Study on the Korean application of cultural accessibility and cultural arts education: focusing on French cultural policy

  • This study examines the main elements, concepts, and directions of 'cultural accessibility' in the field of cultural arts education through the French case. Above all, 'cultural accessibility' is viewed from the perspective of the problems of 'social exclusion' and the corresponding 'participation'. We discuss strategies for applying 'cultural accessibility' through French policy discussions. France is implementing this consistent policy structure through the development of its local self-government system. We first look at the current status of French cultural policy and cultural accessibility, and the participation. Next, we will discuss separately into the cultural arts education of the central government and those of local governments. For application to Korea, we propose the application of education to apply 'culture of public values', the establishment of autonomy in cultural arts education, and the application of a dual strategy for public advocacy.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 사회복지조직문화에 영향을 미치는 주요요소를 밝히고, 그것들의 조합을 통하여 조직문화 유형을 발견하고자 하는 것에 있다. 연구방법은 크게 두 가지 과정을 거쳤다. 첫 번째 과정은 하나의 기관을 대상으로 장기조사를 실시하여 조직문화에 영향을 주는 요소를 찾고, 두 번째 과정은 6개 기관을 대상으로 세 개 요소를 조합하여 조직문화 유형을 발견하였다. 연구결과, 조직문화에 영향을 미치는 요소로 리더십, 개방성, 그리고 지역성을, 그리고 이들 조합을 통하여 제한-보호형, 확대-참여형, 변화-혼재형, 그리고 안정-혼재형 등을 발견하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 한국 사회복지조직의 복잡한 상황을 반영하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후연구에는 유형화의 일반성을 높이기 위하여 연구범위를 전국지역으로 확대할 필요가 있을 것이다.

<강남스타일>과 <젠틀맨>을 성공하게 한 장면에 대한 주관적 수용인식 유형 연구 Q-Sort 분석을 중심으로 (The Study of Subjective Awareness Acceptance about the Successful Scene of and )

  • 본 연구는 싸이의 <강남스타일>과 <젠틀맨>의 성공적 요인에 대하여 선행연구인 음악적인 관점, 정보통신 관점, 안무적인 관점 등과는 다른 관점으로 뮤직비디오에서 인기를 상승시킨 장면들은 어떤 유형이 있는가를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 Q 방법론을 적용하여 분석한 결과, <강남스타일>에서의 장면들에 대한 수용자 유형은 즐거움을 추구하는 유락유형, 전진 발전 유형, 피로해소 유형, 다양한 성인문화 유형으로 분류되었고, <젠틀맨>은 공동체적 군무 유형, 시건방진 춤 유형, 유쾌한 포장마차 유형, 괴롭힘 유형으로 장면들이 수용자들에게 인식되었다. <강남스타일>과 <젠틀맨>에서 발견된 공통적인 장면 유형은 안무유형과 한국에서 볼 수 있는 문화 유형이 발견되었다. 특히 <강남스타일>에서 발견된 장면 유형은 한국적인 문화유형이 많이 내포되어 있는 것으로 파악되었고, <젠틀맨>은 포장마차 유형만이 한국적인 문화유형으로 파악되었다.

ICT기업에서 가족친화적 조직문화, 내재적 동기부여, TMX, 창의성의 관계 (The Relationships among Family-Friendly Culture, Intrinsic Motivation, Team-member Exchange(TMX), and Creativity in ICT Company)

  • 본 연구는 개인 창의성의 선행변인으로 가족친화적 조직문화와 내재적 동기부여의 효과를 검증함과 동시에 내재적 동기부여의 매개효과와 TMX의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 가설검증은 구조방정식을 사용하였으며, 연구표본은 ICT기업의 연구개발 및 지원부서의 구성원 229명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 가족친화적 조직문화는 개인 창의성에 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 가족친화적 조직문화는 내재적 동기부여에는 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 조직구성원들의 내재적 동기부여는 개인 창의성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 가족친화적 조직문화와 창의성의 관계에서 내재적 동기부여는 매개역할을 하였다. 넷째, TMX는 가족친화적 조직문화와 내재적 동기부여의 관계에서 조절역할을 하였다. 그러나 가족친화적 조직문화와 창의성 또는 내재적 동기부여와 창의성의 관계에서 TMX의 조절역할은 검증되지 않았다. 마지막으로 토의 및 결론을 통해, 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

