디지털시대 미디어운세콘텐츠에 관한 인식 유형화 (Typology of Perception on Media Fortune-contents in Digital Age)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 디지털시대 미디어운세콘텐츠의 파급효과와 관련하여 사회적 영향력과 그 적합성을 논하는 것이다. 이 논문은 심층적이고 본질적인 의미에 접근하기 위하여 Q방법론에 의해 연구되었다. 이 연구의 인식 유형은 3가지로 분류되었다. 무엇보다도, 이 연구에서 연구팀은 두 가지 연구문제를 제기한다. 즉, 첫 번째, 디지털시대의 미디어운세콘텐츠에 관한 인식유형은 어떻게 분류되는가? 둘째, 이러한 유형들 속에 일치하거나 차별적인 특성은 무엇인가? 등이다. 조사결과, 제 1유형은 학문적 소구형, 제 2유형은 가치의존형, 제 3유형은 긍정적 선호형 등으로 분석되었다. 결론적으로, 일반대중들은 미디어운세콘텐츠의 다양한 활용성과 참여성에 관심을 갖고 있고, 운세문화에 대해서 긍정적으로 향유하고 선호하는 것으로 파악되었다.

남녀대학생의 패션소비유형과 관련변인의 관계연구 (A study on the relationship between fashion consumption style and the related variables of male and female consumers)

  • The study is to provide the types of fashion consumption of male and female university students and to analyze fashion involvement to the types and students' source of fashion information. Then the correlations were examined between fashion involvement and source of fashion information. The data were analyzed by a factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test, cluster analysis, cross-tabulation analysis. The results are as follows: 1. The awareness about fashion consumption is classified into five factors: "hedonic consumption", "impulsive consumption", "brand loyal consumption", "prudent consumption", and "independent consumption". The fashion involvement to the types is categorized into four factors; "pleasure", "trend", "image", and "risk awareness". The source of fashion information is categorized into "mass media", "product information", and "personal information". 2. The fashion consumption is classified into three types: "an independent consumer type", "a brand loyal/ prudent consumer type", and "an impulsive consumer type". 3. In the fashion involvement to the types and the source of fashion information, there is a high correlation between the factors of "mass media" and "trend", "product information" and "pleasure" and "personal information" and "trend".

도시 공간 속 옥외 광고에서 활용되는 미디어 파사드특성 - K-Pop Square Media를 중심으로 (Media Facades Used in Urban Outdoor Advertising - Focused on K-Pop Square Media)

  • 삼성동 코엑스에 위치한 'K-Pop Squre Media'는 대형 전광판에 다양한 입체 동영상을 상영하며, 대중적 이목과 매스미디어의 주목을 받게 되었다. 기존과 차별화된 대형 곡면 LED 전광판의 영상은 미디어 파사드 기법의 일종으로 코엑스 광장의 공간적 특성과 함께 새로운 랜드마크이자 명소로 자리 잡고 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 도시 공간 속 옥외 광고에서 활용되는 미디어 파사드에 대해서 K-Pop Squre Media를 중심으로 그 특성을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위한 연구의 접근은 첫째, 도심의 공공 공간을 중심으로 '공간적 특성'에 대해 케빈린치(Kevin Lynch)의 도시 공간을 구성하는 5가지 요소, 월리엄 미첼(William J. Mitchell)이 제시한 스마트 스페이스와 공간 패러다임의 변화를 중심으로 살펴본다. 둘째, 옥외 광고의 '뉴미디어성'을 중심으로 Digital OOH(Out-Of-Home) Media의 세 가지 유형에 대해 분석하고 셋째, '미디어 파사드의 신기술과 내용구성'에 대해 전시 매체 (프로젝션, LED 스크린)의 유형, 미디어 파사드의 시초, 최신 전시 기술인 아나몰픽(Anamolphic)에 대해 살펴본다. 본 연구를 통해 K-Pop Squre Media는 스마트 스페이스의 공간적 특성, Digital OOH의 뉴미디어 특성, 그리고, 미디어 파사드의 내용 구성을 통해 공공성, 소통성, 예술성, 장소성의 특성을 보이고 있음을 알 수 있다.

감지추구자적매체습관(感知追求者的媒体习惯) (Media Habits of Sensation Seekers)

