn up in the method which selects an item. Results: 30 hospital agencies are operating purely for I-131 high dose ablation therapy. Diagnostic study and daily schedule had the difference of some. The most of education for the patients took charge of doctor and nurse. The satisfaction of education was evaluated as the high thing. The safety supervision of waste management accomplishment and Safety supervision the patient and the worker observed on the basis of atomic energy law. Conclusion: Specific standards with sufficient amount of information and practical contents should have been presented through the following data. However, it seems to be lacking in many aspects. Nevertheless, respondents rated 70.9%, which is relatively high, on the value of clinical utilization, and I am very thankful for the evaluation. For many years from now, it may seem necessary for a lot of research on the specific matters based on these data to be conducted.
Patient satisfaction is an important factor in evaluating the quality of care. Patient satisfaction may be used to evaluate provider services and facilities, and used to predict the patient returns to a facility. The patients d whether the patient returns to a facility or whether the patient recommends the facility to other people may be affected by a variety of factors of patient satisfaction. Low satisfaction may result in poor compliance with the potential of waste of resources and suboptimal clinical outcome. This study is to identify factors of patient satisfaction that will affect patients decision whether the patient returns or not. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted in Seoul, Chung-Joo and Bu-Cheon cities, Survey data was obtained from 743 patients who visited the physical therapy practice at university hospitals, general hospitals and clinics. Response rate was 94.4%. The instrument developed by Goldstein et al. (2000) was used and translated into Korean. Several items were added to the instrument. Patient's opinions of service in each domain measured using 5-point Likert-type scales that ranged from strongly disagree to strongly agree. A multiple-regression analytic approach was used to predict overall satisfaction of physical therapy. Age, kindness, scheduling, convenience of parking, privacy, and waiting time predicted the overall satisfaction of physical therapy. The older patients had higher level of satisfaction with physical therapy compared with the younger patients. Patient satisfaction were more affected by access (scheduling and waiting time), administrative technical management (convenience of parking), and interpersonal management (kindness of physical therapists and other staffs) than clinical technical management (physical therapists' skills).
The evaluation of radioactivated components of heavy-ion accelerator facilities affects the safety of radiation management and the exposure dose for workers. and this is an important issue when predicting the disposal cost of waste during maintenance and dismantling of accelerator facilities. In this study, the FLUKA code was used to simulate the proton treatment device nozzle and classify the radio-nuclides and total radioactivity generated by each component over a short period of time. The source term was evaluated using NIST reference beam data, and the neutron flux generated for each component was calculated using the evaluated beam data. Radioactive isotopes caused by generated neutrons were compared and evaluated using nuclide information from the International Radiation Protection Association and the Korea Radioisotope association. Most of the nuclides produced form of beta rays and electron capture, and short-lived nuclides dominated. However, In the case of 54Mn, which is a radioactive product of iron, the effect of gamma rays should be considered. In the case of tritium generated from a material with a low atomic number, it is considered that handling care should be taken due to its long half-life.
In the era of smart manufacturing, precise prediction of springback-a common issue in ultra-thin sheet metal forming- and forming limits are critical for ensuring high-quality production and minimizing waste. This paper presents a novel approach that leverages the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) to enhance springback and forming limits prediction accuracy. By integrating IoT-enabled sensors and devices, real-time data on material properties, forming conditions, and environmental factors are collected and transmitted to a central processing unit. This data serves as the input for an ANN model, which is trained with crystal plasticity simulations and experimental data to predict springback with high precision. Our proposed system not only provides continuous monitoring and adaptive learning capabilities but also facilitates real-time decision-making in manufacturing processes. Experimental results demonstrate significant improvements in prediction accuracy compared to traditional methods, highlighting the potential of IoT and ANN integration in advancing smart manufacturing. This approach promises to revolutionize quality control and operational efficiency in the industry, paving the way for more intelligent and responsive manufacturing systems.
