  • The Seoul subway is acting the center of public transportation after the opening of the first line on August 15, 1974. and the subway line of the DC traction system is running and building to the ninth line. However, the main insulation parts used in overhead contact line are now imported from overseas products. Therefore, this paper considers domestic manufacture technology, supply easiness and economic effectiveness of insulation products and reviews the safety of support insulator used in rigid conductor line, stem insulator used in movable bracket and AC/DC different phase section insulator that localization development is necessary.

대형 LNG선 주냉각기 해수라인의 부압현상 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of a Negative Pressure in the Seawater Line of a Main Centeral Cooler (MCC) for a Large LNG Ship)

  • The heat exchangers in the ships have been changed from the conventional shell & tube type to the plate type due to some merits as a compactness, a high thermal efficiency and a light-weight. In recent. it is reported that the vacuum phenomena were occurred in the seawater outlet piping of a main central cooler (MCC) on the ships. From the viewpoints of a common sense, the vacuum pressure in the seawater piping is rare event and difficult to be convinced because the seawater is pumped into the piping by a seawater pump with a high discharge head. However, the occurrence of a vacuum pressure in the seawater line of an MCC is real situation and often gives a severe damage to a rubber gasket of an MCC with a plate type heat transfer area. In this study, we analyzed the vacuum pressure in the seawater line of an MCC by using the simpl Bernoulli's equation and found that the vacuum pressure in the seawater line of an MCC is inevitable untill the installation postion of an MCC is not lowered.

지연 선로가 없는 Feedforward Loop를 이용한 선형화기의 설계 및 제작 (Design and Implementation of a Linearizer Using the Feedforward Loop without Delay Lines)

  • 본 논문에서는 Delay line이 없는 Feedforward loop를 이용한 PCS 중계기용 선형화기룹 설계 및 제작하였다. 기존의 Feedforward 방식을 이용한 Predistortor에서 사용되는 지연 선로(Delay line)를 제거하기 위하여 기존의 선호 루프(Signal loop)의 주 경로에 보조 증폭기를 사용하고 보조 경로에 보조 증폭기와 비슷한 동작시간을 갖 는 혼 변조 증폭기(Inter-modulation am미ifier)를 사용하였다 또한, 주 증폭기를 에러 루프(Error loop)로 옮기 고 그와 비슷한 농작시간을 갖고 에러 선호를 증폭하기 위해서 에러 증폭기(Error amplifier)를 사용하여 지연 선로를 제거하였고 에러 선호를 주 증폭기 출력 단에 인가시켰다, 본 논문의 선형화기는 HP사의 EEsof ADS v ver.l.l을 사용해서 설계하였으며 유전율 3.2 .. 2 두께 0.8mm인 GML 1000 기판에 제작하였다. 측정 결과, 이득 27 d dB이고 $P_{1dB}$ 29 dBm인 주 전력 증폭기에 -7 dBm/tone을 갖는 1.85 GHz와 1.851 GHz의 2-tone 신호를 인가한 결과 전체 IMD가 약 17 dB 개선되었다.

적응퍼지-뉴럴네트워크를 이용한 비선형 공정의 온-라인 모델링 (on-line Modeling of Nonlinear Process Systems using the Adaptive Fuzzy-neural Networks)

  • In this paper, an on-line process scheme is presented for implementation of a intelligent on-line modeling of nonlinear complex system. The proposed on-line process scheme is composed of FNN-based model algorithm and PLC-based simulator, Here, an adaptive fuzzy-neural networks and HCM(Hard C-Means) clustering method are used as an intelligent identification algorithm for on-line modeling. The adaptive fuzzy-neural networks consists of two distinct modifiable sturctures such as the premise and the consequence part. The parameters of two structures are adapted by a combined hybrid learning algorithm of gradient decent method and least square method. Also we design an interface S/W between PLC(Proguammable Logic Controller) and main PC computer, and construct a monitoring and control simulator for real process system. Accordingly the on-line identification algorithm and interface S/W are used to obtain the on-line FNN model structure and to accomplish the on-line modeling. And using some I/O data gathered partly in the field(plant), computer simulation is carried out to evaluate the performance of FNN model structure generated by the on-line identification algorithm. This simulation results show that the proposed technique can produce the optimal fuzzy model with higher accuracy and feasibility than other works achieved previously.

