대륜계통의 고온적응성 분홍색 반겹꽃 거베라 신품종 'Harmony' (A New Standard Gerbera Cultivar 'Harmony' with Pink and Semi-double Adaptable to High Temperature)

  • 국립원예특작과학원에서는 2010년 거베라 신품종 'Harmony'를 육성하였다. 'Harmony'는 2007년 분홍색 반겹꽃 'Pavilov'와 자주색 반겹꽃 'Marathon'을 교배하여 얻은 실생계통으로부터 2007년부터 2010년까지 4년 동안의 생육특성검정을 거쳐 선발된 절화용 품종이다. 꽃은 암갈심의 밝은 분홍색(RHS R49B)으로, 평균 직경이 11.8cm인 반겹꽃 대륜계통이다. 화경장이 59.2cm로 매우 길며, 꽃목 직경은 3.9mm 굵다. 절화수명은 12.0일로 대조품종에 비해 3일 이상 길며, 연간 채화량도 57.0본/주로 대조품종보다 10.5본/주 더 많은 다수성 품종이다.

  • The purpose of this research was to develop the education program for post-divorce adjustment and to evaluate effectiveness of the program. This program was consisted of eight sessions and applied to divorced parents. It was focused for the understanding of grief processes for adults, recovery by forgiveness, children's responses and coping strategies to divorce, open minded relationship between parents and children, and enhancement of self-esteem to be healthy single parent. Results of paired t-test showed that there were significant differences between pre-test and post-test, and the effectiveness remained until follow-up. In conclusion, this program was thought to be effective for improving self-esteem, divorce coping competency and minimizing of the depressions. Continual education is thought to be necessary for maintaining of the effectiveness to the divorced parents.

  • 부산은 쾌적하고 깨끗한 도시환경조성으로 향후 2002년 아시안게임 및 월드컵 경기대회를 성공적으로 개최하기 위해 대기오염자동측정소(11개소) 및 대기환경측정차량을 이용하여 부산지역 및 주요 경기장, 마라톤코스 등에 대해 대기질을 측정하고 그 결과를 토대로 대기오염관리 대책을 수립하고 있다. 대도시 지역의 대기오염은 약 70% 가량이 자동차에서 배출되는 오염물질에 의한 것으로 부산의 경우 우리나라 제1의 항구도시라는 특성상 콘테이너 차량의 95%가 부산에 집중해 있으며$^{1)}$ , 매년 자동차의 증가율이 약 10%로 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며 낮은 도로율로 인한 자동차의 정체가 가중되어 대기질이 악화되어 마라톤 등의 도로경기는 차량의 배출가스에 절대적으로 많은 영향을 받을 수밖에 없는 현실이다. How Are Autism Spectrum Disorder and Savant Skills Treated in Cinematographic Works? A Study Focusing on Korean Movies and TV Series

  • Numerous films and TV series worldwide have depicted characters with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and savant skills. This study describes the portrayal of ASD and savant skills in Korean films and dramas. Starting with the 2005 film Marathon, characters with ASD have been featured in five films and four dramas. Most portrayals were based on the diagnostic criteria and pathogenesis of ASD, as outlined in the DSM-5. Of the 10 characters with ASD in these films and dramas, seven were male and three were female, with seven of them possessing savant skills. In the future, caution and guidance on the general characteristics of ASD from experts should be provided with the release of ASD-based films and TV dramas in Korea; in addition, critiques and social discourse pertinent to the reality of ASD should be provided by people with ASD, their families, and relevant experts.

  • 마라토너들이 대회에서 높은 성적을 받기 위해서는, 다른 선수를 위해 속도를 조율하여 선수들을 위해 전략적 희생을 하는 페이스메이커의 존재가 필수적이다. 그러나 기존의 페이스메이커는 사람이 수행한다는 점에서 한계점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 페이스메이커 기능을 수행할 수 있는 로봇을 설계 및 구현하여, 기존의 한계를 극복하고자 하였다.

