창업보육센터의 주요 서비스 요소에 대한 품질속성 분류 (Quality Attribute Classification of Service Elements in Business Incubation Center)

  • To establish a new creative economy, the worldwide efforts have been made to wriggle out the old economic paradigm after the financial crisis of 2008. When it comes to the limitation of the viability. the start up companies have a high risk of failure. Therefore business incubator (BI) should carry out the role to improve their viability. As for the maximization of the effect on the business incubating services as move in companies, it is important for BI to increase the level of business incubating services by the systemic and scientific measurement. This study showed that the quality of the BI center services was measured by Kano analysis and the previous research as follows. First, BI quality attribute by Timko's customer satisfaction came out into the attractive qualities on the 14 items that amount to the 70% of 20 business incubating services items. It is desirable to perform the strategy for the satisfaction. Secondly, basic business incubating services were interpreted as the one-dimensional quality like incubating spaces, parking facilities, security facilities, industry technology development funds, and incubating managers. Finally, training and educational service was recognized as indifferent quality. Futhermore, the improvement and the limitation of this study as well as the interpretation of analysis results are also provided.

Real 3D Property Integral Imaging NFT Using Optical Encryption

  • In this paper, we propose a non-fungible token (NFT) transaction method that can commercialize the real 3D property and make property sharing possible using the 3D reconstruction technique. In addition, our proposed method enhances the security of NFT copyright and metadata by using optical encryption. In general, a conventional NFT is used for 2D image proprietorial rights. To expand the scope of the use of tokens, many cryptocurrency industries are currently trying to apply tokens to real three-dimensional (3D) property. However, many token markets have an art copyright problem. Many tokens have been minted without considering copyrights. Therefore, tokenizing real property can cause significant social issues. In addition, there are not enough methods to mint 3D real property for NFT commercialization and sharing property tokens. Therefore, we propose a new token management technique to solve these problems using integral imaging and double random phase encryption. To show our system, we conduct a private NFT market using a test blockchain network that can demonstrate the whole NFT transaction process.

  • 한국기초과학지원연구원(KBSI, Korea Basic Science Institute)에서는 국내 유일의 초고전압투과전자현미경(HVEM, High Voltage Electron Microscopy)을 비롯하여 3 대의 일반 전자현미경을 보유하고 있다. 전자현미경을 통하여 관찰된 이미지는 각 단계별로 tilting 되어 저장된 이미지로서 관찰자에게 보다 나은 관찰 환경의 구성을 위해 3D로의 reconstruction은 필수 과정이라고 할 수 있겠다. 이 과정 중 카메라 중심에서 벋어난 부분의 왜곡을 warping 기법을 통하여 최대한 감소시킨다. 이런 이미지 전처리 과정과 이를 바탕으로 3D로의 reconstruction과정은 고성능 컴퓨터의 수반을 기본으로 하는데 이 과정을 다수의 grid node PC들이 빠른 시간에 분담하여 처리하게 된다. Grid node PC들의 역할은 소유자가 서로 다른 다양한 컴퓨팅 자원의 효과적인 공유를 목적으로 하며, 시스템의 구축에 필요한 역할 스케줄링, 자원 관리, 보안, 성능 측정 및 상태 모니터링 등의 문제를 해결하기 위한 사용되고 있다. 일반 개인이 사용하기 힘들었던 고성능 PC의 역할을 Grid node PC들이 수행하고 이 기반위에 워핑 기법을 통한 이미지 전처리는 보다 실제 관찰 대상에 가까운 형태로의 재구성이 가능할 수 있는 바탕이 된다. 워핑 전처리를 통한 Grid node PC기반의 전자현미경 볼륨 랜더링 시스템의 구축은 관찰자에게 보다 편리하며 빠른 실험 환경을 제공하여 줄 수 있고, 이해하기 쉽고 실제 모습에 가까운 형태의 실험 결과물을 접할 수 있게 된다.

무폭약 시험 장치 개발을 위한 수중폭발 특성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Underwater Explosion for the Development of a Non-Explosive Test System)

  • This study deals with underwater explosion (UNDEX) characteristics of various non-explosive underwater shock sources for the development of non-explosive underwater shock testing devices. UNDEX can neutralize ships' structure and the equipment onboard causing serious damage to combat and survivability. The shock proof performance of naval ships has been for a long time studied through simulations, but full-scale Live Fire Test and Evaluation (LFT&E) using real explosives have been limited due to the high risk and cost. For this reason, many researches have been tried to develop full scale ship shock tests without using actual explosives. In this study, experiments were conducted to find the characteristics of the underwater shock waves from actual explosive and non-explosive shock sources such as the airbag inflators and Vaporizing Foil Actuator (VFA). In order to derive the empirical equation for the maximum pressure value of the underwater shock wave generated by the non-explosive impact source, repeated experiments were conducted according to the number and distance. In addition, a Shock Response Spectrum (SRS) technique, which is a frequency-based function, was used to compare the response of floating bodies generated by underwater shock waves from each explosion source. In order to compare the magnitude of the underwater shock waves generated by each explosion source, Keel Shock Factor (KSF), which is a measure for estimating the amount of shock experienced by a naval ship from an underwater explosionan, was used.

