일부 지역 산업체 남성 근로자들의 체적지수 , 영양소 섭취상태 및 혈청지질 성상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Body Mass Index ( BMI ) , Nutrients Intake and Serum Lipid Components of Industrial Male Workers)

  • This study aimed at investigating correlation of nutrients intake and serum lipids of industrial workers. 226 for adult aged 20yr~59yr (average age 35.9yr) were selected as subjects during 6 months, from June to December, 1997. Nutrients intake was investigated by questionnaire, 24-hour recall method. Antropometric assessments, serum lipids and blood pressure of the subjects were investigated. The results as follows ; In total subjects, calories, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin $B_1$, and vitamin $B_2$ were below Korean RDA(recommended dietary allowances) and protein, iron, vitamin C, niacin and phosphorus were above Korean RDA. Distribution of BMI groups were underweight groups(7.9%), normalweight groups(63.3%) and overweight groups(28.8%). In BMI groups, intakes of calories, carbohydrates, protein, fats, iron, niacin and potassium of overweight groups were higher than those of other groups, significantly(P<0.001). Intakes of calcium of underweight groups were lower than those of other groups, significantly(P<0.05). BMI increased with age. Total cholesterol, triglyceride, apo(b) and atherogenic index of overweight groups were higher than those of other groups, significantly(P<0.001). Calories, carbohydrates, protein, fats, iron, vitamin $B_1$, vitamin $B_2$, niacin, natrium and potassium were positively correlated with BMI, significantly(P<0.001). Calcium and vitamin C were positively correlated with BMI, significantly(P<0.01). vitamin A and phosphorus were positively correlated with BMI, significantly(P<0.05). Total lipid, total-chol., triglyceride, apo(b) and atherogenic index were positively correlated with BMI, significantly(P<0.001). HDL-chol. were negatively correlated with BMI, significantly(P<0.001). Above results, the more BMI and age increased, the worse patterns of serum lipid, so that increased atherogenic index that increased risk of atherosclerosis and degenerative chronic disease connected with serum lipid. After classified by BMI, age and lipid pattern, it will be managed individually for health management of industrial workers. Development and application of efficient program will be urgent for harmonious nutrition counseling and guidance.

조직몰입과 직무만족간의 관계에 대한 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개 효과 (The Mediating Effect of Psychological Empowerment on the Relationship between Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구에서는 수도권에 소재한 사회복지 이용 및 생활시설에 종사하는 사회복지사 215명을 대상으로 편의모집(purposive sampling)하여 조사하였다. 연구의 목적은 조직몰입과 심리적 임파워먼트가 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 관한 규명과 조직몰입과 직무만족간의 관계에 있어서 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 검증결과 먼저 심리적 임파워먼트은 직무만족에 대해 각각 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회복지사의 심리적 임파워먼트 수준이 높아지면 조직몰입과 직무만족이 높아진다는 점이다. 매개효과에 대한 검증결과에 있어 심리적 임파워먼트의 의미성은 정서적 몰입, 계속적 몰입, 규범적 몰입과 직무만족간의 관계에서 매개효과를 확인하였다. 또한 자기권한에서도 정서적 몰입, 계속적 몰입, 규범적 몰입과 직무만족간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 역량 역시 정서적 몰입, 계속적 몰입, 규범적 몰입과 직무만족간의 관계에서 매개효과가 나타났다. 검증결과를 통하여 앞서 제시한 4개의 가설들은 모두 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 검증결과를 통한 연구의 함의는 우선 사회복지사의 심리적 임파워먼트는 조직몰입과 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되어 임파워먼트가 조직에 유용한 관리기법이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 논의를 통해 임파워먼트가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었기에 효율적인 조직효과성, 즉 직무만족과 조직몰입을 높이기 위해 임파워먼트의 증대가 반드시 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

개인피폭선량 측정기관의 품질관리기준 개발 (Quality Control of Radiation Dosimetry Service)