  • Making of agreement with participation subjects is important process laying stress on presentation and a reasonable design guide line to form space order grant and synthetic space in Housing Complex plan. This study analyzed residing application specific character of design guide line that is presented to architects in general planning laying stress on plan only of 'Bongmu-dong town house' and design agreement of by architectural result that appear analyze. Result that analyze is as following: 1) Confer in 18 plan contents and integrate design or was adjusted. Being main conduct and unit plan and residing only in plan many negotiations accomplish. Architect who confer most Designs of 5 architects is 'Jean Michel Wilmott' and 'Shigeru Ban' 2) contents that confer much in plan main conduct and unit generation were details plan. Contents that is conferred with many architects are about door/core/rooftop be and asked a question about proper size of entrance. Negotiation about size was expose to the tribe of knowledge about element that do furniture and detail of necessary each space in life style of our country. We must present furnitures or detail element that appear by emotion of our country and detailed item of furnitures' size etc.. in guide line. It is immediate that creation of guide that architects can approach easily for lacking abroad architects of interests by code difference in each country is pressing. 3) In residing plan 4 architects of 5 architects applied similarly guide line in design. Most architects look by active support that make synthetic housing complex. and this is construed that act positively to make by unified residing. That plan of woods or landscape architecture and security of green area space are thing to approach on 'Environment-friendly mode of life residing only' that is general planning subject of 'Bongmu-dong town house'. 4) common question items of architects guide line of though is refered definitely when make out effective interests plan. So that can overcome legislation difference, countermeasure to make understood construction code of our country is pressing

A-line Skirt의 Marking 효율에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Marking Efficiency of A-line Skirt)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the proper width of fabric which can bring high efficiency on productivity. We focus on the marking method by comparing and analyzing the marking efficiency of A-line skirt. This study employs 4 criteria to mark the A-line skirt, which are cutting method, angle, width, and direction, respectively. There can be 2 different cutting methods(fold pattern and add seam pattern at the front and back center line), and 2 different angles(warp angle and bias angle). Also, width of the fabric can be classified into 2 groups(110cm, 150cm), and marking direction can be grouped into 2(one direction marker and one direction per each size marker). These 4 criteria make 16($2^*2^*2^*2$) cases for this study. Main findings are follows. First, the skirt with folded at the center line had higher efficiency rate than the skirt with add seam at the center line. Second, the skirt with the 150cm width has higher efficiency rate than that of 110cm. Third, fixing the warp angle has higher efficiency rate than that of fixing the bias angle at the front and back center line. Finally, one direction per each size marker has much higher efficiency than the one direction marker.

송전선로용 디지털 고장점 표정장치에 관한 연구 (A Study on Digital Fault Locator for Transmission Line)

  • Transmission line is exposed to a large area, and then faults are likely to occur than the other component of power system. When a fault occurs on a transmission line, fault locator helps fast recovery of power supply on power system. This paper deals with the design of a digital fault locator for improvement accuracy of the fault distance estimation and a fault occurrence position for transmission line. The algorithm of a fault locator uses a DC offset removal filter and DFT filter. The algorithm utilizes a fault data of GPS time synchronized. The computed fault information is transmitted to the other side substation through communication. The digital fault locator includes MPU module, ADPU module, SIU module, and a power module. The MMI firmware and software of the fault locator was implemented.

두께가 다른 두 용접판재 성형에 있어서 블랭크 설계 및 용접선 이동에 대한 유한요소법의 역추적기법 적용 (Application of the Backward Tracing Scheme of Finite Element Method to Tailored Blank Design and Welding Line Movement in Sheet Metal Forming)

  • Tailor-welded blanks are used for forming of automobile structural skin components. The main objective of this study is to achieve weight and cost reduction in manufacturing of components. For successful application of tailor-welded blanks, design of initial welded blanks and prediction of the welding line movement are critical. The utilization of the backward tracing scheme of the finite element method shows to be desirable in design of initial welded blanks for net-shape production and in prediction of the welding line movement. First the design of the initial blank in forming of welded thick sheet with isotropy is tried, and it appears successful in obtaining a net-shape stamping product. Based on the first trial approach, the backward tracing scheme is applied to anisotropic tailored blanks. The welding line movement is also discussed.

  • Too high stress of the bottom Mo layer of the gate line is thought to be the main reason for H-line mura. H-Line mura is eliminated effectively by changing the gate line metal structure from Mo/AlNd/Mo to AlNd/Mo. The new structure does not influence the panel's electrical characteristics.
