The purpose of this study is to present the internationalization of South Korea's aircraft maintenance certificate for mutual recognition of aircraft maintenance license qualifications among various countries in preparation for an internationalization of the work conducted by the aviation industry. To achieve this objective, this study reviews the aircraft maintenance license training system and compares the standards for aircraft maintenance certification established by the Convention on International Civil Aviation with the standards for issuing domestic aircraft maintenance licenses. This comparative analysis shows that the domestic curriculum of aircraft maintenance licenses differs from international standards. As a result of this study, an improvement plan of the education content was proposed to enable the licensing qualifications of domestic aircraft maintenance licenses to be mutually recognized among different countries.

In case of the BTL Project for current educational faculties, the proper standards to analyze those said educational standards lack, so it is very difficult to conduct an exact analysis and those improper standards are problematic when proper management and maintenance costs are calculated. In case of such educational facilities, as students have to use them safely for a long time and the quantity of their activities and the status of their physical growth based on individual classes, as well as the features for use by facility and the regional characteristics are different, other standards for maintenance and management must be considered unlike an apartment house. Thus, in this study, to set up the standards considering the features of educational facilities, the maintenance and management level suitable for educational facilities is presented by comparing and analysing that required to maintain and manage an apartment house, targeting the experts specializing management of educational facilities.

이 연구의 목적은 항공 정비사의 업무수행능력이 항공운항의 안전 및 효율에 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 추세를 반영하여 항공정비인적요인 교육훈련기준을 수립하는데 있다. 이를 위해 인적요인의 개념에 대한 선행연구들을 고찰하였으며, 국제민간항공기구(ICAO), 미연방항공청(FAA) 및 유럽항공안전청(EASA) 등의 선진해외항공국의 인적요인 교육훈련기준과 우리나라 항공안전법의 운항기술기준과 비교분석하였다. 또한 2곳의 대형항공사(FSC)와 4곳의 저비용항공사(LCC)의 인적요인 교육훈련실태를 조사하였다. 본 연구를 통해 우리나라의 인적요인 교육훈련기준이 국제기준에 비해 미약한 것으로 나타났으며, 대부분의 항공사 또한 인적요인 교육훈련을 체계적으로 실시하지 못하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 성과를 통해 현행 우리나라 항공정비인적요인 교육훈련기준의 문제점을 보완하고, 국제기준에 적합한 항공정비인적요인 교육과정의 표준모델을 제시할 수 있었다.

자동차정비직무의 "일과 학습의 연계"를 위해 현장에서 필요한 직무수행능력을 기준으로 자동 차정비 분야에 대한 교육훈련과 자격기준으로 활용할 수 있도록 자동차정비 현장전문가들이 국가직무 능력표준(NCS: National Competency Standards)을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 자동차정비직무의 국가 직무능력표준 개발영역과 직무체계를 수립하였고 직무능력단위별 수행준거, 지식, 기술, 태도 및 평가방법을 제시하였다. 또한 자동차정비직무의 능력단위별 직업기초능력의 영역별 수준을 제시하였으며 자격기준안을 제시하여 교육과 평가의 기준을 마련하였다.

In Article 311 of the Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health Standards requires the use of Korean Industrial Standards Act in accordance with the Industrial Standardization Act. However, the classification, inspection, maintenance, design, selection, and installation of explosion hazard locations for explosion and explosion prevention and internalization of 'safety' in the performance maintenance phase of electrical machinery and equipment There is no technical and institutional management plan for remodeling and alteration. Analysis of actual conditions and problems related to the installation, use, and maintenance of explosion-proof equipment, comparative analysis of domestic and international technical standards and systems, technical, institutional and administrative systems and systems related to installation, use, and maintenance of explosion-proof equipment, technical personnel and qualifications, etc. It is to propose legislation, system improvement, and technical standard establishment related to the maintenance of explosion-proof facility performance through improvement of the necessity and feasibility study for establishment of the legal status of the management site and management plan. As technical measures, KS standard revision (draft), KOSHA guide (draft) and explosion-proof facility performance maintenance manual were presented. In addition, the institutional management plan proposed the revised rule on occupational safety and health standards, the revised rule on the restriction of employment of hazardous work, and the manpower training program related to the maintenance of explosion-proof facilities and the qualification plan. Enhance safety at the installation, use, and maintenance stage of explosion-proof structured electrical machinery. It is expected to be used to classify explosion hazards, select related equipment, and to update and standardize standards related to installation, use and maintenance.

