The study was focused on setting priority for future core technologies in crops using Analytic Hierarchy Process (ARP). The technologies were derived by Delphi method. Evaluation criteria for the priority setting were decided as 'technology', 'market oriented', and 'public concerns' by council. The future core technologies were divided as four groups by importance and R&D level. Technologies in upper two groups were considered in the study. Group I had high importance and high R&D level. Group II had high importance and lower R&D level. Questionnaires were given to 8 specialists in crops. As the results, 'public concerns' was decided as the most important evaluation criterion. The most important technologies are 'developing of growing technology that has low inputs and production cost for environmental friendly agriculture' in group I, and 'developing of gene searching, characteristics transformation, and commercialization technologies for crops using bio-technology' in group II.

Due to the phenomenal growth in mobile internet users, mobile business as a type of applications of mobile internet has attracted the related industries' and academic researchers' attentions. However, most researchers focus on the issues of Mobile B2C collecting survey questions from consumers or internet users. This paper points out that Mobile B2B has distinct service sector and analyzes the current trend and demand of Mobile B2B in Korea by collecting survey questionnaire from specialists in mobile industries and people in universities and research institutes. Survey fields include business, market, contents/application, research and development and legal system. According to the survey results, Mobile B2B business will rise in distribution, finance, sales, and logistics industries from the beginning of 2005 using wireless PDA and the important preconditions will be security, certification, and standardization.

A new coinage which calls a modern was appeared variously by values, taste, feature of lifestyle and the meaning of a new coinage has influence in the change of lifestyle. Particularly a popular star is a person who situates in the center of a new coinage, his role, behavior, and appearance have great influence in the birth of a new coinage. He is a fashion leader as well as the object of fashion imitation to the new generation being sensitive for fashion. As his fashion is appeared with important fashion icon in fashion market, fashion companies have developed actively star marketing marking him as an advertising model. Therefore, because the fashion trends of a popular star introduce season's fashion trends and can be important factor forecasting fashion behavior of consumer, this study aims at analysis for fashion trends of a popular star including a public entertainer. The dates of this study were collected by TV drama, internet, and magazines, etc. The fashion trends were divided into feminine fashion trend, sexy fashion trend, tomboy fashion trend, and retro fashion trend. Feminine fashion trend was based on feminity but it was classified in masculine look, simple look, chic look, and natural & romantic look according to the standard of a transformation of feminine image. Sexy fashion trend was divided into two sexy images according to the method wrapping oneself in a dress and the method exposing a specific body part. Tomboy fashion trend could be the immature boyish style which concealed bust or hip or pelvis symbolizing feminity. Retro fashion trend could be style being based on 1980's style and Y line. Fashion items as leggings, baby doll dress, tunic style, dot pattern, garsonne look were come into fashion.

This study attempts to find out the characteristics of digital currency and currency transformation through the analytical descriptions of the literature. In the early days of the emergence of new currency, market-oriented autonomous monetary adjustment was made along with various attempts by the private sector, and then government-centered central currency management and coordination were made for the national monopoly of profits and power. Digital currency can be seen as the emergence of a new form of money that will bring about paradigm changes. CBDC can be divided into direct and indirect types. CBDC is expected to require a strategic approach by the government or firm as it will bring about changes in the ecosystem of related industries. Libra is a stablecoin designed to minimize price fluctuations, and if it succeeds in commercializing it, it is expected to bring about revolutionary changes in the financial industry around the world.

These days, XML is accepted and used to e-commerce market broadly. But by reason of XML document has autonomy of expression that can exist same form logically but several other forms physically, several problems ran happen in application that judge effectiveness as physical form such as XML digital signature. Therefore, it is recommending to propose and use Canonical XML algorithm to change identical XML document physically equally logically in W3C to solve this problems. We implemented system that run Canonical XML algorithm that suggested in W3C that can change to more elaborate regular document. Thus, interpretable with other application that takes W3C recommendation. Also, as well as use in digital signature system for web service is useful, use in several system that physical identify is required when it exchanges XML document for web service interoperability are considered to be valuable. Moreover, Adding the transformation ability between universal encoding scheme and EUC-KR that is internal encoding scheme should be Canonical XML Algorithm that is suited to internal circumstances, and this should be a foundation technique of international interoperability confirmedness.

The eighteenth century in Great Britain was the period of transformation, Great Britain externally experienced several wars intermittently mid internally transformed into the industrial country in the course of the 18th century. British shipowners were faced with short of seamen mainly due to several wars and expansion of shipping tonnage British shipowners tried to solve the mooing problem by decreasing the number of seamen from 22-23 sailors per ship of 100 tonnage in 1710's to 5 in 1810 and increasing seamen's wage from shillings per common seaman per month in the 17th century to 25 shillings in the middle of the 18th century and equation omitted during the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars. What caused and resulted by specialized shipowners to cope with changeable market situation with flexibility was decrease of the number of seamen per ship and increase of wage.