An Adaptive Tuned Heave Plate (ATHP) for suppressing heave motion of floating platforms

  • Structural stability of floating platforms has long since been a crucial issue in the field of marine engineering. Excessive motions would not only deteriorate the operating conditions but also seriously impact the safety, service life, and production efficiency. In recent decades, several control devices have been proposed to reduce unwanted motions, and an attractive one is the tuned heave plate (THP). However, the THP system may reduce or even lose its effectiveness when it is mistuned due to the shift of dominant wave frequency. In the present study, a novel adaptive tuned heave plate (ATHP) is proposed based on inerter by adjusting its inertance, which allows to overcome the limitation of the conventional THP and realize adaptations to the dominant wave frequencies in real time. Specifically, the analytical model of a representative semisubmersible platform (SSP) equipped with an ATHP is created, and the equations of motion are formulated accordingly. Two optimization strategies (i.e., J1 and J2 optimizations) are developed to determine the optimum design parameters of ATHP. The control effectiveness of the optimized ATHP is then examined in the frequency domain by comparing to those without control and controlled by the conventional THP. Moreover, parametric analyses are systematically performed to evaluate the influences of the pre-specified frequency ratio, damping ratio, heave plate sizes, peak periods and wave heights on the performance of ATHP. Furthermore, a Simulink model is also developed to examine the control performance of ATHP in the time domain. It is demonstrated that the proposed ATHP could adaptively adjust the optimum inertance-to-mass ratio by tracking the dominant wave frequencies in real time, and the proposed system shows better control performance than the conventional THP.

추락 및 투신자살 방지시스템의 조사 및 Rollinder System 적용기술 (Evaluation of Prevention System of Falls and Committing Suicide with Application Technology of Rollinder System)

  • 대한민국은 심각한 자살시도에 휘말려 2003년 이후 지금까지 OECD 회원국 가운데 자살률 통계에 있어 상위권을 차지하고 있으며, 전년 대비 -5.0% 소폭하락 했지만 여전히 사망 요인 중 10세 이상 전 연령에서 자살이 가장 높으며, 이것은 반드시 해결해야 할 매우 중요한 사안들이다. 자살 수단별 사망률의 변화추이를 살펴보면 추락 및 투신을 통한 자살이 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 국내뿐만 아니라 해외에서도 이에 대한 근본적인 대책마련이 없어 쉽게 해결할 수 없는 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 대표적인 예로 미국의 금문교에 최근 2억 달러를 들여 자살방지 그물망을 설치하고 있으며, 뉴질랜드의 경우 교량에 철망을 철거했다가 치솟은 자살률로 인해 디자인을 바꿔 다시 설치했으며, 캐나다와 호주의 경우도 교량에 철책을 둘러쌓아 교량의 미관을 포기한 채 투신자살만을 방지하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 국내 외의 자살방지 시스템과 관련된 특허기술에 대한 비교평가를 제안하고, 보안시설 및 제한구역에서의 접근차단, 특수시설에서의 월담방지와 추락 및 투신자살을 효과적으로 방지하기 위한 기계적 기술적 시스템인 롤린더 시스템을 제시하고자 한다. 마창대교는 롤린더 시스템 설치 전인 2016년 까지 8년간 33명이 자살시도를 하였으나, 2017년 롤린더 시스템 설치 후에는 자살시도의 획기적인 감축효과를 거두었다.

  • Energy security is a topic of high importance to many countries throughout the world. Countries with access to vast energy supplies enjoy all of the economic and political benefits that come with controlling a highly sought after commodity. Given the desire to diversify away from fossil fuels due to rising environmental and economic concerns, there are limited technology options available for baseload electricity generation. Further complicating this issue is the desire for energy sources to be sustainable and globally scalable in addition to being economic and environmentally benign. Nuclear energy in its current form meets many but not all of these attributes. In order to address these limitations, TerraPower, LLC has developed the Traveling Wave Reactor (TWR) which is a near-term deployable and truly sustainable energy solution that is globally scalable for the indefinite future. The fast neutron spectrum allows up to a ~30-fold gain in fuel utilization efficiency when compared to conventional light water reactors utilizing enriched fuel. When compared to other fast reactors, TWRs represent the lowest cost alternative to enjoy the energy security benefits of an advanced nuclear fuel cycle without the associated proliferation concerns of chemical reprocessing. On a country level, this represents a significant savings in the energy generation infrastructure for several reasons 1) no reprocessing plants need to be built, 2) a reduced number of enrichment plants need to be built, 3) reduced waste production results in a lower repository capacity requirement and reduced waste transportation costs and 4) less uranium ore needs to be mined or purchased since natural or depleted uranium can be used directly as fuel. With advanced technological development and added cost, TWRs are also capable of reusing both their own used fuel and used fuel from LWRs, thereby eliminating the need for enrichment in the longer term and reducing the overall societal waste burden. This paper describes the origins and current status of the TWR development program at TerraPower, LLC. Some of the areas covered include the key TWR design challenges and brief descriptions of TWR-Prototype (TWR-P) reactor. Selected information on the TWR-P core designs are also provided in the areas of neutronic, thermal hydraulic and fuel performance. The TWR-P plant design is also described in such areas as; system design descriptions, mechanical design, and safety performance.

