  • Inspired by the growth of the Internet, electronic commerce(EC) has grown rapidly over the last few years and has become a major Internet application domain. EC encompasses various profit-oriented activities such as purchase of goods and services over the network, banking, and business-to-business trade. The purpose of this research is to develop an electronic commerce merchant server for the small and medium size business. The proposed solution is designed to meet a cheap, simple, extensible, and interoperable requirement. Also, our solution supports one-to-one marketing concept by using matching technology. We expect that our solution makes the small and medium size EC market more easily.

  • In this letter, we propose a novel tag antenna that has low performance degradation with nearby dielectric material. We obtained a stable reading performance and a broad matching bandwidth on nearby dielectric materials by employing a T-matching network with thick line width and capacitively slot-loaded arms. We then built the proposed antenna and measured the tag sensitivity to examine the reading characteristics with nearby dielectric materials. The measured results clearly demonstrate stable tag sensitivity with various nearby dielectric materials, such as foam, acrylic-plastic, glass, and ceramic plates. To more closely observe the antenna characteristics with nearby dielectric materials, we also examined the impedance variation and surface current distribution with respect to the dielectric constant of nearby target objects, which ranged from $1{\times}{\varepsilon}_0$ to $16{\times}{\varepsilon}_0$.

  • This paper presents a control design for networked control systems (NCS) with uncertain time delay using model matching. The dynamics of the time delay are approximated through the Pade linearization and the uncertain delay term is recursively estimated by the recursive least square (LS) algorithm. Computer simulation illustrates that the proposed control compares favorably with a recently published control approach.

  • Recently the interest in wireless power transfer have been studied. ECR (Electromagnetic Coupled Resonance) device, depending on the size of the frequency characteristics of the structure, increasing in volume and larger volume of wireless power transmission device to make use of ECR is a big barrier. So to solve this problem for ECR device miniaturization and high efficiency has been actively studied. In this paper, the size of the device for ECR IM (Impedance Matching) by applying a one-turn coil circuit, remove the device in the form of ECR Network Analyzer measured by removing the one-turn coil has demonstrated the possibility of the device in the form of ECR.

  • This paper is a smartphone object recognition system using hierarchical convolutional neural network. The overall configuration is a method of communicating object information to the smartphone by matching the collected data by connecting the smartphone and the server and recognizing the object to the convergence neural network in the server. It is also compared to a hierarchical convolutional neural network and a fractional convolutional neural network. Hierarchical convolutional neural networks have 88% accuracy, fractional convolutional neural networks have 73% accuracy and 15%p performance improvement. Based on this, it shows possibility of expansion of T-Commerce market connected with smartphone and broadcasting media.

  • The necessity of intelligent surveillance system is gradually considered seriously from the space where the security is important. From this paper will load Network Camera in Mobile Robot based on embedded Linux and Goal is in the system embodiment will be able to track the intruder. From Network Camera uses Wireless Lan transmits an image with server, grasps direction of the intruder used Block Matching algorithms from server, transmits direction information and tracks an intruder. The robot tracks the intruder according to gets the effective image of an intruder. In compliance with this paper the system which is embodied is linked with a different surveillance system and as intelligent surveillance system there is a possibility of becoming worse a reliability.

  • Today's network consists of a large number of routers and servers running a variety of applications. In this paper, we have designed and constructed the general simulation environment of network security model composed of multiple IDSs agent and a firewall agent which coordinate by CNP (Contract Net Protocol). The CNP, the methodology for efficient integration of computer systems on heterogeneous environment such as distributed systems, is essentially a collection of agents, which cooperate to resolve a problem. Command console in the CNP is a manager who controls the execution of agents or a contractee, who performs intrusion detection. In the knowledge-based network security model, each model of simulation environment is hierarchically designed by DEVS (Discrete Event system Specification) formalism. The purpose of this simulation is the application of rete pattern-matching algorithm speeding up the inference cycle phases of the intrusion detection expert system. we evaluate the characteristics and performance of CNP architecture with rete pattern-matching algorithm.

  • Network intrusion detection system (NIDS) monitors all incoming packets in the network and detects packets that are malicious to internal system. The NIDS should also have ability to update detection rules because new attack patterns are unpredictable. Incorporating FPGAs into the NIDS is one of the best solutions that can provide both high performance and high flexibility comparing with other approaches such as software solutions. In this paper we propose and design a novel approach, prefix sharing parallel pattern matcher, that can not only minimize additional resources but also maximize the processing performance. Experimental results showed that the throughput for 16-bit input is twice larger than for 8-bit input but the used LEs/Char in FPGA increases only 1.07 times.

  • Fingerprint image quality checking is one of the most important issues in on-line fingerprint recognition because the recognition performance is largely affected by the quality of fingerprint images. In the past, many related fingerprint quality checking methods have typically considered the local quality of fingerprint. However, It is necessary to estimate the global quality of fingerprint to judge whether the fingerprint can be used or not in on-line recognition systems. Therefore, in this paper, we propose both local and global-based methods to calculate the fingerprint quality. Local fingerprint quality checking algorithm considers both the condition of the input fingerprints and orientation estimation errors. The 2D gradients of the fingerprint images were first separated into two sets of 1D gradients. Then, the shapes of the PDFs(Probability Density Functions) of these gradients were measured in order to determine fingerprint quality. And global fingerprint quality checking method uses neural network to estimate the global fingerprint quality based on local quality values. We also analyze the matching performance using FVC2002 database. Experimental results showed that proposed quality check method has better matching performance than NFIQ(NIST Fingerprint Image Quality) method.

  • Recently, diverse schedule management agents are being researched for the efficient schedule management of smart devices users, but they remain at a confirmatory level. In order to efficiently manage user's schedules, execution of planned schedules should be monitored to help users properly execute their schedules, or feedback must be given so that when setting up new schedules, users can plan their schedule according to their schedule establishment patterns. This research proposes a schedule management agent that infers the user's behaviors by using acquired user context, and provides schedule related feedback depending on the user's behavior patterns, when users are executing their schedules or planning new schedules. For this, collected user context information is preprocessed and user's behavior is inferred by Bayesian network. Also, in order to provide feedbacks necessary for confirming the user's schedule execution and new schedule establishment, a context tree pattern matching method for the user's schedule, location and time contexts was applied, then verified with 6 weeks of user simulation in a mobile environment.