Background : Angiogenesis is the proliferation of a network of blood vessels emanating from pre-existing vessels, supplying nutrients and oxygen and removing waste products. Angiogenesis occurs in a variety of normal physiologic and pathologic conditions and is regulated by a balance of stimulatory and inhibitory angiogenic factors. Excessive angiogenesis should be suppressed. However, if blood supply is insufficient, it should be encouraged. Hyul-Mek(血脈) or Hyul-Rark(血絡), known as blood vessels in western medicine, is deeply related to Chung-Ki-Hyul(精 氣 血). The goal of this study is to review the effects of herbal medicines on angiogenesis that is involved in wound healing and enhancement of blood supply. Methods : We conducted a systematic and comprehensive literature search for the identification, retrieval, and bibliographic management of independent studies to locate information on the topic. A computerized search of the published literature of Korea(KISS, RISS), China(CNKI), Japan(Kampo medicine, etc), and western countries(MEDLINE) was performed, and further supplemented with manual searches of print sources(1999 to 2003). Results : The herbal medicines with angiogenic activity were mainly found among herbs that carry replenish Shin-Cheng(補腎益精), foster Eum and improve the circulation of blood(養陰活血), or warm and circulate Kyung-Rark(溫經通絡). In particular, herbs with improve the circulation of blood and clear blood(活血化瘀) activity contain a significant amount of tannin, saponin, and pyrazine. Conclusion : Replenish Ki-Hyul(補氣血) and circulate Kyung-Rark(通經絡) could contribute to the induction of angiogenesis because various growth factors and proliferation, differentiation, and migration of vascular endothelial cells are involved in angiogenic activity.

Since the establishment of the Groundwater Act in Korea in 1993, the national policy on groundwater has focused on the preservation and management of groundwater, which should be used only as a subsidiary water resource. However, population growth, increased water demand, climate change, and the need for uniform water distribution have brought changes to groundwater policy, and have led to the prioritization of development projects such as groundwater dams and river bank filtration. Population growth, changes to the water environment, and increased water risks have all played a role in triggering rapid growth within the water industry; the size of the investment in water resources will also continue to increase worldwide. Until now, private wells and bottled mineral water have led the groundwater industry in South Korea. However, a new area of the groundwater industry, which includes the health and medical sciences, employs groundwater properties derived from regional geology, and is growing. This requires the advancement of groundwater research and technical development connected with ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and medical science, and that the public development of groundwater and its various applications is expanded through locating groundwater in the core of the water industry cluster.
Cyclotron for medical purposes generates nuclear reaction by accelerating protons in high speed, in order to produce radiopharmaceuticals, and unnecessary neutrons are generated through such nuclear reaction. Neutrons cause activation in the parts of cyclotron which then cause exposure to radiation for people working in the field. This study, in that regard, aims to analyze exposure level by finding out the degree of activation of aluminum body, silver body, and havar foil which are the parts of Targetry where the nuclear reaction takes place. The results of the experiment showed that aluminum body and silver body had no problems re-using them as the energy and half-life of activated nuclides were small and short, making the affect on the people working in the field extremely low. However for havar foil, its activated nuclides had a high level of energy which resulted in high level of affect to the people working in the field. The activation factors of the cyclotron were analyzed, and the results showed that the Havar foil was activated the most among the targetry parts, and greatly exposed workers due to regular replacement, and needed special management as radioactive waste.
The purpose of this paper is to verify improvement of the basic quality of food resources and make the pork legs as the more advanced food products after taking special processing steps with the mixture of traditional medical herbs and hot water extracted coffee meal. The pH level of the pettitoes(Jokbal) showed the highest rate among the control group but it showed no statistical differences in the moisture content between the control and the pettitoes(Jokbal) processed with coffee waste extract as an additional component. In addition, the levels of crude fat and crude ash showed slight increases as the addition of the amount increase. In case of the proteins, however, tendency of slight was decreased but it was not significantly difference as the amount increases. The sodium rate in the pettitoes(Jokbal) was higher in the additional group than in the control group. Texture analysis showed a tendency of wide decrease in the hardness and chewiness depending on amount of the added coffee waste extract. On the other hand, as for the cohesiveness and springiness, there was no significant difference with the control group. In case of the lightness value, as the amount of added coffee waste extract is increased from 10% to 20% and 30%, the 'L' value was reduced significantly compared to that of the control. And the 'a' value was not significantly different compared to the coffee waste extract foil impregnated furniture control. But the 'b' values were significantly increased in accordance with the result of increasing the amount of control is at the lowest level. The result may come from the influence of coffee waste extract, which affects the color of the pettitoes(Jokbal). According to the sensory evaluation, the pork part with 10% of coffee waste extract showed the highest score in looking, chewiness, smell and preference, resulting in the improvement in quality of the pettitoes(Jokbal).
