If various unreasonable safety standards are preemptively and effectively readjusted, the risk of accidents can be reduced. In this paper, we proposed a machine reading comprehension-based safety standard Q&A system to secure supporting technology for effective search and analysis of safety standards for integrated and systematic management of safety standards. The proposed model finds documents related to safety standard questions in the various laws and regulations, and then divides these documents into provisions. Only those provisions that are likely to contain the answer to the question are selected, and then the BERT-based machine reading comprehension model is used to find answers to questions related to safety standards. When the proposed safety standard Q&A system is applied to KorQuAD dataset, the performance of EM 40.42% and F1 55.34% are shown.

Most electric products produced during the manufacturing process are produced after design and mass production under a given control standard. In particular, the development phase should present the criteria for the production process by setting appropriate limits based on the performance being targeted. Even if the standard of performance is set considering the performance of the process, measuring the performance of the product after actual production results will cause nonconformities with the expected results. Among the performance of electrical products, Energy standards represented by energy consumption efficiency continue to be of importance, and are mandatory standards that correspond to national standards in most countries. Therefore, statistical quality control of these standards shall basically have a large number of test equipment for each product, ensure sufficient test time and continuous sampling of product samples. In the end, companies that produce and sell electric appliances are striving to control mass production at a great cost, but this is not acceptable. This study presents basic characteristics of the energy efficiency of electrical products and proposes and conducts a case study on statistical production control methods for performance variation across products under the standards about domestic and international regulations.

The model ship of this study, the Baek-Kyung fisheries training ship of Pukyong National University, has a length between perpendiculars of 85 meters, making it not subject to the IMO maneuverability standards. However, understanding the maneuvering characteristics of the vessel is essential for safe navigation. In this regard, this study was conducted to analyze the results from the sea trials of the model ship conducted in accordance with the IMO maneuverability standards. The results of the turning tests met the standards well while in the zig-zag tests, the first overshoot angle exceeded the standard in the 10°/10° test; however, such results met with a difference of 1.8° in the 20°/20° test. Additionally, using the course-stability discrimination formula, the calculated value was -0.0051, indicating unstable course-stability. The results of the stopping tests met the standards well. It is hoped that the analyzed maneuvering characteristics of the model ship from the study results will contribute to the safety of ship navigation.

ISO 30301 기록경영시스템 표준은 전략적인 기록관리 방안을 제공하여 조직의 성공적인 경영을 지원한다. 국내에서는 해당 표준을 2013년 5월 국가표준(KS)으로 제정하였으며, ISO 30301 표준의 인증제도를 도입하기 위한 움직임이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 인증제도를 도입하기 위해서는 인증 운영체계의 정비는 물론 기록경영에 대한 사회 전반의 공감대를 형성해야 하므로 제도 도입에 대한 심도 있는 검토가 필요하다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구의 필요성에 따라 아직까지 국내에 ISO 30301 인증제도가 도입되지 않은 상황에서, ISO 30301 인증제도 도입에 대한 다양한 이해관계자들의 인식을 조사하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 심층인터뷰를 수행하였다. 첫째, 문헌연구에서는 ISO 30301 표준의 내용 및 구성과 해당 표준에 수반되는 인증제도에 대한 개념을 살펴봄으로써, ISO 30301 인증제도 도입의 필요성을 논의하였다. 둘째, ISO 30301 인증제도 도입에 대한 인식을 조사하기 위해 기록 및 인증제도 관련 업무담당자 5명과 국가기록원 직접관리기관 기록물관리 전문 요원 5명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구결과는 근거 이론방법(grounded theory methodology)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 ISO 30301 인증제도에 대해 관련 전문가들이 인식하는 문제점과 전략을 살펴봄으로써 향후 해당 제도의 도입방안을 구축하는데 유의미한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

The production, processing, sale and service of food materials are not subject to attainment via a single country. In accordance with internationalization of the world, issues related to food safety have emerged as critical international concerns and they are closely associated with the health and interest of domestic consumers, producers, manufacturers, and distributors. As a third party certification standards, ISO 22000 is in progress International Organization for Standardization(ISO) and the Draft International Standard(DIS) has already been presented on December 2004. The purpose of this study is to analyze the international standards, guidelines and legislation in regard of Food Safety Management System(FSMS) including ISO 9001, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP) and Product Liability(PL) so as to present Korean-model Food Safety Management System requirements and system establishment model.