기본소득 논의에 관한 경영학적 접근 가능성 탐색 (Exploring the Possibility of Management Approach to Basic Income Discussion)

  • 산업의 혁명적 변화에 직면한 지금 사회 대변혁의 시기에 노동과 소득의 관계도 재개념화가 필요하다. 노동의 부재에 의한 절대적인 노동량의 감소는 자동화, 스마트화, AI, 로봇노동 등으로 야기되며 이는 우리가 원하든 원하지 않든 수용해야 한다. 그러나 사회총생산량과 국가나 사회의 자본은 늘어나지만 개인의 소득은 줄어들 가능성이 크다. 이러한 변혁기에 국가나 정치는 개인의 소득감소에 따른 문제들에 관해 준비해야 한다. 지금까지 사회복지나 사회보장에 대해서 복지나 부조의 관점에서 다양한 수준의 논의가 있었다. 실험수준의 시도나 연구는 많은 국가나 지방정부의 차원에서 이루어졌고 긍정적 그리고 부정적 효과를 발견했다. 광범위하게 국가차원에서 지속적으로 실시되는 기본소득제도는 아직 없고 미래지향적 관점에서 다양한 논의가 이루어지는 수준이다. 이에 필자는 지금까지의 시각을 기초로 새로운 관점에서 바라보자는 제안을 해본다. 노동시간, 노동의 질, 소득, 삶의 질, 여유시간 가치, 워라밸 등의 관점에서 기본소득의 중요성과 필요성을 살펴보는 것이 포지티브 접근의 일환이라는 점을 탐색해 보았다. 산업의 패러다임 변화에 따는 절대적인 노동시간의 부족, 기계노동의 대체, 양극화 등을 적극적으로 수용하고 긍정적 시각에서 도래하는 문제를 바라보자는 것이다. 어차피 받아들일 것이면 이러한 문제를 근시안으로 보지 말고 선제적으로 준비하고 장기적이고 전체적인 관점에서 원시안적 계획을 수립하자는 것이다. 스마트 폰이 지난 10여년 사이에 세상의 변화를 가져와 잃어버린 것도 있지만 새로 발견한 것이 오히려 많지 않을까요? 기술의 변화를 통해 삶의 질을 고양시키는 절호의 기회라고 생각해야하지 않을까요?

만타형 무인 잠수정의 개발과 실해역 성능시험 (Implementation and field test for autonomous navigation of manta UUV)

  • 본 논문은 만타형 무인잠수정의 개발과 실해역 성능시험에 관한 내용을 다룬다. 먼저 만타형 무인 잠수정의 운동성능을 예측하기 위한 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해서 만타형 잠수정의 운동성능을 검증하였으며 결과를 바탕으로 테스트베드인 만타형 무인잠수정을 설계하였다. 만타 잠수정은 자세 및 경로의 계측을 위하여 DVL (Doppler Velocity Log), Gyrocompass, GPS, 압력센서 등을 탑재하였으며 운항제어를 위한 추진기와 1개의 수직타 4개의 수평타를 장착하여 3자유도 운동이 가능하다. 실해역에서 운동성능시험과 자율운항 성능시험을 통해 만타형 무인잠수정 시스템을 검증하였다.

극지해양구조물 성능평가를 위한 스펙트럼 기반 시간역 빙하중 생성에 관한 연구 (Ice Load Generation in Time Domain Based on Ice Load Spectrum for Arctic Offshore Structures)

  • This paper introduces a new method of ice load generation in the time domain for the station-keeping performance evaluation of Arctic offshore structures. This method is based on the ice load spectrum and mean ice load. Recently, there has been increasing interest in Arctic offshore technology for the exploration and exploitation of the Arctic region because of the better accessibility to the Arctic ocean provided by the global warming effect. It is essential to consider the ice load during the development of an Arctic offshore structure. In particular, when designing a station-keeping system for an Arctic offshore structure, a consideration of the ice load acting on the vessel in the time domain is essential to ensure its safety and security. Several methods have been developed to consider the ice load in the time domain. However, most of the developed methods are computationally heavy because they consider every ice floe in the sea ice field to calculate the ice load acting on the vessel. In this study, a new approach to generate the ice load in the time domain with computational efficiency was suggested, and its feasibility was examined. The ice load spectrum and mean ice load were acquired from a numerical analysis with GPU-event mechanics (GEM) software, and the ice load with the varying heading of a vessel was reconstructed to show the feasibility of the proposed method.
