Although a great deal of research has been carried out recently with the rise of importance of the UI design, little research has been conducted on the new Neumorphism design. Given the paucity of the research, we demonstrated the development process of GUI design, focusing on the UI design trends, Skeuomorphism, Flat, Material design and the emerging Neumorphism design. Based on this, the aim of the study is to look into the possibility of Neumorphism design, which is currently drawing attention, as the new UI design trends. This study was ordered as follows in two ways. First, drawing from the work of literature, we illustrated the UI design trends by considering the Skeuomorphism, Flat, and Material Design which were before the advent of the Neumorphism design. In addition, we conducted a study on the characteristics and limitations of the UI design trends through actual cases in which UI designs were applied. Second, the Material design as the most recent UI design trends and the Neumorphism design were compared with the method of expression based on the definition and characteristics of Neumorphism design that we investigated. In this context, we also analyzed the possibility of Neumorphism becoming the new UI design trend. We proposed an application of the design to maximize the benefits. This study is meaningful in that the Neumorphism design, which has yet to be studied, is likely to become the UI design trends in the future.

Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability (LOHAS) is based on environmental social responsibility and has become important factor in fashion trends. This study was to correct the types of LOHAS fashion design systems and to analyze attributes based on a case study of LOHAS in the fashion industry and the inquiry into leading studies. This study was carried out and the visual research material was analyzed based on the data of: Internet sites and mediums of communication (literature in the field of design, newspaper, magazines, and TV); after the year 2000 a preceding study about LOHAS also provides a new concept. In addition, the types of LOHAS fashion design were arranged and considered based on analyzed special qualities of a LOHAS the notion. The types of LOHAS fashion design that could be divided into nine patterns are 1) environmentally friendly material practical use 2) re-design 3) message transmission 4) nature motive practical use 5) multi-function design 6) retrenchment design 7) the higher sensitivity pursuit design 8) order production 9) society-morals design. In addition, LOHAS fashion did not appear in any single emphasized special quality of independent type among these, but appeared as a mutually united special feature based on the consciousness of society-morals. It is known that expression is possible to combine into one fashion design with various types and it is possible for various uses.

In this research a ring light was developed so that a partial shadowless shooting for the patient's affected area at the medical treatment room and surgical operation room using high luminance light emitting diode (LED) for which attention is being paid as new lighting parts for medical purpose. LED which was applied to the development used high luminance three color LED for full color for which various color materialization and the adjustment of radiation intensity are possible and we can get white light in order to emphasize the delicate expression for generic tone of shooting object, strong highlight, simple shadow and three dimensional effect at the time of close-up shadowless shooting of the affected area. And at the time of design of ring light, the characteristics of LED and the loss of light at the time of penetrating light diffusion PC were considered so that intensity of illumination for over 150 lx can be obtained. The result of measurement of the intensity of illumination of the ring light that was developed revealed that maximum intensity of illumination of 225.7 lx was obtained, while smoke index was measured to be maximum 78 Ra in the case of Red(50%) Green(100%) and Blue LED(60%). We could confirm that response speed was also very fast as 1.72 ms.

Consumption value has widened, not only in functional but also aesthetic aspects, and consumers have started to find products that are more individual and emotional. The pattern of natural motifs meets the needs of consumers, and the marble is also widely used in patterns as one of the natural motifs. In this study, we analyzed many fashion items and other products with marble patterns based on the elements of CMF design, which are important points in merchandise design. For research, data on marble and its patterns have been found in professional books about marble. Foreign and domestic cases were investigated from well-known design exhibitions. Results of the study demonstrate the potential for pattern representation that stimulates consumers' senses by using color or material to express a variety of visual patterns, and using many finishing methods to express textured patterns. However, most of the domestic cases have only imitated the visual features of marble patterns, and very few have expanded the scope of the use of the patterns. A domestic research study was conducted only on the chemical features of marble, while research on the color and design of the visual aspects has been conducted passively. Therefore, This study will attribute designers to come up with creative pattern design and secure many consumers. Above all, we hope that the expansion of material representations will help designers break away from today's stereotypes of the characteristics of the materials and emotional expression.

In order to analyze the similarity of the source code object material, the source code on both sides must be able to be compiled and executed. In particular, in the case of hardware-integrated software, it is necessary to check whether the hardware interface matches. However, currently, the source code is provided in an incomplete state which is not original of source code used in developing steps. The complainant confirms that the executing characteristics are similar to their own in the expression and function of the output, and request an evaluation. When a source code compilation error occurs during the evaluation process, the experts draw a flowchart of the source code and applies the method of tracing the code flow for each function as indirect method. However, this method is indirect and the subjective judgment is applied, so there is concern about the contention of objectivity in the similarity evaluation result. In this paper, the problems of unverified source code similarity analysis and improvement directions are dealt with, through the analysis cases of source code disputes applied to embedded systems.

A gene encoding a putative phospholipase D was isolated from Bacillus licheniformis and cloned into pGEM-T easy vector. The gene was expressed in E. coli BL21 (DE3) using a pET-21(a) vector containing His6 tag. Affinity purification of the recombinant phospholipase D with nickel-nitrilotriacetic acid (Ni-NTA) resin resulted major one-band by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) analysis. The purified enzyme showed a molecular weight of 44 kDa. The optimum activity of enzyme was around pH 7.0 and the enzyme was also the most stable around this condition. The optimum temperature was about $40-45^{\circ}C$ and the enzyme still showed considerable activities at wide range of temperature. Among various detergents, Triton X-100 significantly increased the enzyme activity, resulting in 181% activity of control at 0.6 mM of the detergent. Calcium ion did not significantly affect the enzyme activity, suggesting that the enzyme might be classified into $Ca^{2+}$-independent PLD.