  • 방사선관계종사자에 대한 개인피폭선량 측정의 정확성 및 신뢰성을 확보함으로써 방사선관계종사자의 건강을 보호하고 국민보건 수준향상에 기여하기 위한 개인피폭선량 측정기관의 선량측정 품질관리 기준을 국제기준에 적합하도록 개발할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 국내 의료기관에서의 개인선량 관련법은 ANSI N13.11-1993 규정을 참조하고 있으나 미국을 비롯한 해외 여러 나라에서는 시험 범주를 줄이고 기준을 강화한 ANSI N13.11-2001을 이미 반영하여 개인피폭선량을 측정하고 있다. 제안하는 방법은 ANSI N13.11-2001을 참고하여 기준을 단순화하였고 유리선량계와 광자극선량계 같은 현재 법률에서 인정하지 않는 첨단기술을 이용하는 것을 막거나 방해할 수 있는 조치를 취하지 않으려고 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 측정기관 품질관리기준은 개인피폭선량 성능시험기준은 관련법규개정에 참고할 수 있고, 측정기관 지도 감독에 활용할 수 있다.

수도권 지역 직장인의 음식 관련 스마트폰 어플리케이션 이용 실태와 만족도 (Usage and Satisfaction of Food-related Smartphone Applications of Office Workers in Seoul Area)

  • This study was conducted to figure the usage status and satisfaction of food-related smartphone applications by generic characteristics and food purchase attributes of Seoul area workers. The results show that health vitality-oriented group, married compared to single, those with higher eating-out expenses possess more food-related applications (p<0.05). The primary reason for the usage of food-related applications was the need for food-related information (53.7%). The highest application subjects in use were restaurant-related information and recipe information. The real-life aid food-related applications utilized most were also restaurant information (60.7%) and recipe information (28.3%). Health vitality-oriented respondents especially turned out to use nutrition information and food functionality information often (p<0.01), and recipes or calories & diet information usage frequency was higher in women than in men (p<0.001). Restaurant-related information were more frequently used by singles, highly educated, and those with high income and eating-out expenses (p<0.05). Satisfaction of food-related applications was normal (3.06), showing that the satisfactory level is not yet high. Satisfaction regarding purchase attributes showed that the health vitality-oriented group (3.19) was more satisfied compared to other groups (p<0.05), and women (3.16) were more satisfied that men (2.89) were (p<0.05). Inconveniences of food-related applications were highest in usage fee (3.29), simplicity of information (3.28), lack of reliability of information and need for update (3.10). The results of this study implies that various subdivisions of food-related applications users should be implemented; at the same time, food-related applications covering diverse subjects that regard each group's characteristics should be developed in order to utilize food-related knowledge and information as a marketing tool in the food industry; this can efficiently be done by paying attention to the quality of information and updates within applications.

일부 섬유 제조업 근로자의 피로자각 증상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Perceived Symptoms of Fatigue of the Workers in the Textile Industry)

