The Maxwell displacement current was investigated in the connection with stwiching characteristics by photoisomerization of monolayers. The displacement current was generated due to the trans-to-cis photoisomerization by irradiation with ultraviolet light( λ$_1$1=360nm). whereas the displacement current was generated in the opposite direction due to the sis-to-trans photoisomerization by irradiation with visible light( λ$_1$=450nm). The reversible displacement current generation was found to be sustained by alternative irradiation with UV light and visible light.

A method for calculation of mutual inductance from the parallel power-line and earth conduct to communication-line is studied in the paper. The solution for the electromagnetic field produced by an overhead power-line is derived using Maxwell's equations and treating the as a boundary value problem. Total mutual inductance from direct current and image current to communication-line is used Carson's formula for infinitely long parallel conductors.

In This paper the convertor topology using single diode bridge rectifier for the now two-phase switched reluctance motor is proposed. The single diode bridge rectifier is supplied by the Ac voltage source. The nonlinear model of two-phase SRM is implement by maxwell and result show the photographic.

This paper deals with calculation of surface charge density on current carrying conductors by FEM. The proposed algorithm is formulated by equation of continutity in conductor region and maxwell's equations outside, respectively, Surface charge density is calculated by electric scalar potential and boundary condition for electrostatic fields.

두족강(Cephalopoda)의 정자에 관한 연구는 Chun(1903)의 연구를 필두로 많은 연구가 있었다(Pickford 1940, 1957; Franzen, 1967; Young 1977; Fioroni, 1981; Boss, 1982), 이들 중 Franzen(1967)은 광학 현미경을 통해 Cephalopoda를 대상으로 여러종의 정자 변태 과정을 관찰한 바 있다. 특히 전자현미경을 사용한 연구는 1968년 Galangau와 Tuzet에 의해 시작되었고 정자의 미세구조와 상세한 변태과정이 보고되어져 왔다(Longo ＆ Anderson, 1970; Maxwell, 1974, 1975; Fields ＆ Thompson, 1976; Arnold ＆ Williams-Arnold, 1978; Healy, 1988; Alvarez Perez et al. 1990). The purpose of this paper is analyses about in 12kV/50kA vacuum interrupter with an axial magnetic field type electrode system through the studies of electromagnetic phenomena for the possess of Safety break. Vacuum interrupter is important in electric safety part. In this paper, we performed analysis of electric field, magnetic field, current density in AMF electrode using the Maxwell 3D simulation.

전기 전자 소자를 제작하는 방법으로 Langmuir-Boldgett(LB)법이 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 수면위에 형성된 단분자막을 압축 또는 확장하면, 분자가 배향하는 과정에서 맥스웰 변위전류(MDC)가 흐른다. MDC는 전속밀도의 변화에 기인해서 흐르므로 MDC를 측정하는 것에 의해 분자의 동적 거동 관찰할 수 있다. 단분자막을 압축하는 속도와 분자면적은 서로 선형적인 관계를 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서는 압축속도를 30, 40, 50mm/min으로 달리하여 단분자막의 동적 거동을 관찰하였으며 LB법을 이용하여 Arachidic acid 단분자를 slide glass 위에 Y-type으로 9$\sim$21층의 다층막을 누적하여 Au/Arachidic acid/Al 소자를 제작하였다. 또한 Metal-Insulator-Metal(MIM) 소자의 I-V 특성을 측정하여 전극간의 거리가 커질수록 절연특성이 좋아짐을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 전자기파에 대한 수치적 파동흡수 경계모델인 Perfectly-Matched-Layer(PML)를 개발하고 PML을 연동시킨 유한요소법에 의해 콘크리트 구조물을 통과하는 마이크로파의 전파거동을 해석하는 수치적 기법을 제시한다. 콘크리트 부재와 공기로 구성된 무한매질을 PML을 경계로 하는 유한영역으로 치환하고, 이 유한영역에서 평면 전자기파에 대한 시간 영역 맥스웰방정식의 수치 해를 혼합유한요소법에 의해 계산하였다. 공기로만 이루어진 균일매질의 경우와 콘크리트 구조물이 존재하는 비균일 매질의 경우에 대하여 단일주파수 및 복합주파수를 갖는 마이크로파의 전기장을 계산하였고, 오차분석을 위해 $L^2$-놈 형태로 표현되는 정해와 수치 해의 상대오차를 정의하여 수치 해의 정확도를 평가하였다. 이 연구는 마이크로파를 이용한 철근콘크리트 구조물의 건전도평가 및 손상평가에 적용될 수 있다.

최근 과학의 발전으로 인해 여러 장소에서 전자기기의 활용도가 높아졌기 때문에 예기치 못한 전자기파로 인한 오작동과 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 치명적인 손상을 확인할 수 있는 안전 기술들이 요구되었다. 기존의 전자 제품뿐만 아니라 소형화 전자기기들이 복잡도가 높은 대형구조물 안에 비치가 되면서 그에 대한 전자파 영향을 맥스웰 방정식(Maxwell Equation)으로 모두 해석하기에는 여러 한계점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대형 구조물에서의 복잡한 전자파 해석을 위해 확률론에 바탕을 둔 PWB(PoWer Balance) Method와 위상학적 모델링을 적용하여 내부의 전파 영향을 해석하고자 한다.
