In this paper, we propose context-aware based on Low Power Sensing Algorithm. The proposed sensing algorithm reduces power consumptions using low-power sensing algorithms and low-power sensing protocols. Experimental results show that the average power consumption of the proposed method is up to half consumption that of the conventional method.

The release rates of methotrexate (MTX) from MTX-human serum albumin (HSA) conjugate, and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) from 5-FU acetic acid (AA)-HSA conjugate were determined after incubation of the conjugates in various conditions. The concentrations of 5-FU released from the conjugate increased monoexponentially, however those of MTX increased biexponentially in all studies. It indicated that there are two distinct types of MTX-HSA linkage, weakly and tightly bound linkages. The release rates of 5-FU were lower than those of MTX in all studies indicating that the bond of 5-FU-AA-HSA conjugate is very stable, which is supported by the higher value of activation energy (39. 9 vs 10. 7 Kcal/mole) using Arrhenius equation. The release rates of MTX and 5 -FU from the conjugates increased with incubation temperatures. Proteolytic enzyme and liver homogenates accelerated significantly the release rates of MTX and 5-FU. Approximately 1.30 and 22.0% of MTX were released after 12 hours of incubation in the absence and presence of protease, respectively. The corresponding values for 5-FU were released after 12 hours of incubation with rat liver homogenates which were diluted 6 times with phosphate buffer of pH 6.0. The MTX-HSA and 5-FU-AA-HSA conjugates were very stable in rat plasma.

새로운 비즈니스 환경 변화에 가장 빠르게 대응하는 것이 중요한 IT 환경에서 빠른 서비스의 생성과 컴포넌트의 재활용성이 중요해지고 있다. 한편, 기존 Legacy 시스템의 한계를 극복한 WOA(Web Oriented Architecture)가 부각되고 있지만 Web 기반 시스템의 경우 Legacy 시스템 측정에 알맞게 구축된 비용산정에 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 잘못된 비용 산정의 결과로 인하여 다수의 프로젝트가 실패할 위험을 안고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 현재 국내 소프트웨어 개발 규모 산정을 위한 국제 표준인 FP(Function Point)를 통한 규모 산정 방식을 제안한다. 본 논문은 기존 FP방식이 가질수 있는 문제점을 제시하고, 기존 산정방식의 문제점을 개선한 연계 기능을 포함한 FP 산출 방법의 제안을 통해 WOA 도메인의 특징을 반영한 FP의 산출이 가능하다. 이를 통하여 WOA 기반 시스템의 정확한 예산 측정이 가능하며, 프로젝트의 실패를 감소할 수 있다.

Plasma profile of niflumic acid following oral administration of talniflumate tablets (Somalgen) was compared to that of niflumic acid tablets in man. Plasma niflumic acid was assayed by HPLC method. Plasma niflumic acid profile from the tainiflumate tablets was similar to that from the niflumic acid tablets resulting in no differences in $AUC, C_max, t_max$ and MRT. It demonstrates that talniflumate is a prodrug of niflumic acid, and undergoes extensive first-pass biotransformation to niflumic acid. However, plasma niflumic acid concentration at 30 min after tainiflumate dosing was significantly (p<0.05) higher than that of niflumic acid dosing. The more potent analgesic activity of talniflumate than niflumic acid might be related to this higher plasma drug concentration at the earlier phase. Considering that tainiflumate is less irritant to gastrointestinal mucosa than niflumic acid, talniflumate seems to be advantageous over niflumic acid in terms of activity and side effects.