  • This study was carried out to analyze the factors of the perieved symptoms of fatigue of the industrial workers, to examine the inter-relatisnship of the above factors with their general charactenstics and the environments of working area for the examination of their health status and the effective health management of them. This study was undertaken from December 1 to December 20, 1990. The subjets were 495 workers who had worked at the Industrial complex located in Chonbuk Province. The result of this study were as follows: 1. The worker's percieved symptoms of fatigue were classified to the following seven factors; A) Musculo-Skeletal Symptoms, B) Neuro-Psychial Symptoms, C) Optical Symptoms, D) Heart Symptoms, E) Head Symptoms, F) Respiratory Symptoms, G) Genital Symptoms 2. Analysis of the inter-relationship of their percieved symptoms of fatigue with general characteristics; 1) The difference of distribution to their percieved symptoms of fatigue according to sexuality was significant; Female were higher than Male $(p{\leqq}0.001$, p<0.005) 2) The difference of distribution to their percieved symptoms of fatigue according to age was significant; Age group under 24 years of age were higher than the other's group (p<0.001). 3) The difference of distribution to their percieved symptoms of fatigue according to the level of education was significant; Workers who stand on a low intellectual were higher than workers on a high intellectual level. 4) The difference of distribution to their percieved symptoms of fatigue for a week was the highest when worked at sunday. 5) The difference of distribution to their percieved symptoms of fatigue for seasons was high at spring. 3. Analysis of the inter-relationship of their percieved symptoms of fatigue with the environments of working area. 1) The difference of distribution of their percieved symptoms of fatigue according to the working department was significant; Production workers were higher than office workers. 2) The difference of distribution of their percieved symptoms of fatigue related with working posture was significant; Sitting: Musculo-Skeletal symptoms (p<0.05), Optical symptoms (p<0.005) 3) The more dissatisfied with their's own duty they were, the higher became the distribution of their percieved symptoms of fatigue (p<0.001. p<0.005, p<0.05) 4) The more dissatisfied with their working condition they were, the higher became the degree of their percieved symptoms of fatigue (p<0.001. P<0.05) 5) The difference of distribution of their percieved symptoms of fatigue according to kinds of job was significant: Workers who has handled heavy materials were higher than who had not handled $(p{\leqq}0.001$, p<0.05). Workers who has handled chemical materials: Optical, symptoms $(p{\leqq}0.001)$. Workers who has handled dusty materials: Respiratory symptoms (p<0.01) 6) The environment of working area was significantly affected to the distribution of their percieved symptoms of fatigue: Workers complains of a illumination problem; Optical symptoms (p<0.005), Heart symptoms (p<0.005) Workers complains of a ventilation problem: Heart symptoms (p<0.05), Optical symptoms, Heart symptoms (p<0.01) Musculo-skeletal symptoms ($p{\leqq}0.001$)

노출 모델의 화평법 적용성: ECETOC TRA와 Stoffenmanager Tier 1 노출 모델을 활용한 벤젠의 작업자 노출 평가 (Occupational Exposure Assessment for Benzene Using Exposure Models (ECETOC TRA and Stoffenmanager) and Applicability Evaluation of Exposure Models in K-REACH)

  • Objectives: The objectives of this study are to estimate the inhalation exposure level of benzene for workers using Tier 1 exposure models ECETOC TRA (European Center for Ecotoxicology and Toxicology of Chemicals Target Risk Assessment) and Stoffenmanager, and to investigate their reliability for exposure assessment in K-REACH. Methods: Two exposure scenarios, 'manufacture of benzene' and 'use as solvents,' were developed for assessment of workers' exposure to benzene. The Process Category (PROC) for ECETOC TRA was collected from the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) registration dossier, and the Activity for Stoffenmanager was converted from PROC using translation of exposure models (TREXMO). The information related to exposure, such as working duration, Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE), Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV), and Risk Management Measure (RMM) were classified into high, medium, and low exposure conditions. The risk was determined by the ratio of the estimated exposure and occupational exposure limits of benzene. Results: Under high exposure conditions, the worker exposure level calculated from all PROCs and Activities exceeded the risk level, with the exception of PROC 1 and Activity 1. In the medium exposure condition, PROC 8a, 8b, and 9 and Activity 3, 7, and 8 all exceeded the risk, whereas in the low condition, all PROCs and Activities were determined to be safe. As a result, action corresponding with the low exposure condition is required to reduce the risk of exposure among workers in workplaces where benzene is manufactured or used as a solvent. In addition, the predicted exposure levels derived from the exposure models were lower than measured levels. The exposure levels estimated from Stoffenmanager were more conservative than those from ECETOC TRA. Conclusions: This study demonstrates the feasibility of exposure models for exposure assessment through the example of occupational inhalation exposure assessment for benzene. For more active utilization of exposure models in K-REACH, the exact application of collected information and accurate interpretation of obtained results are necessary.

