인지지도분석을 활용한 AI SW 인력양성 정책분석 (Policy Analysis on AI SW Human Resources Development Using Cognitive Map Analysis)

  • For the government of president Moon's AI SW HRD policy, he proclaimed AI democracy that anyone can utilize artificial intelligence technology to spread AI education for the people of the country. Through cognitive map analysis, this study presents expected policy outcomes due to the input of policy factors to overcome crisis factors and utilize opportunity factors. According to the cognitive guidance analysis, first, the opportunity factor is recognized as accelerating the digital transformation to Covid 19 if AI SW HRD is well nurtured. Second, the crisis factor refers to the rapid paradigm shift caused by the intelligence information society, resulting in job losses in the manufacturing sector and deepening imbalance in manpower supply and demand, especially in the artificial intelligence sector. Third, the comprehensive cognitive map shows a circular process for creating an AI SW ecosystem in response to threats caused by untact caused by Corona and a circular process for securing AI talent in response to threats caused by deepening imbalance in manpower supply and demand in the AI sector. Fourth, in order to accelerate the digital circulation that has been accelerated by Corona, we found a circular process to succeed in the Korean version of digital new deal by strengthening national and corporate competitiveness through AI-utilized capacity and industrial and regional AI education. Finally, the AI utilization empowerment strengthening rotation process is the most dominant of the four mechanisms, and we also found a relatively controllable feedback loop to obtain policy outputs.

국내 중소기업의 내·외부 요인이 스마트팩토리의 도입에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 금속가공업을 중심으로 (Effects of Internal and External Characteristics of Korean SMEs on the Introduction of Smart Factory : An Exploratory Investigation on the Metal Processing Industry)

  • Five years have passed since the introduction of the smart factory amid the new opportunities for growth and job creation in relation to domestic manufacturing companies. Nevertheless, there is a lack of analysis on SMEs introduction smart factories. This study empirically analyzed the effects on the introduction of smart factories of domestic metal processing SMEs by distinguishing the characteristics of enterprises In this study, 103 companies which introduced smart factories and another 106 companies which did not introduce them were sampled. The Introduction of the Smart Factory was analyzed by four categories such as the Company characteristics (R&D capability, product production capability, organizational change), entrepreneur characteristics (risk sensitivity), relational characteristics (trust, dependence, cooperation, Influence), and structural characteristics (competition). As a result of the research, we found out product production capacity, risk sensitivity, trust and cooperation, Influence, and competition are statistically significant in the introduction of smart factory. But competition was characterized by a negative (-) sign opposite to the hypothesis. This study is meaningful in that the scope of the analysis has been expanded by analyzing whether smart factory was introduced or not considering the characteristics of the company. And there should be continuous research on its utilization as well as the introduction of smart factory.

다품종 조립라인 자동화 물류창고의 이형 랙 배치 및 운영정책 시뮬레이션 평가 (A Simulation Evaluation of Aisle Design and Operation Policies for an Automated Storage and Retrieval System with Narrow-/Wide-Width Racks)

  • In an automotive plant, an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) synchronizes material handling flows from a part production line to an auto-assembly line. The part production line transfers parts on small-/large-sized pallets. The products on pallets are temporarily stored on the ASRS, and the ASRS retrieves the products upon request from the auto-assembly line. Each ASRS aisle is equipped with narrow-/wide-width racks for two pallet sizes. An ASRS aisle with narrow-/wide-width racks improves both storage space utilization and crane utilization while requiring delicate ASRS aisle design, i.e., the locations of the narrow-/wide-width racks in an ASRS aisle, and proper operation policies affect the ASRS performance over demand fluctuations. We focus on operation policies involving a common storage zone using wide-width racks for two pallet sizes and a storage-retrieval job-change for a crane based on assembly-line batch size. We model a discrete-event simulation model and conduct extensive experiments to evaluate operation policies. The simulation results address the best ASRS aisle design and suggest the most effective operation policies for the aisle design.

