SCM system is required inter-industrial cooperation as well as inter-organizational cooperation. It means not only standardization of inter-organization but also standardization of inter-industry. SCM makes possible one circulation from fiber to retail industry in the respects of information and product flows. QR is the SCM of textile apparel industry, which satisfy customer need with least cost and maximum profit. Customer-oriented supply chain system focused on information sharing, cost reduction, inventory control, lead time reduction, quick response on customer demand. How we can measure the performance of successful SCM is issued on the approach of Balanced Scorecard which evaluates 4 perspectives such as customer perspective, internal business perspective, financial perspective, and innovation and learning perspective. This can project the blueprint of textile fashion business to right direction with vision.

Simulation models have been developed to predict the overall behavior of the CANDU plant systems during normal operational transients. For real time simulation purpose, simplified thermal hydraulic models are applied with appropriate system control logics, which include primary heat transport system solver with its component models and secondary side system models. The secondary side models are mainly used to provide boundary conditions for primary system calculation and to accomodate plant power control logics. Also, for the effective use of simulation package, hardware oriented basic simulation network has been established with appropriate graphic display system. Through validation with typical plant power maneuvering cases using proven plant performance analysis computer code, the present simulation package shows reasonable capability in the prediction of the dynamic behavior of plant variables during operational transients of CANDU plant, which means that this simulation tool can be utilized as a basic framework for full scope simulation network through further improvements.

Organizational improvisation, the convergence of planning and execution, has emerged as an alternative approach to the limitations in strategic planning. Organizational improvisation has a significant impact not only on organizational performance, but also on market orientation, which has emerged as a key issue in the field of technology commercialization. This study investigates both the effect of organizational improvisation on market orientation, as well as the effect of environmental turbulence and time pressure on organizational improvisation. Results show that organizational improvisation has a positive influence on market orientation, with a stronger effect on the diffusion of market information. This is greatly impacted by environmental turbulence and time pressure. As a result, promoting competencies in organizational improvisation at the corporate level is suggested as a significant means to enhance market-oriented organizational innovation.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes and characteristics of street fashion in Japan of the 1980s. The data were collected from the Mainichi Newspaper published in Japan from 1950 to 1990. The results were as follows: 1. After world war II, the street fashion had changed through the styles of the Panpan, Apres, Miyuki, Hippie & Hooten, Bikers in Japan. 2. The 1980s was characterized as an era of post industrial society and the appearance of Shinjinrui which means new human. In street fashion, these changes led to greater focus on unique style in Japan. In the 1980s, the street fashion had developed within four styles : traditional casual wear style, American sports wear style, performance.oriented style, and Japanese DC brand style in Japan.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest field-oriented policy of regional innovation support system. To accomplish this purpose, we examined the status quo of technical support, performance satisfaction of consumers and practical issues. The key factors influencing core technical innovation of small and medium firms are development fund, R&D employees, experimental instrument, technical information, protection of intellectual property, subcontracting and so on. To make sure of practical effect, therefore, it would rather necessary to implement policy support linking government and supporting means on the ground of needs of small and medium firms than specific method such as funding.

The Korean government has focused on universities or colleges as the main targets of its startup policy since the 2010s. However, the performance is not so good, with a low survival rate. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that underpin the success of student startups. First, through a review of the literature, this study compared the success factors of student startups with those of venture startups, which means the general startup sector, as well as youth startups, also a focus of startup policy targeting youngsters outside universities or colleges. Second, we analyzed case studies of startup companies connected University H. The literature review showed that the main target of student startups is the employment of university students. There is a lack of studies on success factors; existing studies only emphasize the entrepreneurship of students. The results of case studies showed several factors of success similar to those of general venture startups: founders, business model and resources including team, and mentoring.

Music is a means of emotional expression and self-expression. In addition, it allows to interact with others and communicate with the world. Music may be considered as inaccessible for people with hearing impairment, who are sometimes discriminated from the music community. We explore trends in various technologies and research that enable everyone to access and enjoy music through experiences that leverage new and innovative technological approaches and bridge the gap between people with and without hearing impairment. Various aspects of haptic systems are being studied, but most of them are performance-oriented and focus only on technical functions. As research matures, more detailed and new studies that converge with various senses are being attempted. These studies will likely evolve into influential research areas that can positively affect the lives of people in terms of accessibility and inclusion by providing detailed functions and stimuli to specific users, including those with hearing impairment.

The buildings relevant to the law should be designed performance-based necessarily according to "Fire-Fighting System Installation Business Act" amended, January 1. 2009. Performance based design means that building design reflects structure, size, purpose, and building capacity to achieve the most effective design of fire-fighting system. Performance based design has meaning to buildings that it is insufficient to control fire-fighting by previous law-oriented design or inappropriate by uniform design, because of buildings becoming bigger and higher. However, it is difficult to implement the system actually, because laws relevant to fire-fighting prescribe only the object and the required qualifications of performance based design, but they don't have rules to enforce performance based design for specific parts. This study suggests improvements for a desirable implementation of performance based design in legal aspects, by analyzing the current legal regulations related to performance based design.

In this research, the selection of rail tour items of importance and achievement of service quality will be different 'analysis under the assumption that the relationships between them, were studied. Through this research, managers' subjective judgments of the customer rather than by a judge, ie, the true value to our customers think of the rail service quality for tourism products is crucial to develop the important elements. In addition, market-oriented thinking is to present the basic data of the transition. To summarize the conclusions of this paper is as follows. First, what tourists are seeking, constant research and improvement of tourism services should be looking for ways. Secondly, the focus on service quality aspects of products and the urgent need to identify the side of part "Concentrate Here" and "Possible Overkill" by reducing the effort to improve the efficiency of management is considered to be accelerated. Finally, most point in terms of focus and means of transport for the tourism sector as well as the railway tourism products, using the railway as a tourism product now on tour items should be changed.

$MgB_2$ thin films with superior superconducting properties are very promising for superconducting magnets, electronic devices and coated conductor electric power applications. A clear understanding of flux pinning mechanism in $MgB_2$ films could be a big aid in improving the performance of $MgB_2$ by the enhancement of $J_c$. The fabrication advancement and the understanding of flux pinning mechanism of $MgB_2$ thin and thick films fabricated by using hybrid physical-chemical vapor deposition (HPCVD) are reviewed. The distinct kind of $MgB_2$ films, such as single-crystal like $MgB_2$ thin films, $MgB_2$ epitaxial columnar thick films, and a-axis-oriented $MgB_2$ films are included for flux pinning mechanism investigation. Various attempts made by researchers to improve further the flux pinning property and $J_c$ performance by means of doping in $MgB_2$ thin films by using HPCVD are also summarized.
