This study was intended to enhance the level of hospital personnel management through analysing job satisfaction of hospital employees in terms of structural, personal and environmental variables. The sample of this study consist of a total of 790 persons including doctors, residents, interns, pharmacists, nurses, medical engineers, office workers and manual workers who have worked for general hospitals with 200 beds, 300 beds and 800 beds respectively. The Likert's 5 scales were used for the measurement of satisfaction. The results can be summarized as follows: 1. Structural Variables The level of satisfaction on the job itself was generally low, 2.8 in Likert's 5 scales, with the order of role ambiguity(3.87), routinization(2.6), work overload (2.45) and autonomy(2.37). Hospital employees are aware of their responsibility and they regarded their work as heavy one. The compensatory satisfaction degree was 2.5 which was also low: There were in the order stability(3.1), distributive justice(2.57), pay(2.3) and promotion(1.9). Usually hospital employees showed high degree of stability, while, their satisfaction on promotion possibility is quite low due to specially differentiated structures of hospitals. The degree of satisfaction on the internal conditions of organizational culture was relatively higher as 2.92: They were co-worker's support(3.69), supervisory support(3.15), role conflict(2.64) and welfare(2.17) in order. The satisfaction on welfare as an economic condition was the lowest. 2. Personal Variables The level of satisfaction on personal variables was 3.27 which seemed to be quite high: Contribution to the hospital(3.38), attitude on job performance(3.28) and pride as a member of the hospital(3.07). They seem to believe that their work has been helpful to the performance of hospitals. 3. Environmental Variables The degree of satisfaction on these variables was 3.07 on the average which was derived from environmental factors such as family-role conflict and community support related to hospital employees' environment. The order of satisfaction for each variable is community support(3.2) and family-role conflict(2.94). They turned out to be fairly satisfied with their job in community and yet, they wanted more spare time to spend with their family.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify students' experiences of performance and their satisfaction with clinical nursing practice in Women's health nursing. Methods: Data was collected using questionnaire consisting of 104; 89,; and 82 nursing activities with 12; 10; and 7 domains for delivery floor, obstetric, and gynecologic wards retrospectively. Five hundred ninety nursing students from 10 four year and one three year colleges, were recruited and selected for data collection. Results: Site specific core nursing activities among top 15 items of performed experience were: interpreting fetal monitoring; massage for pain reduction; breathing technique; perineal pad change; non stress test; manual check for uterine contraction; and position change for the delivery floor. Experiences of clinical nursing practice for the obstetric ward and the gynecologic ward were identified and ranked as well. Observation of delivery, measurement & test during labor and observation of anesthesia and operation were the highest ranked activity domains of satisfaction for delivery floor, obstetric and gynecologic wards retrospectively. Conclusion: Discussions are needed to standardize curriculum for clinical practice in women's health nursing initiated at the level of Korean Society of Womens' Health Nursing by reflecting this result. Strategic approaches are emphasized in order to enhance a collaboration between clinical fields and colleges.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of manual acupuncture at the $LI_4$, $ST_{36}$ and $LR_3$ on Electroencephalogram(EEG) of patients with stroke. Methods : 32 channel EEG measurement was carried out in 35 Stroke patients(23 males and 12 females). EEG was measured for 21 minutes(made up of 7 sessions, 1 session means 3 minutes time interval) including 15 minutes(5 sessions) of acupuncture time. Power spectrum analysis was used as a measure of complexity. Statistical analysis was performed using Linear mixed model and DUNNETT's multiple comparison. Results : The results were as follows; 1. EEG amplitude was reduced during acupuncture except electrodes PG1 and PG2. 2. There was a notable change during 6~9 minutes after needling in ${\delta}{\cdot}{\beta}{\cdot}{\gamma}$ wave, and during 6~9 minutes after needling in ${\Theta}{\cdot}{\alpha}$ wave. Overall, during 6~9 minutes after needling. 3. TP8 is a common significant electrode among five wave forms. Conclusions : These results suggest that TP8 could be typical electrodes and change of EEG compared to baseline happens most often during 6~9 minutes after manipulated acupuncture at the $LI_4$, $ST_{36}$ and $LR_3$ of patients with stroke.
Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine the changes in work performance and motor function of stroke patients in the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment-BIG (LSVT-BIG) program and to confirm its clinical applicability. Methods : Two stroke patients underwent the LSVT-BIG program for a total of 16 sessions (60 minutes per session and, four days a week for four weeks). To assess any changes between before and after the intervention, the Canadian Occupational Performance Measurement (COPM), Berg Balance Scale (BBS), Timed Up and Go (TUG), Functional Reaching Test (FRT), Manual Function Test (MFT) were used. Differences in scores between before and after the intervention were analyzed. Results : The performance and satisfaction of occupational performance increased after the intervention in both subjects. The performance time of the TUG decreased to 0.91, 8.42 seconds for each subject, increasing the walking speed. In FRT distance change, the subject increased in both the affected side and unaffected side. The BBS score increased by 3 points in one subject and by 6 points in the other, indicating improved balance. In addition, in the MFT score, subject A showed an improvement of 1 point on the unaffected side, and subject B showed an improvement of 1 point on the unaffected side and 3 points on the affected side. Conclusion : We confirmed the applicability of the LSVT-BIG program as a new intervention technique for stroke patients. Future, complementary research on the effects of the LSVT-BIG program on stroke patients will be needed.
