건축분야 활용을 위한 MR콘텐츠 서비스플랫폼 구현 (Implementation and Feasibility Test of the Mixed Reality Service Platform for Application of Architectural Field)

  • 혼합현실 기술(MR)은 4차산업혁명 요소기술 중의 하나로 크게 부각되고 있다. MR 기술은 단순한 디지털 콘텐츠 산업으로서 만이 아니라 건축분야, 관광분야, 의료분야, 각종 교육분야에서 널리 적용되고 있으며 그 활용성을 넓혀가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MR 단말기와 PC, 모바일 단말기 등 이기종 기기를 연동하는 건축분야 활용을 위한 협업 서비스 플랫폼을 제안하고 시작품 개발과 이의 검증을 수행하였다. 결과, 건축에서 주로 사용되는 skp확장자를 이용하는 3D 모델을 서비스 시작품을 이용하여 MR 단말기인 홀로렌즈를 대상으로 한 MR 콘텐츠 생성을 수행하여 변환시간 및 정상 동작을 확인하였다.

여주지역 영유아 대상 영양플러스 사업 효과 - 영유아 영양보충 및 보호자 영양교육 실시에 따른 영유아의 영양개선효과를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Nutrition Plus Program among 0~5 Year Children in the Yeojoo Area - The Improvement in Nutritional Status of Children after Nutrition Supplement of Children and Nutrition Education in Parents/Guardians -)

  • This study evaluated the effect of nutritional improvement of 0~5 year children of financially poor families after nutrition supplement of children and nutrition education in parents/guardians. The subject selected among applicants for low-income family financing of the government included 198 children (0~12 months:92, 1~5 years:106), and the average ages were 5.3 months and 2.4 years respectively. Food that includes each nutrient factor was provided to the subject for six months. Nutrition education was performed in two ways, through class and private education, once a month for both. Nutritional improvement was evaluated by body measurement and anemia prevalence rate. As to the survey on breast-feeding, complete breast-feeding accounted for 58.7%, weaning food 27.3%, and combined feeding 14.1% respectively, which shows that breast-feeding accounted for the largest percentage. The education program improved knowledge and attitude of the parents/guardians, which brings in positive effects on growth of children as well. The nutrition knowledge score was improved after nutrition education in 0~12 month children $(8.5\pm1.75\;to\;8.9\pm1.69)$ and 1~5 year children $(7.3\pm1.39\;to\;7.8\pm1.30)$. The nutrition attitude score was significantly improved in 0~12month children $(52.0\pm6.99$ to $53.5\pm5.21$, p < 0.001) and 1~5year children ($45.1\pm7.30$ to $49.0\pm5.96$, p < 0.001). In evaluation on nutritional improvement based on body measurements, it turned out that the wasting was reduced as for children in consideration of the height and weight according to the subject's age. The concentration of hemoglobin after the nutrient treatment for six months was significantly improved, and the anemia prevalence rate as well was reduced from 40.6% to 13.5%, which indicates the significant improvement. Based on the findings above, it turned out that providing quality food to children and nutrition education to the parents/guardians poorly fed in low-income families improved knowledge and attitude of the guardians and prevents anemia and improves growth, which brings in positive effects on growth of children. In the results regarding attitude and knowledge on nutrient/dietary life; however, the improvement level was relatively low when the extent before the education was too small, which indicates the need to revise and complement the contents and methods. In addition, as shown in the result of body measurement, long-term and consistent investigation is necessary since it is difficult to judge the effect on growth only based on short-term nutrient supplement.

당류에 대한 대학생들의 인식과 섭취빈도 조사 및 단체급식용 당류 저감 메뉴 제안 (Recognition and Intake Frequency of Sugar by College Students and Suggestions on Reducing Sugar Recipes for Institutional Foodservices)

