The purpose of this study for coming up with vitalization methods of small libraries by attracting corporate donations, in order to overcome inferior financial circumstances of small libraries in daily life that play a role community centers in regional communities. For this, a frequency analysis was conducted in order to examine various circumstances and cognitions regarding library donations from 100 corporations that made donations during the past year. Also, a cross-tabulation analysis was studied to identify factors that influence donations.

Our country has both relics of long history and cultural inheritance as the resources of cultural sightseeing all over the country. Recently we found the lots of cultural assets in history by the survey of the sightseeing resources. Those are known to the people to give their values and semantics and the government makes on a lot of constant efforts. In this study, a system to investigate the path and to visit the location are developed by combining various gio-spatial data with the multimedia contents. This system provides people with guidance to and locating the cultural assets in the cyber space. The developed guide system is more convenient to provide people with the information and they are able to access the designated cultural assets of the nation easily. In addition, the contents are made by that people are able to use easily in the public area as well as on the internet.

Mobile machines displayed many problems in environment of Mobile data nin. So each Mobile companies made each emulator and API. As the result, CP Company had to support not special integrated service but each one tested and developed to each emulator for all Mobile companies. Those kinds of problems had caused the necessity of Mobile contents conversion system. In this theses, it presents the way to reduce huge expense by embodying contents conversion system that can convert each different contents to suitable one at each company and either how to not only improve reciprocal processing ability of data, but only to reduce expenses and efforts for development of public data and softness of program by using XML documents in environment of Mobile data service.

The latest system of GIS has been changing from 2 dimension to 3 dimension. According to the rapid growth of the fields linked to 3D GIS, 3D GIS has variously affected the public field, the national defense field. and the industrial field. This study estimated sight distance safety of curve section considering the environmental impact based on 3D GIS. Sight distance is calculated from the relation between road which keeps the three-dimension character and driver gaze, so it needs to consider both plane and vertical for the accurate measuring. This study made analysis of the sight distance through considering the environmental impact with driving simulation of design speed 80km/h and running speed 60-120km/h.

Objectives : During the past two decades, food deprivation and hunger have been recognized to be not just the concerns of only underdeveloped or developing countries, but as problems for many affluent Western nations as well Many countries have made numerous efforts to define and measure the extent of these problems. Based on these efforts, the theory and practice of food security studies has significantly evolved during the last decades. Thus, this study aims to provide a comprehensive review of the concept and measurement of food security Methods and results : In this review, we introduce the definition and background of food security, we describe the impact of food insecurity on nutrition and health, we provide its measurements and operational instruments and we discuss its applications and implications. Some practical information for the use of the food security index in South Korea is also presented. Conclusions : Food security is an essential element in achieving a good nutritional and health status and it has an influence to reduce poverty The information about the current understanding of food security can help scientists, policy makers and program practitioners conduct research and maintain outreach programs that address the issues of poverty and the promotion of food security.

Concretely, government budget is needed to establish Agriculture and Fisheries special channel, so we are just about to examine its validity and find business model. to make this discussion detailed, we made 4 subjects. First, Do we need agro-fishery products distribution channel using media? Second, After establishing of Agriculture and Fisheries special channel, how many demands will occur? Third, Should we make Agriculture and Fisheries special channel public channel? Fourth, What would be profit model of Agriculture and Fisheries special channel?

International book fairs are business enterprise to promote and facilitate international trade of copyright. National reading improvement policies, on the other hand, are supposed to be made to maximize the role of national and regional libraries, not just to boost publication industry. However, Korean government authorities of the reading improvement policies and the Organizing Committee of the Seoul International Book Fair have mapped out and, in effect, carried out their plans as if reading improvement policies are closely related to hosting international book fairs. It is important to realize that hosting book fair has pecuniary motives while making policies for reading improvement must be feared toward the betterment of the general public by reading. In this respect, this study has attempted to point out the problems of the Seoul International Book Fair that are regarded as to relate to reading improvement.

Webometric research in the Russian library sector is just beginning to gain momentum. This article examines the experience of webometric research in libraries from the perspective of the global practice. In particular, it highlights a number of foreign works, which may have a special practical value for Russian libraries, and emphasizes important webometrics areas for libraries. The purpose of this study is to research the practical application of key performance indicators (KPIs) abroad and conduct a webometric analysis of the websites of some leading Siberian and Far Eastern scientific libraries based on selected KPIs. The study data were collected with SimilarWeb and other analytical tools. The study revealed that key traffic metrics are the basis of webometric research, and identified available promising groundwork for the purpose of their further testing. The shortcomings in the current state of the websites of the Siberian and Far Eastern scientific libraries were noted. Based on the obtained webometric traffic indicators, the ranking of the Siberian and Far Eastern scientific libraries was made.

In this study, we dealt with the U-City industry in Seoul as a case study for deriving the characteristics of it. Using the interindustry analysis, we made sure that U-City industry has a great forward linkage effect. It means that development of U-City industry have a good effect on the entire industry likewise the infrastructure. In this sense it is important that we have to promote it first. Based on this result, we suggested the strategy direction as follows: 1) Solving the emerging problem, 2) Identifying the roles of public and private sector, 3) Drawing up the plan for supporting.

This study selects 45 housing complexes in Munheung, Ilgok and Sangmu districts of housing side development zones of Gwangju Metropolitan City and conducts the experiment the visual characteristics of these housing complexes through visual-perceptive information with their residents. As a result of experiment for the evaluation and structurization by visual-perceptive information of view image, there were affirmative evaluations in the whole experimental subjects except variables as 'innovative' and 'new' According to cluster types, while simple reiterative types showed affirmative responses except such items as 'dull', 'common' and 'uniform'. Variational types were affirmative in the whole items. It extracted four evaluation factors including variety, stability, harmony and symbolism. From the above research, it is understood that since the current housing site development has been made after developing housing site by public agencies and sold them to construction companies, housing complexes of different types were built within the same district. Therefore, it cannot be connected to the view of the whole district even if it considered view in planning housing complex. then when future housing side development or housing complex are planned, it is required that view guideline in the dimension of the district should be prepared and housing site development district or housing complex must be able to contribute to urban view by introducing master architect system.
