프랜차이즈 헤어샵 업계의 고객 만족 관리를 위해 관리해야 할 요인들에 대해 제안하고자 국내 프랜차이즈 헤어샵 서비스를 이용해 본 경험이 있는 소비자들을 대상으로 그들의 만족도에 대해 조사를 실시하였다. 매출 상위 5개의 프랜차이즈 헤어샵 서비스에 대해 조사시점 기준으로 6개월 이내에 이용해 본 경험이 있는 소비자 1000명을 대상으로 온라인 서베이를 시행하였다. 서비스품질(SERVQUAL) 5가지 요인인 유형성, 대응성, 확신성, 신뢰성, 공감성에 대해 조사한 결과, 확신성이 가장 만족도에 미치는 영향력이 크고, 대응성, 공감성, 신뢰성, 유형성 순으로 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 조사대상인 5개의 업체에 대한 서비스품질 만족도는 5점 만점에 3.77점으로 나타나, 향후 만족도가 상승할 여지가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 고객 만족도 수준을 향상시키기 위해 업체들이 제한된 자원으로 어느 요인에 더 집중적으로 투자를 해야할 지에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

클라우드 스토리지는 사용자들로 하여금 저장장치를 소유하는 대신 서비스의 형태로 빌려서 사용하고 사용량만큼만 비용을 지불하게 하므로 자체 데이터 센터를 유지하는 것보다 유리한 측면이 많이 있다. 그렇지만 공용 클라우드로 스토리지를 서비스하면 사용자 데이터에 대한 접근을 소유자가 통제하기 어렵기 때문에 데이터에 대한 기밀성을 보장하지 못하는 문제가 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 공용 클라우드 스토리지에 저장되는 사용자 데이터에 대하여 기밀성을 보장하기 위한 목적으로 클라우드와 사용자 사이에 동작하는 게이트웨이를 제안한다. 이 게이트웨이는 사용자의 개입없이 데이터를 암호화 혹은 복호화하여 전달하며, 다른 게이트웨이를 통한 접근을 보장할 수 있도록 암호 키를 교환하는 기능도 제공한다. 제시된 방법을 상용 클라우드 서비스에서 시험한 결과 안전성과 호환성을 만족할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

공공도서관 웹사이트를 통해 제공되는 도서관 프로그램 정보는 대부분 비정형 데이터로 서지정보와 같이 체계적으로 생산하고 활용할 수 없어 기존의 도서관 빅데이터 연구나 사례에서 충분히 활용하지 못하고 있으며 웹사이트 개편이나 담당자 변경 시 사라질 위험도 있다. 이 연구에서는 비정형으로 생산되는 공공도서관 문화프로그램 및 커뮤니티 서비스 데이터를 수집, 분석하여 서지데이터와 연계하여 활용할 수 있는 데이터 스키마를 개발하고, 공공도서관 문화프로그램과 커뮤니티 서비스 데이터의 공유 및 활용, 그리고 문화프로그램 기획자인 사서간의 정보 채널로서 역할을 할 수 있는 도서관 빅데이터 플랫폼 구축안을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 서지데이터에 문화프로그램과 커뮤니티 서비스 정보를 연계함으로써 장서 기반 서비스를 확충할 수 있고 도서관 웹사이트에 게재되는 도서관 프로그램 데이터를 도서관 빅데이터 플랫폼으로 통합 관리함으로써 업무의 연속성을 확보하고, 개별 도서관의 특화된 서비스 이력을 체계적으로 관리·보존할 수 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the COVID-19 pandemic-driven effect changes of quality factors on customer satisfaction in Korean Police Civil Affairs Service. Methods: This study fitted a regression model to the data collected by Korean National Police Agency from 2019 (before COVID-19 pandemic) to 2020 (during COVID-19 pandemic). In order to simultaneously estimate the effects of major seven quality factors on customer satisfaction for 'before the pandemic' and for 'during the pandemic', the regression model included not only customer satisfaction as the dependent variable, but also the fourteen independent variables consisting of the seven quality factors and their seven interaction terms. The interaction terms were defined by multiplying each quality factor by a dummy variable indicating either before or during the pandemic. Therefore, the coefficient estimates of the interaction terms indicate the changes of their corresponding quality factor effects on customer satisfaction between before and during the pandemic. The double bootstrap method was applied to test the significance of coefficient estimates. Results: Both before and during the pandemic, all quality factors had positive effects on customer satisfaction. However, these effects changed differently from before to during the pandemic: (increased) supportability, sincerity, and convenience; (decreased) integrity, professionalism, and fairness; (unchanged) promptness. Conclusion: This study found that the pandemic caused significant effect changes of quality factors on customer satisfaction in Korean Police Civil Affairs Service. This finding suggests the necessity of carefully monitoring such effect changes to effectively and efficiently improve customer satisfaction. This study also identified that from before to during the pandemic, supportability, sincerity, and convenience become more important and hence, need to be better managed.

