  • Researchers using various of statistical data want to obtain microdata for a detailed analysis. Institutes need to provide microdata after masking processes for sensitive data. Many researchers have used the proportion of unique identity for the measurement of disclosure risk. We proposed a new measurement of disclosure risk that considers the case that all identities are the same or similar. As an application example, we compare the newly proposed measurement and the existing measurement using 10667 data in 'Korea Household Income and Expenditure Survey data for 2010'.

  • Dosimetry of radiating electromagnetic wave from mobile devices to human body has been evaluated by measuring Specific Absorption Rate (SAR). Usual SAR measurement system scans the volume by robot arm to evaluate RF power absorption to human body from wireless devices. It is possible to fast estimate the volume SAR by software deleting robot moving time with the 2D surface SAR data acquired by arrayed probes. This paper shows the principle of fast SAR measurement and the measured data comparison between the fast SAR system and the robot scanning system. Data of the fast SAR is well corresponding with data of robot scanning SAR within ${\pm}3$ dB, and its dynamic range covers from 10 mW/kg to 30 W/kg with 4.8 mm probe diameter.

  • Supervision work deals with important data necessary for the performance management on building construction sites in accordance with the Building Act. Therefore, this study attempts to use the data from supervisory reports to measure the performance of private building projects. Performance measurement is important for systematic management. However, there are only a few cases in which performance measurement is performed because it requires strenuous efforts to collect data for measurement. First, this study derived 6 performance areas and 15 indicators through a few rounds of expert group discussions. Then, we confirmed the performance indicators with high feasibility of data collection through a survey of supervision experts. It is expected that the data of supervisory reports can measure systematically performance and assist in speedy diagnosis of private building construction sites.

  • This paper attempts to propose new procedures to evaluate roughness of ground metallic surface in the range of 1-10.mu.m from data gained by an optical, in-process measurement of the surfaces. Studies are made to process the data of reflected lights pointed at the surface to be measured. Results obtained are compared with those of measurement by stylus roughness meter. Correlations between the two types of roughness measurement are well. The proposed method can be used as a sensor for a polishing robot.

  • A study on Nacelle Lidar (Light detection and ranging) measurement error and the data reliability verification was carried out at Haengwon wind farm on Jeju Island. For measurement data error processing, the characteristics of Nacelle Lidar measurements were analyzed by dividing into three parts, which are weather conditions (temperature, humidity, atmosphere, amount of precipitation), mechanical movement (rotation of wind turbine blades, tilt variation of Nacelle Lidar) and Nacelle Lidar data availability. After processing the measurement error, the reliability of Nacelle Lidar data was assessed by comparing with wind data by an anemometer on a met mast, which is located at a distance of 200m from the wind turbine with Nacelle Lidar. As a result, various weather conditions and mechanical movement did not disturb reliable data measurement. Nacelle Lidar data with availability of 95% or more could be used for checking Nacelle Lidar wind data reliability. The reliability of Nacelle Lidar data was very high with regression coefficient of 98% and coefficient of determination of 97%.

  • 1. Objectives The Face is an important standard for the classification of Sasang Constitutions. We are developing 3D Automatic Face Recognition Apparatus(3D-AFRA) to analyse the facial characteristics. This apparatus show us 3D image and data of man's face and measure facial figure data. So We should examine the Measurement of Facial Figure data error of 3D Automatic Face Recognition Apparatus(3D-AFRA) in Software Error Analysis. 2. Methods We scanned face status by using 3D Automatic Face Recognition Apparatus(3D-AFRA). And we measured lengths Between Facial Definition Parameters of facial figure data by Facial Measurement program. 2.1 Repeatability test We measured lengths Between Facial Definition Parameters of facial figure data restored by 3D-AFRA by Facial Measurement program 10 times. Then we compared 10 results each other for repeatability test. 2.2 Measurement error test We measured lengths Between Facial Definition Parameters of facial figure data by two different measurement program that are Facial Measurement program and Rapidform2006. At measuring lengths Between Facial Definition Parameters, we uses two measurement way. The one is straight line measurement, the other is curved line measurement. Then we compared results measured by Facial Measurement program with results measured by Rapidform2006. 3. Results and Conclusions In repeatability test, standard deviation of results is 0.084-0.450mm. And in straight line measurement error test, the average error 0.0582mm, and the maximum error was 0.28mm. In curved line measurement error test, the average error 0.413mm, and the maximum error was 1.53mm. In conclusion, we assessed that the accuracy and repeatability of Facial Measurement program is considerably good. From now on we complement accuracy of 3D-AFRA in Hardware and Software.

  • In this paper, we deal with a development of measurement system to apply the leakage rates test of primary containment in nuclear power plant. The measurement test about leakage rates in primary containment is one sort of test to prove safety of nuclear power plant. The parameters which are measured to calculate leakage rates are drybulb temperature, dew point temperature(or relative humidity), absolute pressure and flow. Overall, the measurement system consists of sensor module for data acquisition of the parameters, transfer module for wireless data communication and control module to control system and to calculate leakage rates. Because existing measurement systems are difficult to set in field, we pursued convenience of use, we applied wireless data communication and individual form module using battery. We also changed for the better in confidence. Recently, we are developing a drybulb temperature and a dew point temperature sensor module. We describe about function of developed measurement system, its standard and an plan for verification of measurement system.

  • Nine different types of the reinforced railroad roadbeds which . are located in between Suwon-Chunan station of Kyongbu line were constructed in order to increase the bearing capacity of railroad roadbed and to improve the ridability as a part of speed-up project of conventional railroad systems. Each three sections were composed of weathered granite soil, crushed stone and furnace slag(HMS25), and fully instrumented with earth pressure cells, settlement plates and geophones to monitor the behavior of roadbeds under actual train loads. Field measurement has continued since October 31, 2000 and presently with rather longer measurement interval. The measurement data such as settlement, earth pressure and vibration levels are currently under analysis process. In this paper, only cumulative measurement data of railroad roadbeds were introduced. In the near future, comprehensive measurement data and result of analysis will be presented and design technique for the reinforced railroad roadbed will be proposed as a final product of this study.

  • Healthcare lifelog, a personal record relating to disease treatment and healthcare, plays an important role in healthcare paradigm shifts in which medical and information technology converge. Healthcare services based on various healthcare lifelogs are being launched domestically by both large corporations and small and medium enterprises, however, they are being built on an individual platform that is dependent on each company. Therefore, the terms of lifelog data are different as well as the measurement specifications are not uniform. This study proposes a reference model for minimum common data required for sharing and utilization of healthcare lifelog. Literature study and expert survey derived 3 domain, 17 essential items, and 51 sub-items. The model provides definition, measurement data format, measurement method, and precautions for each detailed measurement item, and provides necessary guidelines for data and service design and construction for healthcare service. This study has its significance as a basic research supporting the activation of ecosystem by ensuring interoperability of data between heterogeneous healthcare devices linked to digital healthcare platform.
