The purpose of this study is to investigate bases on the employed wives’family financial management types according to family financial management types according to family financial management project and performance. And it’s related variables will provide the basic information for the program which aids in the improvement of the employed wives’family financial management skills and family financial counseling. The major findings were as follows: 1) The total mean score of respondent’s family financial management was 3.54 out of 5. And the mean score of project and performance was respectively 3.42 and 3.62. 2) Among family financial management types, effective type, project-centered type, performance-centered type, ineffective type were respectively 38.7%, 16.4%, 13.2%, 31.7%. 3) The family financial management type of the employed wives was affected by information utilization the degree of communication, type of occupation, and job attitudes.
The purposes of this study were firstly to reveal the sub-dimensions of time management behaviors and secondly to group workers by time management behaviors. The major findings of this study were as follows. (1)Factor analysis of the 36 items on the time management behaviors instrument revealed three components: factor planning, relations-intention, and urgency. (2)Workers were categorized into four types by the level of those three factors of time management behaviors: 'accomplishment type'($28.31\%$), 'chronic-urgency type'($24.39\%$), 'valuing-job type'($23.73\%$) and 'valuing-human relations type'($23.57\%$). (3)The accomplishment type gained the highest points on the time management satisfaction score, and the level of important${\cdot}$non-urgencies was the highest score, indicating that the accomplishment type had good time management. However, the level of unimportant${\cdot}$urgencies was the highest score. Therefore, this type should try to reduce the level of unimportant${\cdot}$urgencies.
Purpose: This study aims to delve into the empirical implications in management efficiency by analyzing the relation between management efficiency and debt ratio in public institutions. Methods: Based on 165 public institutions published in public business information system from 2016 to 2020, Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) for estimating management efficiency was performed. This study analyzed the relationship between management efficiency and debt ratio using multi-regression analysis. It also examines how the relationship varies depending on the type of public institution. Results: The results of this study are as follows; We find that there is no significant relation between management efficiency and debt ratio. However, we find that this relationship can be different depending on the type of public institution. Management efficiency is negatively associated with debt ratio for quasi-market type public institutions. This negative relation tends to mitigate for market type public institutions, which suggests that management efficiency may convey differential implications depending on the type of business environment represented by the type of institution. Conclusion: The overall results suggest that the government needs to due caution in establishing a policy plan to reduce debt by increasing management efficiency, taking the specific business environment, particularly with regard the type of institution.
This study was to examine the effect of standards of selecting jeans and appearance management behavior on leisure lifestyle. Questionnaires were administered to 253 college students living in Deagu and Kyoungbuk. Data were analyzed by using frequency, factor analysis, regression analysis, t-test, and ${\chi}^2$-test. The findings are as follows. Factor structure of each concept appeared to be brand-valued, functionality valued and design-valued for standards of selecting jeans, diet management, exercise management, weight management and appearance satisfaction. Leisure lifestyle consisted of sports activity-type, sociality-type and self-management-type while value lifestyle consisted of active sociality-oriented, family-oriented and economic feasibility-oriented. There was a significant difference in brand-valued and design-valued of standards of selecting jeans and in frequency of wearing jeans male students showed higher than female students. The result of this study showed brand-valued, diet management, exercise management, weight management, and appearance satisfaction had significant effect on sports activity-type and design-valued and weight management had significant effect on sociality-type. Brand-valued affected self-management-type significantly and brand-valued, design-valued, diet management and appearance satisfaction had a significant effect on active sociality-oriented and brand-valued and diet management affected family-oriented.
The objectives of this study were to investigate appearance management behaviors and hairstyle preferences in accordance with personality types and self-image, and to examine the characteristics that influence simultaneously the appearance management behaviors. A survey was used for as for this research. The personality properties of introversion and extroversion were further divided, based on the aspects of emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and interpersonal psychological functions. The subjects were 383 girls in their first year of high school in Seoul. The extrovert type showed a higher level of management for clothing, hair and face than the introvert type. The emotional extrovert type and the interpersonal extrovert type showed the highest level of clothing management, the active extrovert type showed the highest level of face management, and the interpersonal introvert type showed a very low level of hail management. The high school girls who had a higher social and mature self-image showed a higher level of clothing, hair and face management. Introverted girls preferred a mid-length straight hairstyle more than extroverted girls. The higher the social and mature self-images girls had, the more they preferred a long wave hairstyle. The higher the cute image they had, the more they preferred wave hairstyle. The entire appearance management behavior was affected significantly by extroversion, mature image, and allowance, simultaneously.