일정 수준의 서비스 품질, 보안, 양방향성, 신뢰성 등을 제공하는 관리된 IP 기반의 네트워크에서 멀티미디어 서비스를 주로 수행하는 IPTV 서비스는 최근 상용화 서비스 제공으로 인해 그 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 IPTV 서비스 사업자들의 주요 서비스들이 폐쇄형 플랫폼에 의존하고 있어 개인형, 개방형 서비스를 통해 언제, 어디서나, 어떤 디바이스 환경에서도 콘텐츠를 생산하고 동시에 소비하는 IPTV 서비스의 본래 취지를 충족하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개방형 IPTV 서비스 플랫폼을 제안하여 개인이나 소규모 사업자가 쉽게 콘텐츠를 생산하고 기존의 IPTV 망에 종속되지 않은 상태에서 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방안을 제공하였다. 제안된 플랫폼은 제한적인 네트워크 및 프로세스 자원에서 서비스를 지원할 수 있는 오버레이 멀티캐스트 전송 방법과 콘텐츠의 품질을 보장하기 위해 사용하는 콘텐츠 전달 네트워크(Content Delivery Network)와 유사한 전송 방법을 동시에 적용하였다. 제안 IPTV 플랫폼은 성능 시험을 통해 전송되는 콘텐츠의 품질, 콘텐츠 전송량 및 채널 Zapping Time에서 개방형 서비스 플랫폼으로서의 가능성을 보여 주었으며, 향후 지속적인 기능 및 사용자 인터페이스의 개선을 통해 개방형 IPTV 플랫폼을 이용한 IPTV 서비스를 제공할 수 있음을 보여 주고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 노인 서비스 품질의 품질 속성을 Kano 모델에 근거하여 분류하고 만족계수와 불만족계수를 도출해 서비스 품질의 우선 개선순위를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경상북도 의성군 A 도서관을 이용하는 노인이용자를 대상으로 LibQUAL+의 22개 문항으로 설문을 구성하였다. Kano 모델에 기반하여 LibQUAL+의 3가지 영역으로 부문별 품질 요인들을 분류하고 Timko의 고객만족계수를 통해 각 서비스 품질마다 이용자가 느끼는 만족 지수와 불만족 지수를 산출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 잠재적 고객 만족개선지수(PCSI Index)를 구해 실제 요구사항이 충족되었을 때 이용자 만족이 얼마나 개선될 수 있는지 파악하였다. 분석 결과 서비스 품질 속성은 매력적 품질 9개, 일원적 품질 7개, 무관심 품질 1개, 당연적 품질 5개로 분류되었다. 서비스 품질 개선 순위에서 1위는 '도서관 전자자료의 자유로운 교외접속', 2위는 '연구, 학습에 필요한 인쇄 및 전자저널 소장', 3위는 '필요한 정보를 찾을 수 있도록 하는 도서관 홈페이지'로 조사되었다. 연구 결과는 노인 서비스 제공 시 우선적으로 관리 및 개선해야 할 품질 요인을 제시하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purposes of this study was to analyze the operational difference of foodservice center for homebound elderly by the presence of the dietitian. The questionnaire was developed to measure all variables for menu management and distributed to 103 meal service centers in charge of congregate meal service program and 57 centers for home-delivered meal service program. The data of 160 centers in charge of congregate meal service and home-delivered service centers were usable for analysis. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SAS 8.1 package program for descriptive analysis and chi-square test. Only 21.9% meal service centers had dietitians, what is more, they were not professionals who did menu management but foodservice managers, volunteers, cook or social workers. The current foodservice programs for the homebound elderly were operated without professional. In the part of menu managemet, dietitians were more actively involved in menu planning in the elderly foodservice center in the presence of the dietitians. The performance level of healthcare service was not significantly different, but the nutrition education in the elderly foodservice center with the dietitians was more frequently performed than that without the dietitians(p<0.05). In the food purchasing and food production management, the significant differences were shown that in the elderly foodservice centers in the presence of the dietitians, the proportion of the contract purchasing was significantly higher than that of direct purchasing(p<0.01). In food sanitary management, the significant differences were not shown in the part of management of keeping meal for identifying the cause of food-borne illness and left-over, but the sanitation education for the foodservice employees was performed more frequently by the presence of the dietitians(p<0.01). In conclusion, the foodservice management was more systematically conducted in the elderly foodservice centers in the presence of the dietitians than that without dietitians. The elderly foodservice program has offered the health-related support for homebound elderly. Although there were several problems in elderly foodservice management, the program delivered well-targeted, effective, and efficient nutrition services and wide range of supportive service to the at-risk older population. It needs to be managed by professional for the improvement in the elderly foodservice.