Background and Objectives : Papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC) frequently metastasize to the regional neck, however, lateral neck lymph node metastasis is less common. The aim of this study is to investigate clinical and immunohistochemical features of PTC with lateral LN metastasis, and determine the predictive factors for lateral LN metastases. Material and Methods : We undertook a retrospective study of 83 patients treated between January 2007 and December 2009 for PTC by thyroidectomy with or without lateral neck dissection. The following criteria were used to study the clinical predictive value of lateral LN. metastases : sex, age, tumor size, multifocality, extracapsular spread(ECS) and lymphovascular emboli. Immunohistochemical staining for VEGF-A, VEGF-C, Bax, Bcl-2, Cyclin D1, Cyclin E, $p27^{kip1}$ and $p57^{kip2}$ was performed, and quantified blindly by three pathologists who had no clinical information of the patients. Immunohistochemical expression was scored as high(>50% of cells stained) or low(0-49%). Results : With use of univariate and multivariate analysis, tumor size(>2cm) and ECS were independent correlates of lateral LN metastasis in PTC. Expression of VEGF-C, Bax, and Cyclin D1 in the PTC with lateral LN metastasis was scored higher than in PTC without lateral LN metastasis(p<0.05). Conclusion : The important risk factors for lateral LN metastasis in PTC are primary tumor size and the presence of ECS. And expression of VEGF-C, Bax and cyclin D1 may be considered of lateral LN metastatic potential in PTC.

The purposes of this study are to establish a theoretical concept of nudism from sociocultural context, to examine its formative characteristics, to analyze the cultural meaning of nudism style showing in the 2000's fashion world, and to analyze and examine its aesthetic qualities. The way of a study was based on analysis and review on philosophy, aesthetics, sociology, popular culture and various documents at home and abroad and previous study and research materials about art and clothes for theoretical study. Also, we carried out a case study by analyzing photo data from fashion books, magazines and internet websites, considering the body and dress as visual objects. The summary and conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Nudism of the sociocultural context was divided into change of understanding of the body and liberation of the body; naturalism; resistant culture; psychoanalysis context. 2. The formative characteristics of nudism style in fashion are classified in Exposure, Transparency and Body Conscious. 3. The cultural meaning of nudism style expressed in the 2000's fashion are sexual opening, surfeit of mass media, pursuit of naturalism, lookism, and individualism. 4. Nudism style expressed in 2000's fashion is drawn as three aesthetic qualities: Eroticism, Primitivism and Futurism. First, Eroticism of nudism style fashion which seeks for sexual stimulus is classified in Sensualism, Provocation and Innocence. Second, Primitivism of nudism style fashion which tends towards naturalism objecting to mechanic and digital civilization and hoping for return to the origin is classified in Primitivism, Naturalism and Sensualism as per aesthetics qualities. Futurism which is the nudism style presenting futuristic expression through using a new material is analyzed as High Technology, Cyber Sexism and functional Future.

The purpose of this study is to reestablish the innovative and experimental designs of Rei Kawakubo by considering and analyzing the flow on the avant-garde nature of her design collection from 1981 to 2017. Design trends such as the art trend, silhouette, color, and expressive technique showcased in Rei Kawakubo's collection from 1981 spring/summer to 2017 spring/summer were examined through precedent studies, books, internet materials, and the avant-garde expressive nature of her designs appearing in modern fashion. Additionally, this study considers the definition of avant- garde and analyzes the expressive nature of Rei Kawakubo's 137 works from the Comme des Garcons collection, exhibited in New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art. As a result of this examination, the avant-garde expressive nature seen in modern fashion was classified into the following themes: historicity, de-structure, exaggeration, intermixture, and surrealism. As a result of reclassifying these characteristics according to historical flow, the historicty, intermixture, and de-structure appeared in the 1980s, while intermixture, exaggeration, and de-structure appeared in the 1990s. More recently, historicity, intermixture, and de-structure appeared in the 2000s, and intermixture, de-structure, exaggeration, and surrealism appeared in the 2010s. The present study is significant in providing theoretical material for the more innovative and various design development in diverse domains while helping to define and understand the avant-garde expression through Rei Kawakubo's collection.

Based on the characteristics of cultural expressions, this paper compares and analyzes the cases of representative commercial architectural spaces of six largest cities in China.In order to promoting the sustainable development of the indoor space culture of modern commercial buildings in China.Six cases were analyzed from the viewpoints of cultural tradition, locality, popularity, technology, and ecology. The results are as follows. First, the tradition of culture requires the emphasis on the traditional elements of specific areas in the interior space of commercial architecture.Second, the regional character of culture is closely related to the social and natural environment factors such as the economic development of the interior space of commercial architecture, historical intrinsic space, geographical environmental conditions, and climate.Fourth, the technicality of culture is to integrate construction method, structure form, and material with local culture into commercial architecture interior space.Fifth, cultural ecology places attention to placing plants in the interior space of commercial architecture and creating a healthy, pleasant and safe environment.
