객체기반 비디오 편집 시스템을 위한 불확실 영역기반 사용자 지원 비디오 객체 분할 기법 (Uncertain Region Based User-Assisted Segmentation Technique for Object-Based Video Editing System)

  • 본 논문에서는 객체기반 비디오 부호화 또는 멀티미디어 편집을 위한 반지동 비디오 객체 분할방식을 제안한다. 반자동 객체분할은 사용자 지원에 의한 분할 방식으로, 비디오 시퀀스의 초기 프레임에서 사용자가 관심객체의 경계를 표시하고 이후의 영상 프레임의 객체를 배경으로부터 연속적으로 분리해 낸다. 제안된 방식은 부분적으로 사용자 조력에 의한 프레임내 분할과 완전 자동에 의한 프레임간 분할 처리과정으로 구성되는데, 영상 전체에 대해 연산을 수행하는 기존 방식과는 달리 객체 경계가 존재하는 영상영역 부분에서만 연산을 수행한다. 프레임내 분할은 사용자가 관심객체의 경계를 지정하고, 이 경계 주위 화소들의 유사성을 이용한 후처리에 의해 정확한 초기 객체를 구한다. 프레임간 분할에서는 이전 프레임에서 추출한 객체의 경계 정보에 근거하여 시간적 유사성을 구한 후 경계와 영역 추적에 의해 연속적으로 동영상 객체를 추출한다. 실험결과로부터 제안된 방식은 비디오 편집, 객체기반 비디오 압축 및 인덱싱 등의 멀미디어 응용에 사용 가능할 정도로 안정되고 정확한 객체추출을 수행함을 확인하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 다수의 편리한 기능을 포함한 비디오 편집시스템을 개발하였다.

농식품 인증 및 전통식품 품질인증에 관한 인식조사 (A Survey on the Perception of Agricultural Food Accreditation and Traditional Food Quality Certification)

  • This study attempted to understand the perception and the degree of trust that consumers had in the national agricultural food accreditation system, to inquire into and examine the consumers' perception of traditional food quality certification performed for the protection of excellent traditional food, and to propose the right direction for the policies on the traditional food quality certification system and the plans to improve consumers' perception of the system. According to the results of this survey performed in married women, based on the 'the recognition of accreditation system' and 'the recognition of certification marks' of 'the seventh national agricultural food accreditation system' presently being used by the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the household food purchasers showed high recognition for eco-friendly agricultural product accreditation, processed food KS certification, and organically processed food certification in that order. Meanwhile, it was shown that they indicated low recognition for the traditional food-related accreditation systems such as 'traditional food quality certification' and 'food grand master'. It was found that reliability of the certification mark provided by the agricultural food accreditation system gained 3.54 points (on a 5-point scale), and 68.1% of the study subjects referred to the certification marks while purchasing agricultural foods. And most of them answered to the question of 'why they referred to the certification marks' saying that it was done 'to choose safe food'. The most frequent answer to question of 'the means to recognize the traditional food quality certification system' was 'broadcasting, advertising'. 57.3% of the subjects had a previous experience of buying a product certified by the traditional food quality certification system, and 93.2% of all the subjects had the intention to buy a product certified by the traditional food quality certification system later. And most of them answered that 'strengthening government policies' would be the most ideal way to inform the public of the traditional food quality certification system. According to the results of this study, while 'relying on the traditional food quality certification system in general' was relatively high among the consumers, 'intention to buy quality certified products by visiting a distantly located store' was low; thus, from this analysis, it can be seen that there is a need for diversification of places selling these quality certified products and to establish a distribution network for these products.

  • 섬강에 서식하는 꾸구리의 서식개체수를 추정하기 위하여 2010년 9월부터 10월까지 강원도 원주시 섬강 일대에서 조사를 실시하였다. 꾸구리가 출현한 곳은 14개 지점이었으며, 자갈과 돌이 깔린 하류의 여울부에서 주로 서식하고 있었다. 출현개체수가 가장 많고 서식지가 안정된 두 개 지점에서 표지-재포획법과 방형구(족대조사와 수중관찰)를 이용하여 서식개체수를 추정한 결과 표지-재포획법으로 $8,295{\pm}4,922$개체와 $39,846{\pm}14,232$개체로 각각 추정되었고, 방형구의 족대조사는 9,216개체와 37,873개체로, 수중관찰은 5,593개체와 24,347개체로 추정되었다.