These days our nation is standing on tiptoe of welfare nation. so hospital in authority have done reformation to provide quality medical services. This effective nursing work to provide quality nursing by keeping pace with the reformation of management of hospital for quality medical function might be well said to be depending on the degree of function of nursing management of nursing department. This essay has been aimed to prepare the data to build the position of nursing organization which can elevate the quality of nursing by clarifying the difference of the degree of the function of nursing management according to the position of nursing department in hospital organization. 135 nurses of 1 general hospital in Seoul which has independent nursing organization of the hospitals of over 600 beds and 155 nurses of 1 general hospital in Seoul which has the nursing organization under the management of medical department have been the objects of this study. The tool of Yoon. Young Ae(1988) has been used by having it amended and complemented and the degree of reliability of the tool was resulted in Cronbach's Alpha .9155. The collected data have been analysed by SPSS program as mean. frequency, chi-square. t-test. F-test(ANOVA) and the results are as the follows; 1. Compared result of general characteristics of the two groups by $x^2$-test showed statistically significant difference between religion ($x^2$=10.375, p=.015) and educational background($x^2$=51.222. p=.000) 2. The t-test aimed to compare the degree of function of nursing management according to the position of nursing department is as the below: Compared result of the degree of the function of nursing management according to the areas has shown higher point in independent type(M=3.22) than in the type under the management of medical department(M=2.85) in the personnel and administrative activities of nursing department. the standard and regulation of nursing duty also showed higher point in independent than in the type under the management of medical department (M=3.37) and the education of nursing showed higher point in independent type(M=3.53) than in the type under the management of medical department(M=3.19) and the evaluation of nursing quality has shown higher point in independent type(M=3.33) than in the type under the management of medical department(M=3.05), The area which showed the highest difference of the degree of the function of nursing management between the two organizations was in the activities of personnel and administration management of nursing department (independent type M=3.22. the type under the management of medical department(M=2.85). The degree of function of general nursing management showed higher in independent type nursing organization than in the type under the management of medical department by 3.41 in independent type and 3.11 in the type under the management of medical department. The items which showed the lowest degree of function of nursing management of both organizations have been suitable nursing man power and distribution and the reflection of the opinion of nursing department. In conclusion. the degree of function of nursing management to be able to provide quality nursing for the hospital goal of quality medical works showed visibly higher in independent nursing organization than in the nursing organization under the management of medical department. Therefore it is desirable for the hospital to operate the nursing department in hospital organization by independent type rather than the type under the management of medical department and the chief of nursing department of the nursing organization of the type under the management of medical department should make effort to reform its structure to be able to establish the position of performing independent nursing management. And also the chief of the nursing organization of independent type should endeavor to build substantial independent type organization more than ever under the viewpoint of securing suitable nursing man power and the low degree of management in the reflection of the opinion of nursing department.
Purpose: The objectives of this study were to categorize the conflict management types of preceptor nurses and determine the effects of these types on preceptors' role perception and core competencies. Methods: Data was collected from 192 preceptor nurses with at least two years experiences in general hospitals, from July 1 to July 31, 2022. Conflict management type, preceptor role perception, and core competency were investigated using structured instruments. The data was analyzed using K-means cluster analysis, Independent samples t-test, One-way ANOVA with Scheffé's test, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The conflict management types were categorized into four types; comprehensive type (cluster 1), integrating, obliging, compromising type (cluster 2), undifferentiated type (cluster 3) and obliging, avoiding type (cluster 4). The effect of conflict management types on preceptors' role recognition occurred in the following order of cluster 2 (integrating/obliging/compromising type), cluster 1 (comprehensive type), and cluster 4 (obliging/avoiding type). Next, cluster 1 (comprehensive type), cluster 2 (integrating/obliging/compromising type), and cluster 4 (obliging/avoiding type) were shown in the order of the impact on the core competencies of the preceptor. Conclusion: When preceptor nurses use a mixture of various attributes of conflict management evenly, they have been shown to demonstrate effective preceptor role recognition and core competencies. Therefore, it is proposed that future development of conflict management training programs for preceptor nurses should begin with identifying their conflict management type, followed by creating a program that addresses any deficiencies.
The purpose of this study is a classification of farm typology and an analysis of characteristic e-commerce type of farm enterprises. The classification of sample farm enterprises thus results in six distinctively agribusiness type. The six identified types can be characteristic as follows: production type, processing type and distribution type, e-commerce type, export-agricultural type, amenity-tourism type. This article attempted to come up with workable strategies to solve these problems affecting e-commerce type farm enterprises. The main results this paper are as follows: 1) to make organization of e-commerce type farm enterprises to accomplish business goals 2) to find out solution for urgent problems and subjects of farm management 3) to practice profitable business model for e-commerce type. E-commerce type farm enterprises needs are not only technology transference but also farm management.

This study was carried out to investigate consciousness of users about management of multipurpose space introduced in open planned elementary school after the year of 1990's. Thirteen open planned elementary schools were participated through questionnaire and interviews. As the results, the positive response was maintained a superior position in the need of multipurpose space and changes of classroom management. Independence type in the arrangement of multipurpose space and the additional corridor type having extra moving line in comparison with the extensional corridor type were remarkably preferred, respectively. The consciousness of utilization about multipurpose space was comparatively low in a type having traffic line in surroundings of classroom compared to a type having entrance or a type having roundabout corridor. Finally, the group accepting changes positively showed high need to solve urgent problems about management of classroom.
This study examines the impact of knowledge management strategies and knowledge management determinants for each type of knowledge management of a company on knowledge activities, and because each company's situation and conditions are different, it is necessary to approach each knowledge management type. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS 18.0 program targeting 81 companies that have introduced knowledge management systems or knowledge management by categorizing them into technology-oriented and combined types. The result is that Initial types are based on changes in organizational structure and active adoption of information technology, and the Organizational knowledge centers use management systems (CEO support, performance compensation system, education and training system) and infrastructure building and information technology to maximize individual knowledge. The Information technology-oriented types rely more on information technology such as infrastructure building and information technology use rather than organizational knowledge. and the Combination type is understood as an educational and training system and decentralized organizational structure for the overall expansion of the organization. Through this study, effective and significant strategies, knowledge management determinants, and knowledge activities for each type were presented.
