$50{\mu}m$ 켑톤 기판에 성막된 Polymer/MWCNT 투명 전도막의 미세구조 (Microstructural Properties of the Polymer/MWCNT Transparent Conduction Film Fabricated on the $50{\mu}m$ Kepton Substrate)

  • The Polymer/MWCNT composite films were fabricated by air-spray method under the 2 kg/$cm^2$ pressure using the multi-walled CNTs solution and the polymer on a $50{\mu}m$ kepton film substrates. We obtained the composite films which were sprayed with the MWCNT dispersion. In order to analysis the microstructure for the fabricated Polymer/MWCNT film, we used the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and SEM.

  • A epoxy/multilayered silicate nanocomposite was prepared by a new AC electric application method and micro silica particle was poured into the nanocomposite in order to prepare epoxy/micro-and-nano- mixed composites (EMNC). Electric insulation breakdown strength was measured in a sphere-sphere electrode system designed for the prevention of edge breakdown and the data were estimated by Weibull plot. As the exfoliated silicate nano-plates were homogeniously dispersed in the micro silica particles, the insulation property was higher.

스프레이법으로 제작된 투명 MWCNT 박막 (Transparent MWCNT Thin Films Fabricated by using the Spray Method)

  • Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have excellent electrical, chemical stability, mechanical and thermal properties. The MWCNT films were investigated as a transparent electrode for the solar cell, OLED, and field-emission display. MWCNT films were fabricated by air spray method, whose process is quite low-costed, using the multi-walled CNTs solution on glass substrates. Moreover, the most stable film was fabricated when the spraying time was 60 sec. The film that was sprayed with the MWCNT dispersion for 60 sec, has 300nm thick. And its electric resistivity, transmittance rate, mobility and carrier concentration are $6{\times}10^{-2}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$, 50% at ${\lambda}=550mm$, $4.3{\times}10^{-2}cm^2/V{\cdot}s$ and $2.1{\times}10^{21}cm^{-3}$, respectively. Also, absorption energy of MWCNT films show from 3.9 eV to 4.6 eV. Furthermore, we can use MWCNT films fabricated by the spray method for the transparent electrode.

  • 에폭시 메트릭스에 $10{\pm}5nm$ SiO2 입자를 함량별 (1,3,5,7,9wt%)로 혼합하여 초음파 및 균질기를 이용한 분산을 실시하여 나노콤포지트를 제조하였다. 엉킴이 있는 나노입자를 물리적분산법을 이용하여 분산시킬 수 있었고, 그 결과 여러특성을 연구하였다. 기계적 굴곡강도 특성은 나노입자 충진함량 증가에따라 증가되는 경향을 나타내었고, 무충진 에폭시수지에 비하여 상대적으로 높은 굴곡강도를 나타내었다. 나노입자의 충진함량 증가에따라 절연파괴강도는 1wt%에서 가장 높는 절연파괴강도를 기록하였고 함량증가에 따라 약간 감소되는 경향을 보이고 있다. 이는 여러 연구자의 경향과 대체로 유사함을 알 수 있었다.

Washing Effects on Generation of Pretilt Angle in NLC, 5CB, on a Polyimide Surface with Trifluoromethyl Moieties

  • The washing effects on pretilt angle generation in a nematic liquid crystal (NLC), 4-n-pentyl-4’-cyanobiphenyl (5CB) on a rubbed polyimide (PI) surface with trifluoromethyl moiety have been successfully studied. The pretilt angle of 5CB is increased by the washing process on the rubbed PI surface. The surface tension on the rubbed PI surface increases with the rubbing strength RS and then saturated above RS=150 mm. The pretilt angle of 5CB for all washing processes on the rubbed PI surface decreases with the surface tension. We have found that the pretilt angle of 5CB on the rubbed PI surface may be attributed van der walls (VDW) dispersion interaction between the LC molecules and the polymer surfaces having trifluoromethyl moieties.

  • The effect of organic solvent mixture ratio on the rheology property of slurry and thickness control of ceramic green sheet was investigated. For selecting a suitable dispersant multiple light scattering method was used to evaluate the particle migration velocity and variation of clarification layer thickness. Using the selected dispersant the dispersion property of solution according to solvent mixture ratio was investigated. Binder and plasticizers were added to formulate slurries and their viscosity was evaluated according to solvent mixture ratio. Ceramic green sheets with average thickness of 30, 50 urn were fabricated via tape casting and their thickness tolerances measured. As a result according to solvent mixture ratio the solution and slurry properties varied and for the mixture ratio of ethanol/toluene of 80/20 the ceramic green sheet with the lowest thickness tolerance was obtained.

Thermal properties of latent heat storage microcapsule-water slurry

  • A microcapsule water slurry is a latent heat-storage material having a low melting point. In this study, the thermal properties of a microcapsule water slurry are measured. The physical properties of the test microcapsule water slurry, i.e., thermal conductivity, specific heat, latent heat, and density, are measured, and the results are discussed for the temperature region of solid and liquid phases of the dispersion material (paraffin). It is clarified that Eucken's equation can be applied to the estimation of the thermal conductivity of the microcapsule water slurry. Useful correlation equations of the thermal properties of the microcapsule water slurry are proposed in terms of the temperature and concentration ratio of the microcapsule water slurry constituents.

  • We prepared $Co_{77}Cr_{20}Ta_3$ Magnetic layer for perpendicular magnetic recording media with introduce Two-step methode and Amorphous Si Underlayer on slide glass substrate. The thickness of magnetic layer were 100nm, and Underlayer were varied from 5 to 100 nm. The multi layer Properties of crystal structure were examined with XRD. Prepared thin films showed improvement of dispersion angle of c-axis orientation ${\Delta}{\theta}_{50}$ caused by inserting Buffer-layer and amorphous Si underlayer.

  • cIn this paper. we evaluate the breakdown and TDDB characteristics of ammonia free ECVD SiN films which studied widely as a gate insulator to substitute the silicon dioxide because of it's superior film characteristics with the merit of low temperature process. And also, we propose a new statistical model by introduce a dispersion factor in the traditional Weibull statistics. From the comparison of experimental result, and simulation one, try to dock the breakdown mechanism and statistical analysis.

  • Magnetic and transport properties in the ceramic specimen of L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Fe $O_3$ with orthohombic structure has been investigated. Weak ferromagnetism has been observed in a ceramic sample of L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Fe $O_3$. Large dielectric relaxation of Debye type is observed in paramagnetic states within the temperature range of 130K~200K. From the temperature dependence of the characteristic frequency, we concluded that the elementary process of the dispersion is related to holes hopping between F $e^{3+}$ and F $e^{4+}$ ions. The temperature dependencies of thermoelectric power and Dc conductivity suggest that the charge carrier responsible for the conduction are strongly localized. These experimental results have been interpreted in terms of a hopping process involving small polaron.n.laron.n.