의류제품의 생산성 향상을 위한 방법 및 작업측정에 관한 연구-MTM법을 중심으로- (A Study on the Method and Work Measurement for Productivity Improvement of Clothing Products-With concentration in MTM Analysis-)

  • The purpose of this study was to improve productivity for maximum effects with the present equipments and staff. This study compared and analyzed the mea-sured time by using stop watch method and MTM, which was the new measuring method. The flow and results of this study were as follows: 1. This study investigated the theoretical background the efficiency for production management, and the way of productivity improvement through documentary research. 2. Setting up the standard flow on the experi-mental company production, making out a process chart and measuring the actual working hour. 3. The study measured the allowance time applying work sampling. 4. Each process of the movement analysis was filmed by video to use basic data. 5. MTM analysis was taken by choosing 10 processes from front bodice according to the basic movement of MTM. Through the results, this study exclude unneccesary movements and suggest a method for working ways. 6. Using the actual working hour measured by a stop watch calculated the pitch time and presumed the amount of daily productivity. 7. The result of the work sampling came out as 38% of allowance rate. It was 13% higher than the standard amount of woman's jacket allowance rate, which was 25%. The most influencing factor was work discussion. That was because there were commuication problem of the work way between the operator and leader. More adequate use of flow table and level passing table was needed. There were the problems that inappropriate places and sizes made the distance of movements longer and often needed more adjustment of works and surroundings. To prevent breakdowns equipments check ups were necessary before works. 8. The results of MTM analysis were as follow : the time was reduced 40% than the actual measured time by a stop watch. This was because the leveling of the operator was included in the real calculation. Also, leveling was included in MTM analysis and all the conditions were standarized. Therefore MTM method was a scientidic measuring way of establishing the standard time. The presented method of this study, suggested an ideal method eliminating unneccesary motions, and presented standardization of works. Improvement of working methods, work condition and simplifying motions in each 10 processes reduced the working time from total 656 seconds to 301 seconds. 9. The way and time of working was linked together in the MTM analysis methods. Thus data from MTM help suggest not only establishing standard time but also establishing stan-dard work. Plus it includes various ability for improvements of working ways. So it is an objective method which can be widely used in other work studies. 10. The function of a time study is to determine the amount of work produced with a given method. The work rate is used to establish the cost of labor. The wage of worker must be calculated per unit time which is deter-mined before the time study is made. This study tried to introduce the incentive rule for deciding wages according to the standard time by MTM method.

  • 방사선작업종사자 및 방사선작업장의 위험성은 주로 피폭선량 값으로 평가되고 있다. 하지만, 방사선작업장은 사용하는 방사선 및 작업환경이 상이하다. 특히, 방사선투과검사작업장은 작업대상물, 차폐체 사용가능 유무 등에 따라 작업환경이 다양하다. 따라서 효율적인 방사선 방호를 위해서는 여러 가지 인자들을 검토하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 전문가 및 조장 방사선작업종사자들 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 그 결과, 방사선원, 방사선피폭선량, 작업장관리현황, 판독특이자, 정기검사현황이 주요인자로 선정되었다. 또한, 설문조사 중요도를 바탕으로 1차 가중치(안)을 설정한 후 2차적으로 전문가 자문을 통해 인자 내 세부항목별 가중치를 선정하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 선정된 주요인자를 바탕으로 하여 방사선투과검사작업장 위해도 지수 모델 개발이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