프린터 비즈니스 사업자가 고객의 프린팅 디바이스를 대행 관리하는 형태의 비즈니스인 MPS (Managed Printing Service)는 최근 프린팅 산업의 대표적인 B2B향 비즈니스이다. MPS 서비스 사업자는 대규모 고객 환경의 프린팅 디바이스에 대한 통합 관리(장애 관리, 소모품 관리, 사용량 관리 등)를 제공하며, 이를 통하여 고객사는 프린터 장비에 대한 구매 및 관리의 부담을 없애고 사용량에 기반한 과금액을 MPS 사업자에게 지불하는 형태의 비즈니스가 이루어진다. MPS 서비스에서의 정확한 사용량 취합은 가장 핵심 기능에 해당되며, 또한 이와 함께 사용자 별 허용된 사용(출력) 제한량 쿼터를 설정함으로써 전체 프린팅 코스트를 절감하기 위한 기능 및 사용자 별 사용량을 취합하여 과금하는 기능의 정확도 향상은 MPS 비즈니스의 매우 중요한 고객 요구사항이다. 이에 본 프로젝트는 P2P 기반의 네트워크 구성을 통하여 기존에 구현되어 있는 프린터 사용자 쿼터 제한 기능을 개선할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

Recently, the various types of data are began to increase. In order to manage the data efficiently, a variety of cloud services are being made. However, while providing a cloud service, the problem is the cost and waste a lot of human power to manage the data that is generated and managed by the server. To solve this problem, it is build the cloud environment using a single board computer with Raspberry pi. In this paper, we used Raspberry pi as a cloud server to provide services for the users. And we construct a Total Server to manage the generated data. It can separate the processing of data and the provision of services. We ensure the efficient operation by building a cloud environment with Raspberry pi and by managing the data which generated in cloud environment with the total server.

Security threats are increasing with interest due to the mass spread of smart devices, and vulnerabilities in developed applications are being exposed while mobile malicious codes are spreading. The government and companies provide various applications for the public, and for reliability and security of applications, security checks are required during application development. In this paper, among the security threats that can occur in the mobile service environment, we set up the vulnerability analysis items to respond to security threats when developing Android-based applications. Based on the set analysis items, vulnerability analysis was performed by examining three applications of public institutions and private companies currently operating as mobile applications. As a result of application security checks used by three public institutions and companies, authority management and open module stability management were well managed. However, it was confirmed that many security vulnerabilities were found in input value verification, outside transmit data management, and data management. It is believed that it will contribute to improving the safety of mobile applications through the case of vulnerability analysis for Android application security.
