노인병원의 운명 및 재무구조 특성에 관한 연구 (The research for the management and financial affairs of geriatric hospital)

  • According to the increase of the proportion of aged people, the medical demand for a senile chronic disease has been increased; therefore, aged people call for a geriatric hospital for special geriatric medical service. The main purpose of this study was to analyze the general characteristics and financial status of geriatric hospitals. For the study, a questionnaire was designed and sent to the geriatric hospitals to fill out the patient statistics, number of headcount by department, etc. to find out the stability, profitability, activity and so on financial statements of the hospitals were analyzed. The major findings of this study were as belows. 1. The ratio of the medical expenses to the revenue of the geriatric hospitals is much lower than acute care hospitals. But the probability of bankruptcy is higher due to the high ratio of the liabilities therefore it is required to stabilize the financial position by donating more money. 2. Government budget for the elderly people is not enough. To support the geriatric hospitals by going subsides, government should increase the budget. 3. Portion's of the patient of the geriatric hospitals are government support patient. Since the government doesn't pay the medical charges quickly, geriatric hospitals have a serious cash flow problem. Therefore, it is required that government is to prepay the bill. 4. Since geriatric hospitals treat elderly patient and most patients are government support patients, geriatric hospitals can be said to operate under the strict. 5. When we introduce the daily medical charge, the self-liability will be reduced on approximately 50% of current. This affection will bring a huge progressing financial structure to the medical profit of the geriatric hospital, and also patient family will feel less economical burden.

PL법 실행에 따른 ISO 9001;2000과 KS 및 제품 안전경영(PSM) 통합시스템 구축의 설계에 관한 연구 (Research about Integrated System construction design of ISO 9001;2000, KS and Product Safety Management by PL(Product Liability) law practice)

  • PL has been developed centering around England and America. Recently many countries are introducing PL system changing the world a single economic bloc based on the rapid development of Technology and Economy. This paper is studied with related literatures and theses, organizational consulting cases within the framework of the firm as the central operating bodies of PL system. In the past, Some papers about System Integration which was operated as a same Certificate System and enacted in a single organization, was studied and presented. But most of papers was a theoretical study related model and conception. In this situation Government supports PSMS of a single system at government expense to 100­200 companies for improving organizational confrontation ability of PL this year. This paper proposed a design and effect of Integration system model based on the analysis of ISO 9001:2000, KS, PSMS and ISO 14001. The integrated system has the following three distinctions. Firstly, KS is a national establishment, national leading certification and forcing standard. Secondly, ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 are an international organization's establishment, non­official certification and optional standard. Finally, PSMS isn't a national law and forcing matter. And it isn't the concept of certification but the operational system by itself. Also if a lawsuit by defect is happened, it is very dangerous. This paper, which is integrated by four management systems and has many consulting cases, is the first in this department and is different from others. Also If people has the basic knowledge about management system, they can directly connect it to the organizational system according to this paper's guidance. It is very good result in this study because the law of PL is executed now.

  • 3.20 전산 대란, 카드사 고객정보유출사고 등에서 알 수 있듯 보안이 전제되지 않고서는 그 어떤 편의성과 효율성도 담보할 수 없다. 그뿐만 아니라 금융권은 다른 산업보다 고객 이익의 침해 가능성이 커 보안사고 발생 시 이용자의 정신적 금전적 피해가 발생할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 집단 소송, 고객 이탈, 평판 실추, 대외 신뢰도 하락 등으로 이어져 해당 기업의 비즈니스 연속성에도 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서 금융보안 위험에 대한 효과적인 관리가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 정보보호 관리 효율성 개선을 위해 국내 대표 정보보호 인증제도를 통합하고 금융 산업의 특성을 반영한 정보보호 관리체계 인증의 필요성을 밝히고자 한다. 또한 금융권 정보보호 관리체계 인증이 필요하다면 앞으로 어떤 방향으로 개발되어야 할지에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

  • 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management)는 기업의 규모가 커지고 관리하는 제품의 수가 다양해지면서 그 중요성이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 제조 기업의 공급사슬관리 최적화를 위해서는 다양한 변수를 고려하여 생산계획과 분배계획을 효율적으로 수립하여야 하며 각 개별의 단계를 통합적 관접에서 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문은 첫째, 고객의 수요가 다기간이며 확정된 수요정보가 생산자 단계의 생산능력 범위 내에서 변동함에 있어서 공급사슬관리의 최적화된 운영방안에 대해서 제시하였다. 둘째, 공급사슬관리에 있어서 생산계획과 분배계획 수립에 있어 재고비용과 수요불충분비용을 고려하여 최적화된 수요대응방안을 도출하도록 하였다. 본 논문은 기존의 그 유용성이 입증된 유전자 알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm)을 응용 적용하였으며 확정된 수요정보의 기간 및 변동성에 대응하기 위해 두 가지 방안으로 나누어 공급사슬관리의 최적화된 운영방안에 대해 제시하는데 그 의의가 있다.

