The purpose of the study is to examine the values, communicaton type and conflict type also marital satisfaction level of international marriage couples in Chunlabuk-do. Its results are as follows ; the 140 respondents were surveyed for this study. The follows are to be concluded based on the study. First, they living with their extended family members(85.7%). So most women have psychological burden relatives relationship as well as marital relationship. Second, meaning of marriage and reason of marriage was differently perceived by both couples. They need a family life education program and counseling of marital relationship. Third, conflict and marital satisfaction level were significantly affected. Fourth, type of communication was the only variables that siginificantly affected the type of congruence by both couples. Age and nationality acquisition were variables that siginificantly affected by women on international marriage. In conclusion, systemic korean education program is an important support system for women on international marriage and a crucial program for their settlement in Korea.

The present study examined the effectiveness of repeated marriage checkups at intervals of six months in a Family Center in Seoul. To achieve this, the pilot study protocol (Park, 2019) was adapted, emphasizing strength-based, counseling-oriented approaches. Two couples and family therapists with master's degrees were trained and their practice was monitored to ensure program fidelity. The methods employed for the assessment of marriage checkup were an online survey, a video recording of couple problem-solving, and a clinical interview. A total of 14 couples participated in the 1st checkup, 10 of whom also completed the 2nd checkup. Couples with varying levels of marital satisfaction participated in the program. Descriptive statistics indicated gradual increases over 8-9 months in diverse indices such as marital satisfaction and relationship strength, while other indices fluctuated slightly but converged to higher levels over time. A non-parametric analysis appropriate for small samples demonstrated statistically significant increases over the 8-9 months in marital satisfaction among couples. The current study evidenced the effectiveness of repeated marriage checkups in the Family Center, which is the primary public institution for family policy and services in Korea. Repeated marriage checkups are therefore a promising way to enhance couples' relationship health and improve the family management system of the Family Center.

The purpose of this study was to examine how sociodemographic status, family-related influences, and perceived future economic prospects were associated with the possibility of getting married and having children in a sample of 607 single young Korean adults. The sample comprised unmarried men and women in their 20s and 30s taken from the 2021 Seoul Family Report survey, and descriptive statistical and multiple regression analyses were conducted on the data. The results indicated that age, non-traditional marriage/childbearing values, parents' marital relationship during childhood, and the prospect of having a stable job and owning a home were significantly related to the possibility of marriage. With regard to the possibility of having children, a significant relationship was found with age, level of education, non-traditional marriage/childbearing values, recognition of the importance of family, parents' marital relationship during childhood, and the prospect of having a stable job and owning a home. The study also examined the importance of policies that make the possibility of marriage and having children more appealing to young unmarried adults in Korea by providing a positive outlook for the economy, a sense of stability, and a supportive approach to the value of having a family.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how external pressures to remain married and alternative attractions to a marriage influence the relationship between marital satisfaction and marital stability. A total of 228 married women in Seoul responded to structured questionnaires. The major findings are as follows; 1. While the marital satisfaction is positively associated with the marital stability, the alternative attractions to a marriage are negatively associated with the marital stability. But there is no significant correlation between external pressures to remain married and marital stability. 2. The relationship strength between marital satisfaction and marital stability according to the level of external pressures to remain married and actual alternatives to a marriage is not appeared significant difference. 3. When the external pressures to remain marred are low and the imaginary alternatives to a marriage are low, marital satisfaction is the most powerful predictor of marital stability. 4. Whether wife has a job and marital satisfaction affected the marital stability independently.

본 연구는 고등학생을 대상으로 한 '건강한 커플관계'교육이 관계형성능력과 결혼 가치관에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 연구자가 개발한 '건강한 커플관계'교육을 2018년 9월 1일부터 11월 3일까지 8주간 두 개의 고등학교 수업에 각각 실행한 후 그 효과를 분석하였고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학생을 위한 '건강한 커플관계'교육은 가정과의 교과역량인 관계형성능력을 향상시키는데 효과가 있었다. A그룹(S고등학교)은 '의사소통', '갈등해결' 영역과 '관계형성능력' 전체의 점수에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 인원수가 적어 Wilcoxon 부호-서열 검증을 실시한 B그룹(세종시 캠퍼스형 공동 교육과정)은 '관계형성능력'의 전체 및 하위 영역(의사소통, 자기이해, 갈등해결, 공감)의 점수가 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았지만 모두 향상되었다. 둘째, 고등학생을 위한 '건강한 커플관계' 교육은 고등학생의 결혼 가치관에 일부 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. A그룹(S고등학교)에서는 '결혼 가치관'이 유의미하게 긍정적으로 변화하였지만, B그룹(세종시 캠퍼스형 공동 교육과정)에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로 '건강한 커플관계'교육은 고등학생들이 건강한 커플관계 형성을 위한 지식과 기술을 습득하고 자신의 삶과 연결하여 깊이 있게 탐구해 봄으로써 가정과 교과역량인 '관계형성능력'을 함양하고 결혼에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓혀 긍정적인 가치관을 형성하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다.

