소상공인의 핵심직무특성과 태도의 관계 (Relationship between Core Job Characteristics and Attitude of Small Business Employees)

  • 본 연구는 종업원의 태도에 영향을 주는 직무특성을 확인하기 위하여, 인적자원관리의 관점에서 소상공인의 핵심직무특성(기술다양성, 과업정체성, 과업중요성, 자율성, 피드백)과 태도(직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도)간의 관계를 확인하는데 연구목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 기업의 종업원 315명을 대상으로 소상공인의 핵심직무특성이 태도에 미치는 영향, 소상공인의 핵심직무특성과 태도간의 관계에서 성장욕구강도의 조절효과 등을 분석하였다. 회귀분석결과 기술다양성과 과업중요성은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을, 기술다양성과 피드백은 조직몰입에는 정(+)의 영향을 그리고 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 성장욕구강도의 조절효과는 과업중요성과 이직의도간의 관계에서만 발견되었다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 소상공인의 직무 태도 증진 방안과 경영전략적 시사점을 제시하였다.

SBAR 보고교육이 간호대학생의 의사소통명확성, 의사소통능력 및 보고자신감에 미치는 효과 - 성인간호학 실습 - (The Effects of SBAR Reports Education on Communication Clarity, Communication Skill and Report Confident for Nursing Students -Adult Nursing Clinical Practicum-)

  • 본 연구는 SBAR(상황-배경-사정-제안) 보고교육이 간호대학생의 의사소통명확성, 의사소통능력 및 보고자신감에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 단일군 사전-사후설계의 실험 연구로 G도 소재 간호대학생 44명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 2018년 3월 6일부터 4월 20일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23을 이용하여 빈도, paried t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 SBAR 보고교육 후 간호대학생의 의사소통명확성(t=-8.12, p<.001), 의사소통능력(t=-4.37, p<.001) 및 보고자신감(t=-7.67, p<.001)이 SBAR 보고교육 전보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다. SBAR 보고교육이 의사소통 명확성, 의사소통능력 및 보고자신감을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났으므로 임상실습에서 SBAR를 적극 활용할 것을 권장한다.

1인 창조기업의 손익분기점 도달 영향요인 분석 (Analysis on Factors Influencing the Achievement of Break-even Point among the Creativity and Skill-based Sole Proprietors)

  • Purpose - The break-even point refers to the point where total profit and total cost coincide, and from this point on, the entrepreneur's decision-making takes a different route. Strategic decisions can be made for more efficient operation and eventually for more likelihood for growth and sustainability if a startup figures out when it recoups the investment and switches to a net profit. Design/methodology/approach - 748 creativity and skill-based sole proprietors in manufacturing industry were examined to demonstrate the effect of the entrepreneur's entrepreneurial experience and education level, the business launch preparation time, or the self-financing on the achievement of break-even point. Findings - While the business launch preparation time lowered the likelihood of reaching a break-even point, self-financing increased the likelihood. As a result of further analysis by subdividing into subgroups according to skill level, only the business launch preparation time was statistically significant in the highly skilled industries. In the low skilled industries, in addition to the business launch preparation time, the CEO's education level and the self-financing were statistically significant. Research implications or Originality - The longer the business launch preparation time, the higher the start-up cost, which increases the burden of initial cost recovery, and the agile response to market changes is thereby delayed, resulting in the business idea losing its appeal. Self-financing not only provides stability and strong motivation for the business operation but also promotes careful spending which contributes to the achievement of break-even point. In particular, it is found that practical experience is more useful than theoretical knowledge in low skilled industries. Due to the limitation of secondary data based on the recollection, the time required to reach a break-even point, percentage of financing sources, etc. may include cognitive errors. In addition, variables are not included that explain the characteristics of creativity and skill-based sole proprietorship, so it is necessary to exercise caution with the actual application.

