Recently, the issue of construction safety is growing. In the construction industry, accidents have continued to increase since 2000. In particular, the number of accident deaths at small and medium-sized construction sites accounts for 72.11% of the total number of accident deaths in the construction industry. For construction safety, prior safety evaluation systems such as Design for safety and safety management plan preparation are in place. However, at construction sites, these systems are recognized as formal legal documents, and their effectiveness is greatly reduced. Therefore, in this study, a linkage model that links design safety review information and safety management plan information was presented so that the safety management plan can be efficiently established. In addition, the effectiveness of the proposed process was verified as an example of actual work. The linkage model will contribute to improving the safety management environment at the site by increasing the productivity of safety management work by enabling easy sharing of risk factor information in the construction stage safety management work. The results of this study will be used as basic information for the development of the integrated safety management system.

본 연구에서는 하천관리지리정보시스템(RIMGIS) 내 하천유지관리부분의 활용성 향상 및 하천유지관리업무의 선진화를 위하여 항공레이저측량(LiDAR)과 고해상 영상자료를 기반으로 한 동적으로 변화하는 하상자료 관리 및 하상변동 분석 등의 하천유지관리기술을 개발하였다. LiDAR 및 고해상도 영상 형식으로 제작된 하천의 정밀지형도를 이용하여 동적으로 변화하는 하천의 하상자료 및 제방자료를 정보화하여 RIMGIS DB를 구축하고, RIMGIS와 연계된 하천유지관리체계 구축 및 하상변동 영향을 최소화하는 모니터링 기술을 연구하였다. 또한, 하천 지형정보 및 유지관리정보 등을 가지고 있는 RIMGIS의 기능과 자료구조를 보완하여 하천의 실시간 유지관리가 가능하도록 개선하며, 하상정보와 하천단면정보를 제공하여 하천통수단면 확보 등 구조적 기법을 이용한 하천기능 유지가 가능하도록 RIMGIS 보완 기술을 개발하였다. 이는 기존의 2차원 선(線)기반으로 제공되는 한정된 하천정보 및 정확성이 결여된 자료제공의 문제를 보완하여 지속적인 RIMGIS 기능개선과 유지관리 작업이 가능하도록 지원하고, RIMGIS 내 하천유지관리부분의 활용성을 극대화할 수 있는 기반기술로 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Recently many organizations have attempted to build hypermedia systems to expand their working areas to internet-based virtual work places. It is thus important to manage corporate hypermedia documents effectively. Metadata play a critical role for managing these documents. This paper identifies metadata roles and components to build its schema. Furthermore a meta-information system HyDoMiS(Hyperdocument Meta-information System) is proposed by the use of this metadata schema. HyDoMiS performs three functions; metadata management search and reporting The metadata management function is concerned with workflow document and database. The system is more likely to help implement and maintsain hypermedia information system effectively.

This study presents a database quality evaluation framework. As a way to build a framework, this study expands data quality management to include data transformation processes as well as data. Further, an information structure graph is applied to represent data transformations processes. An information structure graph is absed on a relational database scheme. Thus, data transformation processes may be stored in a relational database. This kind of integration of data transformation metadata with technical metadata eases evaluation of database qualities and their causes.

There are several ways to solve parking problem in the downtown. One of them is to manage parking efficiently, that is, to raise use-efficiency of parking place and to help in the block efficiently, it can prevent disproportion that some parking space is over capacity and the other parking one is under. It causes not only the disproportion of economic efficiency but also the congestion of local road. The precondition to manage parking efficiently is to analyse the parking characteristics. In this paper we build up total D/B by collecting every information about parking space. We developed the Parking Management System by using RFID and Sensor. The efficient Parking Management System is for convenience of drivers and efficient usage of parking space. And this system is also the basic study to be developed as the total Parking Management System by upgrading every information.

Secure digital payment is critical in the successful shaping of global digital business. Digital payments are increasingly being used as a substitute to traditional payments, contributing markedly to the efficiency of the economy. The focus of every digital business transaction is to minimize risks arising from transactions. It is essential to ensure the security of digital payment whether used in internal networks or over wireless Internet. This paper analyses secure digital payment methods from the viewpoint of systemic security and transaction security. According to comparative analysis of digital payment models, this paper proposes a comparative analysis framework to investigate and evaluate secure digital payment. In conclusion, the comparative analysis framework, comparison of digital payment models and mobile payment models proposes a useful academic and practical foundation to enhance the understanding of secure digital payment methods. It also provides academic background and practical guidelines for the development of secure digital payment systems.

Increasing the outsourcing of personal information treatment, the safe management and director for fiduciary is very important. In this paper, under the personal information protection management systems the current situation of fiduciary management and direction was reviewed and the certification system was analysed in terms of availability of the controled items. Under the basis of legal compliance at the time of the Privacy Act, the characteristics of outsourcing type was also analyzed and derived new controled items. As a result of the proposed research, new controled items for fiduciary could be used as a standard for the managing Director.

International Roaming is a kind of telecommunication service that enables subscribers use the same mobile number when they go abroad and access other service provider's network. International roaming call is made through three network parts-home (original service provider) network, intermediate network, and local (overseas service provider) network. It is not possible to monitor every section of whole roaming service network because service providers do not provide their network management information to other service providers. The limitation causes harsh problem when a service anomaly arises and operators have to confirm the reason of failure. To solve this problem, we propose a scheme that deduces roaming service status of each overseas service provider using internal network management information. SK telecom implemented a international roaming service management system based on the scheme using performance measurement of signaling points, roaming service nodes, and charging data from existing network management systems.

This paper examined the supply chain management partnerships factors and business performance in textile industry. To build a global network, we should consider the following critical factors such as lead-time reduction, information sharing, and inventory management. The purpose of this study is to focus on QR (Quick Response) of SCM in textile industries to clarify which of the SCM factors contribute to business performance for the SCM firms. Based on the analysis of eighth-six cases, the following results were found. First, partnerships factors of supply chain management have a positively significant influence on responsiveness of supply chain management. Second, partnerships factors of supply chain management have a positively significant influence on flexibility of supply chain management. This study suggests that partnerships are main factors for the business performance. Especially, our empirical evidence shows that capacity of firms practicing SCM, information techniques, and partnerships make the firms' business performance more responsive and flexible.

The purpose of this research is to investigate success factors of knowledge management in Korea companies. The research scheme was experimented through a questionnaire survey answered by 87 companies. The research model was composed of five groups : 1) CEO support and business strategics, 2) organization culture 3) information technology characteristic of knowledge workers 4) a reward and performance measurement 5) knowledge management system. The results of this research indicated that the CEO support and organization culture are important factors for knowledge activities. The information technology characteristic of knowledge workers and a reward have small effects for knowledge activities. Manufacturing companies and non-manufacturing companies need different knowledge management strategies. The results of this study will be helpful for the success implementation of knowledge management in Korean companies.