The purpose of this study is to view the current status of the smart manufacturing ecosystem and to use it as an objective basis for establishing a sustainable manpower training policy support plans for smart manufacturing suppliers. Therefore, questionnaires were constructed and distributed to 2,200 domestic smart manufacturing supply firms and 6,000 demand firms, which received responses from 259 supply firms and 155 demand firms. The results showed that both supply and demand firms needed digital converged workforce with comprehensive expertise and field-oriented digital transformation workforce. In the method of securing professional manpower, the demand for in-service training and post-management training was high. Based on the results of this study, this study suggests the manpower training policy support plans for smart manufacturing supply firms and contributes to strengthening the global market competitiveness of smart manufacturing supply firms in Korea.

Recently, Korean agriculture and rural areas face a huge crisis due to the change in the market environment of agricultural products under WTO and FTA. Thus, rural policy needs to break from the agriculture-centered sectoral perspective and to develop the various potentials in rural areas. The transformation of rural policy is also required from the aspect of increasing regional differentiation in rural areas. In this context, the paper aims to classify the regional types of rural areas and analyse their features in geographical location, population, farming, public finance and so an. The result of analysis shows that rural areas can be classified into 5, 9 or 15 regional types by stages. This implies that there is significant regional differentiation ill rural areas. However, there is regional polarization as much as differentiation in rural areas. In this point, rural policy should catch up regional polarization as well as diversity in rural areas.

The culture phenomenon, which the desire of self expression is noticeable and the diversity of gender identity is widely accepted, simply makes a difference in the lifestyle of one human being rather than the dichotomous classification of male and female. Now, the delicate and aesthetic sensitivity classified as the feminine characteristics is no longer the exclusive property of female and this refers to substituting it as a social gender from the concept of biological sex. This phenomenon has influenced on the male culture and is creating various codes according to the cultural gender extended from the gender as a social role. Also, the transition into the western lifestyle has extended the aesthetic emotion to accommodate new codes from the diversification and globalization of lifestyle. The mansumer power, which does not care too much about the money for the emotionally attached items, has enabled various fashion styles. After analyzing the diversified clothing behavior conducted by these people in connection with the social phenomenon, First, this shows the phenomenon of emotional value pursuit that finds pleasure over the clothing as the item of augmented reality is added to the concept of play, in which the real space referred to as garment and virtual space of playing the rock, paper and scissors game meet together within the augmented reality. Second, the convergence concept has enabled the coordination of new style by obscuring the area of design concept and this refers to the changes in design from the development of new items and transformation into double-style details. Third, the divergence that intensively provides specific use/convenience and specialized value shows a change in the fashion market from the phenomenon that admits various gene rations of culture and specifically, takes differently about the recognition of middle-aged males. Fourth, the variety seeking tendency receives attention as the value of future design together with the phenomenon of discriminative value pursuit. In the male fashion, it is linked to the collaboration with the design area and this tells that the fashion with the narcissistic cross-dressing and motto of neutral gender without being sided to male/female is rising.

Human erythropoietin (EPO) is a leading product in the biopharmaceutical market, but functional EPO has only been produced in mammalian cells, which limits its application and drives up the production costs. Using plants to produce human proteins may be an alternative way to reduce the cost. However, a recent report demonstrated that overexpression of the human EPO gene (EPO) in tobacco or Arabidopsis rendered males sterile and retarded vegetative growth, which raises concern whether EPO might interfere with hormone levels in transgenic plants. In the present study, we demonstrated that overexpressing EPO with additional 5'-His tag and 3' ER-retention peptides in tobacco did not cause any developmental defect compared to GUS plants. With our method, all 20 transgenic plants grew on selective medium and, further confirmed by PCR, were fertile. Most of them grew similarly compared to GUS plants. Only one transgenic plant (EPO2) was shorter in plant height but had twice the life span compared to other transgenic plants. When 11 randomly selected EPO plants, along with the abnormal plant EPO2, were subjected to RT-PCR analysis, all of them had detectable EPO transcripts. However, their protein levels varied considerably; seven of them had detectable EPO proteins analyzed by western blot. Our results indicate that overexpressing human EPO protein in plants does not have detrimental effects on growth and development. Our transformation systems allow us to further explore the possibility of glycoengineering tobacco plants for producing functional EPO and its derivatives.
