국내 데이터방송서비스 산업현황 분석 및 법적.제도적 쟁점에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Industrial Condition, the Legal and Administrative Problems of Data Broadcasting Services)

  • 본 연구에서는 먼저 국내 데이터방송 산업의 세부적인 현황을 분석하여 산업계에서 제기되고 있는 문제점을 도출한 뒤, 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 데이터방송 산업의 활성화를 위하여 어떤 법적 근거마련과 제도적 개선책이 필요한 지를 고찰해 보고자 한다. 국내 데이터방송 산업 현황과 당면한 문제점을 알아보기 위하여 16개 업체와 기타 관련 실무자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 결과, 먼저 국내 데이터방송 서비스 사업자들의 개발 기술이나 컨텐츠의 개발수준은 매우 높지만, 인력, 재정 면에서 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 서비스 개시 일정의 지연도 사업을 어렵게 만드는 요인으로 지적되었다. 두번째로 최근 정부의 방송정책 하에서는 법적 규정이 애매하며 체계적인 규제가 이루어지지 않고 있다는 지적이 제기되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 방송과 통신의 융합시대를 대비하는 법률의 제정과 정부의 체계적인 지원을 권고하고 있다. 그리고 기술발전 및 기술표준화, 데이터방송산업의 기반구축, 인력양성에 있어 효율적인 방안에 대해 논의하고 있다.

미혼 여성이 선호하는 남성의 이상형과 외모관리에 대한 인식 (An Ideal Type that an Unmarried Woman Perfers and the Recognition of a Man for His own Appearance Management)

  • This study examined the ideal type of a man that women prefer and the recognition of men for their own appearance management with the rise of the importance for appearance management today. The prerequisite which matters most in time of considering a man as a date of love predominantly was centered on education, and the prerequisite which goes first among the rest in time of judging a man as the mate of marriage was undoubtedly his financial status. It is regarded that as for a date of love the visual image or the specialty other than the conditions in reality mattered most, and concerning a mate in marriage the actual financial conditions had the priority. When a man is evaluated, the percentage of appearance took the highest rate of 60~80%, and in his appearance, the general harmony was considered as the most important factor. As for the recognition of men for their appearance management, women tend to have an affirmative realization for managing their own appearance in general, and the reason was they believe that the way men take care of their own appearance belongs to personal free will. The perception for a man with a decent appearance was very positive, and the ground for this was that once the appearance looks handsome, he seems gorgeous. The recognition for men's cosmetic surgery showed the affirmation over the average, and an opinion that the settlement of personal appearance complex will help them out emerged as the ground for this affirmation, and so it is regarded that the aesthetic surgery of today and the perception for men's appearance management have become universal phenomena unlike former days with the reflection of visualization of the external visual and lookism shown from various media.

Route matching delivery recommendation system using text similarity

  • 본 연구에서는 급증하는 배송 서비스 수요에 맞춰 더 신속하고 최저 비용으로 근거리 배송을 가능하게 하는 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 알고리즘에서는 배송원으로 지하철 승객을 물류 이동에 참여시킨다. 이때 승객은 이동 경로와 일치하는 배송 물류를 선택할 수 있다. 그리고 서비스 이용자의 입장에서는 현재 근처에 경로가 일치하는 배송원을 선택할 수 있다. 이때 배송원 추천은 TF-IDF&N-gram과 BERT를 결합한 텍스트 유사도 측정 방식으로 진행된다. 따라서 기존 택배 시스템과 달리 소비자-배송원 간의 man-to-man 방식으로 양방향 선택을 지원한다. 탑승 중인 승객을 물류 이동에 참여시킨다는 점에서 비용 최소화와 배송 기간 단축을 모두 보장할 수 있다. 더하여 운송 측면에서도 특별한 기술을 요하지 않으므로, 일자리 입지가 축소된 노동자들에게 경제 참여 기회를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서도 의의가 있다.

사과 바이러스 검정을 위한 SYBR Green I 및 TaqMan probe 기반의 real-time PCR 검사법 개발 (Development of Real-time Quantitative PCR Assay based on SYBR Green I and TaqMan Probe for Detection of Apple Viruses)

  • 본 연구는 사과 바이러스 ASGV, ASPV 및 ApMV를 각각 정밀하게 진단하고자 SYBR Green I 및 TaqMan probe, 두 종류의 다른 chemical dye를 사용하여 quantitative real-time PCR 검정법을 개발하고자 하였다. 1. 사과 바이러스 ASGV, ASPV 및 ApMV의 국내분리주를 바탕으로 하여 cloning 및 in vitro transcription을 수행해 10배 희석단위 표준시료를 제작하였다. 각 바이러스에 대한 SYBR Green I용 프라이머와 TaqMan probe용 프라이머 및 프로브를 디자인하였다. 2. 상기 제작된 프라이머와 프로브를 이용해 표준시료를 대상으로 real-time PCR을 수행하여 각 바이러스의 증폭곡선과 검량선을 구할 수 있었다. Real-time PCR 결과, SYBR Green I기반의 검정법은 TaqMan probe기반의 검정법 못지 않은 결과를 보여주었으며, 적은 비용에 대량 검정이 요구되는 곳에 효과적으로 응용될 수 있을 것이다. 3. 현장평가를 본 실험에서 개발된 TaqMan probe기반의 real-time PCR검정법과 기존의 RT-PCR검정법과 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 real-time PCR 검정법은 singleplex 및 multiplex RT-PCR보다 더 민감하고 정확한 결과를 내어 RT-PCR로 검출할 수 없는 농도까지 검정할 수 있음을 입증하였다. 4. 본 실험에서 개발한 real-time PCR검정법은 검역현장과 같은 대량의 검사가 요구되는 곳에서는 SYBR Green I 기반의 검정법을, 바이러스 연구분야에서는 세밀한 정량이 가능한 TaqMan probe 방식의 검정법이 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

