The capacitance of nonlinear component such as a CMOS inverter varies largely around the threshold voltage. We measured the far-end crosstalk of two parallel microstrip lines with the CMOS inverter load near the threshold voltage of the CMOS inverter, The negative voltage of the crosstalk agrees with that for a 4pF capacitor toad. The positive voltage of the crosstalk hardly changes of the amplitude of the input step voltage.

본 논문에서는 ISO/IEC의 표준안인 네트워크 계층 보호 프로토콜(NLSP)과 보호연관 프로토콜 (SA-P)를 분석하여, 네트워크 계층에서의 NLSP 위치에 따른 주소, 분할 및 재조립 기능에 대해서 구체적으로 정의하고, 보호연관 프로토콜 표준의 키 토큰 교환 방식의 문제점을 해결한 새로운 키 토큰 교환 방식을 제시한다. 본 키 토큰 교환 방식에서는 Matsumoto-Imai 키 분배 프로토콜을 사용한다. 또한, 새로운 키 토큰 교환 방식을 적용한 네트워크 계층에서의 보호 프로토콜을 구현한다. 구현된 보호 프로토콜에서는 보호 알고리듬으로 DES, SHA, DSS를 사용한다.

An invisible code is one of the useful technologies for a computer interaction. In this paper, we propose a method to display invisible codes using LCD panels and to detect a polarized symbol image with a conventional CCD camera.

In this paper, new linearization technique for bipolar OTAs using exponential-law circuits is described. The core circuit of the proposed OTAs is the multi-TANH doublet. The OTAs have adaptively biasing current sources, which consists of the exponential-law circuits. Three types of the OTAs are presented. The linear input voltage ranges of the OTAs are almost the same as the multi-TANH triplet. Further, the OTAs have lower power dissipation than the multi-TANH triplet.

This paper report on experimental results of 5-level inverter by DC divided link voltage. We have alreday reported that DC divided link valtage comes to be able to reduse harmonic of out line voltage. So we tested whether DC divided link voltage can reduce harmonics in experimental setup. This paper shows simulation results and experimental results. And we confirmed that DC divided link voltage can also apply in experimental setup.

In this paper, first, the fuzzy Petri net inference mechanism with learning function is proposed by using the extended fuzzy Petri nets. Secondly, a control system with this new inference engine is proposed. This system can do automatically and easily the knowledge acquisition from the operator's empirical data and can also be controller adaptively under the big parameter change.

Air pollution is made up by complex mixture exhausted from cars, industries and incinerators etc. Those pollutants come from everywhere without border and contain phototoxic and photogenotoxic chemicals including PAHs exhausted in the air. We have published that the chemicals which show phototoxicity and photogenotoxicity are closely related in mechanistic and the PAHs react as a strong photocatalyzer by radical productions under UV exposure.(omitted)
