치과위생사 이직의도에 관한 측정도구의 고찰 (A literature review on measurement tools for dental hygienist turnover intention in Korea)

  • This study investigates the overall research trends and related factors affecting the turnover of dental hygienists in Korea during the past 10 years (2007-2017) and analyzed the differences in the results of the research according to the main measurement tools. The literature review focused on turnover of dental hygienists in Korea. Inclusion criteria of selected studies were as follows: the domestic and foreign academic journals and theses published for the past 10 years (between 2007-2017). The most commonly used tool for measuring dental hygienist turnover was a tool developed by Lawler. The most used significant general characteristics is age and income, Job satisfaction (57.1%) and organizational commitment (40.0%) were the most frequently used predictors of turnover. The variables used for each turnover measurement tool were different, showing that the study results was different from according to the variables and significance level. Although there have been many studies related to the turnover of dental hygienists, different results have been shown depending on the measurement tools. When conducting research related to dental hygienist turnover, specific and clear presentation of measurement tool selection or development is needed.

영아기부터 청소년기까지 국내 수면 연구의 동향분석 (Trends in Sleep Research: From Infancy Through Adolescence)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore research trends in sleep from infancy through to adolescence. To achieve this, an examination was conducted of sleep research published in Korea based on the publication year, developmental stages of the study participants, research designs, measurement tools, and research topics. A total of 362 academic journal articles and theses/dissertations published in Korea up until 2023 were selected. In terms of publication year, the first study was conducted in 1967 and the field became more active from 2010 onwards. The age group studied the most was adolescents, with cross-sectional research being the most common study design. Regarding sleep measurement tools, most scales measuring sleep in infants, preschoolers, children, and adolescents were developed abroad, then adapted or validated in Korea, or were modifications of adult scales tailored for specific studies. Lastly, in terms of research topics, the most common focus was the relationship between sleep and developmental characteristics, particularly its effects on emotional development. Based on these results, future research could focus on developing sleep-related intervention programs and measurement tools.

HFSS를 이용한 UHF RFID 세라믹 안테나 개발 (Development of UHF RFID Ceramic Antenna Using HFSS)

  • 본 논문에서는 최근에 널리 사용되고 있는 RFID 설계 Tool인 HFSS를 이용하여 UHF RFID 세라믹 안테나를 개발하였다. 개발한 세라믹 안테나는 HFSS를 이용하여 반사손실(Return Loss)과 스미스 차트(Smith Chart)를 통해 특성을 분석하였다. HFSS 설계를 바탕으로 세라믹 안테나를 제작하였고, 네트워크 분석기(Network Analyzer)를 이용하여 임피던스 매칭과 이득을 측정하여 성능을 분석하였다. 그리고 UHF RFID 휴대용 단말기에 세라믹 안테나를 부착하여 일반적으로 널리 사용되는5가지 형태의 RFID 태그(Tag)에 대해서 거리측정을 실시하여 그 성능을 입증하였다.

He-Ne 레이저와 CCD 카메라를 이용한 비접촉 3차원 측정 (Noncontact 3-dimensional measurement using He-Ne laser and CCD camera)

  • A fast and precise technique to measure 3-dimensional coordinates of an object is proposed. It is essential to take the 3-dimensional measurements of the object in design and inspection. Using this developed system a surface model of a complex shape can be constructed. 3-dimensional world coordinates are projected onto a camera plane by the perspective transformation, which plays an important role in this measurement system. According to the shape of the object two measuring methods are proposed. One is rotation of an object and the other is translation of measuring unit. Measuring speed depending on image processing time is obtained as 200 points per second. Measurement resolution i sexperimented by two parameters among others; the angle between the laser beam plane and the camera, and the distance between the camera and the object. As a result of these experiments, it was found that measurement resolution ranges from 0.3mm to 1.0mm. This constructed surface model could be used in manufacturing tools such as rapid prototyping machine.