  • Purpose: Although excessive intake sugar may increase the overall energy intake, it leads to a reduction in the intake of foods containing other nutritionally adequate calories. Excessive sugar intake can also lead to an unhealthy diet, weight gain, and risk of metabolic disorders. The purpose of this study was to assess the recognition by college students, their frequency of eating sugar containing foods, and suggesting sugar reduction in the menus of institutional foodservices. Methods: A questionnaire was used to survey 145 college students to evaluate their recognition and eating frequency of consuming sugar containing foods. Subsequently, sugar reduction menus for institutional foodservice were suggested. Results: Most of the subjects (80.0%) were aware of the meaning of sugar reduction. The necessity of reducing sugar in their meals was recognized by 57.8%. These participants tended to check nutrition labeling more. Eating frequencies of sugar containing foods were not significantly different by the subjects' BMI, but they were significantly different by gender, when evaluating cooked foods. We suggested 20% sugar reduction recipes of Korean style barbequed pork, and sweet and sour chicken for institutional foodservices. Conclusion: The awareness of college students and the knowledge regarding sugar reduction were low. Sensory acceptabilities of Korean style barbequed pork and sweet and sour chicken were not significantly different, until the benefit of 20% sugar reduction was mentioned. Thus, continuous education for reduction of sugar intake are required, and also efforts are needed to develop menus containing less sugar.

광주 지역 성인의 기능성 식품의 섭취 및 구입에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing the Consumption and Purchase of Functional Foods in Gwangju)

  • The purpose of this study is to know about the consumption patterns of functional foods and their associated factors for contributing to the promotion of healthiness on Gwangju residents. The results obtained are summarized as follows: in terms of age, 35.9% of men (n=78) and 52.3% of women (n=128) are found in the age range of $45{\sim}54$ which comprises the highest portion of age distribution. 49.5% of subjects had college education or more. In the occupation category, 33.3% of the men had business job positions, and 39.8% of women were in the unemployed (housewife) category. Stress relief was the most important factor to maintain good health. 76.2% of the subjects have experience in consuming functional foods. The main reason for taking functional foods was to maintain health. Information and reliability of effectiveness were considered when selecting functional foods. Purchasing functional foods was motivated by family members, relatives, and/or the subjects themselves. Functional foods were mainly purchased from pharmacies or health food stores. Regular exercise, drinking, periodical medical checkups, and eating score all are taken into consideration with the consumption of functional foods.77.9% of subjects recognized functions for functional foods purchased. 18.8% of subjects experienced side effects after intaking functional food. Therefore, functional foods should be managed by the government and nutrition education for consumers should be required to encourage them to choose functional foods more satisfactorily and safely.

감성기술 적용 성공사례 분석을 통한 감성콘텐츠 개발 방향 연구 (Development direction of emotional contents through analysis of successful cases from applying emotional technology)

  • 최근 들어 감성기술은 제조업(제품), 서비스업(문화, 관광, 의료, 교육, 광고) 등 많은 분야에서 적용이 확대되고 있으며 차세대 유망기술로 등장하고 있다. 또한 문화는 게임, 전시, 공연, 스포츠, 관광, 디자인, 에듀테인먼트, 콘텐츠 유통 등 다양한 콘텐츠산업분야에 접목되어 기존산업의 고부가가치화에 기여하고 있다. 감성 기술을 이용한 문화의 콘텐츠산업 접목은 콘텐츠 기획-제작-유통-마케팅 등 프로세스 전반의 혁신을 유도함으로써 미래 국가 성장동력의 견인차 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 감성기술의 콘텐츠 적용 사례 조사와 비즈니스 성공사례 분석을 통해 향후 콘텐츠산업의 부가가치를 향상시키기 위한 감성콘텐츠 개발 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 감성, 감성공학, 감성과학, 감성기술, 감성콘텐츠 등에 대한 정의와 분류를 정교화하였다. 또한 CT R&D 6개 분야 중에서 감성기술을 적용하여 성공적인 효과를 창출하고 있는 다양한 콘텐츠에 대한 국내외 사례를 심층 분석하였다. 성공사례 분석을 통해 도출한 시사점을 바탕으로 개인 맞춤형 컨시어지 서비스를 제공하는 콘텐츠, 인간의 수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 콘텐츠, 인간의 정서조절이 가능한 콘텐츠를 개발함으로써 한류문화를 세계적으로 소개할 수 있는 융합형 콘텐츠 개발이 필요하다고 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 감성기술의 콘텐츠산업 접목방안을 모색하는 데에 필요한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

가상현실 서비스 산업 분석을 통한 서비스 분류체계 개발 및 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development and Application of Service Classification System through Virtual Reality Service Industry Analysis)