Effects of Feeder Cells on the Primary Culture of Ovarian Cell Populations from Adult Japanese Medaka (Oryzias latipes)

  • Fish ovarian germline stem cells (OGSCs) that have the abilities to self-renew and differentiate into functional gametes can be used in various researches and applications. A main issue to be solved for effective utilization of fish OGSCs is the development of their stable in vitro culture condition, but only few researches about fish OGSC culture have been reported so far. In this study, in order to find the clues to develop the culture condition for OGSCs from Japanese medaka (Oryzias latipes), we tried to establish somatic cell lines as a candidate for the feeder cells and evaluated its supporting effects on the culture of ovarian cell populations from O. latipes. As the results, the somatic cell lines could be established only from the embryonic tissues among three tissues derived from embryos, fins and ovaries. Three embryonic cell lines were tested as a feeder cell for the culture of ovarian cell population and all three cell lines induced cell aggregation formation of the cultured ovarian cells whereas the feeder-free condition did not. Furthermore, a significant cellular proliferation was observed in the ovarian cells cultured on two of three cell lines. As a trial to increase the capacity of the cell lines as a feeder cell that supports the proliferation of the cultured ovarian cells, we subsequently established a stable line that expresses the foreign O. latipes fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2) from an embryonic cell line and evaluated its effectiveness as a feeder cell. The ovarian cells cultured on FGF2 expressing feeder cells still formed cell aggregates but did not show a significant increase in cellular proliferation compared to those cultured on non-transformed feeder cells. The results from this study will provide the fundamental information for in vitro culture of medaka OGSCs.

두릅나무 순의 Saponin에 관한 연구 (II) - Saponin 의 동정 - (Studies on the Saponins in the Shoot of Aralia Elata (II) -Identification of the Saponins-)

  • 두릅나무 순의 saponin을 추출하여 그 구조를 밝혀 본 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 자연산 날 것 식용적기의 crude saponin에서 aglycon으로 oleanolic acid와 hederagenin외에 1,3-methylenedioxy-3-dehydroxyoleanolic acid를 동정하였으며 당으로 ${\alpha},\;{\beta}-glucose$와 arabinose, rhamnose를 확인하였다. 2. 자연산 날 것 식용적기에 가장 많은 ‘b’ saponin(elatoside $Fh_2$)을 분리하여 동정한 결과 그 구조는 3-0-$[{\alpha}-L-arabinopyranosyl(1{\rightarrow}2)-{\beta}-D-glucopyranosyl]$-28-O-${\beta}-D-glucopyranosyl$ oleanolic acid라 추정된다.

Louisa M. Alcott 소설에 표현된 복식 상징에 관한 연구 -작은 아씨들을 중심으로- (A Study on the Clothing Symbolism, Described in Louisa M. Alcott′ Novel -Little Women-)

  • Symbol is one of the most profound ways to express the essence of human beings, as well as the most representative non-verbal communication medium. In this study, the descriptions of the clothing and ornaments of the main characters of the novel Little Women were excerpted from the Korean translation version. Based on the hidden symbols from the descriptions, after analyzing the characteristics of the main characters of the novel through their clothing and ornaments, the connection between the clothing and the symbols reflecting the internal workings of the mind was analyzed based on the previous theories on symbols. As proven in this study, since the clothing and ornaments directly symbolize the characteristics of the person, without any explicit statements about his/her characteristics, the clothing itself speaks volumes about them. Clothing is the most accurate visual symbol that speaks of the person's social, economic, and psychological aspects. The use of special clothing and ornaments or the highlight on certain parts reveals the characteristics of the character and his/her situations more effectively. In conclusion, literary, including novels well describes not only external factors, such as the social and cultural status of society and the character's economic situation, but also an individual's psychology such as his/her emotions and personalities. Therefore, the clothing that the character wears in a literary work symbolically reflects these factors.

