Elevator's Car Auxiliary Power System using the Contactless Power Transmission Method (비접촉 전력전송방식을 이용한 엘리베이터 카 보조 전원시스템)

  • In this paper, we have posed contactless power supply method using the contactless transformer with multiple primary winding. Also, the system uses resonant frequency tracking method for safe power supply at the elevator's car. The proposed system has been verified by the simulation using ICA4 and Maxwell. The contactless power transmission system is designed for 5[kW] rate.

우리나라 전자장 수치해석분야의 현재와 미래

  • 전자장의 거동은 Maxwell의 방정식으로 표현할 수 있다. 이 방정식을 풀때는 그 경계조건을 만족하여야 하므로 전자장의 해석은 경계치 문제로 귀착된다. Maxwell 방정식의 해법은 해석적인 해법과 수치적인 해법으로 크게 나누어지는데 전자의 경우는 경계의 형상이 간단하거나 매질의 특성이 선형일때만 가능하다. 따라서 공학적인 실제의 문제를 다룰때는 수치적인 해법이 필수불가결하다. 근래에 와서는 전기기기의 고효율화, 경량화, 고성능화등의 필요성에 의하여 전기기기 내에서의 전자장을 정확히 해석할 필요성이 증대되었다. 이를 위하여 효과적인 수치해석기법의 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔는데 세계적으로 보면 1960년대 말부터 유한요소법이 전자장해석에 이용되었고 근래에 괄목할만한 발전을 이루었다. 국내에서는 선진외국보다는 10여년 늦게 1970년 후반부터 이에 대한 연구가 시작되어 지금은 대학, 산업체에서 전자장수치해석에 대한 연구와 응용이 활발하고 어떤 분야는 세계적인 수준에 달하고 있다. 본고에서는 주로 국내의 유한요소법 및 경계요소법의 연구와 응용현황을 기술하고 앞으로의 전망을 기술하기로 한다. 그리고 본고를 작성하는 과정에서 자료조사의 미흡으로 모든 분야가 충분히 기술되지 못한 점에 대하여 깊은 이해가 있기를 바란다.

  • The Maxwell displacement current was investigated in the connection with phase diagram of monolayers on a water surface. We measwed the displacement current of 8A5H monolayers on the water surface. The displacement current generated during 8A5H monolayers compression. Also, displacement current pulses were found to be generated when isomerizations were induced in 8A5H monolayers by irradiation with ultraviolet light ($lambda_1=340nm$) and visible light($lambda_2=450nm$).

  • The mechanism of the displacement current generation for stimulation transmit observed in the present displacement current measurement and theoretically analysed. The orientational change of molecules in monolayers was discussed on the basis of the Maxwell-displacement-current obtained. Maxwell displacement current was generated from monolayers on a water surface by monolayerr compression, and it measuring technique has been applied to the study of monolayers of Dipalmitoylphosphatidyl choline (L-${\alpha}$-DPPC). Finally, We measured that differential thermal analysis(DTA) of sample. Displacement current was generated when the area per molecule about 180${\AA}$$^2$in low pressure, and it was generated when the area per molecule about 110${\AA}$$^2$in high pressure. A result of DTA was showed that temperature at 124.6$^{\circ}C$.

  • Maxwell-displacement-current (MDC) measuring technique has been applied for the investigation of monolayers of poly(vinyl alcohol)s bearing azobenzene side-chains (6Az5PVA) mixed with p-pentyl-p'-cyano-biphenyls (5CBs) on a water surface. For mixed monolayers containing trans-form 6Az5PVA and LCs, displacement current due to photo isomerization was not generated with alternative photo-irradiation with UV and svisible light. In contrast, for mixed monolaters containing cis-form 6Az5PVA and LCs, displacement current was generated. Finally, it was found that the alignment layers deposited in cis-form could photoregualte the orientation of LCs.

  • Recent development of scanning probe microscope techniques has made it possible to investigate, not only microscopic surface topography, but also physical and chemical properties on the nanometer-scale. The scanning Maxwell-stress microscopy (SMM) is surface characterization tool capable of mapping both the surface topography and electrical properties, such as surface potential, surface charge dielectric constant of thin films with a nanometer-scale resolution by means of the AC voltage driven oscillation of metal coated cantilever. In this study, we observed the surface potential distribution and molecular ordering in thin films. We have demonstrated that the SMM can be used for imaging surface potential distribution over the film surface and also be used for detecting surface changes in thin films. This is first step towards the understanding of electrical phenomena in organic and inorganic materials, biological system with SMM.

  • We have investigated the electrical characteristics of a MOSFET-structured silicon field emitter by employing Maxwell 2D and Silvaco simulators. The potential distribution is obtained by Maxwell 2D simulator and the field emission current is calculated by Fowler-Nordheim equations. The characteristics of MOSFET is simulated by Silvaco simulator. Simulated results are almost identical to the experimental results. Also, we have studied the emission characteristics as funtions of several geometric parameters.

  • Perturbation thorpe for quantum mechanics is extended to the derivation of a power equation for microwave propagation in a rectangular waveguiad filled with N-type silicon which is transversely magnetized. This approximation evolves in a unified manner from the eigenvalue formulation of maxwell's equation wherein the wave numbers are tthe eigenvalues of a linear operator. TE10 wave at 9.61GHz is employed for the experimental investigation of the microwave propagation through a transversely magnetized semiconductor. Results from first order perturbation agree well with the experiment where the bridge method using two Magic Tees is employed.

  • In a MEMS(micro-electro mechanical system), the fluid may slip near the surface of a solid and have a discontinuous temperature profile. A numerical prediction in this slip flow region can provide a reasonable guide for the design and fabrication of micro devices. The compressible Navier-Stokes equation with Maxwell/smoluchowski boundary condition is solved for two simple systems; couette flow and pressure driven flow in a long channel. We found that the couette flow could be regarded as an incompressible system in low speed regions. For the pressure driven flow system, we observed nonlinear distribution of pressure in the long channel and numerical results showed a good agreement with the experimental results.

  • The slip velocity and the temperature jumps for low-speed flow in microchannels are investigated using Langmuir slip boundary condition. This slip boundary condition is suggested to simulate micro flow. The current study analyzes Langmuir slip boundary condition theoretically and it analyzed numerically micro-Couette flow, micro-Poiseuille flow and grooved microchannel flow. First, to prove validity for Langmuir slip condition, an analytical solution for micro-Couette flow is derived from Navier-Stokes equations with Langmuir slip conditions and is compared with DSMC and an analytical solution with Maxwell slip boundary condition. Second, the numerical analysis is performed for micro-Poiseuille flow and grooved microchannel flow. The slip velocity and temperature distribution are compared with results of DSMC or Maxwell slip condition and those are shown in good agreement.