119구조·구급대원의 직업만족도에 관한 연구 -전국을 대상으로- (A study on 119 Rescue and First aids' satisfaction level of Occupation)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the 119 rescue and first aid's satisfaction level for their occupations, understand the influential factors of the satisfaction level and also analyze the level of each working districts. Therefore to provide basic information of policy decisions to increase the satisfaction level. Date were collected from 400 national the 119 rescue and first aids by questionnaire and using the tools, which has developed by Slavitt, from August 2 to September 30, 2002. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean t-test and ANOVA. Divided 39 items into 7 provinces to find out the satisfaction level of each province, follow as the influential factors of the satisfaction level. 1. The most of the 119 rescue and first aids were satisfying about their occupations as they got 3.02 marks out of 5, which is the full mark. 2. As the results after analyzed the relation ship between the satisfaction level and the general characteristics of analyzed the relation ship between the satisfaction level and the general characteristics of the 119 rescue and first aids, there were not statistically significant differences of sex distinction, age, scholarship, not married and has or have married, grade and qualification. There were statistically significant differences follow as working period, applying motive, moving, seeking a job, working place, an adviser, work overtime and compensation follow as work overtime. 3. It appeared that all the 119 rescue and first aids were satisfying enough about duty itself but were dissatisfying about working condition. As the results; job itself got 4.00, reciprocal action got 3.74, business demand got 3.28, autonomy got 3.06, organization demand got 2.96, pay got 2.43 and working condition got 1.72, each out of 5 full marks. As you see the results, most of the 119 rescue and first aids are satisfying about a job itself but they are dissatisfying about their working condition. Therefore we should formulate a plan that can increase the satisfaction level by improving duty system for 24 working hours per week.

적외선 사진술을 이용한 볼펜과 연필의 선후 관계 분석 -문서감정을 중심으로- (Analysis on Sequence of Ball-pen and Pencil by using Digital Infrared Photography -with Emphasis on the Documents Authentication-)

  • 인간은 살아가면서 필요에 의해 많은 문서를 작성한다. 일반적으로 문서란 쌍방 간의 약속인 동시에 거래의 신용에 대한 법률적 기능을 가진다. 문서작성은 양자 간의 동의하에 이루어져야 하며, 문서작성에 대한 투명성을 확보할 때 문서의 진성 성립이 이루어진다. 그렇기 때문에 문서작성 과정에 대한 선후관계 분석은 문서감정에 있어 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 지워진 연필과 남아 있는 볼펜과의 선후관계를 밝혀 보험가입서 작성의 상호동의 유무를 판단할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이 방법은 연필의 탄소성분이 볼펜 하단에 존재하는가를 적외선사진을 통해 분석하고 있다. 볼펜 하단에 연필이 있으면 적외선을 흡수하여 진한 농도로 기록되며, 볼펜 상단에 연필을 작성한 것이라면 이미 연필 성분이 많이 지워졌기 때문에 적외선 사진에 별다른 반응을 보이지 않게 된다. 이 방법은 비교적 간단한 적외선 촬영 시스템을 사용하기에 규모가 작은 사설감정소 등에서 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

  • 展開한 페이퍼크로마토그램을 韓國 Triga-Mark-Ⅱ 硏究用 原子爐의 뉴마딕튜부施設(中性子線束; 1.5{\times}$10^{12}n/cm^2$, sec)을 利用하여 照射하여 본 結果 크로마토그램上에 展開된 스폿트(spot)를 定性的으로 確認할 수 있었다. 有機하로겐 化合物(크로로酸, 크로로에스테르, 沃化物, 及 弗化物)에 있어서 一般發色法으로서는 明確한 着色스폿트(spot)를 나타내지 못한 것에 있어서도, 이 方法으로서 展開된 스폿트를 明確히 區別할 수 있었다. 濾紙成分의 放射化에 依한 誤差를 減少시키기 爲하여 濾紙두께 補正 及 放射化度 補正을 硏究한 結果, 濾紙두께 補正 及 放射能崩壞 補正法을 究明하였으며, 이 方法으로 스폿트를 放射化하여 定性分析하는데 좋은 結果를 얻을 수 있었다. 有機하로겐化合物의 分析 及 確認에 있어서의 이 方法의 效用性에 關하여 論議하였다. 濾紙相으로는 正常相 及 逆相을 함께 使用하였다.

부분공정 태양전지를 이용한 결정질 태양전지의 강도 특성에 관한 연구 (Determination of the Strength Characteristics of c-Si Solar Cells using Partially Processed Solar Cells)

  • Photovoltaic (PV) power system prices have been steadily dropping in recent years due to their mass production and advances in relevant technology. Crystalline silicon (c-Si wafers) account for the largest share of the price of solar cells; reducing the thickness of these wafers is an essential part of increasing the price competitiveness of PV power systems. However, reducing the thickness of c-Si wafers is challenging; typically, phenomena such as bowing and cracking are encountered. While several approaches to address the bowing phenomenon of the c-Si solar cells exist, the only method to study the crack phenomenon (related to the strength of the c-Si solar cells) is the bending test method. Moreover, studies on determining the strength properties of the solar cells have focused largely on c-Si wafers, while those on the strength properties of front and rear-side electrodes and SiNx, the other components of c-Si solar cells, are scarce. In this study, we analyzed the strength characteristics of each layer of c-Si solar cells. The strength characteristics of the sawing mark direction produced during the production of c-Si wafers were also tested. Experiments were conducted using a 4bending tester for a specially manufactured c-Si solar cell. The results indicate that the back side electrode is the main component that experienced bowing, while the front electrode was the primary component regulating the strength of the c-Si solar cell.