중소규모 화학업종을 위한 자율점검표 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Self-Checklists for Small and Medium-Sized Chemical Industries)

  • Major industrial accidents in which workers die due to fires or explosions while working at chemical substance handling workplaces continue to occur. Among the major industrial accidents that occurred between 2005 and 2021, the accident status by work situation and equipment was analyzed. Through analysis, it was confirmed that storage, reaction, and piping facilities were the main causes of the accident, and a self-checklist for each facility was developed. Verification was conducted through the supply and use groups to evaluate the suitability of the use, duties, and items of the self-checklist. The user group showed higher satisfaction than the supplier group for all three suitability of use, job, and item. In particular, since the inspection items of the self-checklist were organized around the cause of the accident derived through the analysis of actual accident cases, the satisfaction level was high in all groups. It is expected that the self-checklist developed through this study will be useful not only for large companies but also for small and medium-sized chemical industries that lack professional manpower.

산업보건 위험성평가 기법의 현장 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Field Application of Occupational Health Risk Assessment Method)

  • Scientific exploration of how occupational health risks relate with occupational illnesses are essential for mitigating health-related issues in industries. This study analyzed the risk scores obtained by occupational health risk assessments at 3,172 manufacturing companies and examined their effects on occupational illness. Statistical analyses revealed that companies with an occupational health manager (scored 89.1 out of 100) had significantly higher activity scores of health management compared to those without (78.2). However, companies with a history of occupational illness (79.1) or those classified as high-risk industries (85.2) had significantly lower activity scores than their counterparts (81.7, 87.3). In addition, regression analyses using factor analysis showed that latent risk factors such as cardiovascular disease/job stress, health management, and musculoskeletal problem significantly influenced the risk of occupational illness. The activity factors such as health management, work environment management, and regulatory complaisance significant impacted the reduction of occupational illness. The findings of this study can be used to improve the occupational health risk assessment method and utilized in effectively managing occupational risks in industries.

재투입공정 하에서 DBR 기법 적용 방안 및 효과분석 (An Application Method and Effect Analysis of the DBR(Drum-Buffer-Rope) Method Under the Re-entrant Process)

  • DBR(Drum-Buffer-Rope)은 하나의 병목공정이 존재하는 생산라인을 드럼, 버퍼 그리고 로프로 구성하여 제약설비인 병목공정을 중심으로 효과적인 스케줄링을 수립하는 데 좋은 전략으로 알려져 있다. 하지만 최근 제품의 다양성이 증가되면서 공정의 복잡성이 높아지고, 자재 및 중간재의 재투입을 요구하는 공정이 많아지고 있다. 재투입 공정은 원자재가 완제품으로 생산될 때까지 동일한 설비에서 반복적으로 작업처리가 되어야 하므로 복잡한 작업환경을 가지게 된다. 본 연구는 기존의 흐름공정에서 우수한 성능을 보인 DBR 기반의 스케줄링 방법이 재투입이 있는 공정에서도 효과적으로 적용 가능한지 여부와 이를 위해서 추가적으로 검토되어야 할 전략들을 다루었다. 본 연구의 핵심은 재투입 공정에 DBR 방법을 적용하기 위하여 재투입 공정을 여러 개로 쪼개어 하나의 병목공정을 갖는 임의의 흐름공정(루프)으로 재구성한다는 점이다. 이러한 구조를 기반으로 본 연구에서는 두 가지 의사결정에 초점을 맞추어 생산 스케줄링 전략을 구성하였다. 첫째, 흐름공정마다 적정 수준의 재고수준과 안정적 생산성을 유지하기 위해 자재 투입시점과 적절한 투입량을 결정한다. 둘째는 각 공정별 상이한 작업 우선순위를 결정하는 방법이다. 본 연구는 실험을 위해 HP사의 TRC(Technology Research Center) 공정에 대한 시뮬레이션 모델을 설계하였고, DBR 기반 루프 스케줄링을 적용한 결과, cycle time의 감소 및 재공품재고의 루프 간 균형을 유지하는 것을 확인하였다.