재가 뇌졸중 환자의 일상활동 수행능력, 우울, 자기효능감 및 삶의 질과의 관계 (A Study on Stroke Patients' ADL, Depression, Self-Efficacy and Quality of Life)

  • This study was a descriptive research in search of a nursing intervention scheme to improve stroke patients' quality of life by understanding the relationship of stroke patients' ADL, depression, self-efficacy and quality of life with various variables and identifying factors that affect their quality of life. Each subject was interviewed one to one based on a structured questionnaire. With regard to research tools, Modified Barthel Index (MBI: Fortinsky et al., 1981), which was translated by Choi, Hye-sook (1996), was used in measuring ADL, Randloff's (1977) tool, which was translated by Choi, Soon-hee, was used in measuring depression, and the tool developed by Sherer et al. (1982), which is to measures self-efficacy under general conditions not limited to specific conditions, and modified by O, Bok-ja (1994) was used in measuring self-efficacy. The quality of life was measured using the scale of satisfaction of life developed by Diener et al. (1985). The results of this study were as follows: 1. The means of ADL of the subjects was $79.5{\pm}31.9$, depression $26.8{\pm}10.4$, self-efficacy $47.1{\pm}25.7$, and the quality of life $12.3{\pm}4.9$. 2. The subjects' quality of life showed a statistically significant difference according to gender (t=7.9, p= .006), satisfaction with income (F=5.8, p= .004), the burden of medical fee (F=3.7, p= .028) and the period of disease (F=2.8, p= .042). 3. With regard to relationship among ADL, depression, self-efficacy and the quality of life, ADL was in a relatively low positive correlation (r= .293, p= .003) with and the quality of life, depression in a high negative correlation (r=- .634, p= .000) with the quality of life, and self-efficacy in a positive correlation with the quality of life (r= .388, p= .000). 4. Factors that made a significant influence on the quality of life were depression (B=- .309, p= .001) and satisfaction with income (B=-2.611, p= .001). Based on these results, this study made following suggestions: 1. It is necessary to run rehabilitation programs to improve stroke patients' ADL, depression and self-efficacy. 2. It is necessary to perform research of monitoring stroke patients' quality of life in various areas using measuring tools.

학령전기 아동을 위한 감각처리 평가도구의 체계적 고찰 (Assessment Tools of Sensory Processing for Preschool-Aged Children: A Systematic Review)

  • 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 학령전기 아동의 감각처리 능력을 측정하기 위해 사용되고 있는 평가도구의 종류를 알아보고 심리측정학적 특성을 평가하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 감각처리 평가도구는 PubMed, Cochrane, CINAHL, PsycINFO와 같은 전자 데이터베이스를 사용하여 논문을 검색한 뒤, 초록과 원문 검토를 통해 포함기준에 적합한 평가도구를 최종적으로 선택하였다. 결과 : 총 38개의 논문이 최종적으로 분석되었으며, 8개의 평가도구가 확인되었다. 가장 많은 신뢰도와 타당도가 검증된 도구는 Sensory Processing Measure-Preschool(SPM-P)이었으며 신뢰도와 타당도 검증이 부족한 도구로 는 Sensory Experiences Questionnaire(SEQ), Sense & Self-Regulation Checklist(SSRC), 그리고 Sensory Processing Scale Assessment(SPSA)가 있었다. 결론 : 본 연구결과는 임상가와 연구자들이 학령전기 아동에게 적합한 감각처리 평가도구를 선정할 때 근거자료가 될 것이다.

군수품 특성을 고려한 품질만족도 모델 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Quality Satisfaction Index Model for Military Goods)

  • Purpose: In the private sector, many Customer Satisfaction Index Models have already been developed and are being applied in a variety of industries. In spite of continuously increasing of quality for military goods, measuring tools of Quality Satisfaction have not been developed yet. Method: In 2004, Defense Quality Assurance Agency and Seoul National University jointly developed MCSI(Military Customer Satisfaction Index) as a benchmark NCSI(National Customer Satisfaction Index), but it is limited to aply to military goods. We focused on product quality and developed MQSI(Military Quality Satisfaction Index) Model. Result: We propose a new Satisfaction Index Model(MQSI, Military Quality Satisfaction Index) that can be applied to military goods. Conclusion: In this study, configuration and variables of MQSI Model are described. Also the result of preliminary survey is briefly explained.