  • 对营销和广告经理来说, 理解消费者的偏好和使用的媒体类型是非常有必要的, 尤其是在如今市场细分的情况下. 清晰的理解能帮助经理更有效的选择合适的媒体. 而且由于性格特征的不同, 个人对媒体类型的选择和使用都不相同. 本文测试了一个性格特征, 即感知追求. 这是在测试 "新" 媒体偏好和使用的文献中尚未出现的. 感知追求是被定义为 "一种对变化, 新颖和复杂的感觉的需要和经历. 以及为承担这些经历愿意承受生理的和社会的风险" (Zuckerman 1979). 根据文献回顾, 我们提出了6个假设. 我们尤其关注使用与满足理论(Katz 1959), 这个理论解释了为什么人们选择媒体类型和他们使用不同媒体类型的动机的原因. 目前的理论表明高感知追求者(HSS), 由于他们对新颖, 激励和非传统的内容和想象的需要, 他们会更多的使用新媒体. 因此, 我们假设高感知追求者比低感知追求者(LSS)(H2a)或中等感知追求者(MSS)(H2b)会更多的使用网络而不是广播(H1a)或印刷媒体(H1b). 另外, 高感知追求者有更多的社交活动及朋友, 因此他们会比低感知追求者(a) 和中等感知追求者(b)更多的使用社交网络网页例如Facebook/MySpace(H3) 以及聊天室(H4). 感知追求者可以显示出一系列的行为包括抑制解除. 我们认为具有高水平去抑制的人们比低水平或中等水平的人们会更多的使用社交网络如Facebook/MySpace (H5) 和聊天室(H6). 我们的数据来源于对参加极限运动的参与者的网上调查. 为得到这个群组的信息, 我们使用雪球样本技术的提高版, 即连锁推荐方法来选择应答者. 这种方法被认为是对隐藏人群进行有效估算的方法(Heckathorn, 1997). 最终的有效样本包括1108名应答者. 主要是年轻人(56.36%在34岁以下), 男性(86.1%)和中产阶级(58.7%的家庭收入超过50,000美元). 我们用这个样本来进行感知追求的研究. 我们用简要感知追求量表来测试感知追求(Hoyle et al. 2007). 我们用自我报告使用过的不同媒体类型来测量媒体使用. 结果并不支持H1a和b. 高感知追求者并没有更多的使用网络这样的媒体. 事实上, 同其他的媒体类型相比, 这个平均水平是较低的. 高感知追求者使用最多的媒体类型时印刷媒体, 这说明了一种对主流的反抗. 结果支持H2a和b. 高感知追求者比低感知或中等感知追求者更多的使用网络. 进一步的分析揭示了在高感知和低感知追求者之间在使用印刷媒体方面有显著不同. 高感知追求者在他们感兴趣的极限运动方面会追求更专业的印刷出版物. 假设3a和b 揭示了高感知追求者比低感知或中等感知追求者更多的使用Facebook/MySpace. 在使用聊天室方面低感知和高感知追求者之间没有显著差距. 所以结果也不支持假设H4a, 但是H4b的结果是显著的. 不同抑制解除水平的应答者被认为使用Facebook/MySpace 和聊天室的水平也不同. 去抑制水平高比低水平或中等水平的使用Facebook/MySpace的水平高. 所以H5a和b 被支持. 类似的, H6b也被支持. 去抑制水平高的人们使用聊天室的概率显著多于中等水平的但并不多于低水平的人们(H6a). 这些结果为管理者提供了一些有趣的见解. 第一, 尽管高感知追求者比低感知或中等感知追求者更多的使用在线媒体, 但他们使用在线媒体仍然少于印刷或广播媒体. 广告执行者们不应该对这个重要的客户群过分的强调在线媒体. 第二, 社交媒体, 例如Facebook/MySpace和聊天室会是接近这个群体的有潜力的方法. 最后, 对去抑制水平高的群体, 有公共关系方面的启示. 这些个体更倾向于一些社会风险的行为. 这些直接的启示包括因特网捕食者和未来的雇主. 本研究的一个不足是受访者都是参与极限运动的. 这本身就是一个高感知追求者活动. 更大范围的人群需要被测试.

의복관여도와 TV매체 관련변인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Clothing Involvement and TV media-related Influential Factors)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the dimensions of clothing involvement of female undergraduates in Busan and some influential factors of TV on the clothing involvement. This research also shows the correlations among variables and the differences in clothing involvement and TV media-related influential factors by the customer types. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The clothing involvement is categorized into five factors: pleasure, fashionableness, symbolism, danger awareness, and disinterest in clothing. Four TV media-related influential factors are identified: conformity to entertainers' clothing, interest in entertainers, interest in TV-watching, and imitation of entertainers. 2. An analysis of correlation between clothing involvement and TV media-related variables shows that there is a correlation between conformity to entertainers' clothing and various clothing involvement factors as fashionableness, symbolism and pleasure. A factor of interest in TV-watching is related to symbolism and interest in clothing. A factor of imitation of entertainers is related to fashionableness and disinterest in clothing. 3. An analysis of the differences by the customer types leads to four types of categorization. Type 1 shows low interests in clothing and TV media-related variables. Type 2 demonstrates high clothing involvement and interest in TV-watching. Type 3 is classified as a high involvement/ conformity group, which not only shows high involvement in pleasure and symbolism of clothing but also high conformity to entertainers' clothing. And lastly, type 4 is an disinterest group but it shows high interest in TV-watching, entertainers and imitation of entertainers.

