Recently a construction industry introduces information that brings about many advantages in the early planning phase, design phase and construction phase. Especially it replaces 2D, 3D systems(usually using explanation of drawing information) ai 4D CAD(offering a sort of 4D-having relation of construction schedule and 3D drawing information). Nevertheless a 4D has these benefits, it has limits which are not only usually using 3D modeling but also limit of making full use of practical affairs because of a lack of connecting varietals of progress of work. To solve these uppermost limits, this research is presenting unified systems to use in risk management which are efficient management of space and non-space information, space analysis, making full use of data base, introducing GIS system of easy interaction.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact on settlement consciousness from the physical change and community development accomplished by the regeneration of a park and green space in a deteriorated residential area. The case study was a park that altered the landscape of a ruined hill in Busan. Two field investigations were performed to determine the condition of before and after the making of the park. A survey was also conducted, the frequency and means were calculated, and multiple regression analysis was performed. The results show, first, the physical regeneration increased the vitality of the place and assisted in the improvement of the community, particularly in satisfaction and attachment to residence, and in the settlement consciousness. Second, the identity of the resident was improved by the regeneration, and they approved of the transformation of an abandoned space into a usable place. Third, the settlement consciousness was significantly reinforced by making the physical environment into valuable space and improving the image of the residential area.

Recently the coffee industries rapidly grow as people's dietary life changes and quality of life improves. Proliferation of coffeehouses let people cognize them as cultural spaces not only mere spaces for drinking coffee beverages. Therefore, distinguished strategy for space design became the one of the most important factor for customers' decision-making. This study analysed the strategies for space design by the brands of coffeehouses, and focused on understanding how those strategies cognized by customers and how they affect customers' level of satisfaction and intention of revisitation. The result of analysis showed that the level of satisfaction was raised when customers cognized unique strategies by brands and the intention of revisitation was raised when the level of satisfaction and reflection of strategy were high. In other words, setting and applying unique strategies by brands are to raise up level of satisfaction and intention of revisitation. The result of study could be used for the basic data on designing coffeehouses attracting customers' revisitation. Also, it could be the basis for effective strategy for customers.

Rail station premise's unused land speaks unused space long period among that is station porter underwear space. Also, will may see that two is also unused land if is operated as inefficient occupying a lot of spaces unnecessarily. These space have used by profit making business and station development putting first past. But, necessity of more active business effort is brought ill efficiency side of land. Unused land's efficient practical use is method that can increase railroad property. Therefore, in this study, define shortly about composition of reciprocal space, and presents unused land's practical use plan in station.

Ministry of Science & Technology (MOST) and Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) are preparing for the first Korean astronaut program based on the mid and long-term basic plan for space development of Korea from the year of 2003. KARI is making plans for the Korean astronaut's missions with Russia. To participate in the International Space Station (ISS) utilization through the Korean astronaut program, KARI investigates a lot of manned space missions. Among the suggested items, Earth observation on the Russian Module of ISS is the one expected mission for a Korean astronaut. This paper is intended to give readers a brief introduction of ISS Russian Module and research fields of Earth observation for astronaut's mission.

The modernistic rationalism which thinks much of the mathematical rationality and economic efficiency is widely spread in Korea economic planning, urban planning, urban transportation planning, and the like. As a result the demands to humanity, amanity, and so on have been disregarded in the name of rationality in urban spatial organization, the typical examples, one of the pedestrian space. The pedestrian space which is passed over easily from the view point of the modernistic rationalism, is actually the space that should be reflected abundantly in urban space. The author emphasized a need of reconsideration on the position of pedestrian space in urban spatial planning process, and adopted the theoretical research on the functions and roles of pedestrian space. In consequence of this study the functions of pedestrian space are considered : the first, the function as a space for moving, the second, the function as a space for buffer. the third, the function as a space for intermediation. the fourth, the function as a space for urban daily life. the fifth, the function as new urban environment-making factor.

We show the solvability of the ordinary differential equations describing curves on sphere or hyperbolic space. Making use of the geometric properties of the equations, we derive explicit solution formulae.

This study derives problems of external space utilization site from on-site observation and questionnaire survey in order to suggest solutions for the problems. The main results are follows. First, fences as visual boundaries of apartment site play some negative roles - separation of space and heterogeneity of circumstance. This study suggests green fences to cure this problem. Second, residents want to change space use - ground to be used as green space or space for relaxation in stead of parking lots, elevator hall as social space, and underground as bike parks or health centers. Third, rooftop space, used as empty space or machine storage space, should be designed to be utilized as relaxation space by making easy to enter and exit.

본 연구에서는 개념 설계 과정에서 항공 인증 규정 및 의사결정모델을 이용하여 최적화 문제 구성과 항공기 기준형상을 선정하는 프로세스를 정립하고, 이를 소형제트항공기에 적용하였다. 항공기 안전성을 보장하기 위한 최소안전 요구조건인 항공 인증 규정은 항공기 설계 초기단계에서부터 고려되어야 하는 사항으로 반드시 만족해야 한다. 인증 규정 및 사용자 요구도 분석 후, 산업공학기법인 Affinity Diagram, Nested Column Diagram, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Pugh Concept Selection Matrix와 같은 의사결정모델을 사용하여 alternative 형상군에 대한 평가를 수행하였다. 그 후 Best alternative 형상에 대한 설계가능영역 분석을 통해 항공 인증 규정에 적합하고 객관적인 문제 구성 및 항공기 기준형상을 도출 할 수 있었다.