  • 정비사업은 노후한 주택 단지를 철거하고 그 대지위에 새로운 주택을 건설하는 사업으로 대도시의 신규주택을 공급하는 주요 역할을 수행하여 왔으며 도시의 효율적인 재 창조의 필요성이 대두되면서 정비사업에 있어 새로운 패러다임이 요구되고 있다. 정비사업은 각 단계별로 전문지식을 요하는 절차로 이루어져 있으나 조합의 전문성 부족 및 주체간의 의견 대립으로 사업추진과정에서 많은 어려움을 직면하고 있다. 특히 부도덕한 조합의 각종 비리와 연관된 사고 및 시공사 위주의 사업진행으로 정비사업을 바라보는 외부의 시각은 매우 부정적인 것이 현실이다. 이에 도정법의 개념 및 정비사업의 현황을 살펴보고 건설사업관리를 적용하는 방안을 모색하여 본다. 본 연구를 통해 건설사업관리가 정비사업의 효율성을 제고하는데 일조하기를 기대한다.

  • 본 연구는 정보화 수용이 상대적으로 미흡한 건설업계의 건설정보화 추진 필요성을 피력하고, 이를 궁극적인 기업성과 제고로 연결시키기 위한 목적을 가지고 진행되었다. 이를 위해 우선적으로 기업의 각 부문 최적화의 시각에서 벗어나 통합적이고 전사적인 시각으로 접근해야 함을 강조하였다. 본 연구에서는 건설업의 핵심 프로세스를 중심으로 건설정보화 추진현안을 도출하였고, 이를 토대로 건설정보화 추진방안과 향후 전개방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 위해 선행연구들을 통하여 건설기업의 정보화 구조모델 및 건설정보화 추진모델을 개발하였으며, 건설정보화 성공도입 기업의 임원들과의 인터뷰 등 사례연구가를 통해 본 연구 모형들의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서는 성공적인 건설정보화 추진 사례로서 PMS 구축, 통합재무정보시스템 구축 및 CRM 시스템 구축 사례연구를 제시하였다.

  • A new law, the Urban and Living Environment Improvement Act, was established, promulgated, and entered into by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation as of 1st July 2003. This system under this law, which improves currently executed consulting process and upgrade its level, is to execute the legal process and procedures that are necessarily required for housing reconstruction/renewal project.. This system requires to be supplemented with addition of reasonable, logical, and systemized tools of system. Through concurrent application of professional management of renewal business(PMRB), more benefit will be provided to housing renewal associations that are constituted with residences concerned for execution of CM project.

  • In this paper, a research was carried out to extract the more concrete and systematic method for the safety management of skyscraper construction. Here, the most risky processes in the construction of skyscrapers were extracted through the general risk evaluation for safety management processes and their characteristics and trends were analyzed for the suggestion of safety management methods and safety inspection factors in the construction of skyscrapers, as well as for the suggestion of prevention measures for major disasters. The result of this paper will be well used as a basic data in establishing the manual necessary for executing the construction of skyscrapers more safely than the present where there is no specific direction for the safe management of skyscraper construction yet.

  • The biggest difficulty the small and small business currently face is not to have the effective cusomer management system that is the computerization of management, And, CRM has mary problems that make companies confused. As the result, projects are being suspended and budgets cut, plans for introducing CRM suspended or cancelled and many CRM software vendors and technical consulting firms are facing serious management crisis. Yet, this phenomenon can be regarded as an interim one. In fact, some cases that successfully introduced CRM show that CRM is migrating from small scale which is typical when introduced to larger scale through various tests. Therefore, this study tries to segment customer for the sieving the problem. And it make efficient customer management.

Prioritization of Price Volatility Management Strategies in Construction Projects

  • The existence of material price volatility in construction projects puts forward substantial risks for all parties involved. Depending on the parties involved in the project, type of contracts, and state of the market various risk management strategies are practiced by contracting parties to manage project risks related to price volatility. Unfortunately, in many cases companies fail to select an adequate approach to better manage volatilities of material prices due to the lack of a decision support system to aid in the selection of an appropriate strategy based on the project characteristics. The aim of this study is to identify critical project factors and align them to documented strategies to manage price volatility based on an extensive literature review and industry interviews. This study found Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) as the ideal strategy with respect to project duration; quantitative risk management methods with respect to the cost; and Price Adjustment Clauses (PAC) with respect to the risk allocation, as the top price volatility management strategies.