SPA 브랜드의 의류치수 사용 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Apparel Sizing System of SPA brands)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate various information relating to research on the dimensions of clothing used in the sale of products via the internet that used to target global SPA((Specialty Store Retailer of Private Label Apparel) brands sold in Korea. A total of 12 SPA brands including seven global SPA brands and five national. SPA brands were surveyed in this study. Brands were chosen net sales and consumer preferences the last three years. In all SPA brands, literal size designation such as S, M, L and numeric size designation such as 0, 2, 4 or 32, 34, 36 etc. were mixed, but in case of Jean, the size codes mark waist circumference were dominant. European size codes were more common in case of European brands while literal codes were more dominantly used for American size codes with in the US brands. By reviewing the measurement information of the body and product size, the product measurement methods of UNIQLO, FOREVER 21 and TOPTEN were much more accountable and excellent than other brands. However, most of the others didn't offer proper information such as pictograms or figures about measurement methods relating body sizes and product sizes. In addition, most of global SPA brands offered size conversion chart which consumers could reference, however of none of the national SPA brands offered a conversion size chart on their website. Regardless of the type of clothing, the coverage of clothing size was higher than in global SPA brands such as H&M GAP compared to national SPA brands. In particular, 8seconds did not present apparel size ranges that fit consumers' individual clothes sizes.

4-ary 스케일링 웨이브릿 편이 변조 시스템의 성능 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Performance Analysis of 4-ary Scaling Wavelet Shift Keying)

  • 기존의 웨이브릿 편이 변조 시스템은 스케일링 함수(scaling function)를 1로, 웨이브릿(wavelet)을 0으로 하는 1비트 변조방법이 있고, 스케일링 함수와 웨이브릿 그리고 이 두 신호를 반전시켜서 생성된 4개의 반송파를 사용하는 2비트 변조방법이 있다. 본 논문에서는 2비트 변조방법인 4-ary 스케일링 웨이브릿 편이변조(4-ary SWSK : 4-ary scaling wavelet shift keying) 시스템을 정의하고, QPSK 시스템으로부터 정의된 시스템의 비트 에러 확률과 부호 에러 확률을 유도한다. 제안한 4-ary SWSK 성능을 분석하기 위하여, 기존의 QPSK(quadrature phase shift keying), MFSK(M-ary frequency shift keying), 그리고 제안한 방법의 비트 에러 확률 및 부호 에러 확률을 구한다. 실험결과 제안한 방법의 비트 에러 확률과 부호 에러 확률이 좋은 성능을 보였다.

패션 머천다이징 시스템 개발에 관한 실증적 연구 - 라이프스타일과 패션 의 마케팅 전략을 중심으로- (An Experimental Study on the Fashion Merchandising System-With special reference to the life-style of consumers and the Marketing strategy of the fashion industry-)

  • The purpose of this study is to systematize the theory of the Fashion Marketing and merchandi-sing system as well as the strategy for the Mar-keting based on the related variable. Furthermore, this study deals with development of the mark-eting strategy to the relation between consumers and industry. The content conclusion on the research can be outlined as follows : 1. In order to inverstigate how the life-style of consumers affects their sense of fashion, awa-reness of brand, and decision making process of purchase, the life-style of women consumers is classified into 15 types. (1) Acording to the different life-style types, and important difference is found in the consum-ers' sense of clothes, a unique image of outfit and its own favorite image of womanliness. (2) The consumer's awareness of a particular brand has a reasonable relationship with their brand preference and possession of the brands. (3) Their is an important discrimination acco-rding to the life-style types in their brand awar-eness and preference and possesion of brands. (4) The consumers of each life-style type show noticeable difference in the decision making pro-cess of purchase including he motive of purchase, the source of information, the cause of purchase intention, price, the frequency of purchase and the degree of satisfaction of purchased goods. 2. The merchandising system and the market positioning among the fashion industry are compared and analyzed in the following terms ; (1-1) For the purpose of establishing the target market strategy, the industry uses unreasenalbe methods to analyze the life-style of the target customers and the real customers(36%) and the aging phenomenon of brands is remarkable : as much as 37% of brands show over 5 years-old age gap. (1-2) The price setting process depends highly on the cost-plus approach. (1-3) In color planning, too many colors are used in every season(the average number is 22.3) and the investigation of the consumers' favorite color is neglected. (1-4) The manufacturers of successful brands are much likely to employ the textile designer and allow them to develop the various fabrication. (1-5) The regular rate of sales in each season is extremely low(56.04%) : the rate of the succ-essful brands is relatively high at 65%, but that of the unsuccessful as low as 51%. (1-6) 47% of brands reveal the designer-orie-nted fashion merchandising system. The successful brands, on the other hand, show a high rate of merchandiser oriented system. (2) Since the brand positioning is highly cen-tered on each brand image, styles and target age, the new data are presented in this study for the new market development. (3) To set up the target market, the mapping of images between the differentiated market and the consumers is suggersted according to the market positioning of industry and 15 types of the life-styles of consumers.
