본 연구는 졸업예정 간호대학생의 전공선택동기와 전공만족도가 간호경력몰입에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시행되었다. 이를 위해 간호대학생 4학년 215명의 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS statistics로 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, multiple regression을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 간호경력몰입은 전공선택동기(r=.41, p<.001) 및 전공만족도(r=.35, p<.001)와 정적 상관관계가 있었고, 전공선택동기가 간호경력몰입의 영향요인으로 확인되었으며 설명력은 39.4%였다. 본 연구는 졸업예정 간호대학생의 간호경력몰입 영향요인을 확인하였고, 간호대학생을 위한 긍정적인 간호경력몰입 형성 교육프로그램 개발을 제언한다.

Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of employment preparation behavior on motive to select dental hygiene as their major, and their work value among dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 444 dental hygiene students in South Korea from November 1 to 30, 2016. To analyze the data, the study used independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and regression analysis among others. Results: There were employment preparation behavior (2.9), major selection motive (3.1), and their work value (3.8) in subject. The higher student's grade is, the better prepared he or she for employment (p<0.001). Inner work value (p<0.01) and outer work value (p<0.05) were higher among females than males. Employment preparation behavior had significant positive effect on personal, social motive to select dental hygiene as their major, and their inner work value. Conclusions: Positive motivation to employment preparation behavior leads to major motive to select major, and their work value. It is necessary to consider study of diversified manners that can be fulfilled for employment preparation behavior.

본 연구는 물리보안전공 대학생들의 전공 선택 동기가 전공만족도 및 진로결정에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 설문조사를 수행하였다. 설문내용은 "첫째, 선택 동기, 둘째, 전공만족도, 셋째, 진로결정"으로 작성하였다. 본 연구에서는 변수의 신뢰도 및 중요도 분석, 탐색적 요인 등을 살펴보기 위해 Chronbach's Alpha 수치를 산출하고 베리맥스(Berimax) 방식을 실시하였다. 측정항목들의 AVE 값과 CR 값 모두 기준치 0.7 이상으로 산출되어 각 항목들의 집중타당성이 우호적인 것으로 조사되었다. 가설검증결과에서 표준화계수를 보면 '선택 동기 ⇨ 전공만족도'는 0.653으로, '전공만족도 ⇨ 진로결정'은 0.403으로 산출되어 두 연구가설은 채택되었으나 '선택 동기 ⇨ 진로결정'은 0.392로 기각되었다. 향후 경호전공 대학생들의 진로결정을 향상시키기 위해서는 선택 동기와 전공만족도를 동시에 높여주기 위해 대학과 관련 교수들의 노력이 더욱 필요해 보인다.

Purpose: This study was investigated the effects of culinary and foodservice major selection motive and work value on the major satisfaction, career search efficacy and career exploration behavior of college students. Methods: Survey comprising total 53 questions including 8 for major selection motive, 8 for work value, 6 for major satisfaction, 20 for career search efficacy, 5 for career exploration was distributed to 400 college students majoring in culinary or foodservice. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression were conducted using SPSS Statistics (ver. 21.0). Organization of concept and analyses of the relationship between variables based on the advanced study and database is essential. Research model based on the theory and analysis of the extracted data was established; and subsequently, the proof relations between the variables were analysed. Results: The study results indicated that, only intrinsic work values among personal motivation and work values were significant. This is because personal motivation and intrinsic work values are related to subjects' aptitudes, interests, talents, and future professions when students choose their majors. Therefore, interest, abilities, achievement, high understanding, and satisfactory schooling are important factors. Conclusion: This study has newly expanded the research on career search behavior to include psychological factors and cognitive and attitudinal factors. We also determined competitive operations that enhance students' major satisfaction, career search efficiency, and career search behavior.

In this paper, I propose some policy and theoretical implications by analyzing moderating effects of volunteering activity in the causal relationships between social welfare major choice and their job choice. For the purpose of the goal of this study, I surveyed 242 university students in 2~4 grades majoring social welfare in Gwangju and South and North Jeolla Province. Analysis results showed that the personal motive on choosing a major affects the occupational aptitude & interests and economic feasibility of career when they choose their jobs. However, the social motive didn't affect the occupational aptitude & interests and economic feasibility of career. It means that they didn't choose their majors considering their aptitude & interests, but chose them by following the advice of the surrounding people. Also, moderating effects of volunteering activity was not significant, which means that volunteering period and schedules are too short and tend to be operated as a mere formality. This study suggests the policy implications so that they have the correct major selection and career options based on the analysis results.