  • With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, virtual reality, a technology that has recently attracted attention, is emerging as a core technology that will lead the future industry by changing the paradigm of various industries. The development of 3D rendering, computer graphics, and mobile technologies enabled the development of various smart devices and led to the popularization of virtual reality services using them. Recently, with the development of virtual reality-related technology, various devices and contents such as VR-related HMDs are being developed and released. However, since the classification for VR technology has not yet been established, it is difficult to define a range of industries and services to which VR can be applied. Therefore, in this study proposes a service classification system in terms of industries that can apply VR technology and services that can be provided based on the studies on industries and services of VR technology related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. VR's industrial classification consists of eight industries including entertainment, media, education, medical care, architecture, manufacturing, distribution, tourism and each service is divided into two service categories and composed 16 services. Through the collection and analysis of virtual reality service cases, the service distribution and characteristics of each industry can be analyzed. In addition, we can develop a virtual reality new business model and present a service case for the intersecting areas. This study is expected to be used as a basic research for the activation of virtual reality services in the future.

부산광역시 소재 병원의 신생아간호 실태조사 (A Study of the Neonatal Care in the hospitals located in Pusan)

  • This study is designed to produce basic data on the nursing intervention between infants and mothers after discharge from hospitals. This research is carried by investigating the nursing intervention during their after-delivery staying in the hospitals located in Pusan. The object of this study includes the neonatal wards of 51 hospitals. Data collection was carried from the 3rd of September, 2001 to the 4th of October in the same year. Tools for measurement using in this research is the nursing checklist designed by these researchers. The data were analyzed by using SPSS and the output was produced in frequency and percentage considering general characteristics and nursing activities. On the course of investigation, it was revealed that the average number of items checked are as follows; total beds in one hospital came up to 360.1, the beds in each newborn infant ward came up to 36.1, in each ward the numbers of incubators came up to 9.2 and intensive care unit to 1.7. In each ward 8.4 nurses and 2.9 nurse aids were working at that time. In each hospital, secure of air way, physical examination, eye care, umbilical cord care, maintenance of body temperature, identification of infant, nutritive condition, safety and danger management, infection management, mother-infantile interaction, medical assistant to doctor, medication and discharge education were comparatively well done. But, in case of emotional, social and cognitive aspect of nursing activities through interactions between newborn infants and nurses as substitutes are not reached to the adequate level. In the end, this study hereby suggests that further investigation on the device to facilitate the interaction between newborn infant and nurse as a nursing intervention of high quality.

대구지역 치과 의료기관 종사자의 B형간염 예방접종 및 감염관리 실태 (Investigation about the Actual Prevention of Infection and Vaccination against B-type Hepatitis among Dental Workers in Daegu)

  • This study was conducted on 185 workers at 73 dental clinics and university hospitals in Daegu to investigate the actual prevention of infection and vaccination against B-type hepatitis among dental workers. 1. According to the result of medical examination, only 35 out of 144 (24%) dental clinic workers had periodic health examination while 7 out of 9 (78%) university hospital workers did. 2. In a survey on vaccination against B-type hepatitis, 52 workers aged 29 or younger (96.3%), 38 dental hygienists (51.9%) and 44 dental workers at dental clinics (81.5%) have not had any vaccination against B-type hepatitis. The rest appeared to have had vaccination or be aware that they had antibody against B-type hepatitis without having to have any vaccination. 3. According to the result of a survey on the existence of antibody by job, 42 (56%) of dental hygienists, 15 (20%) of assistant nurses, 12 (16%) of medical assistants and 6 (8%) of dental technicians did not know whether or not they had antibody. This suggests that all types of dental workers except dental hygienists have low awareness of whether or not they have antibody. 4. In a survey on the relation between general characteristics of subjects and the sterilization of dental equipment, alcohol disinfection of high speed handpiece and low speed handpiece was most common among dental workers aged 29 or younger, and all of those aged over 40 used autoclave. By position, alcohol disinfection was used most commonly for high-speed handpiece. antiseptic solution deposition for disposable suction lips, and autoclaving for impression. By workplace, dental workers at university hospitals used autoc1aving most frequently for high/low speed handpiece while those at dental hospitals and dental clinics used alcohol disinfection most frequently and even some respondents replied that they did not disinfect. For metal cups, workers at dental clinics and dental hospitals did not use any sterilizing method while those at university hospitals used autoclaving. For disposable suction tips, workers at dental clinics used antiseptic solution deposition and those at dental hospitals used alcohol disinfection but some respondents replied that they did not disinfect. For metal suctions and impression trays, autoclaving was most common in all workplaces but some dental clinics replied that they did not disinfect impression trays. According to work experience, alcohol disinfection was most common for high/low speed handpiece. For disposable suction tips, dental workers with 3 years' or shorter work experience, those with 3~6 years' experience and those with 9~12 years' experience used antiseptic solution deposition most commonly, and many of those with 6~9 years replied that they did not disinfect. The results of this study stated above suggest that systematic education is necessary for all dental workers for enhancing th eir awareness of B-type hepatitis and the prevention of infection. Moreover, dental workers are required to make efforts to prevent infection with B-type hepatitis voluntarily and actively.

