A study on the job stress influencing to the construction management in construction industry (논 문 3 - 건설업 공사관리에 미치는 직무스트레스 요인에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose of this study was to comprehend the influence that worker's lob stress caused by the distinct characteristics of construction work affect on construction management. Proven through previous studies of job stress measurement method, physical environment, job demands, job autonomy, interpersonal conflict are derived as typical factors. We analyzed causal relationships between the factors using structural equation modeling under the hypothesis that job stress have effect on the construction management. As a result, successful job stress management for construction management plan is proposed.

  • Including 425 Program, which is Korean military surveillance and reconnaissance satellite, there were mostly civil-driven space programs in Korea. However, there are increasing numbers of military demand-driven space program in nowadays. Furthermore, it is positive effects on launch vehicle development in Korea that the termination of Korea-U.S. missile guideline. In this paper, it emphasizes the needs of system engineering(SE) management method which meets both defense system's characteristics and space's characteristics. These characteristics are such as non-fixable after the launch, the security issue in defense system. And it also introduces SE tool, methodology and its philosophy. There are several functions that data management, issue management, risk management, and technical requirement management. Also describing its implications and direction of improvement.

Determinants of Accountants' Loyalty Underlying Investment Management: Evidence from FDI Firms in Thanglong Industrial Park

  • The research aims to investigate the impact levels of determinants on the loyalty of accountants to FDI firms underlying investment management in Thanglong Industrial Park in Hanoi, Vietnam. We conducted a questionnaire consisting of 31 observation variables with a 5-point Likert scale. Independent variables were measured from 1 "without effect" to 5 "strongly". The method of data collection was done through the survey and subjects are accountants in FDI firms doing business in Thanglong Industrial Park in Hanoi. After checking the information on the votes, there are 120 questionnaires with full information for data entry and analysis, This study employs Cronbach's Alpha test, and regression model. The results show that seven determinants including Working environment, The characteristics of working; Training, promotion prospects and development; Income, Personal characteristic, Collective work together and The method of leading had positive relationships with the loyalty of accountants. Based on the findings, some recommendations are given related to such determinants to improve the loyalty of accountants of FDI firms in general and FDI firms in Thanglong Industrial Park in Hanoi in particular. With which, those firms can enhance performance, reduce financial strain, saving on investment in the recruiting process of new staff, increase profitability to ensure investment management.

  • The existing defect management is focused on step before closing work, a builder preliminary research and tenant preliminary research. Each step is not related. And the existing study on defect management mainly classify into work type and defect type according to work type. This study divide into defect part.   • Increasing energy efficiency in factories is an activity aimed at optimizing resource allocation in manufacturing processes to establish production plans. However, this strategy may not apply effectively when night shifts are unavoidable. Additionally, continuous fluctuations in production requirements pose challenges for its implementation in the factory. Recently, with the rapid proliferation of electric vehicles (EVs), technology utilizing electric vehicle batteries as energy storage systems has gained attention. Technology using these batteries can be an alternative for factory energy management. In this paper, a factory energy management method using EV batteries is proposed. The proposed method is analyzed using PSCAD/EMTDC software, considering the state of charge of EV batteries and Time-of-Use (TOU) rates. The proposed method was compared with production scheduling established considering predicted power usage and TOU rates. As a result, production scheduling saved 4,152 KRW per day, while the proposed method saved 7,286 KRW in electricity costs. Through this paper, the possibility of utilizing EV batteries for factory energy management has been demonstrated.

  • The purpose of this research is to verify the strategic fitness and relevance of the distribution park for a hub port in Northeast Asia and to find a method to be a hub-port with a competitive edge. The strategic factor of distribution park development are policy, methodology and promotion method So these factors are analysed by structural equation model. The essential results of the research show that distribution park should be actually developed to produce value-added and to be port cluster.

  • Construction project has various effective factor and many producer in multifarious process of the work. Thus it has many variation. However, Process management up to now is management method of conclusion oriented. So, it do not consider sequency and variation occurrence. In a result that a lot of problems happen. Lean Construction can solve limit of the present management method. And Lean Construction is estimated new management method of process management for reliance on process plan, safety of process and promotion of effectiveness. This study analysed application of real construction project in Lean Construction theory and examined to utilize VSM and TACT for field application.

  • Critical systems with high reliability feature fault tolerant redundancy. Conventional analytical reliability analysis methods that use the Reliability Block Diagram do not adequately reflect characteristics of the redundancy management system and are not suitable for this applications. This paper uses Monte-Carlo method to calculate the reliability of complicated redundant systems. The method was first validated for cases with analytical solutions. Then, the tool was successfully applied to analyze reliability of the flight control systems with a voter as redundancy management system.

  • This study is focused to the national park of Korean typical Sea Hally$\check{o}$ Haesang, and its visual resources and practiced inspect course by the way of suppositions and tests, to show the visual resource management objectively, and that of qualitative basic data. Accordingly by measuring the physical amount spatial structure with the visual amount originated from the Mesh Analyzing Method and the Visual Preference from the Scenic Beauty Estimation(S.B.E.) method and analyzed the valuation of the visual resource by Iverson method. Spatial image structure measured by Semantic Differential(S.D.) Scale was shown through the factor analysis algorithm for the analyzing psychological amount and examined the flowing out of decisive factor and the objective importance related to the mutual factors by appling the measurement of the visual quality. As a national Park, the visual factors that have natural landscape harmonized with forest, sky, surface of the water, curious stones and rocks, and temples should be escalated their values affirmatively so as to be the scenery of pointed direction and enjoyable, and it is of more needed for visual resource and its' controlling technique to make artificial structures more intentional planning and systemical setting. When we are viewing the improvement for the national park along with the visual resource management, reasonable level of development is needed, because when men interference surpass plantations and leasts will be damaged and the quality of natural landscape can be lowered, so it is needed to set up a management end, tangibly or clearly; and it is permitted limit coming and going ablably by accounting the suitable number for availing. But the controling end should be set in every level, positive management, very actively within the permissive varcability. It is the main business for the national park to prevent the damage from human for their gay life or to prevent the damage of a land carpet, and to restorate for the visual resource management.
