  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between the homemaker's stress and their home management behavioral patterns in Money and Time focusing on the Morphogenic & Morphostatic. This research aimed to ' 1) Identify the overall tendency of homemaker's stress & home management behavioral patterns 2) Find out if socio-demographic variables(ie. age of homemakers, level of education, duration of marriage, umber of children, homemaker's employment, socioeconomic status) have significant effects on homemaker's stress and their home management behavioral patterns, 3)Identify the correlation between homemakers' stress and home management behavioral patterns. 4) Find out variables which have independently significant effect on home management behavioral patterns. For these purpose, this research conducted a survey by using questionnaire developed by former researchers. The subjects of this study are 500 homemakers living in Kwangju who have at least one child. The data analyzed occording to frequency, percentage, mean , one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test. Pearson's correlation and multiple regression. The main findings are as follows; 1) General tendency of the stress level percepted by the homemakers is relatively low 2) socio-demographic variables have significant effects on the stress of homemakers. Among them only homemaker's age. the number of children and socio-economic status have influe d on the stress of urban homemakers. In each area, there are differences among groups; homemaker's age, durations of marriage, number of children in the area of family; age, number of children, socio-economic status in th area of health; age. durations of marriage. number of children, socio-economic status in the area of finance; socio-economic status in the area of household work. 3) General tendency of homemakers behavioral patterns is some what morphostatic. 4)socio-demographic variables have significant effects on the behavioral patterns of home management, a)Homemaker's age, the level of education, socio-economic status is a variable to have influences on home management behavioral patterns of the Money. b)The age homemakers is a variable to have influences on home management behavioral patterns of the time. c)The age of homemakers, duration of marriage is a variable to have influences on the home management behavioral patters of the resources. 5)There are positive relationship between homemaker's stress and home management behavioral patterns . The higher level of stress , the more morphogenic home management behavioral patterns . 6)Influential variables related to management behavioral patterns are homemaker's age, the level of stress, socio-economic status.

Also, the study examined the level of financial knowledge of college students, and compared it among the groups of financial management patterns. Data fur this study were from a questionnaire completed by 4-year college students (n=364), and were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, chi-square test, and ANOVA. The findings of this study were as follows: First, the financial management patterns were categorized by four groups: rational management group, future-oriented group, active management group, and present-oriented group. Secondly, younger students were more likely to be in the present-oriented group, while older students were likely to be in the future-oriented or active management group. Male students were likely to be the active managers, but female were likely to be the rational managers. Students' income was higher for future-oriented or active management groups, and their part-time jobs and their experiences of financial education were also significant variables. Thirdly, the average score of college students' financial knowledge was 49.9 on a 100 point basis. The part of financial assets and investment had only 47 points. The group of rational managers and active managers received higher points than the other groups.

  • This research has acquired preliminary information about the existing conditions and understanding of members regarding time management for members in the architectural field. The goal of this research is to construct a basis for the time management education framework in architectural field in the future. This research mainly focuses on following questions based on limited objectives: Do groups of academics and professionals have understanding and knowledge of time management? Can the level of an individual's scheduling techniques be correlated to the patterns of knowledge and understanding of time management principles and practices? Can the time management practice status in individual's working environment be correlated to the patterns of knowledge and understanding of time management principles and practices? Can an individual's self-confidence level be correlated to the patterns of knowledge and understanding of time management principles and practices? Data have been collected through comprehensive questionnaires given to academics and professionals in United States. By means of statistical analysis, the hidden patterns, deficiencies and relationships in attitudes about time management have been revealed. The statistical analysis has produced conclusions that, among several subdivisions, self-discipline and planning have strong relationships and confidence, personal organization, control, and information gathering subdivisions have certain relationships with objectives of time management education in this research.

  • Traditional business process management systems provide verification tools of process models to deploy and automate the models. However, there are not so many studies on how to maintain systematically collaborative process models such as supply chain processes when companies are willing to change and update the collaborative process models. In this paper, we analyze change patterns of collaborative processes and declare 19 change patterns. In addition, we apply the change patterns to the process interoperability patterns in order to identify the change problems in case of independent process changes of collaborative processes. As a result, we devise an independency checking algorithm of process changes in collaborative processes.

  • This study analyzed the relationships among the components of home management system. Through this it make to explain relationship between values and planning exactly and partially to test empirically system model to home management 650 housewives were adapted as data. Cluster analysis \chi$2 and ANOVA were used as statistical analysis. The resultes are summarized as follows 1) Goal-centered planning level was higher than that of resource-centered By 2 plannings subjects were classified into 4 planning styles : active morphogenic resource-reorganized demand-reorganized passive morphostatic style. 2) A difference between terminal value patterns and planning styles was no significant but a difference between instrumental value patterns and planning styles was significant. Family life satisfaction showed significant differences by not value patterns but planning styles. Because of high family life satisfaction as output of management active morphogenic style was successful. For succ ssful planning, it was suggested that homemarkers should possess values related broadminded loving and forgiving.

  • In this paper, we propose a web GPS based logistics vehicle control management system using MVC design patterns. The proposed system is designed by applying design patterns of object oriented modeling called mini-architecture to enhance reliability of software as well as promote stability of overall system design. In addition, we can get a position information by means of the GPS embedded in PDA and communicate between client and monitoring server using CDMA network so that the position of client can be identified directly by the map service. The system provides an moving object indexing technique which extends the existing TB-tree to manage and retrieve a transporting trajectory of logistics efficiently. Finally, with development of the logistics vehicle control service called WG-LOGICS system, we can verify the usefulness of our system which is able for monitoring a vehicle preparation, allocating registration, loading a burden, transfer path, and destination arrival in real world.

Data were collected from 1,000 of the elderly over 65 living in rural Korea. A questionnaire was used with direct interviews and was analyzed through descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and a multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, the general characteristics, social supports, and health of the rural elderly are significantly different according to their household patterns. Second, depression in the rural elderly is also significantly different according to household patterns; elderly people in a single household report greater depression than elders in a coupled household or those in a household with a child. Third, satisfaction with health conditions and nutrition management variables has a significant influence on the depression of the rural elderly in all household patterns. Fourth, there are differences among variables that affect depression of the rural elderly according to their household patterns.