  • This study selects mannequins. fashion models. and fashion photographs as communication media to express the beauty of an ideal body. Each medium is discussed by the denotative and connotative aspects through the semiology. First, the mannequins are the most concrete medium which can form women's ideal body types and reproduce images in which the idealistic human body are coded in various figures. It embodies such various figures of the modem society by being replaced with the symbolic representation of our intrinsic·extrinsic forms. From a denotative view, the mannequins can be explained by ideal body types and expressive tools. The mannequin has implied connotative meanings of the similarity and dissimilarity between the actual body and itself. Second, fashion models have played a role in transmitting fashion images and presenting the ideal body. As fashion has adopted the body as its object fashion models have been used to express an ideal body. The development of the mass media in the 20th century has defined the standard of the beauty, Both the relationship between fashion designers and fashion models. and the standardization of beauty and fashion models are reviewed from a denotative view. Fashion models imply connotative meanings of the figurative and the controlled property. Third, fashion photographs are historical documents presenting us with the evidence of the ideal body types and culture throughout time. The photographs could be adopted as proper means to express fashion. having realistic and practical expressional functions, and it can be said that the realistic and practical expressional function of photographs has served as a suitable means for express fashion, and fashion photographs are discussed. The fashion photograph has the reproducible and the symbolic property.

  • 미디어는 인간사회에서 자신의 감정 또는 객관적 정보를 서로 주고받을 수 있도록 마련된 수단인데 디지털 미디어의 등장으로 인한 스마트 미디어의 보급으로 인해 현대사회에서의 미디어는 단순한 수단이 아니라 인간이 사는 사회 전체를 통괄하고 제어하는 기능까지도 떠맡게 되었다. 따라서, 스마트 미디어가 사용되는 서비스 플랫폼에 따른 미디어의 유형과 특성을 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 미디어의 빅데이터 허브를 구축함으로써 디지털 미디어의 새로운 발전과 연구 방향을 모색할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 미디어를 통하여 생성되는 다양한 메타데이터에 대해 분석하고, 이를 이용한 빅데이터 플랫폼 구축에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The Effects of Social Media Influencers' Advertising Disclosure on Consumer Responses on Instagram

  • As many brands use social media influencers (SMIs) on Instagram to advertise, not disclosing advertised content affects how consumers perceive these influencers. The purpose of this study was to investigate two objectives: 1) recent advertising disclosure types on Instagram and 2) the factors that affect consumer responses towards Instagram influencers posting advertised content. Using an experimental 2x2 between-subjects design (N=200), the findings show that "sponsored" and "paid partnership with" are two recent types of ad disclosures. However, both factors are insignificantly different from each other. Also, ad disclosure condition enhances the trustworthiness of the influencer than no disclosure. Ad skepticism, source credibility, and the level of persuasion strongly relate to how consumers perceive Instagram influencers advertising for brands. These factors enable consumers to assess if the influencer is a reliable source of information when faced with advertisement. Ultimately, using disclosure gives full information to consumers about the persuasive intent, as well as increases positive consumer responses towards the influencer who discloses, thereby, enhancing the ethical use of the influencer advertising strategy and long-term consumer relationship.

DTP(Digital Textile Printing)에서 미디어의 원사꼬임 및 편성구조가 프린팅 Quality에 미치는 영향(2) (Effects on Printing Quality according to Yarn Twist and Knitting Structure of Media in Digital Textile Printing(II))

  • For high quality DTP products, it is important to optimize the parameters of media, pre- and after-treatment, ink, printer, etc. This study investigated the effect of types of fabrics(media) as a DTP parameters. Especially, the effects of media properties such as yarn twist and knitted fabric structure, on printability and color difference were examined. Two types of cotton yarn twist(830 and 1630 twist/meter) and five knitted structures of media were prepared with a single circular knitting machine. The K/S values of hard-twist samples were higher than those of normal-twist samples in every media structures. It is more effective to use the knitted fabrics of a hard-twist yarn to obtain dark color in the printing above input level value 60 where the printability improvement was most pronounced in case of plain structure. Among the five media structures a plain structure was the highest and that of corduroy was the lowest in terms of K/S values. Also ${\Delta}E$ values and lightness of the hard-twist yarn samples were smaller than that of normal-twist yarn samples when ${\Delta}E$ values were tested by using a standard of a normal twist yarn sample with a plain structure, which was increased in the case of corduroy structure.

홈쇼핑 자체상표 의류제품 구매결정요인에 관한 연구 (The Study on Purchase Determination Variables of Home-shopping Private Brand Apparel)

  • This paper investigated the consumer's purchase behaviors on the home-shopping private brand apparel. Female consumers of age in the range of 20∼50 were asked to complete a questionnaire, who had experienced to search apparel on home shopping media or had purchased it from home shopping business. Through this empirical study, the importance of home-shopping private brand apparel is confirmed. And the model of home-shopping private brand purchase determination, consists of private brand purchase intention, brand evaluation and company patronage, is suggested focusing on two brand types and three different home shopping media. The data were analyzed by mean, multiple regression analysis, ANOVA, Duncan-test of SPSS Win(ver.10.0). The result generated from this study are as follows: First. there are significant differences in preferred private brand types according to the types of media they preferred to purchase. Consumers's sex and age are also important demographic variables in relation to purchase determination variables of home-shopping private brand apparel. Second, the home-shopping company patronage is directly influenced in consumer's purchase intention of home-shopping private brand apparel as well as the consumer's brand evaluation. Consequently, the company patronage is more related to purchase intention of home shopping private brand apparel.