특정직 경호공무원의 전직역량에 대한 보유수준 분석 및 전직지원방안 연구 (A Study on Outplacement Countermeasure and Retention Level Examination Analysis about Outplacement Competency of Special Security Government Official)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 특정직 경호공무원의 전직 역량에 대한 특정직 경호공무원들의 보유수준 조사를 통한 전직지원방안을 제시하는데 있으며, 이를 위해 특정직 경호공무원 중 전직관련 대상자로서 40대 이상 5급 사무관 이상 전직 유경험자인 전직 성공자와 전직 실패자, 전직 희망자인 전직 예정자 600명을 대상으로 지식역량군의 전문지식, 전직관련 지식, 자기이해, 조직이해, 기술역량군의 직무기술역량, 직무수행기술, 문제해결기술, 혁신기술, 커뮤니케이션기술, 조직관리기술, 위기관리기술, 경력개발기술, 인적네트워크 활용기술, 태도 및 감정역량군의 긍정적 태도, 적극적 태도, 책임감, 직업정신, 헌신적 태도, 친화력, 자기조절능력, 가치 및 윤리역량군의 윤리의식, 도덕성 등 4개 역량군 22개 하위역량의 보유수준에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 유효한 설문 응답자 153명의 4개 역량 군 22개 하위역량 항목에 대한 설문조사 분석결과, 현재 보유수준 값이 4.0이상인 전문지식, 긍정적 태도, 책임감, 윤리의식, 도덕성 역량 등에 있어서는 어느 정도 갖추었다고 생각하고 있으나, 그 외 역량에 대해서는 보통이하 점수로 다소 낮게 나타나, 이들 역량들에 대해서는 아직은 부족하다고 인식하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 역량 강화를 위한 특정직 경호공무원의 성공적인 전직지원방안으로서는 전직에 대한 인식과 개념을 재정립하고 현실을 직시할 수 있도록 눈높이를 낮추어야 하며, 전직에 필요한 역량으로서 다소 부족하다고 느끼고 있는 역량들에 대해서는 평소에 관심을 가지고 적극적인 개발 및 강화 노력이 요구된다. 제도적 차원에서 이러한 전직 역량을 갖출 수 있도록 퇴직 전 중 후 전직 교육훈련 강화 및 현 교육훈련체계 반영, 수요자 중심의 온-오프 상 교육훈련시스템 운영, 학습조직화 등 전직교육훈련 인프라를 구축할 필요성이 있다.

음식문화거리조성 성공 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Successful Factors in Building Food Culture Streets)

  • Food Culture is formed in a unique culture heritage in some areas harmonized with social factors mixed with geographical conditions, natural environment, culture and religion. The more the life skill develops highly, the more people focus on improvement of the life skill in order to realize a delightful and convenient life, and plan an increase of production. Recently food-service companies have changed very quickly with economic environment. Such change will be continued and its speed will be more faster than now. Many food-service companies will disappear for weak competition, if they don’t manage adequately in such a case. Therefore, food-service companies have to search for an efficient, unique and creative management strategy. In such a viewpoint, Kyunggi-do designated five local cities as a model of Food Culture Streets greeting Welcoming Year of Kyunggi-do in 2005. The purpose of this study is to serve the healthy food to visitors visiting the Food Culture Streets and to do public relations about the excellence of their traditional food. In addition, this study includes improving tastes and qualities of food through education about cooking skills, management strategies and the best service with unique and creative menu development. Accordingly, we need to analyze the factors continuously on the business of food culture streets, and intend to use them as a database for high quality education and activity of food service industry in the future.

