  • 발전소 보일러 제어시스템 관련 기술은 분산처리 소프트웨어 기술, 네트워크기술, MMI(Man Machine Interface) 기술, 실시간 처리기술, 데이터베이스 기술, 하드웨어 개발기술 등을 총 망라하는 복합기술로써, 선진국들이 기술이전을 기피하는 고급기술이다. 현재 국내에서 사용하고 있는 발전소 보일러 제어시스템은 전부가 Bailey, ABB, Siemens, Westinghouse 사 등의 외국설비로써 보일러 본체와 일괄계약형태로 제어시스템 전체가 외국회사의 설계에 의해서 도입 설치되어 운용되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 국산 제어시스템의 개발기술 확보와 기술자립 차원에서 오래된 아날로그 제어시스템을 디지털 분산제어시스템으로의 개체작업에 국산 개발 제어시스템을 중용량 석탄화력발전소에 최초로 실용화 적용하고 그 적용사례를 본 논문에서 소개한다.

A Study on Output Voltage Stabilization of 20W Class Multi-output QR Flyback Converter for Auxiliary Power (20W급 보조전원용 다출력 QR 플라이백 컨버터의 출력전압 안정화에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, a 20W class multi-output QR flyback converter for auxiliary power supply was designed to stabilize 4 output voltages, and the efficiency and load characteristics were compared and analyzed. It was checked if each output affects other output characteristics through experiment. As a result, the experimental circuit reached a high efficiency of 82.5% or more at a load power of over 20W, and the maximum power loss was 2.6W. Consequently, it was confirmed that all of 4 output voltages of the multi-output QR flyback converter constructed in this paper were stabilized within 0.5% in full-load range, and each output was independently controlled in an electrically isolated state.

  • Both the importance and process of estimating Nuclear-power plant construction time and cost have increased in significance as energy user costs themselves have become more significant. In estimating construction time, few parameters are more significant than work item production rates and factors significantly affecting the rates. A standardized data collection tool was used to acquire a total of 401 data points from a S Nuclear-power plant project, for selected critical works: form-work, rebar-work, and concrete-pouring. With the data, several hypothesized drivers of the man-hour production rates and crew-day production rates were also analyzed. Findings from this study will enable industry professionals to enhance accuracy of time and cost estimation for nuclear power plant construction.

  • The characteristics of slow wave structure employed for backward wave oscillators expected to be a high power microwave source are studied analytically and experimentary. The slow wave structure is a sinusoidally corrugated wall waveguide The dispersion relationn and transmitted characteristics for microwaves are measured in the air. There exist literatures on high efficiency of enhanced radiation from backward wave oscillators involving plasma studied experimentally.

  • 본 논문은 전기식 회생 보조 브레이크의 넓은 범위의 입력전압을 가진 전기에너지를 받아서 넓은 범위의 출력전압을 가진 리튬이온 배터리에 충전할 수 있도록 Buck-boost 토폴로지를 제안하고, 배터리와의 절연을 위해 출력 효율이 좋은 LLC 토폴로지를 제안한다. 제안된 2단 구성 회로의 유효성은 실험을 통해 검증되었다.

  • Power supply technique for electrodeless lamps, especially self-oscillation method, is presented in this paper for Endura of Osram. The power supply uses different method for high efficiency at high frequency operation compared to the conventional method using saturable transformer. Exact parameter tuning using simulation is suggested for effective design for real applications.

  • This paper presents SVC which use PAM method and eliminate harmonics. Inverter is connected directly so that SVC improve output voltage waveform into 24 steps. Inverter output waveform THD is reduced to 6.89%. Leading control of reactive power generated in power system is possible. Snubber is added to reduce switching loss.

  • This paper proposed the transmission planning mechanism in competitive power markets. This mechanism used Optimal Power Flow(OPF) to calculate operation cost and Contingency Constrained OPF(CC-OPF) to consider N-1 contingency outage. In addition, this algorithm deduced a yearly transmission planning using Dynamic Programming(DP).
