As the Korea Railroad (KR) was privatized at the beginning of 2005, the Korean Railway Standards (KRS), which was managed previously by KR, have been managed by the Korean Ministry of Construction and Transportation. According to Railway Safety Law and ordinances, which are for the guarantee of safety in railway applications, the management of KRS including enactment and revision of technical standards for railway vehicle and components, was committed to Korea Railroad Research Institute. In this investigation, the detailed management plan and contents are introduced for the effective management of KRS.

우리나라 해운기업은 국제적인 경쟁력 속에서 해운강국으로 발전하기 위해서 정부 및 해운선사가 안전관리의 활성화로 해상에서의 인명보호 및 해양환경의 보호를 위해 가일층 노력하고 있는데 아직까지도 내항선에서의 안전관리에 관한 활성화방안이 미흡하여 내항선에 맞는 체계적이고 현실적인 안전관리 활성화방안이 절실하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 오늘날 해운기업에서 국제적으로 중요시하는 안전 및 해양환경보호에 중점을 두고서 내항선 안전관리의 성과분석 및 활성화 방안의 개발 방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 주목적은 공동주택 설비 계획 단계에서 수행되는 업무들을 파악하고 성과지표에 영향을 줄 수 있는 주요 계획업무를 분석하여 프로젝트의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 계획업무의 성과지표에 대한 영향 분석을 위하여 설비공사의 계획업무를 크게 5개의 주요업무로 구분하고 각각을 공정계획(P1~P6), 시공계획(C1~C5), 환경관리계획(E1~E4), 품질관리계획(Q1~Q5), 안전관리계획(S1~S5)으로 명명하고, 각각의 주요 업무를 세분화 시켜 총 25개의 세부 계획업무로 분류하여 원가에 대한 영향을 분석하기 위해 independent t-test를 실시하였다. 각각의 주요 업무를 세분화 시켜 총 25개의 세부 계획업무로 분류하여 원가에 대한 영향을 분석하기 위해 independent t-test를 실시하였다. 프로젝트 목표 달성에 따른 중요도를 비교하여 유의도 0.05 이하에 대해 원가뿐만 아니라 공기의 성과지표에 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 구체적인 중요 공사의 계획업무를 파악하였다.

연구목적:본 논문은 컨테이너 터미널에서 발생하는 사고 및 잠재적 위험에 대한 분석과 컨테이너 터미널 맞춤형 안전관리계획에 대한 연구를 수행하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법:컨테이너 터미널 위험성 평가 사례연구 및 문헌분석을 통하여 안전관리 모델을 제시한다. 연구결과: '항만하역산업 사고 재해 통계'에 따르면 2011년부터 2021년까지 10년 동안 항만 작업 중 숨지거나 다친 사람이 무려 2,800명에 달했다. 이는 1.5일에 한 명꼴로 산업재해가 발생한 수치이다. 이러한 사고 재해의 개선 방법으로, 항만안전특별법에 따라 사고 재발 방지를 위하여 실효성이 높은 안전관리계획을 수립하여야 한다. 컨테이너 터미널의 위험성평가, 안전조직, 안전예산, 안전수칙, 안전교육 등을 반영한 안전관리계획을 수립할 것을 제시하였다.

This paper presents new compromise ALT plan which is applied to situations that true relationship between stress and parameters is not known exactly. The assumed failure distribution of this study is one of location-scale family, i. e., exponential, Weibull, and lognormal distributions which have been ones of the popular choices of failure distributions. The method of applying the stress is constant, and the censoring mechanism is Type I censoring. Compared with existing compromise plans under true simple linear model in terms of statistical efficiency, the efficiency of new compromise plan is better than the corresponding other compromise ones in most cases. For case when true model is quadratic, this plan can be used without any severe loss in statistical efficiency. The proposed new compromise ALT plan is illustrated with a numerical example and sensitivity analyses are conducted to study effects of pre-estimates of design parameters.

Traditionally, nurses keep the written patient records, which are referred as nursing care plan. Nursing care plan reports are one of the most important documents in the application of nursing processes. Typically, nurses prepare the plans by including general patient information as well as the patient's medical history information. In addition, the patient's developmental history and other specific health related information are part of the plans. The plans are usually concluded with the goals of the nursing care plan, nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes of the care, and possible nursing interventions. The nursing diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions are defined by North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA). This means that the nurses will select the appropriate diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions from an approved set. We developed a web-based nursing care plan generation system. In this paper, we report our work on developing a visual interface to the NANDA nursing diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions database as a part of the web-based nursing care plan generation system.

Business process reengineering(BPR) aims at a radical redesign of our business processes in order to achieve dramatic improvements in their performance. However, the fact that many BPR projects have failed hesitates the companies who have started to use BPR or who are planning to do so. Implementing a radical plan from a cross-functional perspective needs a more careful consideration of process vision, preventive measures and contigency plan. Our research suggests to use a visual decision making process (VDMP) in the development of a process vision and implementation plan. A BPR project of Carlaon School of Mnagement (CSOM) at the University of Minnesota is illustrated to show our suggested methodology.

In this paper, we propose a two-stage group acceptance sampling plan for generalized inverted exponential distribution under truncated life test. Median life is considered as a quality parameter. Design parameters are obtained to ensure that true median life is longer than a given specified life at certain level of consumer's risk and producer's risk. We also explore situations under which design parameters based on median lifetime can be used for other percentile points. Tables and specific examples are reported to explain the proposed plans. Finally a real data set is analyzed to implement the plans in practical situations and some suggestions are given.

Emergency preparedness plan(EPP) is the systematic management of activities that involve a material degree of risk of loss or other damage to the surroundings(people, property and environment), and the boundary of accident recovery plan(ARP). The main purpose of the program is to provide a safety management system to each facility in order to enable to prevent accident and to control accident immediately. The EPP includes not only typical safety-related documentations such as material safety data sheet(MSDS), standard operation procedure(SOP), emergency response plan(ERP). EPP is established basis of the preliminary safety analysis involving risk identification, assessment and prevention plans. The program is also helpful for government or related agencies to control a number of accidents in small-scale companies in the whole country.

This paper presents the optimal and practical constant-stress accelerated life test plans for the lognormal lifetime distribution tinder assumptions of intermittent inspection and Type-I censoring. In an optimal plan, the low stress level and the proportions of test units allocated at each stress are determined under given inspection scheme and number of inspections such that the asymptotic variance of the maximum likelihood estimator of a certain quantile at use condition is minimized. Although the practical plan adopts the same design criterion, it involves three rather than two overstress levels in order to compromise the practical deficiencies of the optimal plan. Computational experiments are conducted to choose an allocation plan and a inspection scheme of the practical plan and to compare with test plans over a range of parameter values.
