The study examines the relationship between credit risk and operational risk (understanding of risk management, risk identification, risk assessment and control, and risk monitoring) on risk management practices followed by private and public sector commercial banks. The cross-sectional data method was used to check the impact of risk management practices. Data was collected from the bank employees and a total of 284 respondents were finally selected for further analysis. Measurement Invariance of Composite Models analysis is used to test the quality of the measurement model for sub-samples, and multi-group analysis is used for path analysis in sub-sample through PLS-SEM. The findings of the study as the total sample show that both types of banks are managing adequate and significant risk management practices. On the other hand, sub-groups' results show private sector banks are more momentous than public sector banks. Risk identification is significantly different at the sub-group level, which shows public sector banks are more concentrating on this type of risk. Understanding of risk management has no significant effect on both types of banks and risk assessment & control for public sector banks, and there is a difference in the risk management practices among private and public sector commercial banks.

이 연구는 문헌정보와 아카이브적 측면에서 도서관의 코리안 디아스포라의 정보자원관리에 대한 발전방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구는 디아스포라와 정보자원 관련 문헌적 고찰과 재외한인들의 이동루트와 정착 그리고 삶의 현장을 기반으로 한 실제적 조사로 이루어졌다. 그 결과 코리안 디아스포라는 자발적 이동보다는 정치와 경제적 측면에서 타인에 의한 이주가 주를 이루었다. 이들은 이주 현장에서 온갖 어려움을 극복하고 다양한 문헌정보를 생산했으며 이것을 기반으로 도서관, 신문사, 출판사, 기록보존소 등지에서 정보자원관리와 아카이브가 이루어지고 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 코리안 디아스포라의 정보자원에 대한 가치와 역량을 나타내고 진일보한 디아스포라 연구와 발전에 기여하게 될 것이다.

There are quite a number of business processes in the urban regeneration project. Managers and participants who involved in the project make and use information for the best way to perform in the particular business process. The information can be also reused and produced for data at the next stage. Accordingly, the information sometimes goes out of existence and work data up into new information when the urban regeneration project has been accomplished. But in that case some of changes happen occasionally, the business for urban regeneration has suffered a loss of profit and time as result of confusions about decisions and inappropriate action. For that reason, the information should be analyzed to achieve its aim at the business process under the influence of changes. Then, even though detail processes and management method change, the Core Information, which are important factors for accomplishing the project, help that the project can be operated to solve the problem about confusion and loss of the business. In conclusion, the Core Information is main effective factors for successful urban regeneration projects on the change management. The purpose of this study is to research the information according to the Information-flow and changes, and to find out the influence factors and the Core Information to manage efficiently at the process of urban regeneration projects.

본 연구에서는 의무기록사의 의료정보관리 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육용 의료정보관리 프로그램을 개발하였다. 교육용 의료정보관리 프로그램은 8개월 동안 vb.Net으로 개발하였다. 데이터베이스는 학습자가 데이터의 구조를 쉽게 이해하고 파악할 수 있는 ACCESS의 Database를 이용하였다. 학습자는 의무기록을 분석하여 퇴원분석 및 암등록 프로그램 그리고 미비기록 프로그램을 이용하여 데이터를 입력한다. 데이터를 입력하고 저장한 후에 의료정보관리 프로그램을 이용하여 데이터베이스의 구조를 이해하고 분석하여 의료정보를 생성할 수 있다. 교육용 프로그램은 데이터베이스에서 필요한 데이터를 SQL을 통하여 직접 추출하고, 다양한 의료정보를 생성해봄으로써 학습자의 의료정보관리 능력을 향상 시킬 수 있다. 하지만 교육용 프로그램이면서 학습자의 프로그램 운영에 대한 평가체계가 마련되지 않았다. 이에 따라서 다음 연구에서는 학습자 평가를 위한 의료정보관리 프로그램의 평가시스템을 개발해야 할 것이다.

The knowledge management system deals with information gathering, process, and implementation for the organizational performance advantage. The study integrates knowledge management in view of an internal organizational information processing structure and external strategic issue management system. This means that the coordination between internal systematic process and external scanning mechanism is essential for organizational success.

In this research, the concept of CM (configuration management) is introduced for proper applications to the life-cycle product data management. In addition, the activities for CM - CM management and planning, configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting, and configuration verification and audit - are described in detail. For the management of distributed configuration data among governments, prime contractors, and subcontractors, development environments and functions for the configuration management information system (CMIS) are proposed.

This paper considers the design and management of security MIB for EDI system. EDI system has to establish various securety wervices and mechanisms to protect against security threats. Hence, the EDIsystem requires appropriate security management to monitor and control the security obhects for its security services and mechanisms. In this paper, I identify security objects for management of secueity services defined in the EDIsystem, and propose the design of a security MIB and describe the use of SNMPnetwork management protocol in its management.

본 연구는 선진국이나 경쟁국에 비해 열악한 우리나라 국가 지식정보자원의 총량을 제고하여 그 활용을 극대화할 수 있도록 국가차원에서 지식정보자원의 전략적 연계 체제를 구축하는데 목적을 두고자 한다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 고찰하고자 하는 내용은 다음과 같다 첫째, 우리나라가 국가차원에서 지식정보자원의 연계전략을 수립할 필요성을 살펴보고, 둘째, 현재 국가 지식정보자원관리체제의 현상과 문제점을 도출하며, 셋째, 이를 바탕으로 지식정보자원의 자원유형별, 관리기관별 특성에 따른 국가 예산의 효율적 집행을 위한 전략적 연계 방안을 마련하며, 넷째, 이러한 결과들을 근거로 우리나라의 바람직한 지식정보자원의 전략적 연계체제를 구축하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

국내 건설프로젝트는 점차 대형화·복잡화 되어가고 있으며, 과거에 비해 더욱 방대한 양의 건설정보가 생성되어 공사관리에 이용되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나, 기존의 건설프로젝트 관리체계 하에서는 현장에서 발생되는 정보를 수집·관리함에 있어 대부분 이를 기술자들의 경험과 수작업에 의존하고 있으며, 결국 이로 인한 현장 정보의 신뢰도 결여는 건설정보의 재 입력을 통한 공사관리 업무의 비효율성을 초래하고 있는 실정이다. 최근 건설을 포함한 다양한 산업분야에 걸쳐 컴퓨터를 기반으로 IT기술을 응용하는 제반 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 다양한 가시적인 성과를 이루어 내고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 건설현장에서 발생하는 정보의 수집 및 활용에 대한 문제점을 규명하고 건설정보 관리와 관련한 연구동향과 적용사례를 살펴본 후, 건설정보 수집 도구로써의 IT 기술 및 적용 분야를 분석하여 국내 현장 관리체계에 적합한 IT 기술 도입 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구의 결과는 향후 국내 건설산업에 있어 효율적 공사관리 및 실적자료의 구축을 위한 기반 환경을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