This study focuses on the data schema and data content, which includes maintenance data, data structures and illustration data relevant with the maintenance process of ship and offshore structures. Product lifecycle management (PLM) is expected to encompass all the product data generated for the operation and maintenance information as well as the design and production. This paper introduces a data exchange schema in PLM of ship and offshore, serving as the basis for the role of standards required by the middle-of-life PLM. Also this paper identifies a typology of standards relevant to PLM that addresses the schema of evolving standards and identifies a XML schema supporting the exchange of data related with maintenance operations. Technical document based on standards in accordance with S1000D and Shipdex is explained. A case study illustrating the use of standard data exchange and technical document is presented.

Purpose: This study is to develop an evaluation model for analysis of CMMS Implementation status and provide CMMS advancement methods to maximize implementation effect through the evaluation model. Methods: After extracting common modules from CMMS packages and establishing evaluation standard for each module, then the evaluation standard is applied to 33 Korean companies for evaluating their own current implementation status. Results: Preventive maintenance and analysis information modules were considered the most vulnerable in Korean companies which have introduced CMMS packages. And the reason why preventive maintenance is vulnerable is that there is poor build-up of their own preventive maintenance standards. Conclusion: Korean companies which will introduce CMMS need to make preventive maintenance standards, and data of the materials and the equipment to improve the effectiveness in advance.

현재 교육시설 BTL 사업의 경우 사업적격성조사 정량적 VFM분석이 선행되는 과정에서 교육시설에 적합한 분석 기준이 미흡하여 정확한 분석을 수행하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있으며 적정 유지관리비 산정 시에도 미흡한 기준이 문제가 되고 있다. 교육시설은 많은 수의 학생들이 장시간 안전하게 사용해야하고, 학교급별 학생들의 활동량과 신체적 발달상태가 다를 뿐만 아니라 시설별 사용특성과 지역별 특성이 다르기 때문에 공동주택과는 다른 유지관리 기준을 고려하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교육시설의 특성을 고려한 유지관리 기준 설정을 위해 교육시설관리전문가를 대상으로 교육시설과 공동주택의 유지관리 수준을 비교 분석하여 교육시설에 적합한 유지관리 수준을 제시하고자 한다.

Currently, in the course of introducing rolling stocks, RAMS standard and management by system engineering method apply to rolling stock system. Technical elements and results applied in system introduction phase are just used in acquisition stage, and these are not applied to the standard in railway site. Therefore, it is difficult to apply to standardized technology and quality assurance measure. Due to the establishment of the EU, railway operation system is internationalized and the international railway standards are being discussed in various ways. In addition, standardization is expanded from manufacture to operation and maintenance. It is to provide consistent standard in quality, cost calculation of maintenance technology, maintenance technology and quality assurance in case of international railway safety incidents. Therefore, this study is to find technology, quality and cost management model to be used for choosing railway-operation guidance by considering how technologies & quality have changed in system life cycle, compared with estimated standards, based on the technologies & quality-related result in the process of getting new rolling stocks and management guidance for operation & maintenance process.

Currently in electric railways, there are various test standards for catenary systems such as stability assessment standards and maintenance standards for appropriate vehicle operation. In Korea, maintenance vehicles are used to measure height, stagger, and wear of catenaries and various tests are being conducted based on maintenance manuals. In this paper, real-time data aquisition technologies for assessment of electric railway current collection status between catenaries and pantographs that are consistantely being developed from the adoption of electric railways were analyzed based on on-board measurement items.