본 연구는 서울 및 대전에 거주하는 20대 초반 여대생 352명을 대상으로 의복구매동기와 의복구매행동을 연구하였다. 여대생들의 의복구매동기를 요인분석한 결과, 유행 및 개성추구요인, 경제적요인, 지위요인, 광고 및 충동구매요인등 4개요인으로 분류되었으며, 여대생들의 의복구매행동을 요인분석한 결과, 정보원사용요인은 인적요인, 전파요인, 광고 및 관찰정보요인 3개 요인으로, 의복선택기준은 실용성요인, 디자인요인, 마케팅요인, 유행 및 지위요인등 4개요인으로, 점포선택기준은 상품요인, 서비스요인, 2개 요인으로 분류되었다. 또한 의복구매동기와 의복구매행동 상호간에서 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 용돈과 전공에 따라서도 의복구매동기와 의복구매행동에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

이 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 전공 만족도, 전공선택 동기, 전공몰입을 파악하고, 전공몰입의 영향요인 그리고 전공선택 동기의 매개역할을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 자료 수집은 대구·경북지역에 소재한 간호대학에 재학 중인 228명이었으며, 자료 수집은 2020년 11월 7일부터 11월 16일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전공 만족도, 전공선택 동기, 전공몰입은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 전공몰입 영향요인으로는 전공만족도와 전공선택 동기가 예측되었다. 전공 만족도와 전공몰입의 간에 전공선택 동기는 부분매개역할을 하였고, 구체적인 분석에서는 개인적 동기가 부분매개역할을 하였다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 전공몰입도를 향상시키는 기초정보를 제공하게 되며, 간호학 선택과정의 중요성을 시사하였다.

본 연구는 방사선(학)과 대학생을 대상으로 전공 선택 동기 및 전공 만족도 정도를 파악하고 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 시행되었다. 2021년 6월 20일부터 7월 20일까지 부산, 경남 소재 대학에 재학 중인 1~4학년 학생 308명을 대상으로 하였다. 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 동기 보다 개인적 동기로 전공 선택을 했을 경우 적응을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났으며 전공 만족도의 하부요인 중 일반 만족, 주변 관계 만족 시 대학생활 적응에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건강한 대학생활 적응을 위해서는 학교, 교수, 학생 사이에 친밀함을 확보할 필요가 있으며 전공 만족도를 높이기 위해 급변하는 교육의 정책변화를 인지하여 학생들에게 다양한 교육을 경험할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 방사선(학)과 학생들의 성공적인 대학생활을 영위할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

본 연구는 헤어전공 대학생의 전공선택동기와 취업준비행동의 관계를 알아보고, 전공선택동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 전공만족도의 매개효과가 있는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 B지역의 전문대학에 다니고 있는 헤어전공 학생 154명이었다. 연구도구는 전공선택동기척도, 전공 만족도 척도와 취업준비행동척도를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, 적률상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한 헤어전공 대학생의 전공선택동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 전공만족도의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하고, 매개효과에 대한 유의도 검증을 위해 Sobel 검증을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 헤어전공 대학생의 전공선택동기 중 개인적 동기는 전공만족도, 취업준비행동과 정적 상관이 있었으며, 사회적 동기는 취업준비행동과 정적상관이 있었고 전공만족도는 취업준비행동과 정적상관이 있었다. 둘째, 헤어전공 대학생의 개인적 동기와 전공만족도가 취업준비행동에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 헤어전공대학생의 전공만족도는 개인적 동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 부분매개 효과가 있었다. 한편 전공만족도는 사회적 동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 직접효과만 있었다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate influences on employment preparation in dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 386 dental hygiene students in South Korea from November 1 to 30, 2016. For data analysis, the study used independent t-tests, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis among others. Results: Students with higher grades tended to have major satisfaction, instruction participation, and employment preparation (P<0.001). Higher parental monthly income was related to higher major satisfaction (P<0.001). Employment preparation was significantly positively related to major selection motive, major satisfaction, and instruction participation. Conclusions: In order to encourage dental hygiene students to prepare for employment, it is necessary to create a better academic environment and develop a variety of employment preparation education programs. I think that the active interest of the country, society, school, and family will have a positive impact on employment preparation.