Event-specific PCR detection methods are the primary trend in genetically modified (GM) plant detection owing to their high specificity based on the flanking sequence of the exogenous integrant. Therefore, this study describes a real-time PCR system for event-specific GM canola GT73, consisting of a set of primers, TaqMan probe, and single target standard plasmid. For the specific detection of GT73 canola, the 3'-integration junction sequence between the host plant DNA and the integrated specific border was targeted. To validate the proposed method, test samples of 0, 1, 3, 5, and 10% GT73 canola were quantified. The method was also assayed with 15 different plants, and no amplification signal was observed in a real-time PCR assay with any of the species tested, other than GT73 canola.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the propriety of portable digital X-ray Equipment for Emergency Medical Services in Daejon Emergency Medical Center in Korea. The major instruments of this study were Korean Self-Analysis Opinionnaire, Questionnaire contains 35 items which measure emergency medical personal opnions. To take the analysis of data, the total of 92 persons were investigated in Medical Information Center in Daejon Metropolitan City from 2005. 20. April to 2004. 25. May. The data were analyzed by the path analysis SPSS program. First, portable X-RAY equipment is needed to apply it to emergency. Second, it should have small and light structure compared with old equipments and have high voltage generator unit for X-RAY using inverter. Third, it should be able to send the shot data that is digital detector type without film to doctors in emergency center.

이 글은 정해년(1767)에 있었던 친경, 친잠의식을 축하한 김수장 가곡이 어떻게 해서 창작되었는지를 살폈다. 논의는 크게 다음 네 가지로 진행되었다. 첫째, 1767년 2월26일에 거행된 왕이 주관하는 친경의식을 살폈다. 친경의식은 동적전(지금의 전농대 일대)에서 거행되었다. 둘째, 1767년 3월10일에 거행된 왕비가 주관하는 친잠의식을 살폈다. 친잠의식은 폐허인 경복궁 옛터에서 거행되었다. 셋째, 김수장은 친잠의식 하루 전날인 3월9일 축하가곡을 창작했다. 이 창작 날짜는 김수장이 친경례 안에 들어와 있는 친잠례임을 확실히 인식했음을 말해준다. 넷째, 김수장은 병조 서리를 거쳐 몇 가지 산직 노직을 거치는 가운데, 정해 친경친잠의식 때에 이들 행사에 관여하게 되고, 그 결과 이들 축하 시조를 창작하게 되었던 것으로 보인다.

Because sexual awareness is changing, I have tried to classify university students' attitudes toward sex. This study examined male and female university students and used a Q-method to measure these attitudes. Out of a total of 202, 33 statements were abstracted, and a P-sample of 1-7 parties consisting of 26 persons were studied. I Q-sorted the statements with a standard of 9 points for normal distribution and analyzed the data by means of a Principal Component Analysis with a Quan PC Program. According to the result of this research, university students' attitudes toward sex are divided into three types. Type 1 are called open-minded open: They may have a surgical abortion in case of an unexpected pregnancy and sexual intercourse occurs when a man and woman feel love for each other. They don't see sexual intercourse as a means reproduction nor virginal purity as unconditional. It is remarkable that these students regard sexual intercourse as a natural thing and sex as a basic desire of human beings. In short, they show an open-minded attitude toward sex. Type 2 are supporters of virginal purity; They regard virginal purity with great importance. They insist that both man and woman should be chaste but that sexual intercourse before marriage is unfavorable only to the woman. They do not believe in sexual intercourse without love and emphasize purity in sex education. Differen from type 1, they are very negative about surgical abortion. Type 3 experss love through sex. They belive that sexual intercourse makes a couple happy and a way to express their affection for each other. In other words, the relationship between man and woman is improved through sexual intercourse. They do not think of sexual intercourse in terms of childbirth.

We have recently developed a cost-effective and pouch-type chemical vapor sampler which consists of a selectively permeable high density polyethylene(HDPE) membrane, aluminum/nylon barrier film, and adsorbents. Since the sampler mimics the actual adsorption process that occurs when the skin is exposed to chemical vapors, it can be applied to man-in-simulant test(MIST) to determine the protective capability of individual protective ensembles for chemical warfare agents. In this study, we describe the manufacturing process of samplers and results for performance testing on MIST. Methyl salicylate(MeS) is used to simulate chemical agent vapor and the vapor sampler was used to monitor chemical concentration of MeS inside the protective suit system while worn. Values of protection factors(PF) were also analyzed to provide an indication of the protection level of the suit system evaluate by MIST. The results obtained by home-made samplers(ADD samplers) and commercially avaliable ones(Natick samplers) showed no significant differences.