냉장육 소비전력을 위한 소비자 외식 기호도 연구 -서울, 경기지역을 중심으로- (A study on the Dining-out preference and behavior of consumers for the chilled meat consumption strategy in Seoul-Kyunggi Area)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the consumers' Dining-out preference and behavior for the chilled meat consumption strategy . A total of 328 persons in Seoul, Kyunggi areas were selected by stratified random sampling method and were responded to this study questionnaire which was composed of six parts with 65 statements about chilled meat consumption. 1. The frequency of Dining-out is characterized that 'once a month' is the highest pattern of consumers(46.3%) : In that cases, the married people showed 'once a month'(52.7%) and 'once biweekly'(23.3%), but the unmarried people showed the more frequent pattern as 'once a week'(27.3%) and 'twice a week'(27.3%). And the frequency of Dining-out in relation with the education level revealed that 'the graduate people' are the highest (37.5%). 2. Generally the first food for the Dining-out is 'Kalbi'(26.2%), and the others were 'pork grilling','chilled meat grilling','fish sasimi','chinese foods','pizza' etc.... But there were some variation in relation with incomes and housing types: For the agriculture/physical labor class, they prefers the 'pork griling'(25.0%), the office work class prefers the 'Kalbi' For the house-owner group, they prefers the 'Kalbi', but the house-renting/lodging group, they prefer the 'chinese food' or 'pork grilling' etc.... 3. In choosing the Dining-out place,'quality of food'(54.3%) and 'hygiene'(21.0%) were rated as the first important factor. 4.'Soups', 'Noodles' and 'Cooked rice in casserole' were chosen as good lunch menu : for male, they prefer the 'Soups', but females prefer 'Cooked rice in casserole'. 5. People with commercials/services(44.7%) and agriculture/physical labor(50.0%) ate their lunch in private restaurant, but peoples in the office work(57.0%)/public service personnel(70.4%) and industry use refectory; and it showed significant difference. 6. Consumers prefer the chilled meat as a Dining-out menu, but they didn't recognize the difference between chilled meat and frozen meat 7. For Dining-out menu, many people proper the beef, but the price of beef was so high than pork, agriculture/physical labor class choose the pork grilling instead of beef : commercials/services/office worker prefer the beef chilled meat . 8. The first admirable cooking method for chilled meat is direct radiation grilling with charcoal and many of consumers prefer tender, marbling, some chewy and juicy, flavor, soft as a quality of meat but physical labor class prefer the some tough and chewy texture.

요양보호사의 노동인권에 관한 고찰 (Labor Human Rights for Care Workers)

  • 2007년 노인장기요양보험법이 제정되었고 이 법은 질병 및 장애가 있는 노인들에 대한 요양비용을 사회구성원들이 함께 부담하는 체계를 구축하여 노인 및 그 가족구성원의 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 노인장기요양보험제를 실현하기 위해 요양보호사제도가 마련되었다. 요양보호사란 거동이 불편한 노인을 시설에서 돌보거나 또는 노인이 거주하는 가정을 방문하여 보호활동을 벌이는 사람들을 말한다. 그런데 최근 발표된 국가인권위원회의 조사에 의하면 요양보호사들의 근무환경이 매우 열악한 것으로 드러났다. 저임금, 포괄임금의 남용, 장기간 근로, 인력배치기준 및 휴게시설 미비, 요양보호서비스 이외의 노무제공, 수급자에 의한 성희롱 등의 문제가 있는 것으로 나타난 것이다. 인구의 고령화가 빠른 속도로 진행되고 있고 노인들에 대한 요양보호의 중요성과 요양보호사들의 역할이 증대되고 있는 상황을 고려한다면 이들의 업무환경에 대한 개선이 절실히 필요하다. 이러한 견지에서 이 논문은 국가인권위원회가 발표한 자료를 바탕으로 노동인권의 측면에서 요양보호사들이 겪고 있는 문제점들을 살펴보고 효과적인 개선방안에 대해 논의 해본다. 결국 요양보호사들이 직면한 문제들을, 정부의 철저한 관리 감독과 요양보호사의 처우 개선 그리고 수급자의 인식 개선 등을 통해 바로잡는다면 더 나은 노동환경에서 요양보호사들이 질 높은 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
