In recent years, the proportion of medium and small-sized apartments within the housing market has seen a noticeable increase, alongside a corresponding rise in disputes related to construction defects. Such disputes are most prevalent in the finishing works phase of construction, which not only are frequent in occurrence but also impose significant repair costs. Furthermore, there is a noticeable scarcity of research focused on the quality management of finishing work defects prior to the completion of construction. Addressing this issue necessitates a methodology capable of preemptively identifying defects by analyzing their frequency and associated costs across various defect types. Consequently, the aim of this study is to propose a risk assessment methodology by conducting an analysis of defect cases across 3,299 apartment units, considering aspects such as frequency and severity. The outcomes of this research endeavor are expected to offer practical management strategies to enhance the quality of apartment finishing works and serve as an academic foundation for the enhancement of construction management systems pertaining to apartment finishing works.

The purpose of this study is to find the problem of housing management through the investigation of agent of apartment house management. Therefore this study to providing reasonable information that can help the Government and management stafft deal with the provlems in apartement house. For the purpose of this study, qusetionaire consists of the contents for works of management and attitude of management staff about it. Qusetionaires were administered to 120 management staff in Ulsan, Pusan. 120 data was analized by the SPSS+ PC. The statistics used were frequency, mean, corelation.

In the construction industry, complex works are carried out with significant resources under non-linear circumstances where clear concepts of project management could be of benefit to all parties and personnel involved. In this paper, we define the optimum project management configuration for construction management by using DSM (Design Structure Matrix). Furthermore DSM can be visualized as a network model, and then Graph Theory provides us the numerical results.

The objective of this study is to investigate various jobs and foodservice environments, as well as work performances of school foodservice dietitians and nutrition teachers in accordance to the years of service in Daejeon and Chungnam provinces. A survey was conducted among school foodservice dietitians and nutrition teachers; a total of 415 from selected elementary, middle and high schools in the areas. In this study, we surveyed the participants and analyzed the current state of general characteristics, status of their job environments and foodservice environments by frequency, and the averages and differences in work performance with regard to 12 work parts and 57 works using one-way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test according to the years of service. Six parts among 12 work parts were significantly different in work performance according to the years of service. The 6 work parts were menu (nutrition) management, utensil recovery and management, sanitation management, foodservice administration & evaluation, dietary habit guide, and other works. The 11-15 years group ranked as the top on the total score and means of work performance. While the 16-years or more group, 6-10 years group, and under 5 years group followed consecutively. Correlation analysis between job or foodservice environments and work performances showed that work performances of school dietitians were mostly influenced by employment status, education level, and annual salary among the variables of job or foodservice environments. Other works, dietary habit guides and menu management were mostly influenced by variables of job and foodservice environments.

Measuring method being applied for off-shore works is performed by using data logger or manual measuring instrument with wiring the cable connected from the sensor up to the position where measuring is allowed.(upper part of embankment or marine structure) Measuring management by using existing measuring method may be acceptable on the condition that the ground deformation volume(vertical, horizontal) is generally minimal and the site condition is good. But loss of measuring instrument, sensor cable failure or cutting is taken place frequently due to significant change of ground behavior caused by an external force change(embankment, excavation) under very soft ground condition(N value below 0-4). In case of the marine works, in particular, loss rate of measuring instrument is highly represented due to the factors of working barge anchoring, constructional interference and natural disaster. In order to solve these problems, measuring management was performed with employing underground wireless system at the immersed tunnel site. Measuring data was obtained freely under the marine environment by using underground wireless communication and cable cutting potential by ground behavior could be reduced. Measuring cost savings and its installation convenience were maximized by way of off-shore tower installation or cabling and by minimizing constructional interference of off-shore working barge. This case of measuring management was accomplished successfully.

This paper describes an access control which is running on SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) environment for computer supported cooperated works. Session management include function of session creation, session end, late comer process, and access control. But, conventional framework for access control SIP environment for computer supported cooperated works environment has not yet fully progressed. Therefore, this paper suggests an access control based on SIP environment for computer supported cooperated works environment to maintain good session condition.

This paper intends to propose a technology for recommending convergence/composite art playlist contents that are fused with tags suitable for the user's situational information and taste to users for non-face-to-face art appreciation education. For the implementation of the proposed technology, the characteristics of works of art are analyzed, and related music and works of art are matched based on the tags of the analyzed works. In addition, we would like to propose a technology that automatically creates content for fusion and complex art viewing playlists using matched works.

The purpose of this study was to assess the food service management in the welfare facilities for the elderly. Among 41 welfare facilities surveyed in food service management, 67.2% were not managed by dietitians, so the menu planning, food purchasing, management of equipment and facilities, sanitary practice, and the management of works were administered nonsystematically.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current state of illegal distribution of literary works on internet cafes and homepages, and figure out how to protect the rights of copyright holders. For this study, examined were the cafes and menus of homepages of major Websites on the Internet, where illegal copying and delivery of literary works could happen. For each Website, the volumes of the entire collection, the number of literary works held, the maximum and average number of transactions were investigated, and literary works categorized according to genres were analyzed. The result shows that the strict legislation and regulation by government or copyright organizations could hinder the positive distribution of awareness about the copyright : but, still strongly needed is the promotion and education of the importance of copyright to help the public understand better. Providers of portal services should take a proper step to strengthen the training of and systematic support for copyright-related issues for both operators and users of cafes and homepages on Websites.

Camps that provide students with edutainment and cooperative work experiences gain a great popularity worldwide. Accordingly, many camp programs with a variety of subjects and contents have been developed and introduced. The operations managements related to the camp, however, has not been nearly dealt with and the camp staffs in practical camp programs have had heavy burden of clerical works during the camp. To address this problem, this study designed a new operation system for clerical works in camp (OSCWC) for consistently managing associated data by its database and automatically providing camp-related documents via internet. In this study, we validated its effectiveness by applying an its web-based prototype to real data of previous camp case. The camp staffs can handle significant camp-related works and enhance the quality of camp program by reducing miscellaneous works through the use of OSCWC. As a result, the system will help to reduce total operating cost of camp.
