Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a safety education system and its contents for technical high schools including textbooks and instruction manuals for teachers. Methods: Reference materials and surveys were both employed in the study. Basic theory and relevant contents were estimated. The contents of safety education included in the current curriculum in technical high schools were evaluated and the laws and regulations related to safety education in such schools were analyzed by researching references. In addition, the status of safety education in technical high schools and the demand for safety education were reviewed. Results: The goal of safety education has been established based on the status and theory of the estimated safety education, The goal was classified into an overall goal and sub-goals, setting five areas of safety education. Furthermore, the contents of safety education, total 17 hours per year for each grade, were organized into 20 content goals and 47 activity elements. These activity factors of safety education has been systemized by grade. Conclusion: All technical high-schools need to carry out safety education based on the contents related to safety education. The operation of this systematic safety education will be more efficient and effective than the current system and the knowledge, attitude, and behavior regarding safety at technical high schools are expected to undergo positive changes. Moreover, the result from this study will contribute to the establishment of various policies for safety education in technical high schools.

In an effort to obtain foundational data required to evaluate the therapeutic effect of educational insect rearing, this study surveyed current educational pet insect rearing practices in Korea and examined the expected psychological effects from participating in the activity. Data were collected from those who visited the special insect exhibition in May 2013 using a self-reporting survey. The results indicated that 48.3% of the responders had experienced insect rearing, and that rhino and stag beetles were the most commonly reared insects. Most of the respondents (83.1%) reported they were not currently rearing any insects, which suggested that insect rearing tends to be a one-time experience. Expected psychological effects could be divided into emotional (56.3%) and cognitive (41.8%) effects, and these varied by age and gender. The differences in expected psychological effects were particularly clear between adults and adolescents, the latter of whom were the main participants in the activity. It is therefore necessary to develop standardized manuals and care programs for more diverse insect species with which to help keep up consumer interest in educational insect rearing. These efforts will help champion the psychotherapeutic effects of educational pet insect rearing and enhance its role as a learning aid.

중저온 배열회수를 통해 열설비의 열효율을 향상시키기 위하여 1 MW급 유기랭킨사이클시스템을 설계, 개발하였다. 포항제철소에 있는 두 대의 100 MW급 기력발전소에서 발생하는 175$^{\circ}C$의 배가스를 산업체에서 발생하는 대표적인 중저온배열원으로 선정하고, 환경오염을 최소화할 수 있는 신냉매인 HCFC-123을 시스템의 작동유체로 선정하였다. 유기냉킨사이클시스템의 시험운전을 통하여 유기랭킨사이클시스템이 산업체의 중저온배열을 회수하는데 유용함을 확인하였다. 열수의 가열, 터빈기동 및 전기투입방법 등의 운전방법을 최적화하였다. 그러나 HCFC-123 공급펌프의 능력부족으로 작동유체의 공급이 부족하여 정격출력보다 낮은 670kW의 전력을 생산할 수 있었다. HCFC-123의 공급유량을 증가시키기 위하여 파이프의 압력손실저하 및 펌프의 성능 향상을 위한 펌프교체 등이 고려되어야 함을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 새로운 휴대폰을 구매한 후, 처음으로 사용 동작을 익히는 과정에서 소비자들이 기존의 '텍스트 매뉴얼'과 실험을 위해 가상현실로 제작된 두 가지 '애니메이션 매뉴얼' 가운데 최적의 매뉴얼을 찾아내기 위한 연구를 수행한 것이다. 조사 방법은 세 가지 태스크로 나누어 실험하였다. '애니메이션 I' 매뉴얼은 동작 영상과 기본 음향을 게시한 방식이고 '애니메이션 II' 매뉴얼은 '애니메이션I' 매뉴얼에다가 화면상의 부수적인 설명과 음성을 추가한 것이다. 그리고 평가방법은 세 가지 비교평가를 각각 의 t-검증과 부가적인 주관적 평가 법으로 연구와 평가를 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫 번째 결과는 '텍스트 매뉴얼 보다 '애니메이션 매뉴얼' 들이 쉽게 이해하고 따라하기 쉬웠다. 두 번째는 '애니메이션 I 매뉴얼'보다 '애니메이션II 매뉴얼'이 더욱 익히기 쉽다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 테스트 후 설문 및 인터뷰에서 멀티미디어로 제작된 '애니메이션 매뉴얼'에 높은 관심을 나타냈다.