This paper proposes various measures of reliability, maintainability and availability in information technology service management(ISTM). Global ITSM standards such as ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library) and ISO/IEC 20000 are introduced. Especially availability management of De-facto and De-juire standards is concerned with users and customers of IT service. The study presents seven reliability measures, six maintainability measures and two availability measures. These results can be effectively used with a appropriate IT availability management tools such as CFIA(Component Failure Impact Analysis) and SOA(Service Outage Analysis), etc.

The uncertainty of a project generates risks hindering the goal achievement of the project, and the risks affect the success or failure of the project significantly. Risk management, a part of the project management, includes various processes, and there are also various tools or techniques applicable to that. In an organization, the application of project management develops gradually from low to high maturity, and the organization should choose and implement a method of application proper for the level of its maturity. This article suggests a method to reduce inefficiency of the management and how to apply risk management by levels of maturity for easier application. For this, the stages of project management maturity levels were divided into the introduction, development, and maturity step, and methods of risk management suitable for each stage were applied. And methods of risk management that need to be applied by the levels of project maturity are divided into three factors : risk management processes, risk management tools and techniques, and risk management standards and templates. It is expected to be favorable approaches for the application of risk management in an organization to divide those factors into more concrete processes, tools, techniques, and standards and apply them by the levels of management maturity.

With advances in smart and ICT(information and communication technology) technologies, our life style has been changing dramatically. Now everybody can enjoy the benefits of such technologies in every aspect of his/her daily life. Currently more and more people are trying to have smart devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs so that smart devices become the bare necessities. New smart technologies have created a new concept called smart learning in education area. As educational smart contents become popular, we need quality standards for the contents. Those standards are essential for evaluating the smart contents and suggesting guidance for future smart contents production. Although there are some standards for the existing e-learning environments, to our best knowledge, there are no standards for educational smart contents in the literature. The purpose of this paper is to develop quality standards for educational smart contents. The proposed quality standards are based on the existing quality standards in e-learning environments and include some characteristics of smart learning. For development of quality standards, wide experts group from academy and industry are selected and surveyed. Their responses are analyzed based on thorough statistical analysis so that final quality standards for educational smart contents are developed.

본 연구에서는 규범적 접근방법을 이용하여 무등산 도립공원의 주요 시설물에 대한 평가기준을 설정하고, 설정된 평가기준을 토대로 공원의 현 시설물 관리상태를 평가하였으며, 여기에서 발견된 문제점을 해결하기 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 데이터는 1996년 8월 중 무등산 도립공원에서 현지설문조사와 우편설문조사에 의하여 수집되었으며, 총 1,173명의 조사대상자 중 519명(44.2%)이 본 연구의 분석에 이용되었다. 결과에 따르면, 선정된 5개 지표항목 중 '쓰레기통 충분여부'와 '등산로 안내시설 충분여부'를 제외한 3개 지표항목(화장실 충분여부, 화장실 청결상태, 대중교통수단을 이용하기 위하여 기다려야 하는 시간)에서 현 상황이 명가기준보다 불량한 것으로 나타났다. '등산로 안내시설 충분여부'에 대한 현 상황은 평가기준과 동일하였다. 문제점이 있는 것으로 밝혀진 지표항목에 대해서는 이를 개선하기 위한 관리대안을 제시하였으며, 이러한 자료들이 공원 시설물관리를 위하여 어떻게 이용될 수 있을 것인가를 소개하였다.

본 연구는 연안여객선사의 안전관리 운영 효율성을 분석하기 위한 기초연구로 적절한 안전경영지표 평가항목을 설계하고 연안여객선사를 대상으로 평가항목의 유효성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 연안여객운송사업자의 안전관리책임자, 공무원(선박검사관), 여객선 운항관리자 등으로 구성된 전문가 그룹을 통해 연안여객선사의 자발적 안전관리 활동을 평가하기 위한 5개의 평가항목과 14개의 세부 평가요인을 선정하고 사전검증 및 테스트를 통해 객관성을 제고하였다. 이 안전경영지표 평가항목을 이용하여 44개 연안여객선사에 대한 자발적 안전관리 수준을 평가하였다. 그리고 평가항목의 유효성을 검증하기 위하여 안전경영지표 평가항목 결과와 중대해양사고 비율을 비교분석하여 평가항목의 타당성을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 자발적 안전경영 수준이 높은 업체일수록 중대해양사고가 발생하지 않고 자발적 안전관리에 무관심하거나 소홀한 업체는 상대적으로 높은 중대해양사고가 발생하고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이처럼 안전경영지표 평가항목 선정을 통해 연안여객선사의 안전관리 운영 효율성을 분석하는데 중요한 항목을 객관적인 관점에서 도출하였다. 따라서 향후 안전관리 효율성 분석을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
