Analysis of Health Counseling by the Internet - on the Home page of Korean Rheumatology Health Professions Society (인터넷을 이용한 관절염 환자의 건강상담 내용분석 -대한류마티스 건강전문학회 홈페이지를 대상으로-)

  • Recently with the development in computer technology and its communication system, many changes in medical informatics enable us to use various medical information regardless of time or place. There are many home pages on the web, which provide medical counseling and hospital information. On May 11th 1999, Korean Rheumatology Health Professions Society began its new service as a home page on the web with various rheumatologic health information, questioning/ answering, and so on. This study was undertaken to examine the content and the purpose of health counseling on the web. The data was collected from 173 questioners who visited questioning/ answering site in the KRHPS home page for May 11th, 1999 through November 10th, 1999. Most of the questioners consulted the health problems of their or their families. Over two thirds of them were already diagnosed medically. Rheumatoid arthritis was the most frequent one. Other diseases, such as, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Still's disease were also on the list. Most of the questioners wanted to know treatment strategies, to consult about their symptoms, and to make diagnosis. And many questioners wanted detailed explanations about their diseases or the informations regarding the hospital. These findings suggest that the health counseling on the web may be used to supplement the lack of direct medical interviews with doctors. It also is expected to guide the patients to the right direction.

  • The information security is very important in computer communication network, and the security system has been developed in many aspects to provide secure communication. The secret key distribution and mutual user authentication are essential element in designing security system, then many algorithms and implementation schemes have been proposed. But they don't consider communication protocol, so they are not easy to adapt a real communication network' In this paper, we propose a key distriburion and mutual user authentication scheme based on X.25 protocol which is the most popular in packet communication, and the proposed scheme maintains a protocol transparency and can select communication mode, so the security system is more capable.

  • With the continuous acceleration of economic and social development, people gradually pay attention to their health, improve their living environment, diet, strengthen exercise, and even conduct regular health examination, to ensure that they always understand the health status. Even so, people still face many health problems, and the number of chronic diseases is increasing. Recently, COVID-19 has also reminded people that public health problems are also facing severe challenges. With the development of artificial intelligence equipment and technology, medical diagnosis expert systems based on big data have become a topic of concern to many researchers. At present, there are many algorithms that can help computers initially diagnose diseases for patients, but they want to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. And taking into account the pathology that varies from person to person, the health diagnosis expert system urgently needs a new algorithm to improve accuracy. Through the understanding of classic algorithms, this paper has optimized it, and finally proved through experiments that the combined classification algorithm improved by latent factors can meet the needs of medical intelligent diagnosis.

  • With the continuous development of emerging technologies represented by VR technology, many game developers are declaring that they are constantly trying to break the "fourth wall" and break the boundaries between virtual and reality to create game immersion for players. new game. But for many gamers, a strong sense of immersion is not the focus of their pursuit. The sense of control and safe exploration during the game is also the game experience that many gamers are pursuing. Moreover, there is ambiguity in the definition of the concept of breaking the fourth wall in the field of academic theory. The purpose of breaking the fourth wall was to separate the real world from the virtual world, to remind the audience that the actors and the audience are in two different worlds, and to trigger the audience's thinking about drama and deeper philosophy. But in the current game, it has become a blurring of the boundary between virtual and reality, pulling players into the virtual world, and focusing on the immersive experience.   • Based on the importance of dialect research, preservation, and communication, this paper conducted a study on machine translation of Korean dialects for dialect users who may be marginalized. For the dialect data used, AIHUB dialect data distributed based on the highest administrative district was used. We propose a many-to-one dialect machine translation that promotes the efficiency of model distribution and modeling research to improve the performance of the dialect machine translation by applying Copy mechanism. This paper evaluates the performance of the one-to-one model and the many-to-one model as a BLEU score, and analyzes the performance of the many-to-one model in the Korean dialect from a linguistic perspective. The performance improvement of the one-to-one machine translation by applying the methodology proposed in this paper and the significant high performance of the many-to-one machine translation were derived.

  • WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) is a technology that enables browser-to-browser communication. Therefore, a signalling mechanism must be negotiated to create a connection between peers. The main aim of this paper is to create and implement a WebRTC hybrid signalling mechanism named (WebNSM) for video conferencing based on the Socket.io (API) mechanism. WebNSM was designed over different topologies such as simplex, star and mesh. Therefore it offers several communications at the same time such as one-to-one (unidirectional/bidirectional), one-to-many (unidirectional) and many-to-many (bi-directional) without any downloading or installation. In this paper, WebRTC video conferencing was accomplished via LAN and WAN networks, including the evaluation of resources in WebRTC like bandwidth consumption, CPU performance, memory usage, Quality of Experience (QoE) and maximum links and RTPs calculation. This paper presents a novel signalling mechanism among different users, devices and networks to offer video conferencing using various topologies at the same time, as well as other typical features such as using the same server, determining room initiator, keeping the communication active even if the initiator or another peer leaves, etc. This scenario highlights the limitations of CPU performance, bandwidth consumption and the use of different topologies for WebRTC video conferencing.

  • With developing vehicle and communication technologies, cars can communicate with road-side infrastructures and among other cars. As autonomous driving cars have been developed, the cars are equipped with many sensors and powerful processing units. There are many studies related to provide cloud services to users by using available resources of connected cars. In this paper, we proposed a dynamic task size decision scheme that considers communication environment between a vehicle and a base station as well as available resources while allocating a proper task to each vehicle. Simulation results based on the proposed model show that a vehicle can complete its allocated task when we considers available resources and communication environments.

  • This study provide Car driver with car sensor information which is car trouble code in engine and many sensors. This provide car manager with many information of car sensors when we go to vehicle maintenance. This system consist of embedded linux system which uses RS232 and EML327 for CAN communication of car system. Finally this is a lot of application for embedded linux system which get sensor informations of car control sensor system.

  • The collection and analysis of power information in the smart grid is essential. The collected utilize power information can be used to efficiently utilize power such as power generation and distribution. The role of smart meters communication through wire and wireless cable is important for collecting power information. Recently, many countries around the world are establishing international standards or unique standards of smart meter communication for power information collection of many smart meters. Thus, this paper investigates smart meter related papers and materials, and summarizes international and national standards for smart meter communication.

  • In this paper, we present the configuration of Direct Load Control System using TCP/Ethernet Module for the Load Management Europe and America has operated the DLC system by many communication system, and Taiwan, Japan has controlled the cooling load at peak hours of power system. Up to now, Many Researches for the DLC of communication method, so called, pager, power line carrier, ripple control, etc. has advanced. Now, we present new communication method for the DLC using TCP/Ethernet module which is widespread all over the world.