본 연구는 국립어린이청소년도서관이 청소년의 독서흥미를 고취하기 위하여 전국 학교도서관을 대상으로 수행하고 있는 청소년 독서진흥 프로그램의 운영을 심층적으로 평가하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 2007년부터 2010까지 이루어진 '1318 책벌레들의 도서관점령기' 프로그램에 참여한 학교도서관 사서들을 대상으로 그 운영전반에 대한 체계적인 설문조사를 실시하였고 또한 독서진흥 프로그램의 경험이 풍부한 학교도서관 사서들과의 표적집단 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 조사분석 결과 첫째, 사업성과에 대한 응답자의 만족도는 매우 높게 나타났으며 학생들의 인지, 정서, 사회성 발달에 효과성이 있는 것으로 평가하였다. 둘째, 기획과정, 계획과정, 운영과정의 만족도 중 계획과정, 운영과정의 만족도가 성과만족도를 예측하는 영역으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 서술형 문항에서 프로그램의 원활한 지원과 효율성을 위해 전문인력 충원 및 연구와 조직 확대의 필요성이 거론되었으며 다양한 콘텐츠 및 매뉴얼 개발과 보급 등이 제언되었다.

The purposes of this study were to assess hospital foodservice quality and to identify causes of quality problems and improvement strategies. Based on the review of literature, hospital foodservice quality was defined and the Hospital Foodservice Quality model was presented. The study was conducted in two steps. In Step 1, nutritional standards specified on diet manuals and nutrients of planned menus, served meals, and consumed meals for regular, diabetic, and low-sodium diets were assessed in three general hospitals. Quality problems were found in all three hospitals since patients consumed less than their nutritional requirements. Considering the effects of four gaps in the Hospital Foodservice Quality model, Gaps 3 and 4 were selected as critical control points (CCPs) for hospital foodservice quality management. In Step 2, the causes of the gaps and improvement strategies at CCPs were labeled as "quality hazards" and "corrective actions", respectively and were identified using a case study. At Gap 3, inaccurate forecasting and a lack of control during production were identified as quality hazards and corrective actions proposed were establishing an accurate forecasting system, improving standardized recipes, emphasizing the use of standardized recipes, and conducting employee training. At Gap 4, quality hazards were menus of low preferences, inconsistency of menu quality, a lack of menu variety, improper food temperatures, and patients' lack of understanding of their nutritional requirements. To reduce Gap 4, the dietary departments should conduct patient surveys on menu preferences on a regular basis, develop new menus, especially for therapeutic diets, maintain food temperatures during distribution, provide more choices, conduct meal rounds, and provide nutrition education and counseling. The Hospital Foodservice Quality Model was a useful tool for identifying causes of the foodservice quality problems and improvement strategies from a holistic point of view.

1996년 12월 정부에서는 국내 건설산업의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 건설사업관리(CM) 제도를 처음 도입하게 되었다. 그러나, CM의 필요성을 인식하면서도 건설사업 초기단계에서 예상되는 문제점 및 낭비요소의 최소화와 객관적인 기술검토 등을 통한 의사결정능력은 향상되었지만, 발주자의 선택권이 보장되는 다양한 CM 서비스체계 구축과 CM대가 산정에는 많은 문제점이 존재한다. 정부가 발주하는 공공건설사업의 경우 발주자가 산정하는 방식과 CM업체가 산정하는 방식의 차이로 인해서 적정대가를 받지 못해 CM대가 산정이 제대로 이루어지지 않는다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 실제 공공건설사업 중에서 문화예술회관 사례를 토대로 CM대가 산정에 대해 공사비비율에 의한 방식, 실비정액가산방식의 실제 계약된 금액을 다각도로 분석하여 어떤 불합리성이 존재하며, 아울러 그 원인은 무엇인지에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 이를 토대로 향후 CM의 적정대가 산정기준을 위한 연구의 자료에 일조를 하고자 한다.

