A/T용 솔레노이드 밸브의 동특성 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of the Solenoid Valve of Automatic Transmission)

  • To reduce the shock in shifting, the clutches and the brakes in automatic transmission have to be connected smoothly and disconnected rapidly. It is PCSV(Pressure Control Solenoid Valve) that paly this role of automatic transmission. In this paper, there were two steps in the analysis of the PCSV. The first step was modeling the elctromagnet by the permeance method. The second step was modeling the hydraulic circuit by the pressure differential equa- tion. In addition to this modeling, a experiment was performed and the commercial package program was used in order to justify modeling. The result of modeling coincide with the result of experiment and commercial package program. As a result, this modeling is usable in analysis of dynamic characteristics of the PCSV.

Reduction of Electromagnetic Field from Wireless Power Transfer Using a Series-Parallel Resonance Circuit Topology

  • In this paper, we implemented and analyzed a wireless power transfer (WPT) system with a CSPR topology. CSPR refers to constant current source, series resonance circuit topology of a transmitting coil, parallel resonance circuit topology of a receiving coil, and pure resistive loading. The transmitting coil is coupled by a magnetic field to the receiving coil without wire. Although the electromotive force (emf) is small (about 4.5V), the voltage on load resistor is 148V, because a parallel resonance scheme was adopted for the receiving coil. The implemented WPT system is designed to be able to transfer up to 1 kW power and can operate a LED TV. Before the implementation, the EMF reduction mechanism based on the use of ferrite and a metal shield box was confirmed by an EM simulation and we found that the EMF can be suppressed dramatically by using this shield. The operating frequency of the implemented WPT system is 30.7kHz and the air gap between two coils is 150mm. The power transferred to the load resistor is 147W and the real power transfer efficiency is 66.4 %.

결합된 자기공명을 통한 무선에너지 전력 전송 시스템의 회로 해석 (Circuit Model Based Analysis of a Wireless Energy Transfer System via Coupled Magnetic Resonances)

  • 자기공명을 이용한 무선 전력 전송 시스템의 등가회로 모델이 제시되었고, 이를 통한 설계기법이 제안되었다. 두개의 코일로 구성된 간단한 트랜스포머의 등가회로를 확장하는 방법으로 본 시스템의 노드 방정식을 세웠고, 이로부터 효율을 높이기 위한 최적의 코일간 거리를 해석하였다. 손실이 있는 경우의 주파수 특성을 계산하기 위해, 상용 설계 시뮬레이터에 등가회로 모델을 심었다. 실제 시스템의 모델 파라미터를 추출하여 시뮬레이션 결과와 측정결과를 비교하였다. 이 해석으로부터, 자기공명 방식의 무선 전력 전송 시스템이 수 미터의 거리까지 높은 효율을 보일 수 있음을 알 수 있었고, 이때 임피던스 정합이 매우 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 개발된 모델을 통해 공진 코일이 더 많이 있는 경우와 같은, 유사한 시스템의 특성을 예측할 수 있다.

  • In this paper, the characteristics of single-phase induction motors is studied using TDFE(Time Domain Finite Element) analysis. The magnetic field equation from the Maxwell's equations is solved using 2-Dimensional TDFE method, and the circuit equations from the stator and rotor are solved simultaneously. The 3-D effects, which are the end-leakage reactance and the resistance of end-rings are considered in 2-D combined equations. The proposed method is applied to the commercial single-phase induction motor. The calculated waveforms of the currents shows a good agreement with the measured ones.

  • This paper deals with a moving coil type linear motor for fast access of the miniature ODD. This slim-line motor is composed of the mover supported by guide mechanism, the coil wound into it, and the yoke attached to the permanent magnet for stator. The driving force is generated by the PM of the stator and the current in the coils of the mover. Magnetic circuit analysis and Finite Element Method are applied to estimate the thrust force at air gap. In order to compare the force characteristics between two methods, various experiment results are applied to verify on a prototype. Also the flexible modes of the motor are predicted through the FEM and the structural components are modified to locate this on high frequency region.

  • Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM) has been researched for its superior characteristics. The SRM drive system has simple mechanical and magnetic structure, and it requires simple power electronic drive circuit. It is to be compatible to wide range adjustable speed drive system because it has the same driving characteristics of DC series motor's, easy control principle and high efficiency characteristics. In this paper, 2 types of excitation strategy are researched. Conventional 1-phase excitation and 2-phase excitation method are compared and tested. Though 1-phase excitation method is robust and has high performance, 2-phase excitation method has some merit in appling power device. Some simulation and test results are foaled with some analysis.

  • This paper examines the reasonable winding arrangements of designing tapped winding capacitor motors to used in two voltage sources. The approach of this paper is based partly on a hybrid equivalent circuit of a single phase induction motor, together with an experimental method by sample machines. In results, the distribution of etra and main windings ia the stator is to be balanced in each magnetic pole and in order to have the same torque output characteristics for two different voltage sources, the extra/main winding ratio is to be adjusted. Experimental results obtaired with sample macines of about 1/8 hp output rating are used with analysis to predict the favorable winding conditions.

  • This paper deals with the analytical method to calculate the high temperature demagnetization characteristics of a high-speed machine with diametrically magnetized permanent magnet rotor. The equivalent magnetic circuit model is used to analyze the magnet operating point on high temperature condition. Agreements have been obtained between the results of the analytical model and finite-element analysis on prototype high-speed motors.

  • As the LPM is used for position accuracy decision device it is required that both the reason of posion error and the definition of position itself should be cleared. In this study, the precision of the position decision of LPM is affected by the geometrical shape such as tooth shape or processing accuracy. By using the analysis of magnetic circuit, we calculated the permeance come up with the gap. Once the thrust force has been obtained, the permeance due to the mechanical error of the pole pitch and the tooth pitch becomes the error of thrust force. We confirmed as well that it is being affected by the difference due to the variation of the airgap permeance.

  • This paper conducts a study on a non-contact power delivering system using high-frequency inverter with the purpose of discussing the non-contact electric power transmission characteristics through circuit analysis, magnetic analysis and feasible experiments. In this power delivering scheme, various properties pertaining to the non-contact transformer of the power system such as the design, the core depth, core material, primary side frequency etc. are considered with a view of improving the non-contact power dilivery to the secondary.