장거리 (마라톤)선수에서의 전 경기중 심박동수의 변화 (Changes of Heart Rate During Marathon Running)

  • To evaluate the present status of physical fittness of Korean long distance runners, body fat, pulmonary functions, maximal oxygen intake and oxygen debt were measured in 5 elite marathoners (A group), 6 college student runners (B group) and 3 middle school student runners (C group). After laboratory tests, full course marathon running was performed in 2 elite marathoners during which their heart rates were monitored continuously. The results are summerized as follows: 1) Total body fat in all three groups are in the range of 13-15% of their body weight. 2) In all three groups, average values of various pulmonary functions were within the normal limits, but those of tidal volume were higher and respiratory rate were lower in comparison to normal values. These phenomena may represent respiratory adaptations against training. The average resting oxygen consumptions in A,B and C were $322{\pm}23$, $278{\pm}14$ and $287{\pm}16$m1/min, respectively. 3) In all three groups, resting blood pressures were in the normal range, but the resting heart rate was slightly lower in groups A $(56{\pm}3\;beats/min)$ and B $(64{\pm}2\;beats/min)$ and higher in group C $(82{\pm}9\;beats/min)$ in comparison to normal values. These changes in cardiovascular functions in marathoners may also represent adaptive phenomena. 4) During treadmill running the minute ventilation and oxygen consumption of the runners increased lineally with work load in all three groups. When the oxygen consumption was related to heart rate, it appeared to be a exponential function of the heart rate in all three groups. 5) The average maximal heart rates during maximal work were $196{\pm}3$, $191{\pm}3$ and $196{\pm}5\;beats/min$ for groups A,B and C, respectively. Maximal oxygen intakes were $84.2{\pm}3.3\;ml/min/kg$ in group A, $65.2{\pm}1.1\;ml/min/kg$ in group B and $58.7{\pm}0.4\;ml/min/kg$ in group C. 6) In all three groups, oxygen debts and the rates of recovery of heart rate after treadmill running were lower than those of long ditsance runners reported previously. 7) The 40 km running time in 2 elite marathoners was recorded to be $2^{\circ}42'25'$, and their mean speed was 243 m/min (ranged 218 to 274 m/min). The heart rate appeared to increase lineally with running speed, and the total energy expenditure during 40 km running was approximately 1360.2 Calories. From these it can be speculated that if their heart rates were maintained at 166 beats/min during the full course of marathon running, their records would be arround $2^{\circ}15'$. Based on these results, we may suspect that a successful long distance running is, in part, dependent on the economical utilization of one's aerobic capacity.

마라톤화 착용 시 후족제어에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Rearfoot Motion Control through Marathon Shoes On and Off)

  • In this study using two-dimensional system of the analysis of image, when normal males in their twenties who have normal foot and step with heel first are walking and running, they who are wearing running shoes or barefoot are testing and comparing the exchange factors of heel control. There are following results of this test by verifying them with T-Test. 1) When they are running, there are two big different gap which is $6.05^{\circ}$ between barefoot and wearing the running shoes. The former is $174.79^{\circ}{\pm}6.31$ and the latter is $180.84^{\circ}{\pm}4.69$. But it is not statistically significant. The angle of first step with heel is $100.42^{\circ}{\pm}3.95$ with barefoot and $93.97^{\circ}{\pm}094$ with wearing the running shoes. In this case, it is statistically significant(p<.01) 2) When they are running, the angle of the Achilles' tendon has different gap which is $5.24^{\circ}$ between barefoot and wearing the running shoes. The former is $179.70^{\circ}{\pm}4.23$ and the latter is $184.94^{\circ}{\pm}4.09$. It is not statistically significant. The angle of minimal step with heel is $96.30^{\circ}{\pm}3.07$ with barefoot and $90.84^{\circ}{\pm}0.44$ with wearing the running shoes. In this case, it is statistically significant(p<.01). 3) In the angle of the Achilles' tendon and the angle of first step with heel, when they are walking, the angle of the Achilles' tendon has different gap which is $1.81^{\circ}$ between barefoot and wearing the running shoes. The former is $6.39^{\circ}{\pm}0.83$ and the latter is $8.20^{\circ}{\pm}1.85$. It is not statistically significant. The angle of first step with heel is $2.32^{\circ}{\pm}0.51$ with barefoot and $3.22^{\circ}{\pm}1.44$ with wearing the running shoes. It is not statistically significant. 4) In the angle of the take-off of Achilles' tendon, when they are walking, the angle of the take-off of Achilles' tendon has different gap which is $3.88^{\circ}$ between barefoot and wearing the running shoes. The former is $177.62^{\circ}{\pm}8.78$ and the latter is $173.74^{\circ}{\pm}16.31$. It is statistically significant(p<.05). Therefore, they are running, the angle of the take-off of Achilles' tendon is $178.37^{\circ}{\pm}19.28$ with barefoot and $171.26^{\circ}{\pm}12.18$ with wearing the running shoes. It is statistically significant(p<.05).