A Case Study of Human Resource Allocation for Effective Hotel Management

  • The purpose of this study is to optimally allocate the human resources to tasks while minimizing the total daily human resource costs and smoothing the human resource usage. The human resource allocation problem (hRAP) under consideration contains two kinds of special constraints, i.e. operational precedence and skill constraints in addition to the ordinary constraints. To deal with the multiple objectives and the special constraints, first we designed this hRAP as a network problem and then proposed a Pareto multistage decisionbased genetic algorithm (P-mdGA). During the evolutionary process of P-mdGA, a Pareto evaluation procedure called generalized Pareto-based scale-independent fitness function approach is used to evaluate the solutions. Additionally, in order to improve the performance of P-mdGA, we use fuzzy logic controller for fine-tuning of genetic parameters. Finally, in order to demonstrate the applicability and to evaluate the performance of the proposed approach, P-mdGA is applied to solve a case study in a hotel, where the managers usually need helpful automatic support for effectively allocating hotel staff to hotel tasks.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand a information technology acceptance model and to test empirically using field survey. In order to achieve this purpose, first of all, I examined literature reviews about the theory of reasoned action(TRA), the theory of planned behavior(TPB), and the theories of technology acceptance model(TAM). Based on literature reviews, I proposed a technology acceptance model and empirically verified it through using field survey. As a result of, this study was designed to predict and to explain the factors of affecting reuses of a website. The data that were surveyed 193 users of internet were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0. The major results of this study as follows : First, the perceived complexity is influenced by the skill & experience and the quality of system. Second, the quality of system affects the perceived usefulness. Third, the perceived complexity affects the perceived usefulness and the perceived playfulness. Fourth, reuses of a web site are influenced by the perceived usefulness and the perceived playfulness. Finally, the quality of system affects the perceived usefulness and the skill & experience affect the perceived playfulness.

휴대전화와 MP3에 사용되는 Wheel Navigation Key의 사용성 평가 (Usability Evaluation of the Wheel Navigation Key used for Mobile Phone and MP3)

  • The aim of the study is to investigate the usability of wheel navigation key(WNK) recently adopted for the new models of mobile phone and MP3 product. In this study, an experiment was designed to evaluate the functional benefit of WNK by using a performance test. A questionnaire was also used to examine the personal preference. In results, a significant difference was found in performance time between wheel-type and button-type product. In general, the difference was more significant as subject's skill level was higher. In particular, the performance time was significantly shortened with the WNK when a searching task was required, but push button was an effective interface for simple search task among beginners. Therefore, the wheel navigation key can be used to improve the usability of product by reducing the searching time in mobile phone and mp3. For practical application, the user's level of skill needs to be considered to maximize the effect of interface when choosing WNK or push button.

  • Given the ability and skills required by modern people, marketing can be divided into knowledge-related skill such as marketing plans, market segmentation, and marketing mix management and supportive skill such as communication, inter-organizational management, creativity, and decision making. Knowledge related skills can be nurtured in existing marketing classes, but it is recognized that special educational programs such as self marketing are needed to develop and train supportive skills regardless of education levels or major education. This paper is aimed to design for marketing educational program for the self marketing. In this study, a DACUM method job analysis to extract contents by specialists such as model setting of task and job, job statement, job analysis, education course development, and so on. In the first place, this report presents job analysis model by procedures for developing selection criteria of examination questions of the self marketing qualification. The first step is preparation for job analysis, the second step: the establishment of job models, the third step : the job specification and task analysis, the fourth step: the review of job model, the fifth step: the establishment of subjects for examination matrix table for making questions.

  • 중소건설업체는 열악한 경영상태 전문인력 부족, 기술력 부족 등의 여러 문제로 인해 그 기반이 매우 취약하다. 이린 상황에서 IMF 이후 대형건설업체들의 수주난과 경영 악화는 대형건설업체의 하도급을 수행하는 중소건설업체에도 전가됐으며, 이에 중소건설업체의 생존을 위한 전반적인 변화와 정보기술 도입을 통한 경쟁력 확보가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 중소건설업체의 프로젝트 관리방안 측면에서 중소건설업체의 특성과 기존 대형건설업체 및 상용 SI업체에서 개발한 정보관리 시스템을 분석하여 중소건설업체를 위한 프로젝트 정보관리체계를 구축하고 이를 관리하는 지원시스템 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 중소건설업체의 프로젝트 정보관리 능력을 향상 및 생산성 향상을 통한 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