분석 결과 밝혀진 주요 사실들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개방결혼인식, 성역할고정관념, 혼외관계 수용성, 성적외도 실행의도 등에서 남성이 여성보다 유의하게 높은 수준을 보여 성별차이를 재확인하였다. 둘째, 남성의 경우, 성역할고정관념, 개방결혼인식, 혼외관계수용성은 성적외도실행의도에 각각 직접적인 효과를 미쳤고, 혼외관계수용성은 결혼개방성인식이 성적외도 실행의도에 미치는 영향에 유의미한 부분매개효과가 있는 것이 입증되었다. 성역할고정관념은 혼외관계 수용성에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지는 않았다. 셋째, 여성의 경우 성역할고정관념, 개방결혼에 대한 인식, 혼외관계수용성은 성적외도 실행의도에 각각 직접적인 효과를 미쳤고, 혼외관계 수용성은 결혼개방성인식이 성적 외도실행에 미치는 영향에 유의미한 부분매개효과가 있는 것이 입증되었다. 성역할고정관념이 혼외관계 수용성에 유의한 직접효과가 발견되었다. 따라서 성역할 고정관념이 성적외도 실행의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 성별에 의한 유의한 조절효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 성적 외도실행의도 및 관련요인에 대한 성별차이를 실증적으로 입증하면서, 함의를 논의하였다.

The goal of this study is to develop a program which can improve couples' communication skills that serve to enhance their relationships and to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. The summary of major result of the research were as follows; 1 The content of communication program for couples in the early marriage focused on improvement of communication skills, on enhancement of couples' intimacy and on coping ability for marriage life. 2. The developed program served to communication improvement for couples in the early marriage. Analyzing specifically the results of test before and after, the average scores of sub-areas such as listening, speaking and solving problems were all increased after the program than before the program. Significant differences of sub-areas appeared, either. 3. The developed program contributed to enhancement of couples' mutual understanding and their relationships.

본 연구의 목적은 기혼직장인의 성인애착, 직무동기, 부부관계 간의 관계를 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 충남 지역의 기혼직장인 370명을 연구 대상으로 2016년 9월 10일~10월 14일까지 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t검증 및 일원배치 분산분석, Pearson 상관관계, 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 연령대에 따라 애착회피, 부부관계, 직무동기, 학력에 따라 애착회피, 부부관계, 결혼기간에 따라 애착회피, 부부관계, 직책에 따라 직무동기, 가계의 연평균 소득에 따라 부부관계, 근무형태에 따라 부부관계에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 애착불안과 애착회피 간에는 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 나타났지만, 애착회피와 직무동기 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 애착회피와 부부관계 간에는 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 나타났지만, 직무동기와 부부관계 간에서는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 성인애착과 직무동기의 관계에서 부부관계의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 구조방정식을 실시하였다. 그 결과 애착불안이 직무동기에 주는 간접효과가 유의미하게 나타나 완전매개효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과는 직장 내 직무동기, 부부관계 향상을 위한 상담 개입이나 프로그램 개발을 위해서는 개개인의 이러한 특징 또한 고려되어야 함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide marital information that premarital preparation education program is to actively help families happiness, to be reinforced by the developmental service and the protective service. The premarital education program to help unmarried or premarital couples to begin initial adaptation for successful marriage. This program is to enrich the marital relationship provided with the wholesome, potent marital system as center of a family. and further to development preserve. enhance a healthy, genial family relationship. Particularly the elevated marital relationship. The data were collected for 122 collage students. The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency percentage. This program is for college students as curriculum. So it was consisted of fourteen-sessions. The sessions included as follows: Intimacy & Love. Mate Selection. Understanding Together, Communication, Family Stress & Coping, Understanding Marriage & Family Dynamics. Gender Role & Power Intimacy. Sexuality & Relationship. Financial Management, Marriage Preparation. Evaluation.

This study is a part of three year project of “A Study on the Development, Evaluation ＆ Outreach of Marriage Preparation Program”. The purpose of this study is to analyse the unmarried and married couples' attitude about marriage and family, marriage preparation status, their needs of marriage preparation program and ingredients of marital happiness to developing base line data of the marriage preparation program. The result showed that communication ＆ conflict resolution, financial management, relationship characteristics are the major contents area to be considered to develop marriage preparation program. Critics and recommendation for need assessment and educational methods were added.