본 연구는 공공도서관 장애인서비스를 지원하는 자원봉사자들이 활용할 수 있는 체계화된 매뉴얼을 개발하여 자원봉사 활동의 전문화 및 활성화에 기여하기 시도되었다. 장애인서비스 현황조사와 담당자와 이용자와의 면담, 전문가 간담회 등을 통하여 가장 수요가 많은 도서관 장애인서비스 유형을 파악하고, 국내외 도서관 장애인서비스 자원봉사 매뉴얼의 구성요소를 추출하여 실질적인 장애인 서비스 자원봉사 활용 매뉴얼을 개발하였다. 대면낭독, 입력봉사, 도서관 비방문자 서비스, 이동보조, 보조공학기 서비스의 5개 분야를 선정하여 이들을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 각각의 구체적인 활동 매뉴얼 내용을 제시하였다. 5개자원봉사의 활동분야, 장애 유형, 활동 목적, 세부 활동 내용 및 체크리스트로 구성된 활동내용의 구성도와 구성요소의 정의를 소개하였고, 구성요소의 기술사례를 대면낭독에 적용하여 활동 매뉴얼의 내용을 간략히 제시하였다.

본 연구는 실제 산업현장에서 활용 가능한 'NCS를 활용한 사업 내 자격 신설 정비 매뉴얼'을 개발하여, 기업특수 숙련기술에 대한 육성 평가를 담당하는 사업 내 자격 운영을 체계화 시킬 수 있는 기준 마련이 필요하고 사업체별 특수 직무를 다루고 있는 사업 내 자격이 기업의 숙련요구를 정확히 반영함과 동시에 각 사업 내 자격의 기준과 절차를 표준화할 수 있는 매뉴얼 개발을 통한 신뢰성 및 객관성 제고하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 일본의 사업 내 자격을 운영하고 있는 기업 및 협회 등을 방문하여 해외사례분석을 하여 구체적인 현행제도 및 사례분석을 통한 개선방향과 사업 내 자격을 인정받고 현재 검정을 시행하고 있는 기관 실무자들을 대상으로 온라인 및 1:1 면접조사를 통하여 설문을 실시했으며, 사업 내 자격의 체계 및 내용에 대한 현황분석을 통하여 NCS와 사업 내 자격의 체계 분석 및 자격 신설 정비 모형을 도출하여 NCS를 활용한 사업 내 자격 신설 정비 표준매뉴얼을 개발하여 이 표준매뉴얼의 사용 촉진을 위하여 현행제도 및 사례분석을 통한 개선방향 제시하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 NCS 기반 사업 내 자격 신설 매뉴얼과 NCS 기반 사업 내 자격 정비 매뉴얼을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 편목업무 메뉴얼의 웹환경으로의 구축을 통한 효율적인 활용방안을 모색하였다. 자동화 및 네트워크의 도입과 디지털매체의 증가에 따라 수서 및 참고봉사를 비롯한 도서관 업무에 웹을 활용하는 방안이 다양하게 모색되고 있다. 하지만, 편목업무의 경우 개별 도서관에서 행해지고 있는 규칙과 규정이 통일화되어 있지 못하고 도서관간 공유를 위한 협력도 이루어지고 있지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 편목업무의 공유와 실질적인 협력 및 표준화를 위해 개별 도서관에서 편목업무를 Web 환경으로 구축하고 이를 공유할 필요가 있다. 즉, 편목업무를 웹 환경으로 구축함으로써 편목업무에 대한 접근성을 높이고 최신성을 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 편목업무 담당자간의 커뮤니케이션 증진과 도서관간 협력 및 정보공유의 장으로의 역할을 통해 궁극적으로는 편목업무의 표준화를 위한 기초를 마련할 수 있다.