  • 모바일 컴퓨팅과 웨어러블 기술의 발전으로 인하여 일상생활 속에서 생체신호를 측정하는 다양한 웨어러블 디바이스가 개발 및 보급이 되면서, 생체신호를 활용한 건강관리서비스가 주목 받고 있다. 최근에는 다양한 생체신호 분석 툴을 활용하여 건강관리서비스가 개발 및 연구되고 있다. 대부분의 생체신호 분석 연구는 Matlab을 활용한다. 그러나, Matlab으로 개발한 알고리즘을 시스템에 적용하기 위해서는 소스의 변환 작업이 필요하다. 소스의 변환 작업을 생략할 수 있는 스마트 인터페이스를 제공하고자 한다. 본 논문은 Matlab에서 개발한 알고리즘을 시스템에 적용하기 위한 변환 기술을 생략하고, 소스 파일 자체를 시스템에서 실행시키기 위한 인터페이스를 개발한다.

소비자 이슈에 대한 CSR 활동의 산업별 차이분석 (Analyzing Differences in CSR Activities of Consumer Issues among Industries)

  • Purpose: This study aims to develop measuring tools for 'Consumer Issues' of ISO 26000, the international standards for corporate social responsibility(CSR), and propose strategic suggestions on the CSR implemention by analyzing the differences among various industries. Methods: In order to test the research models, structured questionnaires were used and nationwide surveys were conducted targeting at customers who have had experiences in using the products and services from the companies which published CSR reports. In addition, for the empirical analysis of data, the models were verified with AMOS confirmatory factor analysis(CFA). Results: From the result of the analysis of differences among industries, it was shown that level of CSR activities was high in public sectors, followed by service industries and manufacturing. It was also shown high in air transport and the electrical and electronic industries, while it was confirmed low in energy and environment related industries such as energy, automobile and chemical industries. As a result, strategic approaches are suggested, considering the different characteristics of each industry in implementing CSR. Conclusion: This study has developed measuring tools for 'Consumer Issues' to research the core subjects and issues of ISO 26000, the international standards for CSR. It has confirmed the characteristics and differences regarding 'Consumer Issues' among industries and proved that industries can provide guidelines for the implementation of CSR activities through approaching and researching various issues from interested parties. This study has also suggested the importance of customer awareness of CSR activities and active communications by industries.

토오컨 강화가 아동의 퇴원 후 투약 실천에 미치는 효과 (The Effectiveness of Token economy on Oral Medication for Discharged Children)

  • Oral medication is the most frequent treatment measure for follow up treatment, which is leading by childrens' parents for them. In medication for preoperational children, they tend to concentrate the result rather than the motivation or cause. So, they frequently refuse medication which has bitter taste. So this study was attempted to develop token economy program which promote children's medication and help their parents, and to evaluate its' effect to construct the experimental ground. This study was a quasi experimental study under the nonequivalent control group posttest only design. The subjects of this study were 36 children who were aged 3-6 years and admitted pediatric ward because of their respiratory disease. Token economy program was consisted of cartoon record paper with stickers which expresses the better medication is taken the more germs die, and gift was given for back up reinforcer. To evaluate this program, time for oral medication was measured to both experimental group and control group. To determine the effect of the program, the data were analyzed by the SAS 6.12 program with t-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Between experimental group and control group, there was no significant difference (t=-1.2411, P=0.2374). Therefore, the hypothesis of this study was rejected. In conclusion, the token economy program for follow up care didn't change the children's behavior of oral medication. But it was found that the cartoon on recording paper gave a pleasure to participated children. Parents who were in experimental group expressed their appreciation for token economy program. So it can be said that the token economy program for follow up care was effective in inducing the children's pleasure and parents' satisfaction even though it wasn't successful in experiment. If the measuring tools for token economy program was made with well planned design and high reliability, it can be improved the effectiveness of that To develope the theoretical bases of nursing care, the well planned programs and measuring tools for them should be developed.