Purpose : IRMA method for the experimental reagents, as set out in the manual settings for doing and reporting the test results should, in principle. Purpose In the procedure of domestic medical radioactive self-disposal, there are many requests of supplementation and difficulties on the screening process. In this regard, presentation of basic guideline will improve the work processing efficiency of medical institution radioactive waste. From 2015 to 2016, We reviewed and compared a supplementary requests of domestic fifteen medical institution radioactive self-disposal Plan & Procedure manual. In connection with this, we derive the details of the radioactive waste document based on the relative regulation of nuclear safety Act. The representative supplementary requests of Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety are disposal method of non-flammability radioactive waste, storage method of scheduled self-disposal waste, the legitimacy of self-disposal and pre-treatment of self-disposal, reference radioactivity of disused filter and output of storage period, attachment the evidential matter of measurement efficiency when using a gamma counter. Through establishing a medical radioactive waste guideline, we can clearly suggest a classification standard of radioactive nuclide and the type of occurrence. As a result, we can confirm the reduction of examination processing period while preparing a self-disposal document and there is no spending expenses for business agency. Also, the storage efficiency of facility will better and reduce the economic expenses. On the basis of this guideline, we will expect a contribution to the improvement of work efficiency for officials who has a working-level difficulty of radioactive waste self-disposal.
Elementary school teacher selection test has to be implemented for knowledge(MKT) to estimate and to be a step in the expansionary direction. For this, It has to be analyzed closely in terms of teacher's MKT first that questions set from selection tests until now. In this research, some standards were established by type of question, grade, contents field and subject from 84 mathematics questions set at examinations. And it was analyzed concretely by general tendency and produced the results of analysis related to elementary teacher's MKT in elementary school teacher selection test since year 2000. The results showed that descriptive and short answer type was mostly set(71.4%) in type of question and integrated grade type was mostly set(41.7%) in type of grade in elementary school teacher selection test. And in type of contents field, rated from highest to lowest, number and operations(31.0%), measurement(23.8%), figure(15.5%) were set. Textbook/manual(34.5%), solution of problem(26.2%), learning psychology(13.1%) in status of subject were followed in order, but there's no relationship with estimation. This research was based on a standard of precedent study and made an analysis of elementary mathematics questions of selection test since year 2000. Therefore, it has a meaning because of produced results from analysis related to elementary teacher's MKT.

Purpose: To evaluate the clinical stability and function after one-stage revision anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction using fresh-frozen Achilles tendon allograft Materials and Methods: Thirteen patients who underwent one-stage revision ACL reconstruction using Achilles tendon allograft could be evaluated. The average time from primary procedure to revision surgery was 61.8 months. The mean follow-up period was 38.4 months. The bone defects of pre-constructed femoral and tibial tunnels were filled with calcaneal bone attached to Achilles tendon and the new femoral and tibial tunnels were created. Evaluations included the causes of failure of primary ACL reconstruction, Lysholm knee score, Lachman test, pivot shift test and KT-1000 arthrometer measurement. Results: The most common causes of failure of ACL reconstruction were poor surgical techniques in 10 cases (76.9%). Ten patients (76.9%) were good or excellent on the Lysholm score. Twelve patients (92.3%) had negative or 1+firm end Lachman test. Eleven patients (84.6%) had negative pivot shift test. Nine patients (69.2%) had less than 3 mm difference of manual maximum by KT-1000 arthrometer. Conclusion: One-stage revision ACL reconstruction with fresh-frozen Achilles tendon allograft, creating new tunnels after filling bone defects, resulted in a reliable and predictable outcome in terms of stability.

A front-end loader (FEL) mounted on an agricultural tractor is one of the most commonly used implements for farm work. However, when the tractor carries material using the bucket attached to the FEL on a sloping ground, the materials can spill or roll back over the operator due to the tilted body, thereby requiring the bucket surface to remain level at a constant value regardless of varying slopes. In this study, an active system for controlling the angle of the FEL bucket on a tractor based on the real-time measurement of ground slopes was developed to enable the bucket to constantly remain level. A FEL simulator operated based on an electro hydraulic proportional valve (EHPV) was constructed in the laboratory to develop a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller forming a virtual electronic control unit (ECU) on the computer, which could automatically adjust the bucket angles depending on varying input angles while sending SAE-J1939 associated messages via CAN BUS to the EHPV. The different parameter values for the PID controller due to the gravity effect of the bucket were determined using a manual PID tuning method while assuming that the tractor travels on either an ascending slope or a descending slope. The developed PID control-based self-leveling system showed a mean of steady-state errors of within $1^{\circ}$ and a mean of delayed times of ~ 0.8s when the step input of $+20^{\circ}$ was given, implying that the developed system and control algorithm would be effective in maintaining the bucket angle at a certain value. Future studies include the improvement of the control algorithm to reduce such a time delay as well as the application of the developed algorithm to the FEL mounted on a tractor tested at a testing ground.
This study was to minimize the trial and error in the primary step of the C4I system(ATCIS) of the each army corps on the front line, and test the economy and efficiency was tested by reviewing related papers and the system characteristics of other countries. The relationship was researched by analyzing the collected survey data and survey data related to the user's requirement level such as the army standards, that is, commonality, timeliness, simplification, automaticity, field availability and viability, multi-stage security and interoperability, unification. The result showed that the C4I system was efficiently operated through the system reliability for the specification of the system and operation manual, maneuverability and security, adaptability of the war field and system support and management, and good education and training about system operation, and less system maintenance and supplementary element. As a result, the development plan confirmed that the continuous operator education and the construction of the maintenance, and the upgrade digitalization(C4ISR+D) with the korean characteristics based on IT of network systems, and system development of the measurement model of the operator performance must be continuously supplemented in the near future.
