Recently, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has amended the law to Design for Safety in working design stage of construction work. There should be informed the disaster likelihood and severity of unit-works to decide risk of unit-works in Design for Safety. Therefore, the construction disaster data of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ corporation were classified as 24 unit-works and the disaster likelihood and severity of unit works were analyzed in this study. The safety management level of unit-works which based on analysis data was suggested 3 groups; special management and emphasis management, regular management. The results of this study can be used as basic information to perform Design for Safety in construction. And this information will be able to reduce the disaster.

Article 50 and article 18 related to orphan works in the Copyright Act of Korea and Enforcement Decree of the Copyright Act of Korea define 'considerable efforts' to locate copyright owners. This study analyzed the reasonableness of the efforts for mass digitization in libraries. The findings of the study were the duplication of searches on the 'Finding Copyright' website and the inquire to copyright trust management organizations by document, ambiguity of search criteria through information networks, and problems due to non-use of international standard identifiers in managing works on copyright register, works with undistributed compensation, and copyright trust management organizations. This study suggests that copyright trust management organizations should register trust works, the government should develop a guideline for detail guidance for searching information networks, and copyright works should be managed using international standard identifiers.

This paper examines copyright problems of government works which take up a considerable part of public records. The provisions related to government works of the copyright laws of United States and United Kingdom are examined for the purpose of comparison with similar provisions in copyright act of Korea. The copyright act of Korea protects more strongly government works than U.K and U.S. therefore is an obstacle for use of the works. Also websites of governments and national archives are examined for their copyright policies in the process of service of government works. This paper found that the copyright policies of korean governments' official websites and the National Archives and Records Service limits free use of government works. This study proposed that the provision of definition for government works need to be added to the copyright act of Korea and the provision 7 should be revised. And open access license V.2 which was developed by Korean government should be applied to government works.

Cinematographic works are crucial for libraries as a part of their collections. Especially public libraries provide a variety of programs associated with cinematographic works. Copyright law considers the use of cinematographic works as a type of public performance and restricted it under certain conditions such as the released date. In addition, copyright agency challenged libraries to pay fees for cinematographic works released within 6 months. At this point, this study investigated the perception of librarians on cinematographic works and copyright issues. 292 librarians in public and academic libraries answers the questionnaire form May 8th to June 7th, 2013. In result, librarians consider services of video works as a important part of library services. They are also conscious of the exception conditions for copyright law for cinematographic works provided by library services. Furthermore, even though librarians are aware of copyright issues, they show the negative response to copyright fees for playing cinematographic works in the libraries.

With the changes of industrial structure, contents and types in hazardous and dangerous works have been changed considerably. However, the hazardous and dangerous works by defined "Regulation for the hazardous and dangerous work employment restriction" and "Special education for safety and health"have not been amended over twenty years. This study aimed to identify the recent trends of the works by analyzing the death accidents cases from 2004 to 2013 and to present the management methods about future hazardous and dangerous works. The results showed that amount of 1,972 cases among 11,513 death accidents were equivalent to the works presented by "Regulation for the hazardous and dangerous work employment restriction". The amount of death accidents in 'Work of using construction equipment following construction machinery management act' was biggest among the death accidents cases and that of 'Work of handling pressure vessels following high-pressure gas safety control act' didn't show up. For the works in "Special education for safety and health"amount of 1,650 death accidents cases were equivalent. The amount of death accidents in 'Work involving a crane with a capacity of 1 ton or more or work which is carried out with a crane or hoist with a capacity of less than 1 ton in a workplace having at least 5 such machines' presented by "Special education for safety and health"was biggest. Also, death accidents case didn't occurred in three works presented by "Special education for safety and health". It was analyzed that works with low death accidents cases should be needed to study thoroughly the whole disaster research involving nonfatal accidents. Safety management for building deconstruction works has been received extremely limited attention in the domestic construction society. Lack of systematic safety management practices and defective education system lead to the high level of fatality compared to that of advanced countries. Under the above domestic deconstruction environment, the authors intend to develope an integrated safety management guidelines that covers both mechanical and partial deconstruction works. Research outcome includes such specific educational materials as safety manual, checklists, pocket pamphlets, and e-manuals. Furthermore, to validate the applicability of the above materials, questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted. Detailed descriptions are provided for each research outcome.

The purpose of this study was to establish the housing welfare delivery system in Incheon. Documentary research and content analysis methods and survey were used in this study. Data drawn from internet homepage of each community center, gu-office and city hall in Incheon. The major results of this study are as follows. 1) Related works of housing welfare are housing welfare facility management, self helf center, support service of housing life, residential environment management 2) Housing welfare delivery system consists of city, gu-office, community center order. There are many problems that the lack of experts and department of housing welfare and inconsistent works. 3) There should be optimize the related works of housing welfare in order to increase of efficiency of works and to prevent overload to public servant. 4) Housing welfare delivery system needs to co-work through collaborative network in order to realize welfare society. And each main groups have to establish their horizontal relationships.

Teachers are overwhelmed not only by teaching but also by school and classroom managerial works. Many of those managerial works are repeated through a year. One way to reduce teachers' work significantly is making a software to replace those repeated managerial works. The purpose of this study is developing the software for the Classroom management, It will lessen down teacher's burden of classroom related managerial works and will allow teachers to concentrate on teaching. We expect that the software decreases the problem caused by time when teacher try to manage open education, and make the open education successful.
