Space development program is a large and complex system consisting of a multi-disciplinary high-end technologies and it is important to implement a program management system connected with systems engineering as well as to develop critical technologies. Major organizations in space fields carry out effective budget execution management and operation according to the strategy and objective of space development using information systems. Korea Space Launch Vehicle II(KSLV-II) has adopted a cost management plan using a system engineering to complete the program within the assigned schedule and budget. This paper introduces the budget execution management system applied to KSLV-II budget management and the budget execution dashboard system for supporting program decision making.

본 연구에서는 의료정보시스템 간에 상호연동성을 지원한 수 있는 XML 기반의 심전도(electrocardiography, 이하 ECG) 데이터의 효율적인 저장구조 및 관리방법을 제시하고, 웹기반으로 ECG 정보서비스를 제공할 수 있는 ECG 메타데이터 시스템을 구현한다. ECG 메타데이터 시스템은 ECG 데이터와 메타데이터의 저장, 검색, 그리고 pdf 파일형식의 리포팅 서비스 기능을 포함한다. ECG 데이터의 저장구조는 심전도 데이터의 특성과 액세스 특성을 분석하여 비분할 저장방식을 사용하였고, 효율적인 검색기능을 제공하기 위해 HL7 aECG 데이터로부터 메타데이터를 추출하여 인덱스로 활용하였다. ECG 리포팅 서비스를 제공하기 위해 템플릿 메커니즘을 이용하여 텍스트 XML 형태의 데이터를 여러 데이터 포맷으로 변환한다.

With the development of information technology, knowledge information-oriented and information systems are being rapidly paced. In addition, doctor's needs of the system that assist decision making is gradually increasing. Because the complex process of decision-making should be a lot. We propose a web based system for supporting medical treatment based on Korean medicine ontology. There are three kinds of processes. First, a pattern is decided for patient' symptoms, a formula for the pattern is selected and medicinal materials constituting the formula is added or removed. Second, a formula is decided for patient' symptoms, medicinal materials constituting the formula is added or removed. Third, a Treat method is decided for patient' symptoms, medicinal materials constituting the formula is added or removed. We have designed and implemented the clinical decision support system that supports flexible processes and necessary information and functions. The system shows the appropriate form of ontology knowledge as interrelated and provide analysis and processing, does not show simply search. The system is one of the systems utilizing ontology and a web based system that can be used in anywhere. Therefore, This system Will be useful as for doctors to make decision.

The asset management of railway facilities is a total framework for finally supporting a safe and comfortable train service, which includes functions of supporting evaluation of condition and performance of infrastructures, making the decision method of repair or rehabilitation of deteriorated facilities, and lengthening the life cycle of structure through the decision of adequate cost and time of repair or reinforcement. In the range of the asset management, organization, human, the target, and information & data of company are included. Therefore, in this paper, appling the method of asset management analysis to the railway structures, the process of the risk assesment using BRE(Business Risk Exposure) and the basis of consisting optimized renewal decision-making are expressed.

The green roof industry have been developed with Europe, North America, Japan. At the same time, being recognized the important of green roofs in domestic industry and we just start to develop the relative technology as analyzing the future direction of advanced technology. Recently, local self-government including Seoul support the system for green roof which provide 50% of working expenses form of Matching Fund by Seed Money. As years go by, the number of build up the green roof has gradually increased to be proved. At this result caused by management of system in government, unstructured construction system, low development of support technology. In this study as analyzing the present of technical development, supporting by law and system for the advanced waterproofing and root penetration resistance technology, we suggest the development direction of it to be compared with application advanced technology and we could strengthen the international competitiveness to be industrialized the green roof considering system, technology, human infrastructure.

The issue of customer-centric enterprise focusing on realizing customer needs has recently received considerable attention in the corporate world. However, little research has yet been reported on developing Information Systems (IS) supporting the customer-centric enterprises. This research proposes an integrated approach of IS development that supports organizations aiming to become customer-centric enterprises using various customer profiles. In this paper, we propose an integrated approach unifying goal modeling, business process modeling, and information systems modeling. The approach is expected to be seamlessly linked with the object-oriented systems development approach. Finally, we apply this approach to the real case of a securities company in Japan.

Recently, as the heterogeneous network (HetNet) has been deployed widely to support various kinds of Radio Access Networks(RANs) with a combination of Macro, Pico, and/or Femto cells, research and standardization efforts have been very active regarding the concept of Licensed Shared Access (LSA) for supporting spectrum sharing. In order for a mobile device to efficiently support the spectrum sharing, the mobile device shall be reconfigurable, meaning that its radio application code has to be adaptively changed in accordance with the hopping of desired spectral band. Especially, Working Group 2 (WG2) of Technical Committee (TC) Reconfigurable Radio System (RRS) of European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) has been a main driving force for developing standard architecture for Multi-mode Mobile Device (MD) that can be applied to the LSA system. In this paper, we introduce the Multi-mode MD architecture for supporting LSA-based spectrum sharing. An implementation of a test-bed of Multi-mode MD is presented in order to verify the feasibility of the standard MD architecture for the purpose of LSA-based spectrum sharing through various experimental tests.

Urban railway signaling system is for train operation with safety in the urban crowded area, that has been increasing the demand of use of advanced train control systems with safe. European Commission is supporting the UGTMS(Urban Guided Transport Management System) project for the research and development. The main objective of UGTMS is to provide the European urban guided transport sector (comprising metro, tram and light rail systems) with a common Management System. A key topic is the extent to which the specifications for the successful ERTMS(European Rail Transport Management System) can be adapted to UGTMS needs. Beyond this, it is necessary to define the relevant functional and system requirements for all types of urban guided transport management systems in order to improve interoperability and intermodality. Also to be explored are the prospects for open system standards. In this article, we look into the trend of the standardization through the UGTMS project in Europe and consider any benefit to the project of the standardization for the urban railway signaling system in Korea.

Information systems development entails planning, analysis, design and construction phases. The analysis phase identifying user requirements is the most important of these phases. Since unidentified defects in the early phase causes increased work and costs as development proceeds, the quality of analysis results affects the quality of the resultant system. Major tasks in the analysis phase are data modeling and process modeling. Research on building a knowledge-based system for data modeling have been conducted much, however, not sufficiently for process modeling. As a system environment with high user interaction increases, research on process modeling methods and knowledge- based systems considering such environment are required. In this research, a process modeling framework for information systems with high user interaction is suggested and a knowledge-based system for supporting the suggested framework is implemented. A proposed model consists of the following tasks: event analysis, process analysis, and event/process interaction analysis. Event analysis identifies business events and their responses. Process analysis break down the processes of an enterprise into progressively increasing details. Decomposition begins at the function level and ends when the elementary process level is reached. Event/process interaction analysis verifies the results of process analysis and event analysis. A knowledge-based system for supporting a proposed process modeling framework is implemented in a web-based environment.