Applicability of HRA to Support Advanced MMI Design Review

  • More than half of all incidents in large complex technological systems, particularly in nuclear power or aviation industries, were attributable in some way to human erroneous actions. These incidents were largely due to the human engineering deficiencies of man-machine interface (MMI). In nuclear industry, advanced computer-based MMI designs are emerging as part of new reactor designs. The impact of advanced MMI technology on the operator performance, and as a result, on plant safety should be thoroughly evaluated before such technology is actually adopted in nuclear power plants. This paper discusses the applicability of human reliability analysis (HRA) to support the design review process. Both the first-generation and the second-generation HRA methods are considered focusing on a couple of promising HRA methods, i.e., ATHEANA and CREAM, with the potential to assist the design review process.

경험적 방법에 기초한 무인 반송차의 항법 알고리즘 (A Heuristic Based Navigation Algorithm for Autonomous Guided Vehicle)

  • A path planning algorithm using a laser range finder are presented for real-tiem navigation of an autonomous guided vehicle. Considering that the laser range finder has the excellent resolution with respect to angular and distance measurements, a sophisticated local path planning algorithm is achieved by using the human's heuristic method. In the case of which the man knows not rhe path, but the goal direction, the man forwards to the goal direction, avoids obstacle if it appears, and selects the best pathway when there are multi-passable ways between objects. These heuristic principles are applied to the path decision of autonomous guided vehicle such as forward open, side open and no way. Also, the effectiveness of the established path planning algorithm is estimated by computer simulation in complex environment.

여성 재킷의 생산능력 설정을 위한 연구 (A Study on the Productive Capacity Setting of Women's Jacket)

  • This study aims at setting up productive capacity which can be usefully utilized for work management of apparel manufacturers. So as to achieve this goal, an apparel manufacturing company which has been operated by miniline system in Seoul was selected. Standard time and man-hour were calculated to create the accurate productive capacity by observing and measuring a work flow included cutting, sewing and finishing processes. And the result is as following. The standard time for each process was presented as cutting process 47004.5s, sewing process 671050.5s and finishing process 22426.3s. And 15284.4ms was computed as total procession man-hour per day of the manufacturer which is organized of 16 people. Also, the procession man-hour for each process was revealed as cutting process 396.7ms(2.6%), sewing process 14509.3ms(94.9%) and finishing process 378.5ms(2.5%). +Surplus was found in the productivity for each process included the cutting process(outshell, lining and seam process), the sewing process(preparation and arrangement process) and the finishing process. But, additional man-hour 52436.18ms was required because the productive capacity was calculated as -surplus(-13.9%) in the sewing process(part and assembly process). Therefore, a work schedule was planned based on the previous result. However, loading can be ideal when a capacity and a load become '0'. The object company should find the way to reduce allowance(26.25%) of the sewing process through reconstruction of consciousness and improvement in functions with analyzing works of operators. Also, they need to consider an additional supplement of the personnel.

  • High-speed machining is one of the most effective technologies to improve productivity. Because of the high speed and high feed rate, high-speed machining can give great advantages for the machining of dies and molds. This paper describes on the improvement of machining accuracy in high-speed machining. Depth of cut, feed rate and spindle revolution are control factors. The effect of the control factors on machining accuracy is investigated using two-way factorial design.

  • As we approach the end of the twentieth century, it seems we need a new way to express the thoughts, needs, and values that are undergoing a drastic change and a new strategy to create diverse cultural forms that would reflect and incorporate such changes. In this study, I am introducing the chaos theory as a new way of thinking that would help counterbalancing the deter-ministic world-view and forging a harmonious unity of man and his environment. As a creative principle, the theory seems to offer an unlimited number of structural possibilities for art and design. In fine, this study discuss-es the reductive nature of modernist approach and offer instead the chaos theory that is more probabilistic and capable of greater diversity.

철도 차량 배선의 전압강하에 대한 고찰 (A study of Voltage Dmp in Electrical Wiring System for Railway Vehicles)

  • To meet the demand increasing passengers in railway vehicles, railway transportation service companies are increasing the numbers of cars per train-set. Two solutions, Variable train-set formations and Multiple train-set operation, are common way to increase the transportation capability. These kind of long distance train-set can effect train-set command and control system, and sometimes the digital signals using train line from master cabin can not reach to the systems located the other extremity slave car. This is so called Voltage Drop. This phenomenon is originated from the electrical power consumption and electrical cable resistance, and cause to the equipments or cars located end of the electrical cable way, malfunction or abnormal operations. This voltage drop happens not only in train lines but also Battery Power Lines. The purpose of this investigation is to design high reliability railway vehicles by clarifying the possibility of happening these events case by case, by analyzing the reasons, and finally by finding the best solutions.