구술을 통한 재난 사고의 기록화 세월호 참사 관련 구술을 중심으로 (Disaster Documentation through Oral History : Focus on Sinking of the MV Sewol)

  • 세월호 참사가 벌어진지 1주기가 됐다. 사건발생 후 지금까지 기록학계를 비롯한 많은 이들이 사건을 기록하기 위해 노력했다. 안산활동가들이 주축이 된 시민기록위원회도 그중 하나다. 시민기록위원회 산하 구술증언팀에서는 세월호와 관련된 다양한 사람들의 구술을 채록해왔다. 세월호 유가족은 물론 자원봉사자, 종교계 인사, 시민운동가, 안산 시민 등으로부터 구술을 수집했다. 전 세계적으로 재난은 모두가 함께 기억하고 추모하는 중요한 사건으로, 이를 기록하는데 가장 효과적인 수단 중 하나는 구술 아카이브 구축이다. 갑작스레 발생하는 재난의 특성상 기록이 많이 남겨지지 않고, 추모기록을 비롯해 사건에 대한 다양한 시각의 사람들이 들려주는 구술이야 말로 사건의 실체에 다가서는데 많은 도움을 주기 때문이다. 9.11 테러를 추모하기 위해 건립된 미국의 '국립9.11추모박물관'에서는 관련된 사람들의 구술을 채록하기 위해 여러 프로그램을 마련하고 있다. 2013년 발생한 보스톤 마라톤 폭탄 테러를 기억하기 위해 '아워 마라톤'이라는 크라우드 소싱 디지털 아카이브가 구축됐다. 지역의 대학과 기관들이 협업해 만든 이 아카이브에서는 구술채록을 적극적으로 하고 있다. 팬암 항공 103편 테러사건은 시라큐스 대학에서 아카이브를 설립했다. 이곳 역시도 졸업생, 교직원, 희생자의 가족과 친구 등에게 구술을 수집하고 있다. 세월호 참사 관련 구술 역시도 이런 해외 사례와 마찬가지로 지속적으로 수집해야하며, 희생자 추모 등으로 활용될 수 있어야 한다. 또한 다시는 이런 재난이 이 땅에 발생하지 않도록 하는 계기로 삼아야 한다.

대형공연 시 재난관리시스템의 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on Construction of Disaster Management System at a Large-scale Concert)

  • On this study, we extracted pending problem and controversial point from management of disaster such as terror for domestic massive performance and then, investigated countermeasure plan against disaster for massive performance through comparison and analysis between anti-disaster strategy of Korea and U.S. U.S are conducting security system actively for passenger of major facilities such as public institution. Nonetheless, In U.S that has the world's best security system, serious affair such as 911 terror and Boston marathon terror are continued to happen. When considering domestic situation that North Korea and South Korea are antagonistic to each other, it is judged when it is high time to prepare for threat of terrorism. Accordingly, On this study, through analyzing of latest terror attacks in U.S and disaster risk in the nation, we analyzed in detail countermeasure plan classified as legislation, operation of security system, instilling a sense. As the result of this analyzing, using by flow-chart, we suggested domestic optimized disaster management system for massive performance. Consequently, we propose to establish systematized disaster management system such as preliminary survey of disaster influence for massive performance.

葯培養 由來 녹색꽃양배추(Broccoli)의 幼植物 馴化 및 培數性 調査 (Polyploidy and Acclimatization Rate of Broccoli Plane Derived from Anther Culture)

  • 약배양 유래 녹색꽃양배추의 유식물 순화율 및 배수성을 조사하였다. 7가지 공시 품종중 순화율에 있어 Marathon은 80.8∼100%, Landmark는 79.2∼100%, Mariner는 71.4∼79.2%로 나타나 평균 순화율은 83.6%∼86.1% 이였다. 소포자 배에서 생성된 식물체의 배수성은 공변세포내 엽연체수 측정으로도 가능했으며, 또한 배수성의 조기측정을 위해 I-KI용액을 사용하여 엽록체의 즉시염색 관찰이 가능했다. 관찰된 평균 엽녹체수는 반수체가 8.5, 2배체는 13.5, 그리고 4배체는 18.5개로 나타 났으며 이를 기초로 분류한 재분화개체의 배수성은 반수체 47.1∼51.3%, 2배체 47.9∼51.7%, 4배체 0.8∼l.2% 로서 반수체와 2배체가 각각 반씩이고 4배체가 극히 적게 분포하며 인위적인 염색체 배가 없이도 상당수의 자연 배가된 2배체를 얻을 수 있었다.