제조업의 환경오염방지지출과 노동수요 (Pollution Abatement Costs and Labor Demand in Korea Manufacturing Industries)

  • 본 연구는 1992년~2002년 기간 동안 한국 제조업의 환경오염방지활동이 노동수요에 미치는 효과를 제조업 노동수요함수 추정을 통해 확인하여 보았다. 추정에 있어서 전통적인 의미에서의 생산기술과 생산 과정에서 발생하는 환경오염물질을 방지하는 기술에 따른 노동수요효과를 식별하는 문제가 제기되었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 Morgenstern et al. (2002)이 제안한 방식을 원용하였으나 Morgenstern et al. (2002)의 방식 역시 생산기술과 오염물질발생 간의 내생적인 문제를 해결하기에는 적합하지 않았다. 따라서 고정효과 모형의 이단계 추정방식(fixed effect IV estimation)을 통해 환경오염방지기술에 따른 노동수요 변화 효과를 식별하였다. 추정결과를 보면 1992년~2002년 기간 동안 우리나라 제조업의 환경오염방지활동은 노동수요를 증가시켜 왔으며 특히 우리나라 제조업의 환경오염방지비용이 총생산비의 1% 내외를 차지하여 왔음을 고려할 때 동 기간 동안 환경오염방지활동은 기업의 생산 활동에 큰 부담은 아니었음을 노동수요 변화를 통하여 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 전통적인 노동수요변화의 요소인 실질임금과 생산량 변화에 따른 노동수요효과보다는 환경오염방지활동에 따른 노동수요변화효과가 상대적으로 작은 것으로 나타났다. 향후 환경오염방지비용이 총생산비용에서 차지하는 비중의 관점에서 적절한 노동수요를 유지하기 위한 환경오염방지활동비용의 범위를 알아보는 것은 좋은 연구주제가 될 것이다.

스마트 제조기술을 도입하는 일학습병행 학습기업을 위한 NCS 기반 교육훈련 및 자격 제안 (NCS-based Education & Training and Qualification Proposal for Work-Learning Parallel Companies Introducing Smart Manufacturing Technology)

  • 중소·중견기업을 대상으로 하는 정부의 스마트 팩토리 추진 사업에 따라서 전국에 10,000개 이상의 지능형 공장이 구축 완료 또는 구축 예정으로 되어 있고 정부주도로 2022년까지 10만명의 전문 인력 육성을 목표로 하고 있다. 스마트 팩토리는 자동화된 제조현장에 효율적 자원관리 체계와 ICT 기술이 융합되는 형태로 각 지방 정부와 일부 대학, 공공단체 소속 훈련기관등이 중심이 되어 공급자 입장에서 수많은 종류의 교육훈련 과정을 소개하고 있으나 산업계 직업훈련의 표준이라고 할 수 있는 NCS와는 연계성이 부족한 상태로 그 방향성과 적정성은 재고의 여지가 있어 보인다. K 대학의 일학습병행제에 참여 중인 수도권과 충남권 학습기업을 대상으로 스마트 팩토리 도입 희망 여부와 수요를 파악하고 직무 매칭을 통하여 기업 내에서 스마트 팩토리 기술 도입의 창구 역할을 하게 될 실무자를 정의하여 커리어 패스를 감안한 육성목표를 설정하고 스마트 팩토리를 도입 및 운영에 적정한 훈련 필수능력단위와 선택능력단위의 수준, 훈련 시간을 포함하는 NCS 기반 자격 설계 안을 제시하고자 한다.

직업성 피부질환에 대한 현황 파악 및 관리 대책 수립을 위한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Management Methods about Occupational Dermatoses)