초등학생의 생명존중과 또래괴롭힘 (The Degree of Life-Respect and Peer Bullying in Elementary School Students)

  • 목적 초등학생의 건강교육을 제공하는 보건교사에게 생명존중을 강화시키고 또래괴롭힘을 예방하는 교육의 중요성을 부각시키고 이와 관련된 교육프로그램 개발 및 운영을 위해 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 방법 초등학생의 생명존중과 또래괴롭힘 정도를 파악하기 위하여 초등학생을 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구이다. 결과 대상자의 생명존중 정도는 평균 4.23점(${\pm}0.38$)으로 나타났으며 대상자의 유형별 또래괴롭힘 정도는 '피해방어아', '가해아', '피해아', '방관아', '가해동조아' 유형의 순으로 나타났다. 생명존중 정도는 여학생의 경우가 남학생보다 생명존중 정도가 높게 나타났다(t =-2.410, p =.017). 또래괴롭힘 정도는 '가해아' 유형의 경우 6학년이 5학년보다 높게 나타났으며, 남학생이 여학생인 경우보다 높게 나타났다. '가해동조아' 유형의 경우 남학생이 여학생보다 높게 나타났으며, 종교를 가지고 있는 경우가 없는 경우보다 높게 나타났다. 대상자의 생명존중 정도는 또래괴롭힘 정도와 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구를 기초로 초등학생들을 위한 생명존중 교육과 또래괴롭힘은 생명존중의 당위성과 함께 다양한 각도에서 체계적으로 교육되어야 할 것이다. 또한 학교교육과정 중 또래괴롭힘을 예방하기 위하여 다각적인 접근과 패러다임의 전환이 필요하며 전 교과목에 걸쳐 생명존중의 교육내용을 구체화 하고 구체적으로 교수-학습지도에 효과적으로 반영할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

농촌관광마을 생태체험을 위한 연못형습지 식물의 한방 이용형태 분석 (An Analysis on Use Patterns of Oriental Medicine of Pond Wetland Plants for the Ecological Experience in Rural Tourism Village)

  • 최근 한국은 농촌관광의 수요가 증가하고 있지만 유형은 농사체험이 대부분이다. 이러한 상황을 극복하기 위해 생태체험이 도입되고 있다. 농촌 생태체험의 공간인 연못의 콘텐츠, 교육자료 확보가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 연못형습지 식물의 전통한방이용형태를 분석하였다. 전통한방은 과거부터 이어져 온 전통지식으로 요즘에도 의학, 약학, 과학 등 다양한 분야에서 활용한다. 분석된 내용은 생태체험 교육자료에 도움이 될 것이다. 조사는 농촌지역 연못형습지 40개소의 식물을 조사하였다. 전통한방이용형태는 특허청에서 운영하는 전통지식포탈의 내용을 제공받아 사용하였다. 40개 연못형습지에서 조사된 식물은 총 108과 457종이며, 그 중 전통한방이용형태에 대한 정보가 있는 종은 53과 314종이다. 이것은 연못형습지 주변의 식물 중 68.8%가 전통한방을 함유하고 있다는 의미다. 이 밖에도 음식, 공예, 전통농업 등의 활용 형태를 포함한다면 70~80% 이상 전통지식을 포함할 것이라 예상한다. 전통한방에 사용 된 314종의 효능은 570가지, 325가지의 병증을 치료하는 효과가 있다. 1종당 평균 4.0(0~20)가지의 효능으로 6.6(0~20)가지의 병증을 치료할 수 있다. 본 연구 자료는 체험, 교육, 의학 등 다양한 분야에 활용되길 기대한다. 그리고 많은 가치가 있는 연못형습지는 계속적으로 보전할 필요가 있다고 판단된다.