한국 성인의 식사에서의 전통식, 비전통식의 섭취 실태 - 서울지역을 중심으로 - (Traditional and Modern food Use in Korean Adults in Seoul)

  • This study examined 'traditional' and 'modern' food use in Korean adults. Using a 24 hour recall method, trained interviewers assessed dietary intakes of 240 subjects aged 20's to 50's living in Seoul. Depending on the cultural characteristics of foods, 495 different kinds of foods eaten by the subjects were classified into 6 (Korean, Western, Eastern, modified Korean, modofied Western, modified Eeatern) types. The foods were also divided into 3 ('main dish', 'side dish', 'others') categories. Based on these categories, the dietary intakes of the subjects were analyzed in terms of proportionate frequencies of individual food items. The most frequenctly eaten food was the Korean food (67.68%), followed by the Western (22.61%), modified Eatern (2.31%), modified Western (1.65%), and modified Korean (1.36%) foods. Regarding the main dish category, the Korean food received the highest proportion due to the Korean's frequent intake of rice. Korean style foods were the most frequenctly consumed side dish (43.97% of total food consumption). In particular, kimchi consisted of 27.4% of the foods consumed as a side dish. In the 'others' category, Western style foods obtained the highest proportion owing to coffee consumption. The results of the study indicates some methodological problems and suggests a need for further studies.

비빔냉면 관련 조리법에 관한 문헌적 고찰 - 1800년대~1980년대까지 조리법 자료를 중심으로 - (A Literature Review Regarding a Bibimnaengmyeon (Cold Buckwheat Noodles Mixed with Sauce) -Related Recipes - Focus on recipe data published in Korea from the 1800's to the 1980's -)

  • The main purpose of this study was to perform a literature review regarding bibimnaengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles mixed with sauce)-related recipes. To conduct this research, we analyzed recipe data published in Korea from the 1800's to the 1980's. The research was conducted by content analysis and literature review. The documents used in the research were 30 books (dictionaries and recipe books). A total of 37 bibimnaengmyeon-related recipes were identified. The results of the analysis of documented data published within the last 200 years showed two different types of main ingredients for bibimnaengmyeon-related recipes; noodles based on buckwheat flour, and noodles based on wheat flour. Additionally, the bibimnaengmyeon-related recipes were divided according to the sauce; 1) noodles mixed with red pepper sauce and 2) noodles mixed with soy sauce.

고음국의 문헌적 분석 고찰 (A Bibliographical Study on the Gooumguk in Korea)

  • The Guk was divided Malgunjangguk, Tojangguk, and Gooumguk as to cooking method. Gooumguk was boiled with several materials of beef, bone, organs and water for the long time, and a good source of protein, calcium, and phosphorus. In the thesis, according to the kinds of Gooumguk, the reference frequency to them, the adding foods in them, and the variety cooking method in the Gooumguk were analyzed by the cooking books published from 1670 to 1988 in Korea. 1. There were 41 kinds of Gooumguk and Kaejang, Joktang and Byultang were firstly published to Omshikdimibang in 1670. 2. Many kinds of Gooumguk were generally used on royal parties in Yi dynasty and were used by several substances. 3. The main substances of Gooumguk were meat, poultry, fish, and shellfish. The seasoning substances were green onion, garlic, ginger and black pepper etc, and were used for the removal of the meat's or fish's off-flavor. 4. Yangtang, Kalbitang, Joktang, Yeongebacksuk, and Chooatang etc expressed the taste of the one main substance and Japtang, Sulnongtang, Yukgejang, Yongbongtang etc were combinated the taste of the several materials. 5. Cooking methods of Yukgaejang and Koritang before 19 century were different in present.: Yukgaejang was not used Gochoojang or powdered red pepper and Koritang was used Gochoojang.