  • Occupational dermatosis is one of the most prevalent occupational disorders. However, the extent of the occupational dermatoses including incidences and prevalencies of each disease entity, and etiologic materials are not yet welt stated in Korea. Authors reviewed the literatures on the statistic data and reports on the occupational dermatoses, and surveyed on the occupational dermatoses in two factories, and surveyed the physicians responsible to the occupational dermatoses with formed questionnaire. The results are as follows; 1. Among medical journals published since 1964, there were 31 articles on the occupational dermatoses. Of 31 articles, 18 were case reports and all others were review articles. Of 18 case reports, 9 were epidemiologic survey. The Workers' Periodic Health Examinations revealed that prevalence of the occupational dermatoses was highest(4.36 per 10,000 workers) in 1974, but number of the cases reported were decreased sharply since 1978 with some tendency to increase since 1981. There were 2,240 reported cases of occupational dermatoses between 1966 and 1992, which is 1.90% of all the reported occupational diseases. Skin infection and injuries due to chemicals were most frequent and there were 6 cases of skin cancer. 2. In an epidemiological survey on the dermatoses among 995 workers in a metal product manufacturing factory and 225 workers in a coal chemical factory, there were 794 with dermatomycosis, 296 workers with acne, 130 workers with scar, 123 workers with deformity of toe nails. Scars, photosensitivity dermatitis, deformity of finger and toe nails, and acne were more prevalent in the metal product manufacturing factory(p<0.05). In the metal prouct manufacturing factory, workers treating organic solvents and oils had more dermatoses than those without treating the materials(p<0.05). On the skin patch performed on 16 workers in the metal product manufacturing factory, there were 8 cases of irritation dermatitis and 5 cases of contact dermatitis. Prevalence of contact dermatitis in the metal product manufacturing factory was 1.3%. 3. On the questionnaire survey, 34 dermatologists, 29 doctors of preventive medicine, and 22 family physician replied. The proportion of occupational etiology among all dermatoses assumed by the physicians were below 9%, and the most important occupational dermatosis in Korea was contact dermatitis. Main etiologic materials related to the occupational dermatosis were organic solvent, acid and alkali, and metals. The reason for the scarcity of report of occupational dermatoses were difficulty in diagnosis and physician's ignorance of the occupational etiology. They replied that to prevent the occupational dermatoses in the workplace, the use of protective devices was most important, and development of diagnostic criteria on the occupational dermatoses is urgent. Above results shows us that there is many workers with occupational dermatoses, but they are mostly unreported. Measures to prevent and manage the occupational dermatoses are not satisfactory at present. Hence, authors suggest measures for the precise diagnosis, report and prevention of the occupational dermatoses. a. Dermatologist, preventive physician, and industrial hygienist should work as a team to examine the high risk group and establish the preventive measures. b. Disease entities, diagnostic criteria of occupational dermatoses should be listed, criteria for the compensation and job fitting at recruitment should be established, and manual for the proper treatment and effective prevention of each occupational dermatosis should be developed. c. Patch test antigens against each occupational category should be developed and it should be available to any physicians responsible. d. To facilitate the diagnosis of occupational dermatoses by the doctors responsible for the Workersr Periodic Health Examination, development of standardized questionnaire, education on the techniques of the patch test, and cooperation with the dermatologist in diagnosis of occupational dermatoses is essential.

일-가정 촉진과 조직몰입 간의 관계: 조직지원인식의 조절효과 (The Relationship between Work-Family Facilitation and Organizational Commitment: Moderating Effect of Perceived Organizational Support)

  • 본 연구에서는 일(work)-가정(family)은 대립적 관계가 아닌 서로 보완적 관계이며, 이들 간의 긍정적 상호작용이 조직 및 개인 성과에 긍정적 영향을 주는 일-가정 촉진(work-family facilitation)이 조직몰입에 긍정적 영향이 있음을 실증적으로 파악함으로써 스마트워킹시대 인사 관리자들에게 조직관리의 새로운 시사점을 제공하고자 진행되었다. 이를 위해 부산 경남지역의 일반 기업체 근무자를 대상으로 설문 조사 후 위계적회귀분석을 실시 하였다. 연구결과 일-가정 촉진은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 일-가정 촉진과 조직몰입 간의 조직지원인식의 조절효과는 지속적 몰입을 제외한 정서적 및 규범적 몰입에는 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 학술적으로는 조직지원인식이 구성원들의 지속적 몰입에 긍정적 관계가 있음을 확인 하였을 뿐만 아니라 더 나아가 일-가정 촉진과 정서적 및 규범적 몰입 간의 긍정적 관계를 설명할 수 있는 추가 메커니즘 연구의 필요성을 제시하였고, 실무적으로는 일-가정 균형 뿐만 아니라 일-가정 촉진, 즉 일과 가정 간의 긍정적 상호작용이 조직 및 개인의 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인함으로써 직무설계시 직무 뿐만 아니라 개인의 가족 상황을 고려한 설계 필요성을 제시하였다.
